The food was hot and delicious. The French Vanilla Latte was also delicious and piping hot. The cleanliness of the lobby and restroom was top notch. I love to walk in to a clean restaurant and even cleaner restroom. And this place nailed it!

Whether they’re young, older, or somewhere in between, they all work together in such a smooth rhythm. You can literally see the teamwork happening. It’s efficient, organized, and honestly beautiful to watch. They don’t mind taking orders at the front counter, which I really respect. And they accept EBT while treating everyone with the exact same level of professionalism and kindness as if you were paying with cash. That kind of dignity and consistency matters. Five stars for the atmosphere, teamwork, and respectful service. I genuinely enjoy coming to this location.

I always come to this McDonald's , I love using the app, drink my coffee there comfortably, of course it's really busy at times and you wait a lil longer some days , but it's a Mc Donalds come on, the workers are really polite , great customer service, especially the young guy that's in the register in the mornings, he is always so polite, and patient, it's also clean through out all the area to the restroom

Although I went to drive thru I can't really say anything on the atmosphere. But the lady who took my order and the one at the drive thru were nice. Can't beat that 2 for 6 on the sausage egg cheese muffin. Sometimes they are fast and sometimes they are slow on services It's a hit or miss like any other fast food place. If you want it fast try going when not busy. But otherwise they are quicker then most McD's.

Passenger downloaded app to get same deal I got for coffee using the app. However deal did not show up on her phone. She ended up not ordering food or anything from Mc Donald's because she was disappointed Mc. Donald's stop offering the coffee deal.

Always a pleasure to eat at Micky Ds as you know what you are going to get. Fries do vary though depending on who is making them. New spicy chicken sandwich was great first time and soggy the 2nd time I had it there but they include fries with it for some reason which I will gladly take. Love the basic cheeseburgers and best value is ordering 2 of the 6 count nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. Also any size dollar cokes.... Their cokes are always one of the best coming out of a soda machine.

This is the first MCD that did not give any attitude. the order taker, the cashier, and person verifying the order and the person giving the order, all cheerful. THANK YOU! I normally hate going to MCD due to attitude given by workers. they like any fast food were very quick. Keep up the great work.I will frequent this place on a more regular basis.

I come to this McDonald's because it's really close to my house. It's always a pleasant experience. Today I just went to buy some burgers and on the drive thru window it says how they are being precautions and safe. Although I seen one employee NOT wearing gloves. All the other employees were. I just bring that up because on the window it says that they are cleaning and sanitizing AND WEARING GLOVES. Please, if you advertise it ,do it.🙂

The McRib is back anc it is good. Somewhat underwhelming for a 4 dollar sandwich. The resteraunt is nice, they have a play place for the kids. Right off the freeway so convenient for anyone traveling. Service was good, everyone seemed friendly. Clean place.

Good food, affordable prices..... The wait time in the drive thru is crazy. It's always super busy. Customer service is ok. There have been a few small issues but nothing big, and they have taken care of the problems every time. Sometimes there is a little push back in the customer service area but it's ok. Affordable prices are worth it. Quick bite to eat is always a plus. By yourself or family or friends, great place.

My food was stiff like it had been reheated a few times. It happens every other time I go there. If you call them they will ask you to bring it back and they will give you another. The bad part is by time you get home and sit down to eat, you don't want to go back out to get another one. So you end up throwing it away. Now you're upset you wasted your money and you're still hungry! McDonald's need to take pride and ensure thier food is fresh all the time!!

This place is unbelievably slow compared to the 100s of other McDonald's in so cal. Its almost like most of the workers just don't care. Other than that, set aside 40 minutes to get a single meal in this drive thru seriously ridiculously slow for no real reason and almost like this every time. Im only saying this in hope that they figure it out and find out how the other McDonald's do it. They mostly get the meal right but keep a close eye because they wont care if your single meal comes out to 40 dollars, and wont look for a cheaper way to ring it up. Just calling it like it is. I have worked fast food but still always tried my best to make my place great. This is a billion dollar company and I expect more from this location for sure.

Nice facility with good freeway access, however, what is the deal with Filet-O-Fishes being $6.19? Insanity. For that price, they should really have 2 filets... and maybe actually be served hot as well.

This McDonald's gets a C grade for service and cleanliness as well as food quality. Let's start with the negatives of this location. It has fast service BUT check your bag before you leave, you might have to drive all the way back because they screwed up your order. It may be one item, it may be all the items but I have experienced this mess up several times and never got lucky with someone else's bigger more costly order...I always got somebody else's order that costed less than mine. That being said let's move on to the food itself. It's greasy squashed looking and nothing like the pictures but sometimes they surprise me with a Big Mac that does actually look like it does in the commercials. The overall quality of the ingredients are pretty low but cost effective. They use low quality ingredients because it's affordable for the company and the consumer... But it Tastes sooo good, especially after partying. I don't believe this location is open 24 hours. The cleanliness of this establishment is a lil below average. With sticky spots on all the tables, I believe they could do a better job. Bathrooms and the floors are kept pretty clean. They have handicap accessible ramps, tables and parking which is good for people in wheelchairs. All in all this McDonald's is a decent place to dine with a Play Place for kids. So it deserves a solid "C" grade for the aforementioned positives and negatives. It tastes great but too much will kill your overall health. Enjoy!

As rising cost of inflation go up fast food such as McD become more of a disappointment. Food size shrinks, and quality disappear. Out of hunger I stopped at the nearest McD double cheese burger and a filter a fish. It wasn't long afterwards where I started to not feel well. Since I hadn't eaten all day long, the only Cause was my visit to mcdonald's. This will be my last visit to mcdonald's for food consumption. The coffee is still good.

I went to two different McDonald's late last night . There is long lines in the Drive-Thru in both McDonald's they got their raise I left one McDonald's by my house and went to another one

One time I waited 20 min at the curbside pickup for my order, then I walked inside to find out the employees thought it was for inside pickup and blamed the app. The food quality is good for fast food and not stingy with the condiments. Hopefully will be able to rate better for next visits

We went again to get some food. Last night when we tried getting a late night snack, one of the night shift ladies was very rude. She clearly was moody... Just because my boyfriend was a bit drunk and cussing. Which is his normal way of talking. Not offending anyone. I explained to her he was NOT talking to her... And she simply was very rude and didn't serve us. I believe that was very unnecessary. My boyfriend is always that way drunk or not drunk. I just felt bad for his 2 little daughters who were looking forward to some ice cream after a great 4th of July Celebration.

Fast service very convenient right by the freeway. Comfy clean. Not very on top of keeping the drink area clean and stocked up even though it isnt busy. AT ALL. But other then that pretty decent.

I like McDonalds, especially yesterday the lady who served me was very kind. I really liked the way she serves customers with very good kindness. That speaks very well of the lady. I hope she never changes and always continues to be so kind to everyone.

I normally come to this place than the one on valley but I noticed that some people are so rude and don't pay any attention to costumers when they are ordering food, especially to handicap people , my uncle went to order his food and i was ordering from kiosk I heard my uncle telling a guy he wanted certain things but didn't get his order right instead of saying sorry no they looked at me rude when I confronted them, if I was the one that made the mistake also when I picked up my order my whole meal was wrong and gave me the wrong sandwich wrong size I was not the only one other people were complaining thru need either a new managment or pay attention to people order !

Two fish filets for $5 total. Used my rewards off the app, gave a code at the drive thru...waited 5 minutes to receive food.. one was great, hot, fresh bun. The other a disappointment...it was hard, stale, cold...was a big surprise bec I had to wait much longer than usual. *sigh*. Also, no greeting at either window...off day at this store, usually the staff are much cheerier.

We stopped by for breakfast before heading back to Vegas. Let me tell you the manager was a B@%$!, she was Rude not at all Manger type why be a manager if your customer service skills are trash. She was telling one of her employees to hide paper towels. They got our order wrong and she was complaining about giving a refund. Besides the manager all the employees were very kind and helpful!

The food was subpar, the service is really bad, you would think that after getting that wage increase the staff would be more accommodating, but it seems to be the opposite. You get your order with no napkins and no condiments, and when you go get napkins or condiments, you have to stand there and wait for one of the staff members to notice you, and believe me, it takes them a while!

So this McDonald's completely forgot to welcome people. If u have an issue using the ordering monitors or they get stuck. You r completely screwed. I tried using them , after the system got stuck I went to the front. The lady who was working the front and back completely ignored my father and me who stood there for minutes as she came and went punching numbers or codes at the register never once making eye contact. After a few minutes I made contact with a younger male you told me she will be back . Well she did but again never made contact and before she listened she walked away. After a min or two the younger guy came back and said did u pay already. I told him I had already told u I couldn't and then said he would do my order. Please train your people in customer service. Even in the busiest McDonald's in AZ they greet you. By the way. Another young guy who brought the food out to us was pleasant

Giving a one star review as we pass by today and saw they had a banner for Legoland where it states buy an adult ticket and get a child ticket free. As we moved forward we asked the McDonald's attendant for information about the promotion and she stated that she had no information. Which seemed odd and she stated she would ask her manager, once she returned she stated she had not received any papers. I asked her that the promotion banner had been up and it seem odd that they are promoting a promotion they have no information about. She brought out her manager but when he came out he told me the that they had no information, he stated corporate had not send any flyers or paperwork pertaining to the promotion. Which seems odd as we have seen this banner posted for atleast a month.

I went for breakfast, asked for 3 deluxe breakfast with no bacon and to replace it with extra sausage.. i get home and it’s double bacon! So i go back to the restaurant and they said they would fully replace my meal. They ask for my food back which is fine i don’t want extra food that’ll go to waste but i questioned it only because i had a feeling they were going to give me back the same food and i asked the manager before leaving if it was a fresh new meal, she said yes. I get home and theres bits of bacon in my food.. they gave me the same meal which is now cold and gross! I don’t recommend this location at all.

It was 10pm.....I didn't feel like cooking so I decided to have McDonalds. Drive-in,line was long, that's understandable. What's not understandable is getting my entire order wrong then they made me wait for 20+ minutes. Cold soggy fries, no sauce on BigMac and they still messed up the rest of order. I'm the poor doordash driver...lol wow over 30 min for hot chocolate unbelievable...and to top it off I was was called out of my name by a supervisor there. I told the supervisor "wow you took a long time for hot chocolate" as she gave me an order.

My little sister goes to south El Monte high school and this McDonald’s kicked her out because she was waiting on her grandparents to pick her up. They’re so many students that go there for a safe place while waiting for an adult to pick them up and they go and put them in danger because they won’t purchase, any food. Shame on you employees!

I had ordered hot chocolates from DoorDash and the poor driver was sitting there for 30 minutes waiting on 3 hot chocolates. I guess they ran out so they had to restart the machine. When I finally got my order an hour later the driver told me the staff was rude and lazy.

I had to wait for a long time for my order. All I ordered was a Big Mac, Fillet 'o Fish, and small fries. 3 cars behind me had their orders before me. The workers weren't rude but not as polite as other McDonald's I've been to. I won't go to this one again.

The sign on the door says the lobby is open at 5:30 but the lobby is not open at almost 8 o’clock. Forcing everyone to go through a drive-through, and they’re not very fast at all! If they’re going to close the lobby they should put up a big sign on the door visible from a car driving into the parking lot that says the lobby is closed. I watched at least 10 people walk up to the lobby only to find that it was closed. Acting in this manner is extremely disrespectful to the clientele!

How did McDonald's turn into such a depressing place? I remember McDonald's as a fun and vibrant place where I go with my friends with few dollars in our pocket and get a happy meal and sit there enjoying our meal... it cost $45 for a family of 4... and no, I did not order 4 combos... anyways... My son wanted a happy meal because he wanted the Roblox toy, which was displayed in the lobby as happymeal toys. We ordered and got out food. When he opened his box, there was marvel toy, which he didn't want. My wife and I told him to go up to the counter and ask if they have the toys that were displayed. There was a family in front of him so he waited until they were done ordering, which took about 5+min. For my son's standard, that's long time, he was very patient. Once the family in front of him walked away, he approached the counter.... that when things didn't go well.... there was an older couple behind him, who the person in the counter started taking orders, totally ignoring my son. After seeing this my wife ang I go up to the counter and let the employee know that our sin wax next. She, the employee, seem agitated and said "i apologize for that, what do you need". My son asked if they have the roblox toy, like the one displayed and she simply said " no, that's all we have ". Very rudely. It seems like she already knew what he was going to ask and already had her answer when she saw him in line. She could have waited on him on his turn and could have said it in a way a kids can understand. But no, she didn't. Also, advertising (displaying) something that you can't deliver? Isn't that fault advertising?? They didn't even tell us that they are out of the adverted toy. Food quality is expected as any McDonald's... but the service was horrible! Will never visit this McDonalds again and I advised anyone who's reading this to NOT give this place your business. Horrible experience ever!!

Very bad experience ordering here. First, the attitude over the intercom. Then when after I paid, I got my drink and waited for my food. The guy told me, "What are you doing here? Go to that window." So I said ok, we went to the other window, waited a good 20 minutes to get our food while people behind us were getting al lathered food from the first window. We didn't get the cookies that I paid for. I got 1 burger out of the 2 mc doubles I ordered, and there was no extra sauce on our big Mac that I ordered. I asked for medium fries, and they gave me half a box. I'm very disappointed. If it wasn't for our long drive we still had, I would've gotten off and complained. Never again am I eating here.

This was the worst experience with McDonald’s ever!!! Yesterday in the afternoon I made an online order through App and went to pick up at curbside. I found out there was nowhere to let me put the curbside number on the app so I drove to drive thru with my pick up number. But at the window was told they could not find my order. I showed the receipt of my order on my App and even the charge from my mobile banking. Later they printed out the paper of my order and let drive up to the next window. Then the manager came and told me I didn’t pay??? I showed again of my receipt and the charge to my bank but she still insist saying I didn’t pay. I don’t know what’s the problem here, they found my online order but said I didn’t pay. Then I asked her what I could do. She told me to contact customer service. At the time I had been there for more than 30 minutes and I was so hungry. But I still checked the App and was trying to find out how to solve while the App mentioned if this is happening ask the restaurant to help solve. Then I turned back to her to ask her what she could do. She kept saying “I don’t know.” What should I do??? App told me the order cannot be canceled while the restaurant manager didn’t know anything but showing a bad attitude. Was that a professional way from a McDonald’s store manager to respond like this? Not sure if there was problem with system but I was sure there was problem with her attitude and her professional level. Seeing a customer waiting and being hungry for almost an hour but the only thing she did was nothing?! I would never come back to this store and have to make this complain. Normally I don’t write a bad review but this manager made me do it.

The absolutely slowest service of any McDonald's in the area. I had trouble understanding how they can be so terrible until I spoke with 2 different managers after 2 messed up simple orders. It's self-sabotage leaving their management in place.

Their special fried chicken nuggets are taken out of the insulated box and sold to customers. They are soft and cold, even worse than dog food!

Wow! Ordered mobile order and it took them awhile to get my order and the lady took awhile to attend me. Like really? I had a small order. Didn't even give me creamer or sugar for my coffee. It took 3 people to get me creamer and sugar. Like really? I have been here before and I thought I give it another chance, but the first time I witnessed 2 employees gossiping real loud and not taking any customers orders. Do that in your break time. Not when there is a busy line. Probably won't return. I'm sorry. 🙃

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Staff has attitude, will make you wait because they feel that they can. You can ask for fresh food and will get cold stealth food that has been sitting. And on app; this is the only location that takes off offers you’re able to obtain through the app at other locations. Not worth supporting them.

Went thru Drive thru and ordered McDoubles ketchup only. They advised to wait past the Drive thru window. After about 15 minutes I went in and after about 5 minutes with no one acknowledged me. It was just made because I heard an employer rushing others to get it done while I was inside. An employee was walking around with my order. He went to take it to me outside but I went inside. Regardless it was 20 minutes before it was ready. I seen more than 5 cars get their order and leave while I was outside. One bad experience can really leave a lasting impression. Won't go back to that location. They also didn't get the order right.

I went to this drive-through on a Sunday afternoon, I ordered something really simple, a double filet-o-fish combo made fresh no salt on the fries & a bottled water. At the order speaker I had them repeat it back, at the window where I paid I had them repeat my order back, and at the window where I picked it up I had them repeat my order back and this is where the problem began. Now I sat in the line a short time which was under 5 minutes so that to me as pretty good. However at the pickup window when I was past my order I immediately checked it to make sure that it was made fresh and to make sure no salt was on my fries both were an issue I was given a single filet-o-fish not a double and it was not fresh and salt was on my fries. I was told to pull over to the front to parking space one and someone would bring out the proper order and I had already put my hands on the food I was allowed to keep the order. Let's just say I parked at the one space at 12:15 PM, it was not until 12:30 PM that someone came out with the wrong order mind you. To my surprise the worker went to five other cars to see whose order it was, and I am not exaggerating. I never realized so many of us were parked to the side waiting for our orders and we were parked all over the parking area, the front, the back, the side, and the numbered parking spaces designated to wait. So the worker went back inside for another 10 mintes because he never found whose had that order. At this point itseemed the parking lot grew in numbers for thoe who were waiting i kid you not. At around 12:45pm another worker came out with one bag and went to another car and I suppose the order was still not correct because she stood at the car for a few moments before the car took off and the driver looked angry. For another 10 more minutes, 12:55pm, no one came out and then when I decided I'm going to just go get a refund and never return to this place again, a worker came out with a box filled with about four or five orders but mines was not there. However the worker checked on me and reverified my order and said yours is next. I asked if I could get a bag of chocolate chip cookies for the egregious waiting time she told me she would ask her manager and would bring it if she could. As promised she came right back out with my order and some cookies, it was a little after 1 pm at this point. My order was finally correct but I have decided to never ever return here again because this place is the worst!!!! I have no idea who management is but you should be retrained immediately on customer service and order flow. Get a new ordering system becase apparently yours is outdated and get a new staff who can take orders properly and cook the correct meals, matter of fact all of you need retraining. Your establishment is ridiculous!!!

Where to even start. We stopped after a concert and told they were only taking cash. I ordered a happy meal cheeseburger and asked for extra onion and no pickles. I asked for other items and my total was 21 something. I got my order and realized I was missing my drinks. I asked for my drinks and the cashier came back and said I owe 35 dollars. I told him I paid 21 cash, I asked for the manager and she said they added my total wrong. She was extremely rude and REFUSED to give me a receipt. I told her to give me something showing I paid 35 dollars cash and she said no. I can't believe she was a manager and had no professionalism what-so-ever. To make things worse, look at how my burger was given to me. How EMBARRASSING that such a huge corporation has horrible employees like this.

If you ever go this location, make sure you get all that you ordered before leaving drive thru

I got here at 3:45 am and as I'm ordering the lady working tells me that the system was down and I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes. It is now 4:15 and still waiting with no answer. Why say this McDonald's is 24 hours if they are not going to be open 24 hours. What kind of service is this? Why deceive people when we look on Google and check for their schedule to make sure we're not wasting our time going somewhere that won't be open.

I ordered through the app, confirmed that I was here 10 minutes before the breakfast was supposed to stop being served. They flat out cancelled my order while I was in the parking lot waiting for my confirmation to pickup on the counter

Terrible service, though I suppose its on par with most mc Donald's. They roll their eyes if you order at the register. Then skip calling out your number, forcing you to wait and wait, then when you finally ask, just for them to give you attitude and tell you that they called your number earlier. Funny I heard them call all sorts of other numbers, but never mine. Followed up by a sarcastic "have a good day". Not sure why im surprised....

Not honoring mcdonalds deals said only 2 per person, arbitrary. Even when placing an online order had to wait 30 minutes when done the "right" way. Wouldn't be so bad if they tell you before you use the deal, but it gets subtracted from your account and not fulfilled

It took 22 minutes for one bigmac combo. And no apologies were given. They focus more on the cars in the drive thru than they do for the customers inside the restaurant. Plus all the tables were super dirty and there was no one that we could ask to wipe/clean the tables. I cant believe that McDonalds quality has fallin soo bad. Never coming back here again!

always the same discomfort at this McDonald's. it is very difficult to get someone to come to the cashier so I can pay for my order, everyone who works here lets you wait until Christmas comes and then tells you that you can pay electronically at the two machines. but I can't manage it and many can't manage it and it is much easier to be able to pay at the standard cashier. well after I placed the order with the help of someone at that machine where you order I waited a long time until I announced a girl who worked here and took my ticket she looked at it and after another 6,7,8 minutes she brought my order and other customers have suffered the same as me. please the staff pay attention to the workers here to the customers regularly and without so much delay without you even knowing. thank you!

These guys mess up my order almost every time I come. Today, they forgot the patty on my cheeseburger.. and I asked for Buffalo , but I got ranch.. bruh. I'm about to go pick up my daughter from school. Ain't nobody got time for that. Last time I went in for a missing burger and I was standing there for almost 10 mins next to a tweeker before someone helped me. Smh
