We enjoy are breakfast.

Compared to the Florence and Wilcox McDonald's. I would give this McDonald's a 5 star rating. Every time I go to this McDonald's the order is correct. The food is warm and people are relatively friendly here. The only thing that I don't like about this place is that the parking lot here is a nightmare and a joke.

Friendly and fast service. Very spacious and clean environment. It has a really nice playplace, BUT... it echoes SOOOO loud!!! Most parent's and children were covering their ears when kids screamed with a high pitch.

I am very satisfied by this location. Much more better than the bell gardens. I rather drive a few more blocks from home to get clean food and wonderful customer service! I get my order faster even though I'm further than home. 👍👍👍👍👍

The cashier Yasmine was amazing good service, great attitude and gave many options ! Loved the service in general ! Very friendly employees! Will come again! Way better service and food then the McDonald's in Bell Gardens! Keep up the great environment!

My experiences in this restaurant have been pretty much really good, besides a couple of not so good ones, everything is right, fast and friendly service, the maintenance crew is always keeping all in order and clean with a really nice mood and smiley face..... So far really satisfying experiences.....

A very dedicated, professional, and customer driven group of people work at this establishment and I am pleased to provide an outstanding review for a well deserved bunch. I was treated great by the staff. The place was cool and clean on a really hot day. Restrooms were clean and my rider was served fast.

I gave them a 5 simply because it's McDonald's... And unless they have such poor service that it affects my mood or the food, then I'm giving them a 5... Peace.

I come here regularly and this is the best McDonalds I have been to yet. Not even a minute passes by and one of their employees brings me my meal after I had barely sat down. Great service. Enjoyed my breakfast as well 👌

Like most McDonald's the staff is mainly made up young people....... Unlike some McDonald's these guys are sharp, clean bathrooms and good location. Take your time to order and know, like most McDonald's, if you get there when they are at their busiest you may have to wait a bit. Take it all in stride, no one there is wasting your time on purpose, remember you are at a McDonald's, and waiting when it's crowded come with the territory.

I ordered egg mcmuffin with ham and they give me the one with sausage and I'm allergic to ground beef, but I loved their coffee they always fix it the same way, that's why I took off one star.

They do charge a dollar fee for credit card. Besides that, good food.

This Mcd is pretty good, except for the some problems with the McD App. I have problems with Apnea and other cognitive problems from a stroke some years away. For the New Year, I decided to do the App for drive thru and on inside. Sadly, I did a sizable order for home party, did all set up before getting to the store, but went through drive thru, but despite the # from the App says the, location, etc, the order taker found nothing of the code numbe, my name, nothing. She asked a "Code Number" but the code from them didn't make change, the order taker said "Refresh the Screen", and other unknown suggestions. In the meantime, my order information, the total, and the charge and total tax, set. The woman says just reenter it, which it took me 20 mins to enter in my car on a quiet street the first time. I started to try to repeating it but was impossible between my stress, the order taker getting impatient, the now long-line behind started some honks from hungry people. I told her I will go around to go in, although my walker was home by my car spot. Well, i went around and at the first drive thru and showed maybe they could copy my list from my phone while getting the inside. But the second person said the order looked familiar and she went to 2nd door and they had it, charges, money etc everything. Said the first window. So everyone was glad food, despite cooled food and half melted drinks! Adventures Los Angeles!

As always the food is great. Service is great. Although almost every staff I had observed does not have a smile on their faces. The place need to have alittle more light.

Food came out pretty quickly and was hot. I usually feel McD's has the best fries... not so on this visit. They were old and rubbery with not a lot of salt. Burgers were actually really good though. And, you can't go wrong with a large drink for $1.

I come here a few times a week for breakfast or lunch. This is probably one of the nicer McDonald's in the area. The staff is friendly and quick with service. My order is usually accurate and the food tastes a little better thn some other McDonald's I have been to. The only problem I have at this location is all the panhandlers that come into the restaurant bothering everyone eating for money. Management realizes that it is a concern because they posted signage outside the door informing guests not to encourage panhandlers. I noticed that many McDonald's restaurants are removing the soda fountains from the dining room. I personally really hate that, but this McDonald's fortunately is not one of those.

People are nice but they messed up my order The lady took my order as McDouble even when I said McChicken And I don’t think that sounds similar lol And because I trust I don’t check! Then an iced coffee I still think that cup was a small one! A medium cup doesn’t look like that! But hey, it was good after all!

I don't know what to say. The wait was too long. The staff was working as fast as they could to cat h up with the orders, but there were just too many people in line and outside ordering that they just couldn't do it, Thanks to the new Movie Minecraft everyone including me just went to get a happy meal for my 5yr old son that was so excited to get. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Always messing up the order

I just buy coffee in the morning or evening. I wish they would participate in the recyling program. The manager needs to have tighter control on the people they let in...some homeless start swearing at you if you don't give them money for "food" inside the establishment.

This is the only McDonald's i usually go to because they seldom get my order wrong. Mostly donald's get at least twenty five percent wrong to ten percent wrong every time.

I don't know why but McDonald's restaurants don't look clean anymore. The place looks nice, but it doesn't look clean. Almost as if the whole franchise cut down on cleaning products and personnel, because they all look the same.

McRib is back, which means it's a bunch of heavily processed mixture of animal fats and unknown meats from various sources. Which is then thrown into that of unpasteurized barbecue and ketchup mixture. But of course that's not what draws customers only seasonally. Well you're in here for is the classics. They've come a long way since pink slime but they still have a long way to go. That 100% white meat doesn't mean anything. Classic Patriot fast food restaurant that was built on the American dream. If you love the taste of freedom you'll love McDonald's

This happens more often then usual. But, they were only accepting cash. It might have had something to do with the time that I got their (2am). My jib is right around the corner. Hopefully it isn't a regular thing.

The food was good as expected, however I asked for a HOT caramel macchiato. I was deep in thought, to not notice they handed me a frozen caramel macchiato. Tell I got back to the imaging center waiting my turn. I subjected to bad brain freeze and migraines, so I always got hot.

I was eating. I didn't know it was closing time. They still could have let me finish my food. Just did a 15 hour job. put I out. The manger said something could not understand because her English was bad. I ask what you say. Her " closing " said it mean. I left everything thing there. I don't do fussing none of it. She needs to check herself. No right. The cold part is" it's 24 hour

They always seem to have trouble ordering your food. I hate it. The staff tries but it's always the technology here I guess. They must need a remodel but what do I know, I don't come to this McDonald's often because I have issues every time. I normally go to the one closer to home because it's more convenient, but I never have an issue either. At least, almost never.

My food and the service was good. However the attitude that the employees had, made me a little uncomfortable. I noticed the manager had an attitude as well, which trickles down to the employees. It's either the people that visit and give them a hard time or they must really hate their job. 🤷🏾‍♀️

The food was good, which is a definite plus, since you're always looking for consistency in a franchised restaurant like Mickey D's. However, we've been going through the drive thru line for about a month now and been trying to use the mobile app to redeem coupons and earn stamps on our drink card, and the coupon code just never loads anymore. They need to scan it for it to be redeemed. I know the franchise needs this coupon code, but it causes a huge traffic jam at the drive thru since it doesn't load. I never got to use my coupon and it just ruined the experience. The troubled app reflects poorly on this otherwise great franchised store.

They win 1 star for flavor, 1 star for variety, 1 star for Price, if they want the other two stats from me all McDonald's chain needs to incorporate vegetarian items in the menu, it's called adapt or suffer a defeat, every day more and more people goes for healthier choices for the 70s,80s and 90s McDonald's was a choice until people started getting more and more ill due to the quality of food, so the last star goes for this reason, but McDonald's it's a good choice all of them

It's near my house so that's a plus, last time I went with my mom they forgot to give my mom something to stir her coffee, and forgot my straw. The tables are always dirty or sticky, and there weren't any cups for ketchup, and we ate inside so it was clear both me and my mom came to eat, something that pisses me off is the fact they never ask if you want an extra tray or something when it's clearly two people eating. I have bad social anxiety even when talking to the workers so having to get up and ask them for an extra tray myslef is bothersome.

McDonald's on Firestone by Target trains the employees how to make it look like they gave you the fries you paid for. They are always half empty. They did it the same way when I worked there 25+ years ago. Ordered three combos. Asked for ketchup and got one packet per combo and only one sauce for a ten piece nugget. Good thing is the staff is friendly.

Employees are nice, but the management is horrible. They’ve been having issues with their credit card system for a few weeks now. They only accept cash a lot of the time. The owners and managers are incompetent.

Just go a couple hundred feet down tge ways to Wendy's. McDonald's is too over priced. Almost $3:00 for 1 hashbrown is wild. And always double check your bag.

Their food is pretty good, I really like their mcnuggets, on that note, their Wi-Fi is horrible. I've been trying to load a page for the past five minutes, I think I'd rather endure the chaotic noise at Starbucks then to stay here for another slow going second.

Its hit and miss with this location and its mainly because of the employees. The girls that take the order in the drive thru have a horrid attitude and get the orders wrong but it's not always like that. The only reason I went back to this location was convenience and again sometimes it's not bad

It's McDonalds. Bad service, pretty good food, and not too expensive. There are homeless present. Parking is not an issue.

The play place was dirty and we had to go tell them. Food was all over the place, I understand it's a kids area but someone should check once in a while. The food was not the best and their soda tasted just like carbonated water. It was also not the best place to connect a computer as there are no outlets anywhere in the restaurant. We figured we would have the kids play and eat while my niece and I worked on some documents.

Im not sure what happened but for the last 2 weeks the drive thru has been extremely slow. 2 people in line and it took 20 minutes to get through.

The handicap of old manager shouldn’t be working there… she completely messed up my order. And didn’t bother to fix it when I told her it was wrong !!!

Super slow line!. They never have a complete menu!.. I was looking for the guava & creme pie and they don't have it!!. I love that pie and it's only limited time pie, but they never have it during that time!. Also I don't understand how macdonald's want to compete with starbucks if macdonald's usually never have the frappes.. right now I'm driving to Starbucks where they always have a complete menu

Today I went thru Drive thru, after waiting in the long line, I ordered only two 6 piece chicken nuggets happy meals for my lil ones, come to find out when I arrived home to surprise them, there were no nuggets in there! It was'nt a complicated order. Always check your order before you leave, I took for granted everything I paid for was in those little boxes. Disapointment

Never Coming Back To This McDonalds! I ordered a Cappuccino in the drive thru & I repeated it a second time so they won’t confuse it with a Frappuccino, I get to the window and the older manager lady says a medium Frappuccino and I said no it’s a cappuccino and she sighed and rolled her eyes then closed the window to ask the other lady if I had ordered a Frappuccino or cappuccino like lady just change the order no need to make it a big deal or give attitude.

Rude people, when handing the food they're with an attitude and they don't know how to give the right change back I would not be coming to this location no more 😔 and homeless people get near your car asking for money

Waited for my order more than35 minutes 🙄 and there was basically no people for them not to be on track, went and told the manager and a stupid worker laughed at me.. Why!?!? I don't know as soon as I turned around she laughed while starring at me, another customer approached me to tell me and so did my daughter see🙄 won't be going back to that one 🤨

I took my niece to get the Pokemon Happy meal she was so excited to get the cards but when we got it she checked for her Pokemon cards and they gave her a TOY of Disney instead of the cards.

This McDonald's has the slowest drive thru. It can take 15-45 minutes to get your food. For some reason they always write down the orders on paper and then put it into the computer when you're at the window. So every order takes very long to process. They always seem to have the problem of accepting cash only. When you order on the app it goes through. You arrive there "cash only" you tell them it's an online order "oh our system is down and we can't see the orders." Come on this is a McDonald's why are your systems always down? It makes no sense for your systems to be constantly. The managers don't do anything about it. Maybe it's time for a regional manager to come and check this out. The wait time is ridiculous...

NO GLOVES!!!!!!!! How do I know they didn't wash their hands or did wash their hands while they're putting the top on to my drink and touching my fries that's about to go into my mouth and serve me my food .They must have somebody new working to serve your food at Mcdonalds they could not get my order right at the pickup window. And to top it all off no gloves from the person handing me my food. And the manager helping them because they are slow putting the tops on my drink and touching my fries with there bare possibly unwashed hands.now who's to know if they wash their hands or not they could say that they did but I'm pretty sure they didn't as they're in a hurry to get odors out this at this time is very dangerous anchor potentially get a lot of the public very sick shame on McDonald's and I hope they make it every one of the people handing out food in the drive-through or at least preparing drinks wear gloves and a mask

Aaah a $5.50 deal and an all shell egg mcmuffin why bother to crack an egg u get the shell too? Last time drive thru girl hands me another person's credit card and after 20 minutes alone in the drive thru manager says " its just a $1.70 can we just leave the charge alone?" Absolutely food for everyone on me? Probably the worst mcdonalds I have ever been too!

Everything was good except the playground for kids was a mess. It looked as if no one had cleaned the floor in days. There was ketchup stains on the floor, fries everywhere. Honestly very disappointing because kids usually run barefoot or with socks around this area.

Got a McDouble today and it was old and reheated. I burned my lip with the pickles because they were very hot I had to spit it out and now my lip is swollen… thanks McDonald’s

Worst customer service ever! There was a total of 5 or 6 employees, I was in line for 20 minutes. Then I pull up to the window, they didn't even have the drink ready or the total amount due. I waisted my entire lunch to get my food. I think more employees could've been working getting things done faster.

Horrible service. I ordered a Caramel Frap they gave me a cappuccino. The Egg McMuffin came with ham instead of sauge. We paid $19.37 we'll never get back. The cashier with the wierd ears messed up our orders. Pay attention kid carefully. We're never going to this location again.

It’s ridiculous how long the lines are here and how slow the service is . The same women in the drive through window takes about 10 min with each car ..it’s Wednesday 12:46 am and I’ve been literally waiting since 12:27 am to just get a regular coffee. I definitely won’t be coming back .

If I could mark ZERO stars I would. I ordered a mango smoothie, when they handed it to me it looked a little icy, no problem, BUT after about 2 min after leaving the drive thru the drink started to separate. I mixed it cause I thought maybe it was watery. It was DISGUSTINGLY. It had the taste of what rubbing alcohol smells like. I tried calling because that is disguising and unacceptable but there was no answer. I will never be returning to this location.

We went to buy a hot coffee last night (04/05/19)and the restaurant was so dirty OMG 😮 the restroom didn’t have toilet paper. The place looked like a zombie 🧟‍♂️ place after a big war. Someone has to clean up the manager has to do something no one wants to eat in a dirty place.

Plenty of parking space. Food was good. The playpen for the kids was a little bit small and it's more for older kids probably ages 4 and up. it's only one way up in a lot of kids have to wait for other kids too get out of the way. Clean and friendly. Wi-Fi horrible. I saw three people using the Wi-Fi. But it was so weak signal it wasn't worth using it. 2nd. Why would you give me ketchup stuck together with God knows what. how can no one see it or feel it when you give this to your customers. this is what scares me basically this is telling me they don't give an f and then just give you whatever they want to give you. I will not come here because of that. hopefully they see this review and fix this problem. FYI. I only ask for ketchup. Not salsa
