Don't know if I should finish the food but it's bad to throw food away but the rice in part's it's hard to even chew but the egg roll and the shrimp was good

I was ordering and this lady ruly interrupts what I try to order... Good food bad service she just needs to change her attitude but when somebody else has a attitude towards her attitude changes real quick don't let up people.

Contact the restaurant and they said they NEVER had this happen, deny refund due to no having receipts, they didn’t want the transaction # they wanted the receipt. I asked for them to look up the purchase with transaction # but they refused

I spoke with Liz, the manager, she promised a refund, i told her I wasn't going to make a big deal, but since i haven't even received my refund, I'm posting it. She even confirmed it was one of her cook's. So happy my daughter didn't someone else's hair.

Eventually, a girl came out of the restroom to help, but she seemed annoyed from the start. She then walked back toward the restroom and told us she would help “in a minute.” After feeling ignored the entire time, I ended up walking out without being served. Poor customer service and a very unwelcoming experience.

Just came here and I watched the attitude of the person on register duty (Her Name Is Luz) since the moment I first got in line till she charged me for my items, how rude she was to everybody she rang up not only with an ugly face but when some asked for condiments she replied with attitude telling them “ you need to tell me what you want, I can’t guess “ like wow that’s crazy. Get Luz off the register duty with her ugly attitude and stank face

It says they open at 9:30 am but the doors closed and food ain’t ready till about 10:40 at rimes

Worst service ever cashier/ manager always has an nasty attitude n very unpleasant will not recommend this place. I contact upper management n never got an email nor call back from them.
