This particular Jack in the Box is quite good. I've had different experiences with other Jack in the Box's. They definitely are not the same. They are quick, the food is hot, and I've always gotten what I wanted.

Better selection than other fast food chains. Taste and quality are also good, though the items offered are not healthful, as expected on this kind of eatery. Service was fast. Customer service interpersonal skills can be improved. A more welcoming, friendly service can bring in more customers.

I walked in an ordered a double smash no bacon large combo. At the counter I spoke with the server and said twice no bacon, and as soon as I got to work I was passed to find a great deal of Bacon. I tried calling the store a few and got no answer. This is the second time this happened. I don't enjoy paying for stuff that I can not eat. How do I get the food I paid for or my money back?

I ordered on Ubereats. They got a combo meal wrong, I got regular fries instead of curly fries. I ordered 2 large Sprites and they both tasted disgusting like when the fountain drink machine needs to be refilled. So we had nothing to drink with our meals. This was the worst ultimate cheeseburger I've ever had in my life. It had barely any cheese, the patties were burnt, and it was just dry and unpalatable. Do not Ubereats from this location. They always get orders wrong.

Do not order delivery from here as the food will not be worth the amount you would pay I ordered a jack spicy chicken sandwich and got a chicken strip with bread I've ordered spicy chickens sandwiches from many other jack in the box but this one has to be the worst by far

Got dinner here last night. They forget items we ordered (not the first time) make sure you check your bags before you leave this location since they don’t know how to do that themselves. Also worst customer service by ROSA. She is a so called manager who should be reevaluated because she does not know what good customer service is.

Just got 4 tacos and large fries and it is beyond obvious that they were old fries that were refried. They are brownish, they are dried out and overly crunchy (like when you try to reheat fries lol) and they have the distinct burnt flavor in literally every fry so far. The tacos also seemed refried or something because they were so greasy the paper pouch they came in was nearly transparent. Tried calling and received an audio message telling me their voicemail box is full yet had no mention of jack in the box. Felt like i reached the voicemail of the cellphone of somebody ghosting me lol fr. Normally would not write a review like this, but they were so burnt bro, so burnt.. also the owner seems to be very responsive with the complaints posted in these reviews, so hey, why fix what ain't broke? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Will change rating if warranted.

We’ve been in there eight times. You said you accept EBT, but literally used our EBT card every time - and your chip malfunctions or we always end up having to pay because you didn’t accept it. Appreciate that you accept it, but can there be a time we talk to the manager to get this sorted out. The only reason you’re getting a 1 star is to raise your attention to this. Otherwise, service was good, food was good, and this is my favorite Jack in the Box. Just please fix your problems with the EBT system.

Every time the spicy tenders are back I get so excited to order them, but every single time I get them and bite into it. the batter that goes over the chicken is always expired. Not even taking the batter off is it good. I just wanted to enjoy them tonight but had to throw them away because they tasted disgusting.

Ordered Uber eats and literally more than half of items were missing! Absolutely unprofessional workers that can’t do simple jobs correctly. Sad. Items missed French toast and has browns and I order 3 of them. BUT they gave me the syrup for the invisible French toast. Sad sad sad SMH

There’s no line in the drive-through everybody’s standing up on the front counter talking they couldn’t get for chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich. I only asked for one thing one barbecue sauce couldn’t get that I was here for more than seven minutes for those two things the car behind me left they make me move again, and never coming back And on top of that, I only get three chicken nuggets instead of four

I ordered a "MEAT LOVERS" breakfast burrito. It costs $6.79. THIS is what I got... and egg burrito! I could've went to a real mexican restaurant and got double size WITH meat! #NeverAgain!
