We like the burrito bowls and chips/salsa too. Service has gone down the drain and the people are not as nice as they used to be when they first opened.
The workers here are very nice, they deal with a lot of stress and rude customers and they deal with them in the best way. The Latino men and women here make the best food and keep calm under pressure. Especially for how packed it can get.
I cannot fathom why people are so rude to others working in customer service jobs. I went in line next to a woman who was on the phone and extremely nasty to the employees. The employees kept professional and didnt let it phase them. And I know that that one customer was probably just a drop in the sea of Karen's. I have nothing but respect for these workers and nothing but hate for the people who believe they are above customer service workers. Stay strong yall ✌️
We were waiting for our phones to sync at the Verizon store, so we popped in here for lunch. Food was fresh and the service was great. Dining room was clean, but the parking lot needs some attention (not sure who does that). I had the steak bowl and the wife had chicken. They were generous in portions and we're definitely be back. Thanks
Less attitude female staff needs more help with training on how to properly wrap a burrito mine was smooshed , ripped off and extremely attached to the foil wrap .
Let me first say I love Chipotle! But recently the Stafford location has been slacking. I always do pick up which you usually have to wait extra long. This time it was ready on-time but my food was cold and the bowl was half empty I didn't get what I paid for at all!! May have to start going back to Moe's instead!
So at first, I was reaching out because of a piece of rotten fruit in what is supposed to be the “kid’s fruit cup”. THEN, I called the store and had to deal with fighting with the AI, instead of a human, that now answers the phone. It seems the only way to get the phone to ring in the store is to insult the AI. So the AI finally decides I’m WORTHY enough to be put through to the store, after hurling insults, ONLY for NO ONE TO ANSWER AND THE VOICEMAIL MEMORY FULL! I didn’t call nor visit the store at peak hours. The order was picked up shortly after 8pm and the call was made right before 9pm. SERIOUSLY, this is what is wrong with our world. People are too busy for people!! Too busy to interact with humans, too busy to care about other humans, by giving a kid a piece of bad fruit, in a “kid’s fruit cup”. I don’t want to even get started on the fruit just being a single orange like fruit, plopped in a cup. CHICK-FIL-A, HERE WE COME, FOREVER!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A CHIPOTLE EVER AGAIN. We will stop and eat anything else, over giving you our business.
Absolutely would not recommend this place and will not be returning. We ordered two bowls through mobile pick up. Both orders were wrong and inedible. So salty and overcooked that we couldn’t eat it, plus the extra protein was nowhere to be found. The guy working the mobile orders acted like I was a problem when I asked for the chips that weren’t in the bag. For ~$40 I would eat anywhere else but here, don’t waste your time or money.
placed an online delivery order and called to add honey vinaigrette because there is no way to add it through ANY of the apps. and after requesting their terrible automated system to put me through to a crew member multiple times, which made me feel like I was arguing with robot, I finally found a way to be put through to the restaurant. I called 6 times and the phone was never answered. 2 of those 6 someone answered and then hung up on me. I'm done spending my money on a company that doesn't value their customers. never again, wish I could leave ZERO stars
I used the app to order from a local Chipotle and unfortunately, I didn’t check to see the app selected the wrong location compared to where I was, so we drove over here to get our food. This took us about 5 more mins, compared to the location we were closer to, so by the time we got here, we expected the food to be ready, since it was supposed to be ready by 12:10PM and we arrived at 12:15PM. There was nothing on the shelves waiting for pickup and they were busy inside, so I waited a few mins and then asked the lady who was packing up to-go orders, showing her my info on the app. She basically ignored me and pointed to a bag. I asked if she was telling me that was mine, she said she didn’t know and told me to look at the label. I was wearing my glasses, which aren’t meant for reading, so I couldn’t read the label, so I asked her if it was my name, she again pointed at the label. I ended up taking my glasses off and saw it was mine, so I took it. I asked for a couple of cups for water and she said “ask him” while pointing behind her, to the cashier who was helping other customers. This lady was very rude and curt. She probably needs to look for another job if this is how she handles working a Chipotle during a busy lunch hour! Absolutely ridiculous level of service and the sole reason for my score being so low. Other than the service issue – The food was great! Since the salad my wife wanted was a “togo” order via the app, the actually made it upside down, which was smart! With the lettuce on top, it didn’t get wilted by the time she could eat it. And My tacos were amazing! The place was actually very busy, but the lobby was decently clean. Would I return here again? No way! Not with this level of service, plus the parking lot is terribly cramped and difficult to navigate.
The mobile order pickup is just for show. Your food is on a cart in the prep area along with all the other completed orders ready for pickup. Just walk on back and grab it because if you're not in line nobody will talk to you. Shout-out to the Chipotle veteran that showed me how to get fed. $16 for something so wet and messy I haven't seen anything like it since my kids were in diapers. And they did put guacamole in there, it was just all on one end of the burrito. Thanks, guys. I gotta hit the showers now.
As you enter the store the smell is terrible. An irritating chemical coming from the bathrooms. The floor is always dirty full of food. They barely sweep. The fountain drink machine area and the utensils is always missy and dirty. I wonder why Chipotle was ranked among top 3 dirtiest restaurants. I prefer the one down at court road
I FOUND A DEAD BUG IN MY MEAL !!!! Absolutely disgusting !!! I went back to the location where the manager covered my tray in hopes to hide it from the other customers still in line. They did not switch out the trays other customers eagerly awaited the insect infested meals. I waited and watched seeing if they’d do the right thing, dump out the trays and start from scratch. They DID NOT !!!
I’ve always had an issue with chipotle skimping your food with online orders. I now only order in the restaurant because of this. My daughter brought me home chipotle and she ended up ordering online and sure enough when I opened it my food looked half eaten because they barely added anything. And even forget some ingredients. Chipotle needs to get better with online ordering and stop skimping people.
I've came here on 3 separate times in the last 2 weeks and they're missing food items. Last week it was white rice and cheese. On 1/2/22 (yesterday) they were missing white rice, guacamole, and cheese. Today it's sour cream and fajitas mix. The worker brings out a full sour cream for the Togo area that was full. Manager said she couldn't use that sour cream as it's only for to-go food. This place is going down hill and the service is terrible. All the workers ever have to say is "I just work here, nothing I can do about it". WOW!!!! Never again!
Chipotle has a reputation for fine cooking. But this location is badly maintained. The restaurant was highly dirty. If this is how they upkeep the dining area, what does the kitchen look like? We visited on December 17th. At that time, I am sure they had a heavy amount of customers. But if I come into a place for the good food, my appetite is immediately ruined if I see a place that looks like a landfill. We told an employee to alert the manager that the dining area needed to be cleaned. One employee came out, had 2 drinks and a conversation with his colleagues but never once made an effort to clean the area or send someone else to do it. Even when the customers dwindled down to a few, no effort was made to clean. We sat there for half a hour after we informed the employee of his store’s condition. They could have cleaned at any time but they did not. Definitely not coming back.
If I could give this place minus zero stars I would. I have worked in the food industry for many years. What I saw today, as a former chef and district manager would have had me letting people go. The hot food area was filthy, looked like it had not been wiped down all day. How can you serve people food from such a disgusting counter area?! Tables were filthy as well, the trash looked like no one had emptied it all day? I cannot understand it, there is no excuse for it there were more than 8 to 10 employees running around like chickens with the heads off in the back. I am horrified at this blatant disregard for basic sanitary and health compliance. This place needs a health inspection and food service inspection. They should definitely lose there SERVE license and certification. Food made us sick. Never again. Stay away unless you want to get upset stomach or worse.
