Jasmine was great. she has a lovely positive attitude. even though she's working there by herself during dinner hours, she kept a positive attitude and work efficiently and still made my food with love definitely. A great employee to have, and I'm very disappointed at management not scheduling an additional hand to support her, Knowing there's a drive through and walk in customers, plus online orders that she has to take care of on her own. The place wasn't in this condition last year.. this year, the place is clean and the service is excellent. The only disappointment I have is that the is only 1 employee attending the store. Even that she manages to puch the place on her own And make it happen. Good job.. give this girl a hand..

I recently visited this Subway location and had an amazing experience thanks to a wonderful employee named John. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made the entire process smooth and pleasant. Not only was he quick and efficient, but his friendly attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. He made sure my sandwich was just the way I liked it, and even offered great suggestions for toppings I hadn’t considered. It’s rare to come across such outstanding customer service, and John’s positive energy really made my visit special. Kudos to him for going above and beyond! I'll definitely be returning soon.
The customer service is phenomenal and super refreshing. I had the pleasure of working with John who's very knowledgeable about the menu and knows everything about the best deals! I am literally coming back daily for lunch.
Chris and Davonte were amazing at this location today. Their energy was great and they apologized for a 3 minute wait and took care of us from start to finish. They were taking over as new owners and I highly recommend going there and experiencing their service and smiles.
Made a complaint through corporate and received a prompt response. The issue is that I ordered a BLT and it literally had one strip of bacon on it. I order all the time and the manager replied and apologies but ignored my request to have another sandwich remade. I would not waste time here because if something goes wrong, you will be on your own and out of what you paid for.
I am not getting the restaurant five stars on doordash because I got the sandwiches but I didn't get every single thing that I want on my sandwich cuz I normally get like a lot of things on my sandwich but they only put on there just lettuce tomatoes onions cucumber but I did not get the other half of it which is black olives banana pepper all in vinegar sweet onion teriyaki and Etc. I ordered six cookies which is three macadams and three double chocolate I didn't get those I got raspberry macadamia that I'm allergic to I cannot have it and instead of going to doordash and let them know and let me know that they don't have it so they can take it off and I have an allergy towards it just a raspberry the fruit itself.
I just bought 3 foot long subs from this location and the person working charged us more than what we ordered. I also asked if they take coupon to double check because it says online that they take coupons but he told me that the owner does not take. I tried calling before going to this location to double check and no one answered the phone. I’m very disappointed! Subway need to do better!
Says they are open when they are in fact closed at 11:32pm when the listing says open until 2am
Horrible service . I tried calling to let them know my order was placed wrong before they made it never answered phone calls . Went to the store and asked if it could be made again worked wasted time arguing instead of making it over telling me they can’t waste time remaking the order but here we are having an argument about it.. never again it s unprofessional
The worst service. They don’t take coupons. I wanted to try the loaded Doritos and the boy that was working that night told me he don’t know how to make it so I can’t order it. When ask for manager he was the only one working. So rude
Person was on training and this person serving took 14min to make my sandwich. I got a foot long and she pinched on every ingredient. For a foot long I got 4 pieces of onions 4 pieces of green onions and 4 jalapeños what is that ? And that's yall policy? The trainer was there talking away making another person sandwich and knew this trainee needed help. The sandwich i ordered was a Spicy Nacho and this gurl didn't know what to put sooo i tried to tell her and she waited for help from trainer to stop talkin while I stood there waiting??? I hollared at the Trainer for help over here and was ignored. After 4 times asking for attention and waving at trainer then she turned to assist??? Every other Subway serve not pinch like that and in a timely fashion. While there is no one in restaurant, use that time to look at menu board and food and try to get familiar... Smh I don't recommend comming here
If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to but today was inexcusably disgusting because there was an elderly woman ordering the lunch special for 8.49if I’m not mistaken but they the every employee in the store told her the drink and chips were not included and tried to charge her an additional 3.99 to make it a combo she ended up ordering a foot long sub I go to the doctor twice a week in the lauderhill mall so usually go to that subway but they only take cash the soup is never ready an the old lady who and the gut are extremely rude they won’t give me the number to corporate and act like it’s not a big issue the need to be trained on customer service and the the prices. This is every time I go there I end up having to find something else to eat. But the way they treated the lady who was there was totally unacceptable they should lose their jobs because how don’t they know the daily special..
I ordered a regular whitebeard sandwich and received a sesame bread sandwich. I'm highly deathly allergic. I had to use my epipen and the store does not answer the phone. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT FOOD SAFETY AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! so dangerous to eat at a place that doesn't comply with allergy laws!!!!
If I could give a 0 I would. We ordered two sandwiches. One being a steak and one the turkey. Got the food and it was horrible. The steak wasn’t even steak we didn’t get steak at all he made chicken. Brought it back to be corrected and the worker told us no and he wasn’t gone to correct it. Nastiness of an attitude ever. We did call the police just so we can report it. We will also be calling corporate to report this issue. Just shut the place down if u can’t find good workers. He acted like he was on something. I will never return to this store. The worst subway I have ever been too.
I did not have a great experience. The young lady who made my sub did not do a good job. I did not eat it. I wasted $12 and some change. I am not satisfied. I asked if she could please make my sub over. This is what happened initially I went to the drive-through and ordered a foot-long turkey sub at the speaker. I specifically at for salt and pepper, oil and vinegar and then mayo and mustard (standard) as well as some other toppings. When I came up to pay that is when I asked for Extra oil and vinegar and mayo and mustard on the side, when the young lady handed me my sub. When she came back to the window I asked where was the extra things I asked for on the side she said that we don’t have containers to do that I said OK then I double check my sub, it was smother and mayo and mustard , so i parked and went inside, and kindly showed her my sub and asked to make it over she said she can’t and I said, can you ask your manager she said, even if I ask a manager they would say no. Then I said, can you call them she refused to then she walked away for me. That was rude. other guys came in. I still sat at the checkout, waiting for her to help me. the guest checked out, I moved out the way nicely. I asked her once again could you please make this sub over? I can’t I eat it she refused. Then she walked away and left and there as a paying customer not being able to make my sub. I did not eat my sub that I paid for. The young lady was rude, talking over me, and not listening to my concerns that upset me, but I kept a level tone because of professionalism. I kindly left after being ignored, rudely.
I ordered 2 subs online. Neither were prepared as requested. I tried to call many times, 1 ring and the busy signal. When 2 subs here now retail over $30, you want the guacamole, EXTRA tomatoes and less lettuce means just that! Just because it's after 8pm doesn't mean you can pass along spinach sandwiches. All that bread.. Where's my turkey?!
