I’ve come here for a few years now and I’ve never had any problems with the food or service. I honestly really like their steak and their portions are almost always very filling!

I didn't eat there but my daughter did. She ordered a burrito with white rice, chicken, steak, cheese and hot sauce. We've been back at least 3 times a month so I guess it's really good. The place is always packed and especially clean!
I love this place. So many calories but I love the food. I had an issue once were the lady put lettuce on my burrito, I had specifically said no veggies. But they made me a new one, no problem. Super great staff!

I bought a steak burrito without beans, cilantro white rice, , sour cream, fajita veggies, corn salsa and cheese. When I tell you I get this all the time but this particular restaurant makes the burritos super huge and the service was amazing and the restaurant was super clean.
I love coming to this location for lunch! Not only are you guaranteed a delicious, healthy, and satisfying meal but you're always greeted with a smile as soon as you walk in the door. The staff really takes care of you and goes above and beyond when a customer needs it. One time I dropped my entire bowl on accident and the staff was quick to reassure me that everything was fine - didn't even make a big deal about it, cleaned up the mess on the spot and hooked me up with a brand new bowl just the way I had ordered it. I really can't praise them enough, thanks guys! Five stars all the way!!

Not the best in terms of hygiene (during busy times you can see used napkins etc lying around on the floor) but the food is always spot on. I’ve never been skimped. They take care of their customers. And they are very patient with small kids!

Not all Chipotles are alike. The food here is just so tasty. The place is sadly understaffed by young employees. They seem to get nervous when the line is long. If only there was one more person in the assembly line, it would make production flow faster. If you have time to wait, their food is outstanding. I minus them one star because of lack of speed.

Chicken always cooked well. When ordering online, don't order too far in advance, sometimes they seem to make it early and it gets cold. Despite this this location is way better than the next closest location.
Good fast food, on the healthier side of things, they have some good items on their menu that can serve the purpose. One plus is, that in their busiest rush hours they move quickly to accelerate customers. Overall...Chipotle has a great food franchise Bussines.
I always get the bowl, I tried both the white and brown rice before, love both, love the cornitas, chickens, haven't tried the other meat yet but sure they are great. Love their guacamole, love their salsa, love their corn, just love everything ! Although sometimes the customer service can be kind of indifferent and inattentive but still they make great food !
Tables need to be cleaned better. At 11 am!! Seats, too. Cashier was very friendly and helpful...not so much the others at counter. Food was good per usual.
Placed an online order for pick up. The order wasn't ready on time. However, it did arrive within 5 minutes. The burrito bowl was fresh, and all items in proportion. The soda fountain area was a bit of a mess, though with trash and spilled drink on the counter.
Not bad for occasional visit. Like their new BBQ option. Service can be improved especially cleaning of tables in a timely manner.
This chain is always a good place for a healthy and high quality meal. But the prices are not fast food friendly. They are definitely one of the most expensive fast food chains that I've eaten at recently.
Chipotle is consistently good. The service was pretty good. Not sure what the deal is about the rush with the service. Can't a man look at the menu before answering what kind of rice and beans he wants? I seriously was just looking at the prices. Anyway, good experience. Clean restaurant. Nothing to complain about.
Chipotle’s a classic, but I found the service here to be mediocre and the cleanliness around the store lackluster.
Honestly, this location is pretty good. Most of the time, the food and service is excellent. If I have any criticisms, they would be that the price is too expensive(and therefore I won't visit as much), they sometimes let their lettuce get way too old, and finally the steak is very chewy sometimes. Probably cutting up the fat and gristle. The restaurant is usually pretty clean.
It's been a minute since our last visit. She was very satisfied with her Burrito Bowl. The price is good, the service was good and the atmosphere is always on chill.

Quality depends on the time of day. If you come when the food is fresher it will obviously be a better experience. Servers are quick, but some are more generous than others in terms of portion sizes. Restaurant can get dirty during busy hours since the staff doesn't regularly clean tables after someone has left. Nothing you can't just wipe yourself though. Other than that, this location is good.
Only issue is location and the traffic on feeder and cutting through to another area, too dark(not well lit)
The food was excellent, however, contingent upon the server, you don't always get enough food.
Chipotle is usually a reliable choice when I'm craving something quick and flavorful. The ingredients taste fresh and the customization options are great. However, I've noticed lately that the portion sizes have gotten smaller compared to what they used to be, especially for the price. It would be great if they were a little more generous, particularly with the protein and toppings. Overall, still a good spot for a casual meal, but I hope they work on the portions to match the value better.
Way too expensive for the portion size. Why wouldn't I just go to a sit down restaurant for that price? It's basically burrito day at the school cafeteria. And you want me to pay... $20 for a meal and a drink? Prolly not.
Young man preparing food was having a conversation with a colleague instead of focusing on the task at hand while customers were standing in front of him. Disrespectful and certainly room for improvement in regards to customer service satisfaction.
If it’s too busy go to another place to eat you’ll just get undercooked rice and avacado skin in your food, when it’s not busy this place is pretty good.
Something isn’t right with their chips! I suspect that they are buying them elsewhere and filling the chipotle bags with them! I can definitely tell they are not chipotle chips! They don’t even have the sea salt on them! I guess it’s just irritating when you have an expectation and they don’t meet them! They are literally the worse chips I ever tasted! Literally cardboard. The entire restaurant is filthy. No one knows how to wrap a burrito. Also, You will never see a clean table, or floor. One night awhile back I came in and tried to use the restroom ...this was close to closing time. The door was locked and no one answer when I knocked. ..so I waited then left. Minutes later I saw a Caucasian female and male exit out.....both employees perhaps one a manager. I'm like gross....will never return back.
I have had more fair experiences at Chipotle than good or great. Primarily the protein is overcooked and chewy, not fresh and tender. I have been to several Chipotle so my comment is about Chipotle in general, not specifically this location
ok I love chipotle normally but I've been to this location a couple of times and have been very disappointed each time with the service and now with the food. the two bowls I got were tasty but not at all very warm. it was take out, however, none of the cheese even started to melt.
Nothing but kids work here, they added all the juices from the beans and pico and made my burrito all soggy. When I asked for a kids quesadilla, they added very little amount cheese to it, I had to go back and ask them to remake it again. We sit down and there was a table that had two pieces of sheetrock on top, a lot of other tables were all dirty. On top of that, the white rice was not completey cooked!
Lately the protein/meat portions have begun to decrease, and at times the scoop of protein/meat isnt even a full spoon full. Usually if i order online, I have noticed that my protein/meat portion is very small and skimpy. Chipotle needs to go to a standardized measure so that each employee doesnt decide if they want to be generous or skimpy that day.
This has been my go-to Chipotle for YEARS. Not anymore. The new kids have no clue how to make the food, portion wise. They either put far too much, include all the water in the pico, or put too little. The result is the world's nastiest tacos or burritos. I now travel to Missouri City's location, which is a HUGE improvement. Train the new guy that works at night!
This was a miserable experience. The lobby was filthy, the air condition wasn't working well and the ice machine and drink fountain was out. The portions of ingredients were not balanced so that also affected the overall taste. It was a difficult to find anything enjoyable in the experience. The staff was ok, but they didn't communicate well. Many customers bought fountain drinks to find out later the only choice they had were teas and lemonade with no ice. Tough to enjoy when it's hot inside and out.
My taste buds were severely damaged by the excessive saltiness of the poorly blended rice; kindly sample the rice before distributing it to others. The water also tastes like toilet water. Thank you.
placed an online order through the app and show up at the pick up time. Heard the cashier ask the staff twice "who is working on the online order?" so im pretty sure they didn't start my order until after i got there waited 10+ minutes in the store for my online order and in that time span, they had 2 customers. it would have been faster to order in the store versus online ordering but at least they got the order right Arrived at store for pick up time: 8:20 Back in my car @ 8:31
I went into this establishment to get a bowl I asked the why do I get a teaspoonful of meat The cashier said that's all for two meats I almost left that plate there That pissed me off I most likely won't return to this location. It's the principle the lady before me got her food covered with meat but hey I suppose. Then I got hard chips that I paid for yeah its a no for me!.. The lady in front of me came in the line the wrong way as I was walking up and they still took her order first that was the first thing not hey ma'am the line starts behind her.
So got here at 9:35pm trying to order food buy an employee says they are close but they don't close til 10pm.. Very rudely said they didn't have any burritos and si clearly I could see the burrito tortilla right next to the burner..Then she says they gonna get me mad .. Clearly yall need to retrain for better customer service she should of served us but was in a hurry to close... New food chain of burritos are coming with better customer service... Dont spend your time here with bad attitude employee..
Staff attitude gets worse and worse. Portions get smaller and smaller. The lack of customer engagement is incredible. It’s like they hate being there and paying customers are a pain in their backside

I used to come here frequently for lunches but every time I’ve ordered food online to pick up, barely a third of my bowl is filled, and now everything I want to add is extra. Avoid going here and go a few doors down to Cava and you’ll be much happier.
Went here for something better than Taco Bell. Was very disappointed. I asked for steak and got something that resembled pork. And the service was very abrupt, I would have had better service at TB. Rude staff and sub-par food from what I have experienced in the past.

The quality of the food has really gone down the drain. The burrito bowl had no flavor, the chips were stale and extremely salty. Will not be coming back again. What a shame as Chipotle is one of my favorite places.
If I could leave zero stars I would, we came in from attending a local event saw the location didn't close until 10pm. We arrived 30 mins until closing for a to-go order and we're immediately told they were out of burritos and tacos. Why are you cleaning when the restaurant is supposed to close in 30 minutes and packed all the ingredients away. I get wanting to leave early or close to when your shift ends, but you literally sent a family of 4 away because you didn't want to re-clean a machine that you cleaned 30 mins prior to close. This isn't even the first time we've had this issue with this establishment. If I were you, I wouldn't take the chance to even dine in here. The staff could care less about their customer service.

Trash sevice, small portions. The young man behind the counter tried to rush me (there was no one behind me) when I asked him to slow down and give me a sec he rolled his eyes and decided to give the smallest portions I have ever had at any Chipotle location. At first I wasn't going to do a review but I have been suffering for weeks after biting into a chicken bowl with shreds of bones and damaging my teeth. I have been in such agony and can only eat on one side. Im miserable!!!! I hate you Chipotle. Never had this issue until eating at this location. I CAN'T EVEN EAT CEREAL! UUUGGHH I HATE YOU GUYS!
This is the worst chipotle in the area. This chipotle constantly runs out of ingredients, and the service is horrible. My last straw was seeing an employee cup by open tortillas which is a huge safety violation and also disgusting. There are so many inconsistencies that its not even worth it
Don’t go here after 9pm. This is usually my go to Chipotle, I’ve been eating here for years. But lately the quality in staff has greatly declined, they’re usually on their phones or listening to music instead of attending to the costumer, I usually put that aside because the food is good and that’s what we’re here for. They close at 11 most nights, making it a great place to grab a late bite. I came to the restaurant at 10:15, 45 minutes before close and the employees had already put everything away. They had no chicken, no steak, no carnitas. The only thing they had out was Saran wrapped cheese and sour cream. I’ve never seen anything like it, almost a whole hour before close, the employees are already trying to leave. I had it in my mind to go to another chipotle, but it’s on the other side of town. I ended up taking my money elsewhere and I will continue to do so, this restaurant makes too much money a year to have people who don’t care to work. I also contacted chipotle support and they didn’t do anything besides apologize, as if that’s going to bring me back through the door.
When I came to pick up my online order, the cashier—a short Hispanic woman with curls—gave me an attitude and terrible service. She rudely told me to get my own utensils and handed me my order in a bag with a wet, soggy bottom. I’ve never had an issue at this location before, but she was dismissive and unprofessional, making the whole experience frustrating. I hope management takes note because employees like her ruin the reputation of this store.
I've been going to this chipotle for a very long time and for the last couple of months it's been really bad. Multiple times now the serving area has been super dirty and they just slide the bowl over everything covering the outside bottom of the bowl in beans, sour cream, and whatever else has spilled. Portion sizes are abysmal and when I asked for more beans I was told it would be extra after confirming in their terms of service that only meat/protein is charged extra. I just walked out this last time due to half the bowl being filled at the end. Honestly felt like there was more food stuck to the outside bottom of the bowl than inside of it.
My order was part of a group order that was delivery. Food was cold and my bowl was missing beans. They also forgot our drinks and chips and queso. Don't think I'll be recommending this location as an option again for our group orders when working late.
My daughters went to this location and their orders somehow got mixed up with the person in line behind them. They were paying separately and the lady behind the counter was confused and raised her voice enough to get other peoples attention in the restaurant. My girls were extremely embarrassed. Totally unacceptable behavior.
The cashier Sahaira was the most unpleasant and unprofessional person I have ever met. She has ensured I’ll never return to this location. Not only did I have to bag my own order, she overcharged me for items I never had. When I returned to the counter she had the worst attitude and began to roll her eyes at me and chuckle when I told her I needed to be refunded. She refused to tell me her name nor let me speak with management. Luckily I got a receipt which had her name on it. Fire her and I’ll return Chipotle.
There’s literally one major allergen in the building. Changes gloves and then mid making my meal starts touching other folks tortillas and then sticking their contaminated fingers in my bowl. Left to avoid getting sick
We ordered food online for our family of 4, and everybody's order was wrong. And not just a little wrong. It was so wrong that we thought we had been given someone else's food. Unfortunately, we picked up our food. We used to love to go here, but we won't be coming back to this location.
Just stop at my favorite place for dinner and had never seen this restaurant so nasty. I come normally during lunch on weekdays. But what I just experienced was very disappointing. Chipotle please get a responsible manager on the weekends. I was disgusted!!
Irma Valenzuela and the staff are rude, inconsiderate, and not helpful. Give the smallest portions and then charge double for what would be a normal portion. Go to any other location but this one.
The service experience I had was disappointing, despite the food being good. The individual who assembled my order acted inappropriately. He made disparaging remarks when I declined additional ingredients that incurred extra charges, and did so openly as I was completing my payment. It seemed as though he assumed I didn't understand English. This person was identifiable by an Apple AirPod in his right ear and acne scars. Such behavior is quite bold and disrespectful to demonstrate in front of a customer. Employees should exercise caution with their conduct; customers' patience levels vary, and not all might respond calmly to such provocation.
I came in about an hour and a half before close. I usually don’t expect anything stellar when going to a restaurant within 2 hours of close, but the food was stale and had been sitting out for awhile. The line was long and service was slow. The kitchen and workstation appeared to be dirty. I’ve had multiple experiences with this location where the restaurant closed or attempted to close very early. The quality goes down at night here more than I’ve seen at any other Chipotle.
I had the worst experience with this location when I visited on 7/11/2024. We had an app order that was $37. When we got to the location the food was clearly still on the serving bar. The manager, Meredith, wasn’t concerned at all that an an order was placed. She continued to tell me we have “no orders and no food”. There was people in the patio area outside eating. While I was in the store 3 other customers arrived with app orders too. We all are dealing with the aftermath of a storm and she should have some compassion. The same worker kept stating everyone has to call customer service for a refund. This should have been something management should have addressed immediately or got our contact information to make it right the next day. It is out of our control that your website is still allowing orders. You have to appreciate the customers first, you have no idea the gas we spent or how many people did not find anything else eat that day. That is humiliating and I thought Chipotle had better customer service.
There was a new employee who handled my order incorrectly. I ordered extra meat, but I was given a very small portion that did not match the price. When I asked about it, the employee was rude and had a bad attitude. Fortunately, the other workers stepped in, helped me, and corrected the order. I appreciate their professionalism and assistance.
Ordered a burrito with grilled chicken and my usual toppings. Only received the toppings sans the chicken, also very little amount of rice so basically I paid for a veggie salad for over $20. Called the resto but no human to talk to, only an annoying robot.
Literally just 5 mins ago, there was an extremely intense and loud argument between 2 male workers. One Hispanic and one don’t know if he was middle eastern or not. I got the name of the 2nd one, Chris. I’m not sure why he thought it was okay to start getting loud, acting out, literally cursing and dropping the n-word. The Hispanic guy was telling him to get off the register hence, bogo day, and everything broke out loose. For a min, he calmed down until I believe it was his friends, started rowding him up. That’s when he started yelling, cursing and getting confrontational with the other dude. He broke the door. I was on the verge of calling the cops because of how bad it got. I’m not sure the hiring process is for Chipotle is but, it’s very sad that the management is just hiring teenagers like this. Not a single manager on sight and none of the employees to diffuse the situation. On top of that, I’m happy the guy who took over with the glasses came in. Was very nice and accommodating. Chipotle do better.
How is it possible for the store to run out of black beans, guacamole, sour cream before 9pm when the store closes at 11??? This is not the first time either. Multiple times now it’ll be several hours before closing and they’ll announce that they don’t have many of the ingredients available. I have family relatives who manage multiple chipotle stores and I know they have these ingredients in hand seems like the store employees just don’t want to bother preparing/pulling out more. Ridiculous.
These kids who work here are rude and have no personality or customer service skills. They aren’t pleasant and couldn’t care less to work here. The establishment was filthy and unorganized . Chipotle is going downhill
Last Friday evening, I ordered takeout through the Chipotle app for my kids, including a cheese quesadilla. Upon opening the package at home, I discovered that the entire quesadilla was covered with burnt residue from the pan. We were completely unable to eat the food, and it left us deeply disappointed with Chipotle. I even paid a tip, yet the overall experience fell far short of my expectations. I immediately reported the issue twice through the app’s chatbot, which indicated that the restaurant manager would reach out to me. However, I have not received any follow-up. I also submitted the same concern via the customer feedback section on your website, but I still have not heard back. At this point, I am requesting appropriate action to be taken regarding this matter. Could you please advise me on what further steps I should take, or provide a resolution directly?
It was high way robbery. The menu said $9 but I was charged $17. When I asked why I am paying more , I was told that I requested 3 tiny pieces of meat extra on the burrito because he put very little.When I did ask for 3 extra pieces no body told it was $7 dollars more. I will never step int any Chipotle again
The day-time workers are always tense, you can tell they hate their jobs and despise the customers. Tons of passive aggressiveness toward me and others I’ve witnessed, never seen it at other chipotles. The workers here truly act like they work at Popeyes in the hood They once overcharged me and forgot to add in an item and when I went back, the lady was giggling while she fixed it like she enjoyed seeing me frustrated. Many other times I’ve been overcharged and the manager makes some random excuse & stonewalls every time.
My first experience at this location: 1. Arrived on time for my online order, had to wait at least an additional 10 mins. 2. Got food home, some dishes cold and ordered double meat for one dish--did not receive it. Ordered two sides of salad dressing--did not receive them. Ordered and paid for guacamole with the quesadilla--did not receive it. 3. Also ordered a salad--in which was a hair. Picture attached. Food also tastes different--lack of seasoning. 4. I tipped, and my order was over 70 bux. I'm pretty disappointed and will not use this location even again. I don't recommend spending your hard earned dollars here. I prayed for our health after eating this meal.
