This Chick-fil-A is a very nice franchise! The store was so clean, ALWAY a HUGE line at the drive through. A little personal touch by the owner .. See the picture I attached. Nice Xmass decorations all around. The staff is super nice always ready to help,correct any mistakes. Now let's go to how yum the food is.. You can make your own sandwich with many available options: From the bread, to the chicken either coated or grilled to their OMGOSH, their fries are like no other - waffle potato fries, they are thick, juicy and yummy as you can tell, they sure are my fav. The options starts at breakfast all the way to dinner. Check out their menu before you go in so you know those amazing items they serve. Please check the pictures I added. This business is privately owned, so I encourage everyone to eat locally, especially when the business owner added a no touch gadgets to keep his staff and customers safe.

The spicy deluxe was yummy, nice story book with the kiddie meal, overall good value for money. Pleasant ambience with fresh flowers on each table. The staff is friendly and received surprise mother day flowers and gift card too!

It's all standard affair for a Chick-fil-A. There's a small little playground here. The service is actually worse though than a normal Chick-fil-A. No one was at the mobile pickup area, and when they were, it seemed like they were talking to their friends first even with me waiting in line. Nothing too tragic for most fast food joints, just so for Chick-fil-A. The tables are clean and they have fresh carnations set up on all of the tables.

Wow. The sauce makes the difference. My 2nd experience with Chick-fil-a and this time round the server (counter) informed me that I can get any number and any flavour or sauces. Order Spicy Chicken Sandwiches which are good and tasty. Family loves the sandwiches. Had a bunch of nuggets and plenty of sauces to go around. Everyone enjoyed the meal. Only challenge was the outlet was really busy for some reason unknown to me. They had a roach issue at the fountain drinks machine. Overall still a good dinner.

[Warning: Be prepared for long lines and drive through queues as is normal due to the popularity of the chain] I recommend visiting in off lunch hours, between 11-12pm or 3-5pm. Also, these are closed on Sundays. The service here was great. The staff here are clearly trying to keep up with the demand. Everyone was really friendly. The food here is great. The fried chicken sandwiches, salads, and sides are amazing - super fresh and well prepared. Parking here could be better. With the amount of traffic and lines, sometimes it is hard to get in and out of the lot. This is located directly on El Camino, so cars often sit forever just to merge onto the road.

I had the breakfast bowl w sausage, egg, and hashbrowns, no cheese and the parfait. It was OK. It was good. You can tell it’s frozen food I left most of the sausage. I just ate the egg and hash brown. But the parfait was pretty good

If I need to be honest. Front counter service great. As to checking in on the guests the way San Jose Chick-fil-A does. It was not there. Not too mention the parking lot is terrible. I don't know who constructed the lay out. Its a big mess. I can definitely see some type of accident happening there. I hope it doesn't happen, I also never put really like posting negative reviews. This is just my honest opinion. Management or corporate needs to intervene on this location.

This is the main Chick-fil-A in the area, but I have had not so good experiences every time. The parking lot is very small. Had someone get aggressive with me in the parking lot because they couldn’t find a spot. The drive-through line is very long. And then another time we ordered catering and it was late.

Burgers taste good. A pain to drive into even though we are dining in, because the drive through line extends until the street. The service was not good. We ordered through the app and put our table number. When he came to drop off food, he only gave one tray. Before we could ask for another one, he went away. Also one of the waters we ordered was supposed to have no ice, but they put ice. Seems like they are not careful with order details.

Have a Ford Transit van 8foot The only thing that they need to do is trim the trees so does not hit the top of the van and scratch my roof other than that food and service is good

The taste overall was pretty bland. We ordered a chicken sandwich which only had 2 small pickles and lacked flavor. The chicken nuggets, or pieces, were mostly overcooked to a dark brown. We threw most of them away because there was no meat, mostly breading. I had never tried the wraps and won't again. It was boring and dry. It seems you have to douse everything in some kind of sauce to make it taste decent. That's just not for me. We don't eat Chik-fil-a very often, and this experience reminded me of why.

This location has gone downhill food-wise. Ordered around 8:30pm on a Wednesday and got it via drive-thru. I got some sad, double fried brown pieces that are allegedly chicken strips and seemingly also double fried waffle fries. They were so tough and dry, I had to cut off all the hard inedible pieces from the chicken and left most of the fries. The chicken meat itself was old and tough. So disappointed. It was good upon a time. Do better, Sunnyvale Chick-Fil-A.
