Four of us came in about a half hour to close and the staff was very nice and still served us. We dined in and had a wonderful experience and loved the classic Pizza Hut look and feel of the restaurant. If you're in the area and want a little nostalgia this is definitely the place to go.

Came in feeling extra hungry; I ordered the salad bar with a large veggie lover's pizza with added spinach! It was piping hot and ooey gooey fresh. Delicious and complimentary to the carrots and broccoli and ranch. Clean dining room; Lexi, my waitress, was timely and very patient.

Pizza was good but alittle dry. My main problem was trying to use my reward points. Unable to use them even when I called no one knew how to use them. We have used Pizza Hut for years some pizzas they make are better then other times. It depends on who cooking.

Service was good. Taller female employee/waitress was nice as always. Lunch buffet sucked today. Sauce was kinda bitter. Here's the real complaint. To watch an employee stuff her face with food while she's making the same food that is being served on the lunch buffet is bullshit. Not professional and one could only think the health department may have a problem with those working habits. Also you don't step up to the cash register to assist a paying customer with your mouth full of pizza.

I dislike writing negative reviews, but my last two delivery orders were missing items. I called the store about my bread sticks for the first order. They made me a double order and had it delivered, which I appreciated. I didn't receive my Parmesan & Romano shaker for today's order. The DoorDash driver was friendly when I asked about it. He told me to call the store and he would go back and get it for me, but it wasn't his fault they didn't include it. I didn't want him to have to make another trip. It's only 99 cents, but I paid for it. They need to check their orders before sending them out! It's too much of a hassle to have to call about these issues because I have to be transferred to the store when I call the local number. Sometimes they don't answer and I have to keep calling. I still have my receipt if they want to make it right.

I arrived to do a delivery. Upon telling the gentleman the name on the order he became argumentative and standoffish. He then kept going on and on about the type of delivery it was regardless of company I was delivering for. In turn I returned his attitude. This is the first time I have given a bad review. The reason is the order was completed by the smiling young lady that was being a respectful and kind employee thank you dear. This young woman is the only reason I did not cancel the order. Upon recieving the food to deliver the gentleman did not have the drinks ready nor did he tell me there were drinks with the order in which ended up not being listed on my app. So his customers did not recieve their drinks. Normally had it been placed through my delivery company it could have been reimbursed however I recieved another delivery order so could not return to the Pizza Hut to inform the rude employee that drinks were missing making the order incomplete. So that being said upon arriving to deliver for Pizza Hut or another delivery service said Employee could learn much from his younger coworker upon greeting and talking to Delivery or Customers. I was hoping the gentlemen was ok because maybe he had a bad start to the day. I will pray for him to have a great rest of his week and that he focuses more on getting his complete orders out for delivery rather than being and argumentative with the Outside Delivery services he apparently put an order online to fulfill their delivery service. Have a great day and thanks again to the young lady that was about getting her customers their food kindly and in a perfect timely manner. This young lady gets 5 🌟 across the board. The low ratings on the review is for the gentleman. may his days get better.

I was hesitant about buying a pizza after reading some of the reviews, but I gave them a chance. Their first and last chance. I just picked up a Super deep dish Supreme. (11-2-25) The center was still dough, not even warm. Not cooked at all. I had to put it in our oven to finish cooking it. They had their chance.

Usually don't have an issue but this is the 3rd time my order has been messed up..i get they're understaffed because everyone is but at least train the staff you do have properly. All the toppings were in one spot & the chicken was non existent on the buffalo chicken..My daughter's ham & pineapple was poorly assembled as well..i ordered the big box & received round pizzas instead of rectangular..Took a good 10 min to get acknowledged after walking in..

Over an hour wait for online order, just to get the wrong order when it finally came out. But they’re extremely busy, so I get it. But this negative review is for their cleanliness or lack there of. This place had stacks of burnt pans that had been caked on, time and time again. The entire dining area was filled with the smoke from all of all the burnt pans. This place is terrible and the reviews reflect that!!

Ordered garlic parmesan wings & there was absolutely no garlic or Parmesan flavor. They were dry w/no flavor Tried calling , no answer. Drove back there & was told the sauce soaks into the wings. They were bone dry. Had ordered the night before & the wings were actually sitting on top of garlic sauce, guess they used all the sauce on my previous order Showed them the picture & no offer to do anything about it Not returning Dominoes it is

Delivery was on time but order was wrong and pizzas were burnt and tasted burnt. Tried several times to contact store and couldn't reach anyone. Pizza didn't taste fresh and was slightly warm. Worst experience at pizza hit in my life. Seems like this store in my town is going downhill the last 8 months or so. If the service is like this now I won't be ordering again.

(******************ATTENTION************CONSUMERS*******) Tuesday January 9th, 2018 at 400pm I ordered a 40$ order. I usually order from domino's, because last year when I ordered from pizza hut the manager was rude. so I decided to not order from them anymore. I should have stuck to that, because when I ordered this time one of the managers that refused to tell me her name. but was very ghetto and rude. and when I started to get angry back at her she put me on hold, then some guy got on the phone and said he was the gm, but refused to tell me his name. so I don't no really what position he was. and he explained to me that he teaches all his managers to tell customer's that we don't remake orders for anybody. that only the money matters. and I quote if you don't like it call domino's.

My order wasn’t ready for pick up. I placed the order at 6:01 pm to be picked up at 7:30pm. No order in sight. The person waiting on me was rude. The container for the wings was not closed right all the sauce was spilt in the bag on top of having to wait an extra 30 minutes to get my food.

Ordered a pizza and wings. Got the run around for 2 hours. Then was lied to by the manager that I refused my order and gave it to the driver. Then that the driver couldn't contact me and then that may order was returned and canceled. All in like 2 minutes on the phone. We're new to the area and definitely will think twice about ordering from pizza hut. Might as well buy local and support the local merchants and vendors. By the way I waited for half an hour in the lobby falling asleep. The receptionist said she would receptionist it and call me to the room. The delivery driver didn't even go inside the hotel. Much less to the room number provided. I'm writing this the next day because I was too mad yesterday. Ended up having a gas station burger and going to sleep thanks Liars at pizza hut.

Ordered two pizzas and cheese sticks. The pizzas, although being "thin and crispy" were wet and soggy and all the toppings slid off. We tried to eat some to not waste what we paid for, but ended up just throwing them away. It was very disappointing seeing as we spent $40 on one meat lovers and one cheese pizza. Only the cheese sticks were edible and neither them, nor the pizzas were even cut. I suggest either ordering from Domino's or Biggs. **update** Now we are sick

Placed an order 3/26 and I was shorted two pizzas and an order of wings. Of course they use DoorDash when they don’t have a driver and DoorDash will not help you if your order is incorrect or if not, everything was in . You can call the number that’s listed on here all day and get the automated system and get nowhere. I think I was passed to six different people and it just takes you right back to the main menu every time I even tried doing a via email complaint got a response that the store would call me but never even got a call, when you have something delivered, you’re not able to get into your vehicle or have a vehicle available to go up there physically that’s the whole point of Delivery so I don’t seem to understand why they can’t get their phone system where you can actually speak to somebody who’s from the store and not way across the country.

Just stopped by there 7:25 pm was told diner was closed if we wanted order take out we could. Lol if we wanted take out we wouldn't have walked in. Seriously put a sign on the door let me know. So rude.

The manager that was there needs fired!! He was so obnoxious and loud telling the other 2 staff that he was getting into trouble for the sauce cups that were missing. Meanwhile the buffet needed pizzas and when I asked about them the boy that was standing there just looked at me. The pizza and bread sticks that were there had been out for an hour already. We waited and they put out 2 of the same pizzas that was already on the bar nothing different and the manager stated they didn't need a stacked buffet for just 3 people. Maybe not but fresh pizza would be nice. He was very rude! This place sucks and has for a long time...

So....my mom, two children and myself went to the Sweetwater pizza hut this afternoon. We were immediately greeted by the best server I've ever had and her name is Sheila. After ordering our food we hear the GM Robert screaming at Sheila for asking him a question. In the front of the restaurant at the register while he was sitting on his butt. It has upset me to the point I will not patronize pizza hut ever again. And that's a shame because our food was absolutely amazing (I saw Sheila making it, go figure.) and our service by her was absolutely incredible. Do better pizza hut. If it weren't for your sweetwater gm making a damn fool of himself this would have been a 5 star review.

Ordered on the app. Waited an hour for pickup like it told me. When I get to the store, manager says they have no record of me ordering and refused to give me the food I paid for or refund me the $30 I spent. Now I have no food. Customer service said to wait 5 days and hope money goes back to my bank. Don't order pick up and expect to arrive and get your food.

This place is a damn joke . Th employee spent more time bitching about how they didn’t have any help than actually doing what she needed t do about it !! Complained very loudly the whole time we were in there. Took 10 minutes to even get a drink and another 15 before she took our order. Ordered a double order of the garlic roasted cheese sticks and a large super supreme pizza with no onions…when we finally got food the bread sticks were over cooked and cold and pizza dough on pizza was still partially raw and pizza was loaded with onions… A group of 6 people came in about 10 minutes after us. They sat 20 minutes and she never even got their drink order , so they walked out.. Two other groups of people also came in and left from no service . Along with the other three that got out of their vehicles to come in but just left when the people leaving told them about what was going on…DEFINITELY NOT WHAT I WOULD EXPECT FROM ANY PIZZAHUT !!!

This is the second time I've ordered from here and have been disappointed.* Now it's the 3RD time. It had been so long since I had ordered from here I figured that things HAD to have improved. I was wrong. Again with the boneless wings!! Overcooked AGAIN but this time they were just thrown into a flimsy paper tray FOR DELIVERY! By the time it reached us, there was almost no sauce in the tray so the boneless wings were half dry. Why can't you toss them in the sauce and provide plastic containers? The "melt" was NOT melty as it, too was overcooked and dry. It had literal black spots on it and was hard as a rock. I'm always so disappointed. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again. Three strikes and you're out kind's thing.

Its 830 now as i post this "review". We just drove 20 minutes to "dine in" as advertised at sweetwater tn pizza hut. We walked in and were told the dining room closes at 9. So we stop seating at what time? Store closes at 11. Business must be good these days.
