Even though it's inside a crazy busy delta sonic it's never too busy and service is fast and friendly. Even the drive thru isn't busy whenever we go on a Saturday morning. Never a complaint about the food or drink especially from my 4 yr old who loves the donuts 🍩

I have been a Tim Hortons patron for a couple of years now. I go daily to get coffee for my wife and myself. The staff from the manager Becky to Chelsea,Jake,Sifa and James are a great team!!! They recognize my voice and know my order. They are all very good people and the franchise owners should be proud of them and their service!!! Thanks for making me look forward to my daily trips there.

Coffee is decent, have a coworker that thrives off the stuff, in my opinion their muffins are pretty damn delicious, not dry like buying into a sponge like some places. Customer service is perfect, and it's easy to get to the location.

One of the only Tim Horton's left in the area. Donuts are very good as well as the coffee and bagels. It is part of Delta Sonic Car Wash. If the car wash is busy, it can make it very difficult getting in and out.

The only one left in CNY and it is mediocre at best. The food and drink are fine. The service is what is in question here(at least in the drive-thru). You have a few employees who when gathering your order together reminds me of the Keystone Cops. Not very organized. And the lines in the drive-thru can get long if the pace doesn't pick up.

I love Tim Hortons and was very upset that most of them are gone here but I guess I can only get it on the thruway, I continue to be told they have no plain bagels almost every time I go, even before 11am!!!! Thats insane! If it is true then clearly the amount of product made each day should have been upped way back! Very disappointing to look forward to something and very seldom get it. Today was another let down, got there at 10:30 for no plain bagels yet again...

Well first off let me say we love Tim Hortons as much as the other person the only issue is some of the employees. For the past two days when my wife and I have gone through the drive through we have regretted it. Both times an employee by the name of Kaylee had served us from ordering to getting to the window so you would figure that she would know what our order is, well not the case! Both times she has gotten the order completely wrong. We’ve had Kaylee multiple times before making our coffee but let’s say 2 times out of 10 it was perfect. I believe that if you are going to employ people to serve the public you would think they would be at least a little bit competent enough to make a coffee. I only give this place 2 stars because there are three people in there that make perfect coffee, Pam is one of them.

Ordered ahead for pick up, waited 10 minutes just to get someone else’s order. Then waited another 15 minutes for them to give me my order, only then to be told they were out of what I ordered, changed said order and then received the wrong order after being asked 4 times what I wanted. And the employees attitudes were awful

I have frequented this place for years on and off. I generally stop coming to this place because the product being poorly produced. I get the same cup of coffee everyday and it's amazing how when certain people work it's consistent and awesome, and when others are there it's utter garbage... I drive 10 miles just for this cup of coffee. The only thing I ask for is fresh and the ratio of cream and sugar to be correct this is what I got today... GARBAGE day two in a row same incompetent person. How is it everyone else around you can get it right and you fall short 99% of the time? I drank it because I paid for it but this is by no means right. Yesterday I complained while there, and the problem was made right. But to be right back at square one today?... Know the product you're selling and if you wouldn't consume it don't give it to me. Even if you would consume it I paid for mine to be up to standard.

Just ordered a black coffee with cream on the side. ( They usually put in more than I want) Didn't drink it till I was on the road. Flavored creamer of some kind! Disgusting Why would you give out flavored creamer without asking someone. Usually when cream is given, it's plain Gross coffee more
