Went through the drive-thru and the service was reasonably quick. The food was correct which I appreciate because I'm a vegetarian and I have to order almost everything special because the vegetarian menu isn't very good. I did not go inside so I can't comment on the atmosphere. I will tell you the area can be dangerous at night.
Well, we decided to break from the norm and take a short road trip. It's less than a two hour drive, and the rain had finally moved on. So...let's get to it. I mean, it's Taco Bell. You either like it, or you don't. Really no in-between about it. We like, dare I say, love it? We have no issues running for the border, if you know what I mean. Anyway, when my mom was pregnant with me, she craved Taco Bell bean burritos with extra onions and green sauce instead of red sauce. If you're young, ask me what this green sauce is about, and I'll tell ya. So, she ate them a lot and that's where I got my love of the Taco Bell bean burritos. Unfortunately hey don't have the green sauce like they used to. But, I digress. This Taco Bell is literally "on the border" of Arkansas and Texas. Stationary on the Trxas side, the entrance/exit isn't very easy to use, but you can manage if you are patient. They offer a military discount, MUST show ID. Now, my wife told me they have a pretty good steak quesadilla. So I decided to try it out. Yep, she wasn't lying. Pretty darn good. Get it with extra onions and you'll be good to go. I also enjoy their crunchy tacos...it just seems like you have to et them hot and fresh or you might be a little disappointed later. A handful of sauce and I'm set. I'm going to finish up with this: I wish I had caught the young lady's name, but nonetheless, she was an absolute gem. Great customer-service with a good smile and attitude. Yes, I would definitely recommend this location. And, yes, we will visit again when we're down there.
They have no right to call themselves a "fast" food restaurant. \n\nConsistently slow.

We stopped by Taco Bell thinking it would be quick to grab some food. We waited over half an hour to get two tacos and one burrito. Not even a combo, just those three items. They didn't have anyone at the counter, we had to use the touch screens to order. There wasn't an option to get a cup for water. So we had to wait for staff to show up at a counter to give food to somebody else to get our water cups. So it took 15 minutes to get a cup and 30 minutes to get our food.
I asked the girl at the window if I could add one more of the burritos I ordered at the window (I was ordering for multiple people and looked at them up phone wrong when ordering) just seconds before I pulled up and she replied “ No, if you didn’t order at the speaker then it’s just too late” lol! I should have called corporate on her but I have better things to do. To their credit the girl that brought me my food when I pulled up to wait was real nice and apologized and said that the girl that told me I cant add anything to my order at the window was just a grouchy, miserable, lazy personI and said that she can’t believe that she actually said that to me. I told her thanks for trying to smooth it over and I agreed with her that, yeah she definitely seemed like a miserable, grouchy, and lazy person. I just sit back and let karma take the actions against people like that.
The service is extremely slow. They talk over you and rush you while you're ordering. We waited for 30 mins along side with 5 other cars that had to park and wait. Our order was correct, and they had sauce and napkins, but they barely put any meat in our burritos and tacos.
Extremely slow, and missing items go somewhere else, and the quality is poor. CCL.
The employees got upset for my husband being hard of\nhearing. They had a 45 minute wait on beef. but yet haft the employees was just sitting inside.

This place was terrible! A lot of the food options were not available and the staff had very poor customer service. Go to the next one do not stop here!
Rude customer service never order uber eats from here will never order here again
I regret to inform you all that I recently endured what can only be described as a sociological case study in customer service failure at the Texarkana Taco Bell. I ordered at the kiosk like a civilized, technologically competent adult. When our food was finally ready, a young man—whose enthusiasm suggested he had just been personally wronged by the concept of employment—handed us our bag and fled the scene before I could request my drink cup or sauces. Both of which, I might add, were clearly printed on the receipt stapled to said bag. I politely asked for my cup. He handed it to me and immediately began walking away again, as though customer interaction were physically painful. I then asked for my sauce. He returned with a dramatic fistful of hot and mild packets. I clarified that I was referring to the verde sauce that accompanies the cantina bowl. He once again drifted away to be unhelpful elsewhere. I then asked a young woman for the verde sauce. She relayed the message to our hero—Young Taco, as I’ve decided his SoundCloud name must be. Young Taco proceeded to retrieve the sauce that, again, was explicitly listed on the receipt in front of him. He returned and asked, “Do you want green sauce?” I said yes, simplifying the terminology for efficiency’s sake. He then informed me that the packet was “avocado.” Yes. Thank you, Young Taco. I can read. It does indeed say “avocado.” It also says “verde.” We have arrived at the same conclusion. He gave me one packet. I had asked for two. Perhaps two exceeded the operational bandwidth for the evening. Upon returning to my car, I discovered there was no fork. No napkins. Only a light touch of spicy ranch on the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. And my cantina bowl appeared to have undergone portion shrinkage due to what I can only assume was inflation or vengeance. Halfway through the bowl, I encountered a hair. Not a delicate strand. A thick, black, unmistakably-not-mine hair. I was absolutely mortified. But wait. We must discuss the restroom. Immediately after ordering, I attempted to use the bathroom. My friend warned me the first one was “foul.” I foolishly tried the second. I did not fully enter before being greeted by what I can only clinically describe as a catastrophic biological event. Explosive. With paper towels. Piled. High. I did not get to use the restroom on this visit as could be assumed. Perhaps Young Taco himself had endured a trying evening that could explain where the mess in the restroom. Perhaps this explains his emotional detachment. However, not a single employee demonstrated even baseline customer service. We were the only two people inside. When we entered, there was one car waiting outside. That car was still waiting halfway through my (limited) meal. During this time, employees directed three additional vehicles to line up by the door—not the window—to await their food. So to summarize: two guests inside, four cars outside, and operational efficiency comparable to a Renaissance fair. This was the Texarkana location. I survived. But barely.
I would’ve left 0 stars if possible because as someone with years of experience managing fast food restaurants it takes no time to remove something’s availability from the DoorDash/online menu if you are out.
It is the absolute worst service ever. Nothing is ever ready. 10+ cars always have to “pull forward” better off going across town to the richmond road location.
Ordered through kiosk. They forgot about the order ordered rice bowl. rice was dry and hard to eat !
Worst customer service it town. Very unreliable drive through. Front counter made my mom wait for 20 minutes before someone finally stopped ignoring her. Always out of stuff and they forget stuff in the bag constantly
Ordered inside kiosk did not say that they were out of freezers got my food. Then the lady rudely told me that they didn’t have freezes and I asked about how much difference it was because I know freezes are more expensive than soda fountain drinks. She didn’t care about giving me a refund and just kind of walked off. And I understand we’re only talking about a few dollars.
I personally did not know it took 30 minutes just to make a $7 chalupa box I will never go there again
Horrible experience! Food was made incorrectly, which happens, the make everyone park and then leave you. I went back to the window after 7 minutes of waiting on a Mexican pizza to be remade to an attitude because there are door dash orders to be made. SERIOUSLY???! But my food was wrong. Why would I wait until you clear your orders and then come back to mine. Manager never opened the window to see what the problem was, apologize, or hand me my refund. Steady going off about having to do 2 refunds…. Hmmmm I wonder why…. Then was only offered a refund for part of my order. I don’t know who own this place or who is in charge but this is ridiculous.
Horrible service, most of the employees were vaping inside the restaurant near the food BIG HEALTH PROBLEM absolute shitty service waited 20 minutes for a meal
Order and paid extra for 2 items got home and they were wrong. Very frustrating.
How can you guys be so terrible every time.... the worst taco bell in history! I feel so silly thinking it will be different the next time. My orders are always messed up. You need to hire new cooks for real.
We went through the drive thru last night on our way home from vacation and the lady kept pretending she didn’t know what we were talking about even though the item is on the app and says it’s available and when we got to the window she was very short with us and didn’t even thank us for our business.
Please get along with each other and keep nacho fries in stock and on the line. If you are out of them, put a sign up so any customers time is not wasted. Much appreciated. 🗣️ *Updated* Stop pulling cars forward. You guys know that shouldn't being happening nor the fighting that happens daily at this store. new boston rd location was closed, do you wanna be next?
First time I came here and they forgot my cinnamon twists with my order. I had the same problem with the one on St. Michael drive, which I also left a review for a while back. What is up with Taco Bell employees and forgetting people's CINNOMON TWISTS?? Below is the drive-through sticker to identify my order.
Given that the other I comment on and give compliments to all the time is obviously a whole lot better than this one specifically because of the comparison of the EXACT SAME FOOD this is just poorly made and not even what I was expecting!the first one is a comparison to the other 2 from the exact same spot and they were both correctly made, not just thrown together
Most incompetent group of people I have ever seen in my life. Seems like they all have hearing problems, because you can forget getting the correct damn food you order. They pull you up EVERY TIME because they’re not smart enough to make the food in a timely manner. I’d give them negative stars if that were possible. Filthy restaurant, trash all over parking lot and drive thru. It’s on par with the rest of the food places on state line.
