The young lady very nice but customer service is not her strong suit she's a lil shy or very young but I'm sure with time she will 🪴 she ordered me something different but I'm glad she did because it was so 😊 I ordered the original western bacon cheeseburger I know boring she gave me the spicy one instead that has jalapenos and who knows what else and that was so good 10 out of 10 Carl's Jr in Mexico is killing the ones in LA

Edit: Ok below was my first review of this place. Still love it and still always come here. But. They never have regular coffee. I always always have to ask them for more. Then they replace the empty one with an almost empty one, good for one coffee. WTH. My refills are half a cup. Cmon Carl's Jr. This place is 95% great. Let's top it off with great readily available coffee. Some of us need it to get a good start to the day. Please. My favorite fast food restaurant. Good location, nice place. My wife and I come here to have breakfast regularly

Good fast service, even so close to closing time. Staff were helpful even with the language barrier. Food was as expected and was a chill vibe on a quiet night with only a couple other patrons sitting in to eat.

Not too much to say about Carl's Jr, the food is great, I'm happy they have the full menu available all day now. The pricing is still a little higher, but it's worth the quality of the food.

This is your typical Carl's Jr service restaurant and I must say they're very professional. We noticed that when we got served we were missing a milkshake and when we went to the counter the personnel acted promptly. I like the fact that you can get beer here and have a juicy double meat Burger. The place was clean when we went which was surprising because there were a lot of people.

They did great for a booking of people for a company event. They were very polite helpful and organized themselves well to ensure that we received everything we needed. Definitely recommend them, given that we ordered over one hundred burgers and fries there food was great.

07/07/18 I was very impressed with the way this restaurant looked and the way it was ran by the staff! When you first walk in you notice immediately how the atmosphere and the decor. And when you reach the cashier they're very friendly with a smile. If you have any questions it seems like they always have an answer. That is something you don't see very often at most fast food restaurants. And for those of you who are wondering, yes they will accept American currency, but only bills about the coins. Just keep in mind that your change will be in Mexican currency. My visit to this place was and she very nice. Not only did the server bring up my food like at any other Carl's jr., But when I was done she asked if she could take the tray and throw it away for me since she saw me busy on my tablet! Very nice! I do recommend at least as a one-time visit.

Best Carls ever Beer on tap Great vibe and relaxing atmosphere. Never imagined breakfast being this good Very clean, decorated nicely. The employees are out like waiters checking up on you!!! Coffee was great. Would definitely return. And recommend. Charging stations all over the place. Nice place to relax from the city noise.

Good afternoon, I am writing this review for the hygiene of the place since on Tuesday, October 29 at 12 am we bought a promotion of biscuits but in the first order of my biscuit there was a hair in the food. It suck ... Because it didn't open until 9am, Went to have lunch on 5/7/23 @ 12:30pm with family & ran in with employee name Alejandro. Who customer service SUCKS 😡, as we ordered for a food he was often left field and I mean literally. His attitude was like this 🙄🤔
