Pizza Hut in Mexico felt like a dream come true—clean place, friendly staff, and a customer even helped me order when Google Translate failed. Only downside: waited 1 hr 15 mins and got hand-tossed instead of pan pizza. Hope they add delivery to Tijuana Playas or team up with Uber Eats!

Until recently, I hadn't had Pizza Hut pizza in months. The staff at this location was friendly and helpful. Additionally, although the food could've been a bit warmer when I picked it up, it was still delicious! I'm looking forward to experiencing their dining area. One bummer is that they don't deliver to where my wife and I live near Playas. This is also the closest Pizza Hut to our apartment. By the time I get home, the pizza isn't too warm. As mentioned, it's still good.

Just be aware that their parking lot is small so in busy times securing parking space can be challenging. Other than that, just open the door AND SMELL THE PIZZA! Their prices are great, considering they are located among other higher-end eating places and in front of the biggest hotel in Tijuana. Personnel is friendly and always helpful. The place is big, well arranged and clean. Their variety in pizzas is good and their quality is consistent. Overall a great place to eat and even better with friends.

Despite the fact that I’m not a huge fan of pizza (and junk food in general) the place was really clean, the costumer service was great and the most surprising thing was the prices, since they’re very accesible... You would expect something a bit more expensive, due to the location of the restaurant, but fortunately, they are not!

I ordered a supreme pizza. ...i wanted pan ......i did not recieve the pan pizza....i was charged for it.....plus it took almost 2 hours...pizza was cold I went to the pizza hut to get a new pizza ...the same evening ....i dont know if it was the manager that helped...he apologized for the inconvenience....i recieved a discount which was not necessary...i thanked him...pizza was great.....thank you....will recommend..

Actually the pizza is not that bad... But the overall lack of cleaning from the place, is what really bothers me. I forgot to take a picture from inside the bathroom but trust me: it is awfully dirty Not sure I'll come back

I like the idea of it but honestly I don’t like how they use ketchup as a replacement especially when you’re paying American prices yo the wings were not fully cooked overall not worth the price 👎🏽💵

First time here and men restroom were clean but smell nasty, just because my kid asked for a piece of pizza 🍕 but we will never get back to the place again, please fix or clean the restroom 🚽😷😷😷😷😷

This is the worst place ever do not order Uber Eats they place the order and then charge you and they keep the food. They tell you driver dropped it off at a different home. They don’t care I will call corporate every day because this is wrong !!!!

I ordered búfalo wings but they sent boneless. I figured oh well not a big deal. I was wrong. Oh my goodness, those boneless búfalo wings tasted like straight chemical waste! I couldn’t even eat one of those.
