They lost my mobile order! I got very nervous, 'cos I had paid over $21 for our order on the app, Then they said they didn't have it. They finally found it. But then they said they were out of chocolate Frosties. And it wasn't even 10 pm. Mr. S, was not happy that I brought him an orange cream Frosty instead of the chocolate he had ordered. The food was tasty overall, but the service was very poor.

We entered for lunch and went to the kiosk to order. The item we wanted wasn't listed, so we tried to order from the counter. Guess what? There was no one to take our order. We waited. And waited. And when we were about to leave, someone finally arrived to take our order. We informed the cashier that the item we desired was not listed on the kiosk. She told us it was not there because it wasn't loaded into the system. The restaurant was clean. The food was good. However, the service was severely lacking. We have been coming here for years. Today was simply the worst experience.

I said can I have the $9 biggie bag with a root beer and she try to sell me a large at the window. I asked for three sweet and sour she gave me one and a barbecue also I asked for a junior Frosty, didn't tell me they were out but charged me and then I got to the windowthen she said would you like vanilla that's all we have. then I asked for my money back and she just gave me cash when I paid with a card. This is a horrible Wendy's

Ever since the heavyset lady with the tattoos started working here the quality of this place has gone straight down. They used to serve really good food here and now everything is just soggy and greasy

Used to have great chicken sandwiches but have been declining for years. Very hit or miss now. Last visit was like the sole of a shoe. Absolutely the driest grossest thing. I cannot believe the employees would serve this garbage. Good luck competing with chick fil a. The drive thru always gets the order wrong and i was told by an employee that they wont even use the drive through because the order is never correct. And honestly get 1000 island already.

Hungry for Wendy's but wanna see a daycare ? Look no further as the bishop Montgomery kids run wild and the staff does nothing to curtail their mess , foul language and general unruliness. Do not visit when kids get out of school or prepare for a circus .

Had to order there due to special order and flagged the food service worker down States” I will be there” Never came back and while I understand it was noon hour there was 7 employees working All attending to Uber, drive through Another elderly lady upset Not good service if no interaction in cashier

Be careful of this place. I had a BOGO Free coupon, and they said they couldn't get it to work so the charged and an extra dollar for the free burger. The high-priced employees were very rude. There are a lot of burgers in this area so I would stay away from this one.

I think their daytime service is still competent, but the folks they have working 8 to close have screwed me 3 times and that’s enough for me to stop going, I don’t need this place in my life. Your food quality has dropped so much in the last 15 years, sizes are smaller and prices are insane, to top it off we are going to start paying the workers $20 an hour to have garbage attitudes and fail to perform at their jobs? It’s like we want the fast food model to die— corporate leeches demanding their franchise fees, franchisee leeches trying to scrape their margins, incompetent poorly managed employees with no concept of quality. The whole rebuttal of “oh it’s fast food, what did you expect?” is a cynical reminder of why quality continues to erode— customers have no respect for themselves. Fast food means lower quality ingredients, less frills, more limited options, and higher volumes. It has never meant disgruntled workers, greedy absentee owners, and repeated failure to deliver the quality advertised.
