I love there iced coottas strawberry and blue raspberry I love there frozen Dunkin coffee with extra whipped cream sies mall medium and large I'm fab of all there drinks.

Staff is really nice here, they have 2 dining rooms: one in the main entrance, and another on the second floor! Very nice location to study or to meet with friends, family, or business.

Coffee Roll with a small black coffee are a combination I cannot resist. I try to resist but every now and then I find myself hearing here is your coffee. I would not remember getting there, ordering and paying. That pair is gold for me. But be ware most Dunkin’ stores run out of the coffee rolls before 9:30 am.

(When I can afford it) When I cannot, the staff here are always so kind, always get my order right and always try to make sure I'm getting the best value for my dollar. Their frozen coffee is the best around. I have tried 3 others and their frozen coffees are uneven. Often the bad ones have chucks of ice.still l I'll the avocado toast. Some shops are better then others

Today we called in a mega huge order from our doctor's office which can be tricky, and often times, no matter where we order from, gets messed up! HOWEVER, the folks over at the Troy Plaza Dunk's did an AMAZING job today! Everyone was pleased with their food and drinks, and I personally order about 3 drinks a day from them and have to say my latte is the BEST latte I have ever had from anywhere. Thanks guys! We seriously appreciate this fabulous (and much needed) pick me up on this rainy Tuesday!

Great place to go for coffee been going here for years. If ur polite to the staff u can expect politeness back. People rush in seeming like they are superhumans. No different then u or I . Patience get u far in life. Good food and customer service is also a result of kind genuine customers that have dignity and respect for those behind the counters . My rating is mostly for Erica! She is always fast, polite, and accurate - if she’s not already a manager, she should be! I’ve been coming to this location for years and I consistently have the best service when she’s working.

Every time I open at my job, I come here for coffee/food first! Usually there’s only 3 workers when I get there to order. Still they’re always moving and getting things out. Today they looked decently staffed, and were even faster then they usually are! My Latte was PERFECT. Staff is always so nice! Not a fan of the muffins lately but that more of a personal preference on how I like muffins. LOVE the sausage egg and cheese I had today on an English muffin though. 5-star from me all the way :)

A very nice place for a quick coffee and some dunks. The Donuts are great, and their hazelnut coffee mixed with other nutty flavours is even nuttier and smells good. You will love it. Nice ambience and good staff. Seating is minimalist but works. They have good tea too with what I felt was a 'Dunkin Donut Signature Tea Bag'.

Dunkin’ in Troy is Amazing !! You guys are awesome, they have the best customer service around seriously ! I stopped in one evening & I didn’t realize they were about to close & the night manager Christina was very nice & ready to help me with my order & the staff was working to close & never complained to me not even once about sitting in the lobby ! Usually when a place is closing you get less kind workers, but this place was not that way ! They are friendly & young & cordial & I reminded them of that before I left !! Thank you guys for being the best Dunkin ever, I’ve been to many of them around the country so it’s a good experience when you find a place like this !!!

One of the bigger locations I’ve seen like it was built for NYC with a large upstairs seating area that would be fun to use with friends for a hang out study session. No real need to review the food and drinks, it’s Dunkin’.

Most of the time this is the go to but sometimes they're like our other DDs. Today was that day. Just make my coffee the way I say. I'm very specific and it doesn't take a rocket scientist. Why add cinnamon when no one asks for cinnamon? Everything else was good though so at least it's drinkable. Yesterdays from Albany they missed my extra Carmel and it was so bitter it was undrinkable. I will say though this one will fix the drink without argument unlike some of the others. Just didn't have the tie6to go back today 🙄

Drive thru was packed so went in. In-store was not as busy, service was still alittle slow, but staff was friendly. None of the promo drinks were available, biggest reason I went so that was a let down.

I always go here for my bagels and hash browns and rarely do I have an issue. One time my coffee was gross and I asked to put 2 sugars 2 creams they put on the receipt it said 20 sugars and 10 creams I wanted to throw up that’s was my first bad experience today marks my second when I got to work on lunch I bit into my bagel and the cheese wrapper was still on the cheese GROSS I tried to call just so that they can pay a bit more attention to things like that but no one answers the phone

Tried the chai from Dunkin’ again after a not-so-great first experience—the last one I had was really watery and lacked flavor. This time, it was much better! The spices came through nicely, and the drink actually had some body to it. When it’s made right, it’s a cozy and satisfying option, especially if you’re looking for something other than coffee. Definitely recommend giving it another shot if your first cup wasn’t great—seems like consistency can vary, but it’s worth trying again.

Awkward place to get into if you're driving. Staff was friendly when ordering, BUT something was wrong with the sandwich machine, or eggs, or something? And instead of letting the 4 inside customers know and however many in the drive-thru know, they just kept taking orders. This led to over a 20 min wait for all of us, with no apologies or explanation. Otherwise, areas were clean, including bathroom.

I picked the wrong time to go. Early morning the line for the drive thru was out the parking lot into the street. Got a dozen and 1/2 donuts assorted. I thought that meant 1 of every donut in the case but we didnt get any white cream filled or any French donuts or blueberry glazed. Also only 1 glazed donut. There were like 5 sprinkle donuts. I guess I should have picked my own instead of ordering assorted. A little dissapointing.

I love dunkin and everything they sell, but whenever I cone later at night for ice cream, the scoops aren't right. Most of the time the ice cream I get is good and I get what I ordered, but when I asked for two scoops, I got two half-attempted chunks of mint chip ice cream that barely fills up 2/3 of the medium sized cup. I think there should be a better system rather than eye-balling however many scoops of ice cream so that way people get what they pay for.

Food is unevenly cooked, always a 15 mins wait, just terrible. Forget about calling to speak to someone about the issue...truly a waste of time with them OVERALL

Dunkin' donuts is just that, the prices are a little steep and not much changes with the food of coffee. Tell you the truth I'd rather go to Cumberland farms.

Extremely slow and disorganized drive-thru (15 minute wait for 4 cars), hostile employees, and when they didn't have what I ordered on the app, they just gave me something else instead of asking what I wanted.

They need to pay more attention to orders. When I went in last, several people where waiting on there orders that had been messed up. This has been an issue in the past as well so it seems the matter is only getting worse.

I pulled into the drive-thru at 6:50am on a Sunday morning. The truck was being unloaded, so I am not going to overdo the negativity on the review. I ordered an egg sandwich and a small hot coffee. When I got to the window, they handed me my sandwich immediately. At 7:05am, I still hadn't gotten my coffee. The young woman at the window asked me if I ordered and iced coffee, to which, I responded "No." She STILL came to the window with an iced coffee and asked me again "Did you order an iced coffee?" To which I said "No, I didn't." She asked me to repeat my order. At this point the order was paid for, I could have said to her that I ordered an Extra Large and she probably would have gotten it for me. I said "Small hot coffee". She went and retrieved it, gave it to me and said "I'll be right back with your sandwich." She closed the window. I reached out of my car, knocked on the window to tell her that she already gave it to me, and she ignored me. When she came back I said "Look, you already gave it to me." She thanked me and I drove away. I am not mad at her for being distracted, but there were no less than three employees on at that point. A customer shouldn't have to repeat his order four times in one transaction. If you paid attention to me the first time, you'd have had me out of there in less than five minutes. Instead, you had a lineup behind me. Dunkin is Dunkin. The food was passable, the coffee was decent. Please pay attention to what you're doing. It's the easiest way to keep your customers happy. I'll still come back. It's not the end of the world, but it was clearly enough to get me to write this long review.

This location had really bad service. First I waited 15 minutes for two drinks. Then when I got them the matcha latte was terribly mixed and all clumped at the bottom. I asked if it could be mixed better and they took it for about a minute and made jokes about having to mix it, then handed it back to me looking the exact same. They also used the wrong milk, which I didn't notice until I had left.

I went there for a long trip in the morning I ordered 3 chocolate frosted doughnuts with sprinkles,2 bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps and 2 hash-browns. I got my order and had received not only an attitude but 3 strawberry frosted doughnuts with sprinkles, 1 wake up wrap and 2 hash-browns. This is not the first time this has happened, still grateful for my food but still not the point.

Quit gabbing and put the mobile orders on the mobile rack. I'm tired of coming every morning to find my breakfast sandwich off to the side on the server side of the counter facing away so I can't see my name. I've come in multiple times to find that my espresso is just sitting there waiting tobe mixed while these females are stood there blabbing about mindless drama. If you want a job, treat it like a job, not a social hour.

I’ve seen an actual fight happen between the staff and a customer a while back, but thought I’d go to this location again as it was on my way to somewhere else. They made my order wrong, and then put me to the back of the line of orders to remake it. Something that should take 10 minutes was going to end up taking 45. The staff seems dead on the inside and I can’t really blame them. This location could be razed to the ground and I do not think it would be missed.

I’ve been visiting here a few Sunday mornings each month for over a year, and one thing I’ve consistently noticed is that the inside staff often seems to be in a bad mood and can come across as rude. I’m not sure if it’s a management issue, but I really hope customer service can improve. That being said, the donuts are good and the atmosphere is always clean!

I have to give this DD one star! We stopped for morning coffee, the drive thru line was long particularly out the parking lot. So, we decide to go inside, while there were only two others inside the workers were talking, talking and talking until the worker handling and hustling the drive thru window goes HEY you have customers. We finally get waited on only to get to the car and taste our coffee which tastes like it came out of McDonald's or somewhere... horrible!! Had we not been pushed for time we would have gone back inside to return it! I probably won't be returning to this Dunkin.😞

there was one person at the drive thru and about three other customers in the store, waiting for just hot coffees and other easy stuff. all i was waiting for was a donut and we were waiting for about 15 minutes. the other people in the store had most likely been waiting 10 minutes before us and it didn’t help that the staff was incredibly rude. i would not recommend this dunkin at all :(

I have been coming here for just over a year everyday on my way to work with no issues. The last few months however my cold brew has been watery iced coffee, last week I was given the wrong order, today I had hair in my food. I will not be back. Disgusting.

I went to this Dunkin Donuts several months back. I was in drive thru and ordered bagels and hash browns multiple. I saw my food get handed to the car in front of me and they realized it was not their order and gave it back. When i got the window i was handed the same bag of food. I adked the girl if that was my food that she mistakenly handed to the car in front of me. She said Yes Im sorry. I requested for her to take my bag and make me new food as I told her I really didnt want the food after a stranger had their hand in the bag. Another girl came over snatched the bag but did not throw it in the trash. She took it to the side out of my view and almost immediately I was handed what was supposed to be a New Bag of Food. I know They did not remake my food. I requested to speak with the manager in which I left a message and nothing ever transpired from my complaint. I have never returned to this Dunkin Donuts. Ive watched places like McDonald's throw food in the garbage after it has been handed to the wrong customer. We did not eat the food after it was touched by strangers. Again no refund no customer service. This was toasted Bagels with Cream Cheese and 3 orders of Hashbrowns. Im feeling like Dunkin Donuts Customer Care has gone down the tube. Like I said I will not return to this Dunkin Donuts.

This particular group of ladies who is working today at this time take FOREVER to do everything. Waited about 10 minutes for our order to be taken at the drive through speaker, waited another 10 or so minutes for one medium iced coffee and a ham egg and cheese on a plain bagel. There was probably 3-5 ladies in there working (couldn’t see exactly how many) and the inside wasn’t even busy, there is no reason it should’ve taken that long.

Horrible location. I live close by, went there today for the first time with my friends at around 7 pm. There were 2 servers who pretty much ignored us at first. Also we saw a tray of donuts kept on top of the garbage bin, and when we asked if they had any donuts, the server literally showed us the tray and asked if we wanted one, we immediately said no. I went on to order a matcha latte, and the server (who was someone else) seemed way too nonchalant about the order, I got an eyeroll when I asked if it'll be better iced or hot. I'm not sure if the matcha was good or bad (it was my first matcha latte) but I'm likely not ordering it again. Also I had had a really bad stomachache and dysentery since having the matcha, so I'm really doubting the hygiene practices there. Never going back.

Ordered a bacon sandwich on an English muffin. I got a sandwich on a croissant. I drove back with the wrong sandwich and ha them make what I ordered. I get home and they again gave the wrong sandwich. I call the store 5 times and nobody picks up once!!! I'm going to dispute this wrong order on my debit card!

Look at these new holiday drinks. This is ridiculous. Went back in and said the cup was 3/4 full. They put it in a smaller cup to make up for it being 3/4 full. What the heck?!?!?! Never going here again! Who does that? Dunkin of course. I ask for sweet n low in my coffee none was put when I ask please can you put one more she just handed me back my coffee and a packet I paid for a pup cup barley filled and the coffee taste very burnt I didn’t even bother asking for a new one as they just shut the window I wasn’t gonna waste any more time. The service at this location is always terrible. The staff are always rude to the customers, and my order is always wrong or incomplete. I have never gone to a Dunkin that takes longer to prepare orders. I have seen multiple people (myself included) leave the drive through line without their food after paying simply because they didn’t want to wait twenty minutes for two drinks or a sandwich. If you try to approach the staff to correct an order they first try to ignore you and then are rude to your face. I genuinely will never return to this location unless they fire all of the staff and hire people who at least attempt to care about the job that they’re paid for.

I was waiting 10 minutes at the hoosick falls location at 5 o’clock on 9/26 and apparently if you’re at the window all the employees eavesdrop on your conversation. I was telling my friend this over the phone while waiting to still order and I abruptly hear “you know we can all hear you right?” I stated I didn’t care as I was not talking to them. She then told me I need to go somewhere else and they would refuse service. How disrespectful is it to threaten to refuse service to a customer who has been waiting 10 minutes for a coffee in a line of 2 cars. Take my complaining as a hint and speed it up in there. Awful. I left the line in fear of spit ending up in my drink.

Took 30 minutes and they forgot to make our drinks, we had to ask. The people after us got drinks before we did and we were told there is a 20-30 minute wait for food but the people after us got food right away while we were still waiting for coffee.

When you go in person it's pretty decent I repeat do not do doordash the order there is always something wrong they don't put no type of sugar in your coffee there's always missing items they don't care about you when you get it delivered at all

Got dish water instead of coffee. Tastes like tap water and burnt coffee. Worst coffee I ever had.

Backed up on multiple orders. Very disorganized with getting people their orders in a timely manner. Lots of us had to ask workers about orders we were waiting on. I asked about my coffee and no one knew what I'd ordered. I'd showed the girl my phone with my order and she'd given me an iced coffee when id ordered a hot. After the first girl took my order, someone else finally noticed me and asked what I was waiting for. I told her I was waiting for a coffee and someone else was taking care of my order. She proceeded to ask me what kind of coffee I'd ordered as if I didn't just tell her that someone has it.

Everytime we go here they are VERY RUDE mess up on the order a drink. I order a strawberry dragon refresher. All they gave me was oat milk. Went back three the drive thru and gave use a attitude then told us because we ordered it with light ice we get less concentrate. Like really?!?! Then they lady at the drive thru came to the window and started yelling and using her hand like we were her kids. Will NOT be going back. She need to be fired

As someone who has worked food service, I can say its stressful, but its ultimately not hard to do things right. It is arguable easier to follow the recipes and processes set forward by management. Unfortunately, some franchises are run worse than others. And this is by far the worst dunkin in the area. The morning staff are rude, never get orders right, are arduously slow with creating even the easiest orders, and make fun of you to your face when you ask them to make it right. The manager and owner of this dunkin should feel ashamed that this is the best they can do.

My wife and I went to Duncon at 9:15pm to get two shakes. They close at 10. Upon ordering, every flavor we asked for they gave an excuse for why they couldn't make that specific shake. We realized that the employees simply didn't want to make the order, so with no other option, we left the drive through no closer to a shake than we started. As we drive by the pick up window, the employees were laughing and dancing celebrating that they just cost their business money because of their clear laziness. Good thing McDonald's ice cream machine was operational. Will not be going back to Duncan and good luck with your future battle with Starbys.

The coffee is bitter, they can't make decent coffee, and they have terrible customer service.

Went for a large latte ... never say easy on the ice because they'll give you a small latte in large cup ... And another thing, I guess the get paid to just stand there in the back ... but 10 to employees on a Sunday night!? Just talking... maybe they where having a meeting... other than that service was ok.

We came at 10:42 AM..The tables inside were incredibly dirty, staff at front register on her phone. Hash browns burnt, not only forgot one of our wraps but gave us a bacon one instead of sausage. Forgot cream cheese to our bagel (yes we did order it) and my drink was not even full but yet extremely milky? It tasted like straight milk. As a high school student who works in fast food you’re better off going to Mc Donald’s!

They're coffee isn't worth the price. There is a truckstop convenience store 80 ft away. Coffee every bit as good if not better for 1/2 the price. They even have dunking donut brew.

I cannot believe this place has a 4 star rating, there must not be any coffee drinkers in this town. The coffee prices are alot higher than any other Dunkin I visit anywhere in the country as a long haul driver, and even with a giant staff of workers and those ridiculous prices I guess it's just too much to ask for a fresh cup of coffee, and ask I did! 2 separate workers lied right to my face when I asked if the coffee was fresh before I wasted more money at this place, and here I am with 2 large, stale and burnt coffee's about to go into the trash for another $9 wasted at this place! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!! For the love of God there's even indicator lights on the pot that let you know the coffee is old! Never wasting another Dollar at this place!

The worst Dunkin ever!!! It never fails, They serve old/ frost bitten ice cream that tastes stale, with ice chips all the way through. Then it's soft serve and melted like they've had the stale ice cream sitting out long before it was ordered. Absolutely terrible.. every single time!!! But unfortunately it is the only one in the area.

I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts. While the place was clean and the location convenient, my experience was less than satisfactory. I ordered a large iced matcha latte and specifically asked for less ice, but my drink came half full. To make matters worse, the price was $6.72, which is almost $7 for a matcha latte that usually costs $5 at other locations. The staff were not helpful when I brought up my concerns. Overall, the cleanliness and location are good, but the high prices and lack of customer service make it hard to recommend this particular Dunkin' Donuts
