Our ESL class ordered 3 large pizzas tonight. Tony took our order, he was patient and friendly. The pepperoni was perfect, the Hawaiian was good and the mushroom was fresh on the cheese pizza. But no plates, no napkins and no free red pepper flakes. The pizzas were not very hot. Maybe will try next time.

This pizza hut usually is very satisfying.. However on this last visit I wasn't pleased with the pizza. It seems like it was rushed on the cooking process (and then within the 20 minutes they said it would take to be prepared) somehow was cold when I arrived to pick up! Both were cheese so maybe they gave someone's cancelled order? I dont know. Just disappointed.

Ordered online for pick up. Got one of the deals for personal pan pizza. I only eat this once in a while for a treat. They shorted on toppings, so basically, I had bread with cheese and a couple pieces of topping. I went in to pick up the food, so tipping is a courtesy for doing your job. They didn't do anything extra besides ruin my cheat day.

Twice we had to wait 20+ mins over the projected time. 1 of the pizzas was not made correctly (really dry crust on bottom) this past time and there was not enough staff (the last time they misread the order and dint have one of the pizzas done). My boys saw our order sit there for 20mins while no one was in front with a bunch of customers gathered. If they are going to charge extra $$ to do business in CA, they should have enough staff to make a quality product or shut down. At least there is choice as to which PH to pick up from and going elsewhere entirely for pizza.

The pizza was ok, the crust was probably the most enjoyable since I have always been a fan to the original pan crust. Most of the toppings were good too. Now the negative. The pizza was not delivered piping hot, it was as if the pizza was sitting out for a while before it was boxed...the cheese was already semi-hard and by the time I got to my second slice of pizza it was room temp. It was my first time ordering pizza from this location and out of all the Pizza Huts I have ordered from, this location has the saltiest cheese I have ever tasted and it ruined the pizza. I won't be ordering Pizza Hut for a long time and will never order from this location.

I always place an order here and never an issue before. Today, I place an order for 3 customized pizzas and they deliver 3 CHEESE ONLY PIZZAS! I called TWICE and both time they put me on hold then clicked on me. Completely dissatisfied, unprofessional, and rude. I will keep calling because a refund is the least they can do!

When i arrived the girl at the register had me keep repeating my name and i even spelled it out for her, at first she thought i was picking up a doordash which i told her a couple times that its for me, she even asked me to show the order on my phone pretty much not believing me for some reason. When i got home i noticed the bbq chicken bacon pizza had cheese on some slices but not all, half of the pizza’s were cheese-less. When i called the store and waited for awhile no one answered, this is the second location with bad experience as another location put no sauce. I most likely will completely give up eating pizzahut.

They use doordash and their service is bad. I got several texts that the door dash was here and couldn't find my place. I called the delivery guy and he wasn't here. He was still picking up orders. Why would the app say they are here? I called the store and per the computer, my food was delivered. Spoke to a lady and seemed like she didn't care, and I requested a refund since I never received my food. I ordered pizza with another chain and this time I decided to pick up. About 15 minutes later, when I was ready to leave I noticed the pizza was on the doorstep. Buy then it was to late. I called the store, and the person spoke to said my order is no longer in the computer. Once it's delivered, it's gone from the system. I told the guy I had spoken to a lady before and she said my refund would be processed. But he didn't bother checking with her nothing and said to call pizza hut customer service. Never again will I order through this store. Fyi, I did not eat the pizza.

This is Erika the manager. She blames me for my pizza being cold and picking it up late even though I ordered it in store. I have been here all along and I have been unable to get her attention for the last 20 minutes or so. Luckily, a delivery driver came in and was able to take her attention away from her phone. She very rudely explained to me that she was the manager and didn’t care about my experience or the cold pizza. I won’t be coming back. I have tolerated a lot from this location in the past, but enough is enough.

Get your payment process corrected. On a previous visit I was overcharged for an item I did not order. I was told, because the order was made online, that the store could not refund me the money, but would put a credit for that amount on my account. On this recent visit, I paid online again. When I got to the store, they presented me with a different bill, claiming that the new bill took my credit off. Unfortunately, the new bill was miscalculated and I ended up paying almost $7 extra for my order. This kind of inability to get payments correct makes me wonder about the employees of Pizza Hut and if they are trying to pull some kind of scam on the customers. I am reluctant to try Pizza Hut again at this point.

Horrible service manager Gaby refused to refund my order after I never received it states it was doordash fault. As a manager Gaby has no sense of customer service I called she got off the phone didn't say hold a minute just got off the phone put someone who didn't speak english refused to give me refund receipt told me i could stop by to location after 5 pm and that my refund would take 3-4 business days. Horrible service by so called manager I request she get a demotion, no sense of apology came from her.

I will never order from pizza hut especially with all these extra fees and the service is horrible!!!

This pizza hut is the worst pizza hut I ever dealt with. They charged me 31 dollars for a large pizza with wings and a two liter of coke. When I get home the pizza is so hard that I thought I ordered a think crust pizza or even saltine crackers, I get a credit for 20 dollars and I'm thinking I'll go ahead and use it and give them another chance to be their customer, this time they take over an hour for delivery and I get a cold pizza, I called the store and they wanna give me credit again, I refused and I said I'm not calling for free pizza, I'm calling to get what I paid for and to this day I haven't received what I paid for, I opted for letting them keep my 31 dollars and I will never order pizza from them again. Ik would never recommend this pizza store to anybody, they have the worst customer service ever, but what do you expect when they have someone in charge that seems to be at a lowrider car show, full of tattoos and piercings, worst personal appearance for a professional business. I should have looked at their reviews before I try to get pizza from them. Worst pizza ever.

My order was not delivered to me. I tried calling the delivery driver multiple times but did not pick up. Moments later i get a notification that my order was delivered but it wasnt! Was robbed of $25. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
