I am a technician and came to complete a job. I asked for a manager after entering. She presented herself and was very informative and friendly. She help me access what I needed I order to do the repair. I finished quickly and left.
This place is better than most Starbucks. Very nice people on the drive-through good customer service please tip the people in the drive through little bit more. I always try to give more as well though. Girls in the drive-through are really nice and good customer service attitude..
Food/Beverage: 10/10 My Iced Coffee w/ 5 pumps classic, extra soy, in a Venti Cup, (a bit detailed but not as crazy as others lol...) was prepared well. I enjoyed it and definitely recommend this location. Great 👍🏽 ❄️ ☕️ ... Service/Atmosphere: 10/10 The staff was welcoming and always helpful. I enjoy this location and will continue to visit. I am very mobile and sometimes it’s hard to find a seat, which tells you people like this location or they would be somewhere else, great location and atmosphere.. Restrooms: 10/10 I am a frequent customer and enjoy my moments here. Restrooms are clean and plenty stocked so haven’t ran out of towels yet. Solid 10... or a 💯
Really great experience, we usually use the drive through, however, this time we had time to spare and decided to come in and enjoy our delicious drinks. We sat at the bar and had a pretty clear view of the work environment. The staff seemed busy but polite and cordial with one another and most importantly with the patrons. A couple little accidents happened but they were dealt with fast, efficiently, and most importantly without making a face. I’d work here if I lived nearby. This establishment sets a great example for other Starbucks. Since I know some staff members might read this. GREAT JOB!!! People notice you. And a little message for management, if any of the folks working the shift on Friday May 24th at 10:30am ask for days off or a raise, a happy costumer approves ;-)
I had a great experience at Starbucks. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. My latte was rich and perfectly balanced, and the barista was friendly and attentive. The service was a bit slow during peak hours, but the quality of the drinks and the comfortable seating made up for it. Overall, a consistently enjoyable place to visit.
Employees were warm and welcoming, and the new Pistachio bread was good. I wish there was a tiny bit more indoor seating, but there is plenty of outdoor seating with umbrellas.

Conveniently located near the 55 FWY on Newport Ave & Edinger Ave with drive-thru and plenty of parking, next to SubWay. We stopped here this Friday evening. I was surprised at the customer service from the barista working the drive-thru window... it's always an awkward moment being handed your cup of coffee without a "hello", "thank you," or any type of greeting (not a typical Starbucks service). Our coffee, however, tasted great. Other than the poor customer service, this is a good location.
Today was extremely hot and I wanted to buy an iced water, in a cup. The barista refused, and said I could not buy it but offered a water bottle.
Don’t come here they have bad service. I ordered ahead for a in store pickup as shown in the photo . I get there and the doors are locked but there’s still customers inside. The lady tells me to go to the drive thru where my truck doesn’t fit . Yall can have my drink and why partner with Amazon if that how yall treat us .
Dear Starbucks Management, I would like to report an unpleasant experience I had today at your drive-thru location. I went to pick up my order, and the employee at the window — her name was Kat or Kate — spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. As I was waiting in my car, she told me, “You can’t vape in the drive-thru,” in a very unprofessional tone. I explained that I was in my own vehicle, on private property, and that it shouldn’t be an issue. She then responded that if I did it again, they wouldn’t serve me in the future. I found her attitude completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I manage a team that orders 20–25 drinks from this location every morning, but after this experience, I will be taking our business elsewhere. This is not the kind of treatment anyone should receive from a Starbucks employee. Please look into this matter and ensure your staff treats customers with respect and professionalism.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Their cream cheese was not fresh, so I warned them. They gave me a new pack, but it was still spoiled. I didn’t want to risk getting sick, so I threw it away. When I tried to let them know, they didn’t even bother to check or respond. I left without wasting more time. Don’t go there unless you want to risk food poisoning and poor, inattentive service.
My husband and I get Starbucks all the time and we come to this location from time to time and the drinks always taste watered down. However Yesterday was by far the worst. We ordered two matcha lattes and one tasted like milk and the other tasted extremely bitter because whoever made the coffee didn’t bother to mix the drink properly so there were lumps of matcha powder everywhere. Starbucks is pricy and its baristas need to do better, it’s safe to say we threw the drinks away.
I ordered a matcha latte with light ice and half of the cup was filled with ice. I took out the extra ice myself and by the time I was ready to drink my latte it tasted like milk.
Store was pretty empty, one customer ahead of me but after they took his order I had to wait for about 5 min to be helped.. there was 4 people on staff too. Paid like $15 for one venti and one tall drink, except my venti drink was literally 1/3rd cup full of ice. 😭 I finished it faster than how long I waited to be helped. I asked for oatmilk and it tastes like whole milk as well. My tummy hurts. I also felt pretty uncomfortable in the store, as there were weird customers who were commenting on the employees and how young the female workers were etc. they were being kinda obnoxious and nobody said anything to them. Overall not the best experience probably won't be coming back
BEWARE! Wanted to spend some time completing some assignments at a local Starbucks and having a coffee on a Sunday evening (I usually don't prefer Starbucks, haven't been to one in a while) . When deciding on which Starbucks, I looked for the hours of operation beforehand, I came to this specific location because online it stated it closed til 11:00pm Sunday. At 9:00pm an associate told everyone that "they were closing in a few minutes" . It looked like everyone was surprised and unprepared to leave. We were hurried out, the associate said they didn't close til 10:00 but wanted to "clear the lobby" . I checked their entrance and there was no hours of operation posted.(Subway right next door does). The assocites did say we could sit and wait on the outside chairs in the dark. Very disappointing! . Because of that experience I'm not returning anytime soon to any Starbucks chain. Please be transparent and undeceiving with customers. Picture taken that night with no hours of operation and associate removing customers is attached.
