I’ve been craving an amazing burger …. Found it ! The Cadillac ! So darn good and full of flavor.’

I ordered Good night/good cause burger and it was really good and flavorful. Also ordered Parmesan truffle fries and tres leches fries. Worth the price.

best old fashion i’ve ever had 🥃 As for burgers I recommend the Cadillac Wagyu. But their other burgers like the Double bacon Jam and Magic Shroom are also pretty good.

Great place for big burgers & seasoned fries. Tried the Brussel Sprout leaves dish w/ Truffle Oil and it was fabulous! Only reason 4 stars on service: you order first at cashier, food then brought to table. Good selection of beers too!

Love Hopdoddy's burger and fries. Great bar, too. The atmosphere is fun and they have a nice outdoor area if you have a dog. The best part is the team of employees. Most of them have been working there a long time and are very friendly and experienced. The Happy Hour is only on some weekdays but is a very good deal. Discovered this restaurant in Austin, TX and was so glad to find it here in Orange County.

We just ate lunch here. The service is phenomenal! We had workers stop by several times to offer to get us condiments or refill our drinks. The cob chicken salad was awesome! Best Chick-fil-A ever!

Queso and bacon(or burger) was a like heavy handed on the salt.. but over all was delish....esp the hot honey and sage brussel leaves...

Was feening a burger today. So I decided to give this place a try. Came in around 11 for an early lunch at the bar. Ordered the Texas Sling to drink. Pretty yummy cocktail. A lot of good menu options! You can make any burger a bowl! I went with the Diablo Burger ( I love a little heat in my burger) with a side of regular fries. Burger was medium , just how I like it. I think next time I'll grab a shake. You can make it a boozy shake for $4 more.

Our first time at Hopdoddy. It was interesting. Walk up ordering, bar in the middle of the restaurant. The beer was good, and the beer was huge. I didn't expect such a large one. Atmosphere was good but just something I couldn't put my finger on. We will return at some point. The beer selection was pretty good.

I get the 8 piece and fries maybe once a week, love it! Never a let down. One of my more favorite things in the spicy mustard they use too. Its one of the dipping sauces, amazing!!!

Solid burger joint but definitely got that "chain restaurant" vibe going. The food was solid but the atmosphere not so much. I consider myself a burger snob and their burgers are well made & tasty. My one complaint would be in the bun-more of a flat style as opposed to deep, rounded bun. So a lot of the juice from the burger gets on the plate instead of soaking in. Bacon is thick cut too, so that was excellent. 😋 Ordered the parmesan truffle fries. Great flavor but the fries are pretty thin-not my style. The parmesan sauce is REALLY good though and I'd recommend getting that on the side anyway to dip your burger into. 😉 My big complaint was the beer-costly and they pour it into an ice cold glass which causes your beer to freeze. BIG "NO, NO"! I'm a beer snob too and that was a turn off. Had to ask for a second pour in an unchilled glass. Beer selection is decent though. I would try them again but there are other spots in the area that are a little better for the same price.

I really wanted to like this place, but the burger was pretty bad—so much so that I couldn’t even finish it. The fries were soggy and disappointing as well. The only positive was the good service, the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall though, the food didn’t come close to expectations, and I wouldn’t come back just for the service.

i have never had an experience like i did today. i went through the drive through at 1:40 this afternoon with a mobile order. after 5 minutes in line, i got to the window and was handed my food with poor customer service. i immediately pulled out my (cold) waffle fries and started eating, then less than halfway through i had noticed that all the pieces left looked old and were only the small crumb pieces. a few fries later, i pulled a HAIR out of my mouth. after finishing my fries, i ate my nuggets which were also cold, and not to mention small. my sweet tea lid wasn’t put all the way on and half of it spilled all over my car, and my tea tasted old. overall 1 star experience.

I placed an online order at 10:20 AM and went to pick it up. However, they informed me that the order was not ready because they had run out of food. The young lady who handled the situation was quite rude and unhelpful. It’s disappointing that the customer service was so poor.

I have no idea how EVERY TIME you forget which size drinks are supposed to be and that there needs to be dressing with the salad. How hard is it to put together a to go order?? It's already rung in for you. You don't have to modify anything on the fly!

Chat I placed an delivery with uber and everything looked good until I open the bag and everything but there but my chic-fil-a sauce was no where to be found and I make sure to added it in my order when I placed it. And I was so hungry with a placed that order and I'm just so disappointed and mad right now. Cause who even does that? I don't care if you take long as long as that sauce in there. As a driver who works in the area, I have been here countless times and spent thousands of dollars, however lately the customer service is going downhill fast. Chick-fil-A workers used to be very polite now they are becoming rude and argumentative. I understand the younger generation is cooked, incapable of logic or customer relations, but seriously Chick-fil-A should hire better team members. Other locations still do, but not this store. Won't be going back again. There are simply too many other good options nearby.

Normally I love Chick Fil A... but I don't know what happened but this is a major fail and a worse fail that nothing was done to correct it. I recently ordered a chicken deluxe sandwich at about $7 (just sandwich) to get home to find out they gave me the spicy chicken. I can't eat spicy foods so I had to throw the whole thing out. I wrote to the company simply asking for my money back. I got a stock email days ago saying that "we are sorry we will make sure management at the location knows so they can improve"... What good does that do me? Sometimes then you get the management might call you to make it right. Nope. Haven't gotten that either. Why not make it right? I wasn't even asking for extra. Just to cover what I had to throw away

Years ago on my actual birthday, a young, female Hispanic employee left me a rather "nasty voicemail" because she openly accused me of being a pathological liar. Therefore, I stopped visiting intentionally, but I've returned regularly, as of late. However, I reiterated my name to one of the female Latino managers and she didn't listen at all because I continued to inform her it's a "mobile order" and NOT catering. Furthermore, my grilled chicken sandwich was "hard to chew" and the pepper jack cheese needed to be cooked longer. Additionally, I requested SWEET tea and NOT regular, which isn't difficult to differentiate. In addition, whenever you notice a client patiently waiting for service, you should actually greet them and NOT ignore them.

The owner doesn’t know whether or not they charge they charge for extras in drinks. His wife knew more than he did and he stated “well, I was waiting one her” regarding answering the question about the charge. She needs to be in charge!

Saturday, June 21 6pm or so. HAIR in my pregnant cousins number 1 no pickles. Literally. The young lady instantly apologized and brought her a new one, but still wtfffffff. I asked a young man who was running food for a refill of my son’s passionfruit lemonade, he instantly responded with a, “they’ll help you up front”. Umm okay so I walked up there for the same gentleman to refill the drink with only lemonade. I asked for the passionfruit and he mumbled something like, “unfortunately, blah blah blah”. Ooooook. Annoyed. I recently moved to the area, but will drive back towards my usual White Rock Location where they refill my drinks with pleasure and don’t serve me HAIR on a bun. Literal HAIR in my food. Literally.

my recent visit was extremely disappointing and concerning. I ordered nuggets for my 3yr old son and when I took a bite out of his nuggets, I realized the chicken was completely undercooked, pink and raw in the middle. Not only was this incredibly off-putting, but it’s also a serious health risk. Serving undercooked chicken can cause foodborne illnesses like salmonella, and it’s unacceptable for any restaurant to let something like this happen.

I really want to speak with a manager! My 2 last experience at this chick-fil-A has been HORRIBLE! I ordered my menu and the large fries is a joke! Last time it was the same I said maybe they did not see that! Today new experience and same things happened! BAD Experience 2: 08/31/2023, 8:10pm!
