It's okay. The food is good. Always tastes the same. NOT worth $52 for a meal. You get 2 sides, which there's like 2 servings in each, how do you feed more than 2 people w that? There's 12 chicken and 6 biscuits, does not add up to even distribution. Only got 4 stars due to hot and fresh. Price SUCKS.

Tried while on vacation,Food was good, But their kiosks wouldn't take our order so the owner had them do it up front(usually they don't take orders, only at kiosk) they charged almost double what the kiosk prices were and didn't even give us half our order. First experience ever having Popeyes and I will definitely never go back to this location.

I ordered my food at 6:48 it is 7:30 as i am writing this. They never offered an apology, a water cup for waiting so long with a 3 year old. People who came in left before me. As i asked why is it taking so long that is when they wanted to say "oh I'm sorry it will be more time" when I asked for a refund. i have worked fast food and other food service jobs. It can take long but you apologize and tell people before they order an item their wait time. Don't come to this place especially with a HUNGRY child when you're running errands. They don't care.

Chicken tenders were so dry and were all breading. Really lousy. I have been to other Popeye's restaurants and I have no complaints about those.

Imagine walking into a fried chicken restaurant where the service and quality fall woefully short. You order the smallest portion available, expecting a modest serving, but what you receive is barely more than a few crumbs. The price for this minuscule meal? An astonishing $12, a sum that seems outrageously high for the portion size. The staff, seemingly disinterested and inattentive, not only fail to listen to your order but also get it wrong, serving you something completely different. To add insult to injury, when the bill arrives, you find they've charged you twice the amount originally quoted. Overall, this restaurant is a dismal experience: overpriced, with subpar portions, poor customer service, and billing errors that make the whole ordeal even more frustrating.

Went through the drive thru around 9pm and the lobby was locked and closed. The line was wrapped around the building and i had to sit in the line for 45mins as I was picking up a door dash order, otherwise I would have left. Don’t waste your time coming anytime after 8pm because the line will be way to long and not worth it.

No nuggets, no Mac and cheese, no mashed potatoes but extra biscuits? What the heck?! Thanks for only giving us half our order. My husband went through the drive thru, was rushed thru bc of a person begging by the window and harassing customers. He didn’t double check the order only to come home and find out half the order is missing. I know times are tough but this is unacceptable.

The people in the drive thru took my order, confirmed my order then didn't give me what I paid/ asked for the!!! I tried to walk in to correct the order, thru the door they told me to get back in the drive thru and wait again to correct their mistake..... I will not be back.
