Such an amazing place to go. Employees are upbeat, fast paced and always smile and are polite. I LOVE ORDERING FROM HERE!!!!
Always quick and friendly staff. the muffins sometimes are unde baked.
The workers are always the sweetest! I come here often as it is right next to my school. They have randomly upgraded my drinks, and one time I had to wait for my bagel (they ran out and had to bake more) and even though I agreed to wait, they gave me an order of hashbrowns and a frozen hot chocolate for free on top of my order. They are always on top of cleaning and restocking as well, and handle rushes like pros. They also always have great music playing, which is great for when I come here to study :)
It was really hard to hear the barista in the drive thru. The wait was a but longer than usual and my coffee wasn't mixed. But it was still delicious and the barista was super friendly 😋
The coffee was good but my iced coffee was horrible with 3/4 of a cup of ice and hardly any coffee in My Cup I never had that problem before
Quicker service recently, rude window girl multiple times. Name is Dayanna, even when I tipped this last time she just goes "oh ..."and puts it in the tip jar and hands me my drink n closes the window.
Always have a great time here. The employees are usually very sweet. But yesterday morning, Kylie working the counter was very rude. Even though I was next in line, she served her friend first and proceeded to have a 3 minute conversation with her while I was standing right there waiting to place an order while we were trying to head to work. I get wanting to be able to have a quick conversation with someone you know at work but it was a ridiculously long time.
Once again this location has discontinued apple fritters . This product is always very good. I was told they needed room for pumpkin spice donuts. Hopefully they will reinstate the apple fritters soon!
Please hire someone who can work in the fast pace environment. Mobile order means nothing because they are so slow.
I have visited several times recently around 6pm or so and the Vestal Parkway location is always out of ice tea. Very frustrating. You close at 8pm. You should have tea after 6pm.I have watched Front St refill tea much later than that.
This place is so rude now, laugh at customers when taking orders, sniggering and whispering rude words over the Intercom, lady with orange hair and glasses, always rude. The staff are never pleasant!
Last time ever visiting here ! Third car on line an 18 minute wait and the manager? Owner? Starts spewing political shit at the window. No thanks. Just want a cup of coffee. Going elsewhere
Went through the drive through this morning and had a dark haired , tattooed girl, since i never got her name. Absolutely the worst customer service i had received from a coffee shop, she was rude, always trying to cut me off every time i was continuing to place my order, and when i had asked a question in regards to what syrups they had available instead of saying “hey yes we have a toasted almond” it was “no um it’s called toasted almost not almond”. I will never come back to this location after i had to experience that.
The woman who works the morning shift was absolutely rude. I'm not from NY and I asked for a chocolate long john and a chocolate frosted cake donut. She was laughing at me because i guess thats not what its called in NY. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and then I ordered a Caramel iced coffee. She hands me my coffee and it didnt have the Caramel. I was nice asking if she could put caramel in it and she started arguing with me claiming I didnt ask for caramel and she and I were going back and forth. Maybe get a job where you don't work with people. It's not hard to be kind.
Worst service ever. No greet and the girl taking my order had some kind of issue. I ordered a cold brew she asked if I wanted cold foam. I said no thank you she said okay black it is and I said no thank you she said okay so no cold foam and black I said no. I did this 3x before I asked if she had been smoking weed before work. Then the manager pipes in and kicks me out of your business. Every dunkin ran by your company is sub par. But the was a clear language barrier and Noone cared about the customer. I will contact corporate but obviously they don't care about their brand being ruined by ya.lll... deaf ears our comments fall upon.
This morning, I come there most of the time and today the people that made the food and drink just toss the bags on the counter and had an employee say there is your stuff in a rude voice. Didn't even put my online order in a box.. I always am respectful and I just expect the same maybe they need better training. I have done nothing wrong to be treated like that.
Waited 20 minutes in drive thru ordered three drinks which showed on screen. Pulled up waited another 10 minutes. Then they handed us 2 drinks not three. Waited another five minutes to be told “oh I’m sorry I only made two. you will have to go back in line for another coffee”. After 30 minutes finally got 3 drinks one of the worst Dublins I’ve ever been too. Stopped coming here because the code always tasted like water. When we seldomly come, the order is never right or we wait a long time. DON’T COME HERE
My two coffees were made terrible wrong, no ice whatsoever, i asked for more oatmilk at the window bc they were given to me completely black, and barely got any added. They taste like garbage. Service wasnt kind as well. Not coming back.
I was treated horribly at this location. I love dunkin but I will not be returning here. Sad because it was my first time since the remodel. I got my drinks (employee was miserable) and headed out with my little girl. I tripped and fell, coffees spilled, cups broke, coffee all over me and I hurt my knees pretty badly. I went back in showing them and asked them if they could please make me new ones. They questioned me up and down about what happened, like they shouldn't have to give me new ones since the fall wasn't their fault. I know for a fact any other dunkin the employees would have been more concerned with if I was okay and would have been happy to make me new drinks. They did, reluctantly, and with attitude. I thanked the manager but on the way out the rude employee rudely said you're welcome! I told her I said thank you and left. I was just appalled at the way she was towards me.
