Two Words.. Sweet Lightning! That's was the reason for me coming down here. I was impressed but not "overly impressed!" Lol. Super excited to have a new Mountain Dew but the fact that the peach was overly prominent over the honey was a bummer. Just so happened to stop by to get some Mac n Cheese, Mash Potatoes and Gravy for the wife, she shared some of her Mac and wow! So creamy, delicious! It got me thinking about going back and getting some chicken from the Colonel!

I had been craving the Fried chicken and Coleslaw for weeks and I finally made it in !! The food was Great and the service was better than I remembered? Even the Music was great !Will try to et there more often.

I loved the old menu, but they have changed it to make a one item side. That is different to me. However, the lady who took my order was very helpful and the sides were reasonably priced. My meals came out perfectly and quickly. There was a long line at the drive thru and I waited there until I figured out the lobby was open for ordering. Perhaps a sign saying it was open would help out people like me. When I got home we watched the Dodgers with our good luck chicken and it was a wonderful evening.

I had a great experience at KFC on Noble! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the sides were delicious. The staff was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was correct. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick, even during a busy time. Definitely one of the better KFC visits I’ve had. I’ll be coming back!

My sister and I were greeted right when we got in and helped quickly. The atmosphere was great and the food was hot and good. They even said good bye and to have a good day!

Reminds me of back in the day when I would go to a Kentucky with my family. The food is so so good. We ordered the 10 piece meal and we had food left over for a few more meals. The place is clean as well as the restrooms. The staff are friendly as well. We've frequented this place a few times and it's always a pleasant experience!

The cashier was kind and quite helpful, took in a coupon, it wasn't valid, helped by suggesting and offering other deals.

They ran out of chicken and it was only 5pm. We ordered a family bucket.

I like the food clean, place to eat, sometimes staff is friendly.. But KFC needs to update their website its incorrect.. I went through the drive thru and the first thing I hear is "We are closed.. we close at 9:30pm" me, "but the website say Monday to Sunday 10:00am to 10:00pm??" KFC employee "i can tell you what we have left over.." me, "No thank you.." and left..

Ordered the chicken sandwich. It was hot, fresh and tasty. As opposed to the nasty KFC in Fresno on W Olive which gave me a cold, dry gross sandwich and I can’t give a low enough rating for. This KFC has their act together!

They won't take an older $100 bill has to be a brand new one if you have $100 bills I don't know why but they're saying they won't take them no more there's many other stores the same way very disappointing after we've done a call-in order went to pay for it all we had is older hundred dollar bills and it wouldn't take them had to go someplace else to eat

They were very helpful there, the young men that worked in the KFC. Because I've never used. We place an order on machine and then pay and they walk up to the counter. He showed me how to use it, and I was very grateful for it.

Chicken tasted undercooked. Good slaw though and don't forget the biscuit. Prefer real mashed potatoes however seemed to be instant potatoes. Will go back.

Very disappointed with their 16.99 bucket special. Pieces were really small, gravy was really thin, and mashed potatoes were funny colored. Biscuits were nice and golden brown.

The food was good but they don't ask you dine in or take out so if you eat there they don't give you plates or Spoons to eat your food you need to ask for plates in advance

Food was good for kfc standards, one of the employees keps talking over me from the counter to some other girl that was sitting down waiting. Lobby wasnt very clean and the cashier had a bitter attitude.

I love the new KFC spicy chicken sandwich, we come here every so often😋 it's delicious. today's lunch was just that but again 😃 but honestly the fries are so old. not crispy hard to chew like of they've been sitting all morning then served out. hopefully they don't do this but that's how all our fries tasted today and a time before as well. serve fresh fries and i think every meal would be completed perfectly. thanks for your hard work team!

I'm a chicken 🐔🍗 lover, and for me tasty chicken 🍗 is very important. The chicken at this restaurant was super greasy, that was not what I was expecting. I grew up having KFC and it was the best 😋, don't know what happened to their recipe.

My order was number 5 but they called number 8 and some guy got my order, he will most likely be in trouble with his family when they don't find any chicken in the bags. They said that they were going to give me a little something extra for the inconvience but then offered me no extras...they really should hire more adults and fewer kids.

Great food and the soda was very carbonated and delicious, but cold for my teeth. Horrible service though in the drive thru. The guy was very rude and didn't care what I wanted to order, just to get it over with. He did not listen when I said light on the ice because I have sensitive teeth, he said yea yea and did not comply. Very rude taking my card to pay, returning it, handing my soda, handing receipt, handing food. He would quickly open the window and shove all in my face, then barely wait for me to grab the items before releasing. He wasn't all there, didn't want to be there, and showed it to me as a customer. I'll not be returning for a while with bad experiences that make me not want to spend my money, fast food isn't cheap visits anymore and it's always best to just go home and make a meal with the family :)

Original chicken. It was hot. But, the skin was soggy! Just not appetizing like that. Mashed potatoes and gravy were piping hot. Biscuits were okay, just a little raw and doughy in the middle. Overall, just okay meal.

Business hours show they close at 10 on Fridays. I showed up with my family at 9:20 and they're already closed. Usually, they're pretty good, but tonight, I had to give my money to Taco Bell.

Just went through the drive-thru and the employees were just standing around talking and when my food was ready the worker was standing there holding the bag and didn't open the window to hand it to me until she finished her conversation. I had already waited behind a long line of cars and there was still a long line behind me and they're in there just hanging out.

I bought two Chicken sandwich combos, as my elderly friend had been very ill, and this was the first thing she wanted to eat in a week! When I got the food home, I left hers and took mine home. Fries were fine..chicken was HORRIBLE..It was mostly dried out breading, but what meat there was was dryer than jerky. I couldn't even bite into it, so broke it apart and couldn't believe what I had been given. There was no way that the staff didn't know that this was no good. .I sure hope my friend's was better. I was afraid to ask

I went through the drive through and the lady on the other end was rude as I ordered chicken wing plain and she would let me order more then three and I asked her I wanted more and she rudely said it will take 20 minutes, I would have been happy going in to wait , but after she was rude in her attitude I canceled my order and went else where and the were very polite . This was the KFC on the west side of Visalia off of Noble Ave.

The Noble Visalia KFC is very unorganized during the 5 o'clock dinner rush. They were unprepared for it and had customers looping around in a circle and almost out there door with a 40minute wait for the chicken. Yes, I could've went elsewhere but, if your going to manage a franchise like KFC noble Visalia prepare yourselves for that 5 o'clock dinner rush so you don't have to tell your customers it's going to be 40 minutes for the chicken.

The staff were very rude to me while I was in line waiting and asked if I could hurry up and order, when I asked for the manager she came out in a angrily matter and just asked me to step out the line and said if I was gonna take long I could go waste round table’s time since it was on the other side. This place went way downhill. We ordered the thigh meal and they said they are all out of breasts then directly after saying they where out they served other customers breasts. They are also so overpriced.

The worst customer service ever. Three lady’s argued with me about my order. When they realized they did my order wrong after I had to bring in my whole bag of meals, they rolled their eyes and walked away. They didn’t fix my order. I sat there for 10 minutes before walking out with my WRONG ORDERS I paid for. This is not the first time they have messed my orders up and refused to fix it.

This place continues to boggles my mind. The service is horrifying they told us no substitutes. I guess it only proteins to chicken cuz my sister got coleslaw instead of potatoes. The lady after us ordered chicken tenders and even though nothing said they were. Meals that told her it only comes as a meal. In other words, you can't get what you want you have to pay more for what you don't want. KFC learn what Customer service really is or close down.

Tried to order side lovers but was told it was an on line deal only. Ordered the tenders 8 piece meal. Was overcharged by $2. When asked why, was told the tenders were more. The menu in the restaurant did not state they were more. My price was adjusted but only by $1.30.

Horrible experience. Drive thru person packed bag with gravy sideways which opened up and spilled all over the car. Got home and found all of the grilled chicken dried out and inedible. The breading on the original recipe was soggy and tasted like old grease. This was at lunchtime, but the food tasted like it had been under heat lamps for hours. I guess it explains why there were no cars in the parking lot. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

Blonde girl working the register deserves to get fired. She was so rude and slammed a cup on the counter when confronted about messing up my order. The man working the drive thru on 2/11/24 at 4:00pm was rushing us as soon as we pulled up to order. We weren’t even taking that long, just trying to glance at the menu. After all he rushing, he didn’t read back our order or double check and we ended up getting the wrong food! Total disappointment. :( I know people have bad days but he could have just slowed down and confirmed with us and everything would have been great!

Really poor attitude. OK, we're old, had trouble understanding what was said, speaker distortion was terrible. BUT. The two drumsticks I got were dry and hardly any meat. We got the steak, mashed Potatoes and biscuits; and they were great. Really wouldn't complain if the server had been friendly.

I visited the KFC in East Noble near Walmart for lunch. The moment I walked in the door, I was met with an unwelcome look and attitude by the cashier-Kayla. I just ordered two of the Tuesday 8 pieces for $10 special as fast as I could and tried to leave in a hurry. It felt like she wanted me out of there by the way she shoved the bag to me, not going to this place again.

I just went in with a hundred in one hand my bank card in the other and just drove an hour to get there to take my 3 kids to eat. I told them to order and asked if I could use the restroom real quick while they ordered. The lady at the register was even was embarrassed to tell me no I had to complete my order before they would open it. I said so should I just pee my pants while I order and she giggled and said I’m sorry. I know it’s a trashy area but come on my teenagers and I do not look like we are homeless and not going to pay. So we left! Ridiculous that you have to beg to use the restrooms while in the middle of an order

Kfc is so over priced now 12 piece meals won't feed 4 anymore. 2 of the tenders were fat and cartilage. Bucket was only a quarter full, wasn't crispy barely any color on the chicken. The tenders were super small total waste of money. Coleslaw was good and fresh and the mash and gravy was same as its always been

You might re-think a trip to kfc if you’re hungry. I just hit the drive thru I ordered famous bowl with chicken on the side the girl said they had a special including 2 apple pies and a drink for $7.99. I said ok. I went back to see if I got the wrong order because there was no apple pies and I couldn’t imagine the 4 little chicken scraps in the box were meant to eat. I was handed the 2 apple pies should be called dust puffs I didn’t eat them and had to spit 1 of the chicken scraps out because it was rubbery grissle. The store either frequently has app issues or purposely shuts the app down so online ordering isn’t possible. I refuse to go into the store to put in my order and then have to wait until they put it together. They tend to not be very fast and often have something they’re waiting for.

What even?! We sat there for 45 MINUTES, waiting for our food, and it never came out. When I asked about it, they had no clue what my order was. Our order was cleared and/or completely forgotten about while we wasted 45 minutes of our time here. Pathetic. The employees were kind about it, and gave us a refund, but now our secondary plans for dinner are ruined thanks to having to wait here for so long.

I've been going to this KFC for years and the food is pretty decent never had an issue. However, the customer service is something else, now looking at the reviews about customer service I won't be back. I pulled in to the drive thru and asked what the specials were. The girl working the drive thru was rude and hard of hearing. I had to tell her a few times that I couldn't hear her she never spoke up louder. I can tell she was doing it on purpose. At the drive thru window she was being very short and rude. I noticed what I ordered came with dipping sauce and she never asked if I wanted any. I asked her what kind do you have? She rolled her eyes and told me what they had super fast to be difficult. I told her I'd like another ranch she said it was 31 cents. So I gave her exact change. She couldn't count the change and was at the register for a bit. She gave me the ranch and 2 dimes back. She can't count money. She makes 20 an hour with inept customer service and can't do basic arithmetic. If you don't like your job or lack customer service (which is paramount) for a business to function then quit miss Evangelyna.

This used to be a good restaurant but that has changed. Drive thru order: forgot a lemonade asked for a straw looked at me like I had a virus, no napkins, no plastic ware, and no dipping sauces. Should I have checked my order? Yes. Should I have to do your job to? No. The guy at the window looked lost and bored and not very attentive. Not good KFC.

They didn’t even have any chicken pieces , the manager was really rude to her workers. She was ignoring them when they asked her questions, I had to wait for more than 30 min for a 8 piece chicken bucket. They didn’t tell me til after I waiting for about 15 min for my order. Not coming here again :)
