Not too crowded, plenty of seats and chargers and people don’t just crowd up. Passcode bathroom. Wheelchair accessible. Cool employees. Big table and a few small ones. Kind of it’s own vibe at the surrounding, but it’s fairly local like out of a movie. The parking is / hour with no reparking which is nice in a way!
A wonderful Starbucks! Super friendly and clean! Extra shoutout to Julia and Ali!

Something about this Starbucks,.. Regardless of management changes etc, it has maintained a very pleasant crew, new hires included. I've been a regular here for YEARS and observed the changes as they came, this place is clean, and although it gets busy at times, they maintain their routine duties (unlike most other stores with their volume of customers). Ive been treated rudely and even poorly at many of the local Starbucks in the area, this place at Main & Treat has ALWAYS treated me like FAMILY. I wish i could review some of the customers though, I've seen some extreme abuse from so many customers toward these passive and pleasant employees.. Which kind of patron are YOU?
Christopher is a shining star at this location. Every time I go in there he is so friendly and helpful. He is always smiling and making it such a pleasant experience. I just want everyone to know how amazing he is.
I love this location! The staff is super friendly and I always get really speedy service. Also, to the people who complained that they had to buy something to use the bathroom, that is a very common practice for businesses and should not be a surprise to you.
It's true - they're really open at 4am. Fast service. Staff knows about 60% of customers and greets them by name right when they walk in. Less than $10 with tip for my usual order. Same prices as home.

I love Starbucks. This is not a big store but maintained very nicely. Staff is nice and humble. I tried hot pumpkin spiced latte. It was good. My son got the English American latte which he forgot to dip initially so looked plain but after dipping It tasted good too. I do not like too strong or too light coffee. It should be balanced and probably that’s why I like the regular latte. I have tried something like French Toast earlier but not finding it these days (at least on Starbucks). I would try some other coffee sometime. Would need more recommendations from the expert people.
Usual Starbucks stuff, friendly people and staff. Easy to find heading north you turn straight into the stripmall and there it is right in frount of you. During the day parking can be a little difficult. In thr evening there is no problem. Coming from the south you might have to do a u-turn, I have never gone there from that direction. They are open early and stay oprn late, easy freewsy access to them if you are heading north on I680.

Older white lady seemed to be in charge, had an attitude like she didn't really want to be there. Like it was all just too much for her and she was exasperated and tired or something. The two younger staff that were working with her just seemed bummed out. I got a feeling it was something to do with the older white lady. I could be totally wrong though. I like going to Starbucks so much better when the people who help you are genuinely happy to be there and smiling. It kind of takes the fun out when people ain't feeling it.

Starbucks as many people know is a highly liked company to work for. They have a huge customer base and that base has come to expect some things like promptness, courtesy, accuracy and a general interest in coffee. So of the 4 criteria this Starbucks inside of the Target only had accuracy. With 3 people just stepping in front of my I waiting 30 minutes for a green tea soy latte. 4 drinks ahead of me should take 10 minutes tops. Not only was the staff slow, they were not friendly, but actually standoffish. I get that perhaps they were having a bad day, but even in conversation the answers were curt. They made my drink perfectly to order, but not only was I annoyed, but the other 3 people ahead of me and now 5 people behind me were annoyed too. With 3 employees working and 1 of them at the register 1 did not join the rest once there was no more line. I get it's a Starbucks in a target and most people go to the stand alone stores, but overall the experiences here were lacking. Yes it was clean, yes it was well stocked, but without the other big 4 this Starbucks gets a 2 star rating.
The staff at this Starbucks behaved in an unprofessional manner. Instead of polite and welcoming service, I encountered a rude tone and a clear lack of basic courtesy. Simple questions were met with irritation, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. I have been a regular customer at Starbucks for a long time, and I usually enjoy my visits. However, my experience at this location was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude and unprofessional, showing no basic courtesy, which was shocking given that I frequent Starbucks regularly. It is especially upsetting to receive such treatment at a place I have supported consistently. Management should address staff behavior and ensure proper training, as this experience does not reflect the standard I expect from Starbucks. For a brand that promotes customer service and consistency, this level of behavior is unacceptable. The visit was disappointing enough that I do not plan to return. Management should seriously review staff training and conduct at this location.
I visited a place, and although the coffee was good, the staff’s behavior was not very pleasant. They were not very frie
It would have been nice to get a full venti instead of this I guess she was to busy to finish it especially when her friend came in and she had to stop my order to help her friend and had another helper finish it. 🥺 goodbye Starbucks looks like I'm going to Pete's 🙄

⸻ I never write bad reviews—it takes too much energy, and frankly, I usually don’t care enough. But today was different. Today was really bad at this location. I’ve been to this Starbucks many times, but what happened today left me completely speechless. I was driving with my two young kids—my 3-year-old daughter who is potty training, and my almost 2-year-old—when my daughter urgently said she needed to use the bathroom. I pulled into Starbucks and went straight to the restroom with both kids. “Excuse me, you need to purchase something to use the bathroom,” an employee said. “I’ll get something on the way out,” I replied, knowing full well I wasn’t planning to buy anything—but my daughter had to go. As we exited the bathroom, the manager approached me and said, “You need to buy something if you’re going to use the bathroom. My employee could get fired if you don’t.” I explained, “My 3-year-old daughter is potty training and it was an emergency.” Instead of de-escalating, the manager followed me all the way to the front door to continue the confrontation: “We have over 700 customers a day—I don’t need any issues coming from you.” I was stunned. I fully understand the concern about people misusing public restrooms, but in this case, a little common sense and compassion were clearly lacking—especially from someone in a management role. I’ll be sharing my experience and will never visit another Starbucks again. Not that it’ll matter to you—but it sure matters to me.
The guy that runs this place has zero customer service skills. I ordered my drink with extra caramel, something I've done for many years now. The guy handed me my drink and I asked if he could put a little more caramel on it and he does so while saying "the normal amount is 1 swipe for light 3 swipes for regular and 6 swipes for extra and I gave you 9 swipes" I of course proceeded to tell him, "well I paid the fee to get extra caramel and by the way, in all the years I've ordered this same drink I've never had anyone complain about giving extra" either way he had an attitude and even though me not going there anymore won't hurt his business, but I will never spend my money in HIS STORE!!!
From 14 years I’m purchasing coffee from Starbucks today I try to use the bathroom for my 6 years old daughter and she told me it’s only for customers. if this is the rule of the Starbucks this is not good.
i’ve been a regular for a little while at this place and most of the previous workers know me and how i like my drink, but after an older white lady who is lead shift supervisor has been taken over i feel not welcomed and don’t really want to go back anymore. everything changed once she took over and the previous workers aren’t there that much. i used to love coming to this location but now i honestly feel really sad and probably won’t come back anymore. the bad attitude, talking behind my back in front of me, and not willing to help me with an error in my order rubs me off very bad. after today i unfortunately won’t come back and will go to a different location.
I understand policies and the purpose of them being initially put in place but I feel when I comes to using a restroom a little give and take should be given. Atleast regarding children and their personal needs like using a restroom. As someone who was just passing through town and needing a little help the customer service I received was absolutely terrible! Once out of options I had to ultimately go back and of course the worker on shift replied with smart remarks and unwelcoming responses. Any policies that make a mother spend any amount of money to use a restroom should be dismissed and thought twice about. Unfortunately this seems to be a common issue regarding this location. Your restroom was disgusting and needed some serious maintenance. I'm not one to make a complaint or even genuinely review a place but the audacity of this starbucks was unbelievable. I doubt this goes anywhere but hopefully you at least address the real issue at hand.
I’ve never felt so disappointed walking into a Starbucks in my life! My 6 year-old needed to use the bathroom urgently, and instead of showing the slightest bit of compassion or basic human decency, the lady told us we had to buy something first. Seriously? My kid isn’t exactly in a position to stand in line debating whether to order a latte or a cake pop while doing the potty dance. It is important to mention that I am a long-time Starbucks customer. I get that businesses have policies, but there’s something called common sense and humanity, and apparently this location left both behind with the last batch of burnt coffee. The employee could’ve just opened the door and saved a child from an embarrassing moment, but nope, corporate policy over kindness. We walked out, of course, and I’ll be taking my caffeine money elsewhere. If you enjoy unhelpful staff, zero empathy, and cold corporate energy, this is the perfect Starbucks for you. Otherwise, do yourself (and your bladder) a favor and skip it.
I order here regularly.... But today because I didn't order anything I wasn't allowed to use the bathroom. 🤣 She must have been having a bad day.
