This Dunkin is always cranking out food and drinks and they are all always so efficient and fast!! I commend everyone that works there for there hard work. It doesn't go unnoticed!

I love dunkin donuts! I would recommend going there they have a great variety of not only donuts but drinks bagels and other foods. You will most likely find something you like and during different seasons they have different flavor drinks and foods like pumpkin during the fall. Dunkin donuts is a great place not only because of taste but also the variety of foods and drinks!

Always smiling and friendly staff. They've never gotten my order wrong despite the huge amount of traffic they get in the morning, making this my Dunkin Donuts location of choice!

I'm not much of a coffee drinker but I am a donut lover. Stopped at around 4 in the afternoon and my chocolate donuts were so fresh, it was like they just baked them. Very impressed.

I might be bias I love Dunkin . I don't have one where i live so everytime I pass one I go and am never let down. Staff was super friendly.

Service was fast and courteous. Had ordered (and received) a warmed blueberry muffin with margarine on the side, an order of hash browns (dunkinmakes great hash browns), and a hot caramel macchiato using whole milk and whipped cream on top. Was quite good.

Make your day start with a delicious flavored iced Carmel latte. Service is tops and once again we can enjoy our java inside or out.

Webster DnD is one of the most efficient franchises I've expected in the US. The staff I'd friendly, quick, and the quality is best in the business. Good job guys.

Standard Dunkin. Usually busy when I go there, if you go during the morning rush, expect a 5-10 minute wait. Never once messed up my order, which is more than I can say for a few others around.

Food is fine, just like any other Dunkin. The real problem is the service speed. At times you can wait more than 10 minutes for a single coffee!

Nice place for daily coffee but they do mess up my order once in a while at the drive thru. I mentioned it to them the next day and they made it right for me.

Everybody loves Dunkin.. it's always busy especially drive thru. Had a turkey sausage, egg, cheese on a croissant. Was pretty good, I'd get it again. Coffee is usually hot & fresh, doughnuts aren't bad for a chain but there are better doughnuts elsewhere. I'd still stop in when I'm out and want a coffee!

Reasonably quick service at this busy location. Food quality is so-so. I recently ordered and egg and cheese on an English muffin and the bread was cold as was the mostly un-melted cheese. Most of the time the food is fine, but I'm not always thrilled.

Every time I go through the drive thru, they take freaking forever to take payment and it's beyond frustrating. It should be done within the first 30 seconds of pulling up to the window. And please stop getting orders wrong. Hope to change my review in the future.

Food was really good. We had breakfast sandwiches and Boston Cream Donuts. I was a little disappointed they didn't have a light coffee. They only had medium and dark roast. I refrained and had a Gatorade instead. The place needs a little TLC as general wear and tear on the facility is starting to show. I would recommend them though. Staff was friendly. Free wifi.

I stop at this location about once a week. Ordered on the app for drive-thru pickup as usual. Service was good. Was disappointed with the quality of food and beverage this time due to no fault of the employees but due to Dunkin products. Ordered the Chocolate Chunk Cookie that was on special and was disappointed to find it's a prepackaged cookie. Also ordered a chai latte with the unsweetened vanilla flavor shots. I get the chai frequently, but this was my first time trying the vanilla flavoring. It totally ruined the drink. I do NOT recommend it. I will continue to go to this location but will not order either of these items again.

Quick stop for a couple donuts. Had what we were looking for. Pretty safe place also since there were at least four town police chatting out front.

hash browns were rock hard both orders and they messed up my drink , after I got 50 munchkins they shoved me away like they didn't want to be bothered so I didn't go back to complain cause they seemed like they didn't care in the first place

I come here every now and then, and lately I have been having issues with the way I am spoken to. Most of the employees are nice and polite, however there is one who has a bad attitude. Every time she takes my order there’s an issue. There is no reason to be so sassy to customers, especially ones who are polite to you. If it was busy, I’d understand if she was stressed and it came across the wrong way, however this has happened numerous times and it wasn’t even busy some of those times. Therefore, I am not coming to this Dunkin’ anymore. The one on Holt Road has employees who are WAY more polite and respectful.

I ordered from door dash. They were prompt and what I got was delicious. But my donut that I was really looking forward to was missing. I notified door dash and he said they handled me the bag and I delivered it. In spite of the fact that it was clearly not his fault he gave me a refund which was door dash and the deliver going above and beyond. I tried several times to try to reach Dunkin and called an operator at my expense but in spite of how long I let the phone ring they did not answer any of the times I called. The last time they just hung up. I have always enjoyed their product I am very surprised and disappointed with them. People and companies and associations need to take responsibility for their mistakes or purpose shortcomings or deliberate actions.

I usually always have a good experience at Dunkin’ but this particular one wasn’t so great… We walked in and it was the evening, so it was dark out, but the lights were on SUPER bright, not creating a cozy affect at all. I tried to order a drink but they told me they were all out of the ingredients for it, so I settled on an Original Caramel Iced Latte. The staff who took our order wasn’t very friendly and seemed impatient or annoyed even though there was no one else in line 😕. We got orders quickly but I wasn’t that into my latte at all. I couldn’t taste the caramel which claimed to be in there and something was off about the coffee so I didn’t end up finishing it. My sisters were pleased with the donut and bagel they got so I’m not sure what happened with mine…

I’ll start by saying that I love my Dunkin coffee! It just seems like 80% of the time either something is made incorrectly or missing. With the staff it’s hit or miss if you’ll be getting workers that are friendly and helpful and not occupied more with their personal conversations than the job. I do realize a lot of the times I go there the majority of the staff are young and for a lot it is their first job experience so I take that into consideration as well.

I guess they took ”Donuts” out of the name for a valid reason. My donut wasn't very good. Kinda oldish / dry, and at only at 9AM 🙁 The super dark roast is good.☕ Service was good.👨🏾‍🍳 My sweet black pepper bacon croissant was very good.🥐 😋 Atmosphere was comfortable, busy but not crowded, and pleasant enough to hang out for awhile.

Not the best service and my hot coffee was cold. Didn't return. Went 2 exit up to the next Dunken.

When we pulled in there was a long line it took 5 to 10 inline and once we got up there we placed our order then when we got to the window it took the person taking a long time to get to us then we got up to the other window and that took it seems like 5 minutes to wait for our order it looked like everyone was tripping over each other to me this was poor response to get to the customer management needs to do I think

The closest thing we have to a casino in Webster is this dunkin donuts. You can order the same thing every day and get a different variation each time. Do you want an iced latte? Original hot coffee it is. Breakfast sandwich with hash browns? How about breakfast sandwich OR hash browns! Sometimes you hit the jackpot and get what you ordered! Then you need to roll the dice to see if it was cooked all the way thru, pulled out of a freezer and put directly into your take out bag, or charred to perfection. Go inside to order if you want advantage on your dice rolls here. (You can carefully inspect your order without holding up the drive thru). 😊

Did a mobile order that took forever and the staff watched me stand there trying to get their attention for 10 min. It really wasn't all that busy... not sure what the issue was, but the staff couldn't have been more inattentive.

Every time I order something is wrong, this morning I got a simple flat bread breakfast sandwich and wanted to add honey mustard within ice coffee cream and sugar.... food came in great timing but when I made it to my destination open it up the sausage was cooked to a hockey puck no honey mustard which I was charged extra for and my coffee tasted as though no cream or sugar was added.... I usually don't complain but come on this is like the 4th time my order was wrong, I won't be going their any more :/

Expresso machine needs to be fixed or replaced. Every time we order a latte from this location we pretty much get flavored water. Every other location is fine.

Simple order- Large Hot, Cream, 2 sugars and toasted almond. No toasted almond. Ok raspberry then. Bacon, egg and cheese Bagel. Get asked- what kind of bread. 😐 Get coffe- NO CREAM. Not brain surgery folks.

I've literally never waited that long fir a cup of coffee. Got stuck in drive thru line over 20 min just to place my order for 1 latte, then couldn't get out of line for another 20 to get to the window! Latte was good, but can't say worth the wait 😕

Every single time I have ordered delivery from this location my order has been made incorrectly. I don't mean just 1 or 2 times, it's been every single time. Which is a shame because I really enjoy their breakfast.

Twice in a row I went around noon went to drive through sat there for 5 min and nobody said anything to take my order so I drive away and see bunch of workers standing in circle in kitchen talking.

Girl taking orders didn't know what a mocha coffee was. After a few minutes of explaining I just asked for a small regular and got iced coffee. Tried asking other staff for help and no one hears you because they all have plugs in their ears. Poor customer service.

Last 3 months service has gone down. Drive through line long takes forever for them to take order.

Took over 20 mins for 3wraps to come out. Employees did a lot of talking and not as much working. Our hash browns were dropped, and had to be remade. We were standing there waiting for our order to be made when finally someone asked us what we ordered. Come to find out our order never went through, even though we paid and everything at the register. So they rang us up again and we waited forever for our food. Not a great first impression. Food was subpar once it actually came out to us.

This location used to be great. Ever since the new space upgrade they have run off the rails. 3 out of 5 orders I got were not mine. Another order was a right out of the fridge cold egg on a bfast sandwich...gross. I go inside next time to be ignored at the counter...she was so busy with arranging donuts.... so sad.

My husband and I frequent this Dunkin location in Webster for our weekend coffee. For the past few weekends our order has been off. I would have given a 4 for service, but when you’re not taking the time to add the proper amount of flavoring to coffee, not once, twice, but three weekends in a row, I have to say something. Last week they forgot a coffee order and the coffee we got had no flavor. When my husband told them, the one girl got annoyed, and made the coffee and didn’t fill the cup. The ice coffee’s had so much ice in them that there was barely any liquid. If you want this busy to thrive you have to be consistent and give people what they’re ask for and are paying for. Might have to try a different location.

I waited 13 minutes for my food in store after ordering online 7 minutes prior with orders coming out that just ordered. I got my food finally and then once I left and checked my order was wrong. A whole lot of chatting by the workers too. So much time for my order to be made and it was still wrong. kinda sucks. I can't have cheese, and on my order it says no cheese.

I hate leaving negative reviews! But of all the Dunkin Donuts in the Webster area, this is probably my least favorite one. I've had bad drinks from here before, but was working in the area and figured I'd give this location another chance... It doesn't matter if you get coffee or espresso-based drinks, they're always basically milk/creamer. It's just not worth the money to stop at this one when I never have this problem with any of the other Dunkins! The dining area is clean enough, and I only have waiting issues if they're super busy but.. coffee should taste like coffee! I got an iced cappuccino that was literally just iced milk.

Slowest Dunkin EVER!! Drive thru and inside. They only get half my orders right. It may be 2 seconds from my house but I'd rather go to a further one with better service.

Was there a couple times and watched as the girls bullied one girl who was working diligently, not impressed, that's bullying and management should step up, I love Dunkin but not pleased that they allowed that to go on, also called the store and filed a complaint. Should not be tolerated. You girls are working at Dunkin Donuts and your no better than anyone else, learn to respect people and your fellow co-workers.

My office is right next door, so we tend to visit at least once a day. They never fail to fail. If there were a closer option, we’d never go back. Worst Dunkin in the area by far.

The manager should not be a manager. She don't know how to talk to people. And she talks down yo customers as if they should know. She was very sloppy, she handed our frozen coffee and but when I went to ask her to put whip cream on she walked away and another employee did it for us. When frozen coffees are ordered they ask if you want whip cream and if the customer does they drizzle the chocolate or Carmel sauce. That wasn't done either. They were awful and very bitter. This store has lost our business and it will be reported the customer service declined incredibly.

Used to love going to this location, but recently it seems something has changed with their service. Staff treats being at work as social hour with their friends and pay little mind to customer service. I've watched staff socializing with friends just hanging out across the counter while maybe only one or two employees actually deal with the (usually incredibly long) line of customers. It's pretty much common place for at least one part of my order to be messed up, most recently being when I ordered a toasted WHEAT bagel with pumpkin cream cheese. What I found I had gotten after I had driven away? An EVERYTHING bagel with pumpkin cream cheese (who would even order that combination?) Should have known that something would be messed up seeing that literally every time I tried to order something at the drive thru I was met with a "what was that?" Superior listening and customer service skills at this business, folks.

Ordered a medium latte that I discovered on arriving home was only half full (after taking two small sips with the lid on). Yes I know there's foam but not a half cup full! I don't go to this Dunkin often- last time was a year ago and I had a rude employee at the window. I'm done with this location!

Dunkin in Webster doesn't make the vanilla Chai tea lattes anymore and they just made something they thought was close to the drink, and they were far off it tasted like burnt coffee. All I have to say is that you need to tell your customers that it is discontinued and we could try to make that drink for you, but just don't make something that it is simply not what the drink was. And the lady who was working there I wasn't being a Karen I was being nice, you need to watch your attitude. Because I know the next person isn't going to be nice how I was. Dunkin has also lost my business forever. Customer service goes a long way with me and she did not have it.

Ordered a dozen donuts 45mins before they closed. I then called them several times to ask for glaze donuts because there wasn’t a section on DoorDash, but they never answered the phone. Eventually they disconnected the phone line and didn’t reconnect til 5mins before they closed. I’d understand if they didn’t want to take any orders 20 or 30mins before close, but the laziness of this establishment is appalling because they didn’t only waste my time but my dashers too. Hope this manager gets some type of “slap on the wrist” because this is definitely not putting anyone but themselves first.

This location does not understand the difference between a small iced coffee cup and a medium iced coffee cup. Four out of five instances I am handing the small back because I paid for a medium. I don’t get it. The drive-through is so slow and they still provide you with the wrong order.

I was in around 3pm on October 3, 2019. They told me they didn't enough donuts made in the store to give me a dozen donuts. I called ths store after getting home to talk to the manager. They said that Bre was the assistant manager and she offered me a refund for a previous wrong order the week before. When I arrived to get the refund Bre isn't a manager and my refund was not there. They're seriously the worst Dunkin Donut in the area. I've had nothing but terrible experiences there.

Usually a good quick experience at this location...but a majority of the employees do not care about walk in customers that need to order. Wait time is too long because they won't make coffee and sometimes food in the correct order. Used to be a quick convenient stop and now it just takes to long.

I try and not go to this location as they can’t seem to make a single coffee accurately. Every time I ask for a “splash” of cream, my coffee is white. It’s like they purposely add 4 shots of creamer. Anytime I don’t ask, it’s hit or miss if it looks like below. I realize you’re lazy and don’t want to make coffee but you’re throwing away company money on the cream - which is obv more expensive than the coffee grounds!!! You people want to make $15+/hour but can’t follow simple direction??? Good luck. The staff is rude, short and you seem like you’re bothering them when ordering. Management needs to step in and maybe a brand member from DD! This store is utter trash as are the employees.

Ordered a chai latte 2 days in a row, the first day it was lukewarm, today it was COLD!!! WHO SERVES A COLD HOT BEVERAGE?! Robots do a better job let’s replace this place with a robot or something.

This place makes non-stop mistakes. We've tried many times hoping it would get better. Again today we ordered two lattes, one was made way after other orders and the second didn't turn up. When checked, the first one was half empty. After much prodding the second one was made, and it was wrong and also half empty. We asked for the first, now cold one to be remade and it came back wrong and half full. There were numerous other customers in line that also had wrong orders. At this point we can't recommend that anyone visit this store. It's been a train wreck for many years now.

I don’t know what has happened to the service at this location in the last 2 months but it is flying downhill at record speed. The line/wait somehow now surpasses the Starbucks line. The workers are so rude. Don’t say hello, you’re welcome or reply to have a nice day. I’ve waited at the window to pay for almost 3 mins, 5x in the last 10 days. The workers are constantly swearing and talking about other people. All I order is the same very basic coffee, not sure what the issue is. They would rather be funny than focus on customers. Mainly when the tall black kid is working the window.

Ordered off the menu and got told they haven't served the item in 2 years when it's literally on the menu and I got it last week. Got attitude when I stated this, and when I let her know, she put my item in wrong when ordering something else

They employee young girls that couldn’t care less how long you wait in line or if you ur food is burnt to a crisp. I was in line for 13 minutes (I timed it on my phone because it always takes forever). Ownership seems to keep hiring the same type of people and as a result fast food turn into a blood boiling experience.

Every time I order the drive through takes 20-30 mins. I'm not exaggerating I've literally timed it. In my opinion, the upper management for the Dunkin’ locations in this area really needs to take a serious look at the people they have in leadership roles and beyond. From what I’ve experienced, there seems to be a lack of direction and accountability, and it feels like no one is truly in control of what’s happening.

Won't ever go again, very disappointed in ordering and food and drinks. Gone for breakfast and seemed like the person at the drive through didnt help at all, I meant for a peppermint mocha iced coffee and then I was charged for 3 drinks when I only ordered 2. At the window I said I didnt order right and wasn't able to drink the drink anyway since only one was oatmilk. Very unhappy with the whole experience.

I just had an experience where I ordered a Mobile doughnut. I went in to pick it up and was standing there for a few moments, looking ahead. One of the workers there did not realize I was paying attention. With a non-gloved hand, he put his hand inside the drawer warmer where the hashbrowns were being kept warmed. He popped one in his mouth. Then went over to the register with the register, still with not a glove on his hand, then wiped his nose. I did alert the manager, but needless to say, I did not eat my doughnut

I placed a mobile order on the app. My sandwich came with egg when I asked for no egg so I couldn’t eat the sandwich. And right now they are advertising the summer bucket let when you order 50 munchkins. So I paid the 17 dollars for the bucket and I didn’t even get the bucket they put them in a regular box. I didn’t even want the munchkins I only got it to get the bucket. Never ordering again from this location seems to be a trend here of not giving you what you ordered.

Incoherent kids that don’t want to work, or don’t care to. Having to repeat yourself 5x per item because apparently asking for common things is difficult. Asked for my coffee with 3 brown sugar, literally repeated it 4x and there’s none, but there’s regular sugar and I asked for Splenda. Asked for coffee milk as the dairy for my coffee “we can’t do that” ask why and the response is “you can’t do coffee milk” … do you not have any or is it because you can’t find the option or is it because it’s an up charge? Missing food, wrong food given, extra random food in the bag, literal idiots. We’ve tried coming here multiple times and the pure incompetence of the workers is astounding. I’m all for giving people a chance, maybe they’re new to the job or overwhelmed and need some extra time but sheesh. Will never go there again as this is a regular experience.

Whoever is running this location has the employees not filling drinks all of the way. Attached is a photo of my nitro cold brew I got today. This drink doesn’t have ice to begin with and it’s not like I asked for no ice and it’s still not full. This is the fourth time in two weeks I’ve gone here and had my drinks not full. I’d even pay extra to get the amount my drink is supposed to have. The drive through is never quick, but I understand that. If I’m not getting my full drink I shouldn’t have to pay you full price.

Whoever is managing this place needs to figure out the employees they can't run a drive through. I've waited twice now for over 5 minutes. No one has even said hello. I end up driving to the dunkin down the road because they are at least more efficient.
