Probably the best chipotle I ever had. Literally you can see the bowl overflowing. They didn’t skimp on chicken or veggies which makes me very happy because I usually order everything and I don’t like when one thing is missing or less of. Just overall balance is just incredible. I love it. Totally recommend!! Fajita veggies were not overdone tasted so fresh!

Delish.... Garlic sauce on point along with the chicken. Yummmm.plus it wasn't crowded when we got there about noon.

We both plant-based meat and chicken bowls. Like always turned out to be great option.

I came in at 2/2/25 at 12pm. The whole crew who was on shift that day was amazing. Great service, great music. Will definitely come back.

Ordered the bowl with white rice no beans double chicken pico lettuce and guacamole was not happy I was like where's all the friggin chicken?

Improving /correcting former review as past issues have been resolved consistently during past several months. Thank you to store management and staff for paying attention to customers concerns and reviews. Service at this store is good, staff is nice, food serving/portions are pretty good; food quality is good. Please keep up the good work. Thanks!

Food was good. Service was fast. Only down fall is that they don’t answer the phone. Also u can’t request sides on Togo orders or deliveries!

Don't order here, Take your money somewhere else! I ordered online a sofritas bowl and when I got home, it was barely sofritas everything was full of rice and beans... I was looking for the sofritas and the roasted veggies and almost nothing , so expensive and you don't get what you asked for 😡

I relied on Google Maps, which said this place closes at 10 PM. I showed up at 9 PM and it was already closed. No sign, no explanation, nothing. Totally unprofessional and a waste of my time. If you’re going to close early, at least update your hours so people don’t make a trip for nothing.

Chipotle is a joke. “Ran out of chicken”they said so i had to pay extra for a meat that i didn’t want. Portion sizes are garbage here. I might as well buy a protein bar instead. The amount of protein you get for $15 is not worth it. They say chipotle is healthy but offer little to no protein is just a scam. Looks like ill never step foot in chipotle ever again.

I've been to many Chipotle Restaurants, this one here at the West Covina plaza is disgusting. They have Nat's everywhere. I didn't think much of it until I realized I had some in my drink. They're so small that they may have landed in my burrito. Health department will be notified.

Worst order we got from this place. Our food did not have any veggies at all and food was so spicy. If there was a negative points for service, we would have done so.
