Stopped here for lunch with my family on the way to San Diego and enjoyed a Famous Star with cheese. 🍔 Carl’s Jr is always bomb tbh. Flame broiled fresh burgers and hot fries with ice cold drinks, cannot complain. The food is very high quality and tasty, the staff is friendly and attentive. I got positive emotions. I recommend! My mom used the bathroom and said the bathrooms were clean that day and she has high standards. 😉 We will stop by again. Thank you Carl’s Jr!

When I was visiting California, I got a chance to try Carls Jr. The food was amazing and tasted fresh, cooked to the order. One of my favorite go-to spots hands down. Will definitely be going again once I get the chance.

I love this Carl's Jr. Their food is always fast and fresh. Staff is super friendly as well. The huge bonus is this location is 24hr so midnight snacking is easy especially after a late shift.

Cleanest Carl's Jr I've seen around here! Customer service was amazing. The manager here, David, is very accommodating and attentive and even brought out the food to my table. I know fast food chains are a hit or a miss but this location will definitely be my go to for Carl's Jr.

Had excellent service today. Order the special 2 for $5.99. What a great deal. This store is always so clean inside and has friendly employees working there. My burrito were hot and fresh. I got the new strawberry lemonade which was great. I definitely will return to this Carl’s Jr. again.

Date: 2/21/2024 Time of day - Evening Order - Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger Combo (Small) Menu price - $14.39 Receipt price - $14.39 Tax - $1.26 Paid $15.65 Good service from the cashier. Wait time - less than 3 minutes The burger was made to order, beef patties seemed as they had already been cooked. They weren’t juicy. It was hearty though and well wrapped. Didn’t feel like it was stepped on. The French fries were fresh and nicely salted. Nice and hot. Got 4 ketchup packets. Fountain drink offer Coca-Cola products. Coke taste like Coke. Not carbonated water. Dining room was quiet and clean. Restaurant clean Parking lot clean Restaurant is well lit Located in a Walmart/ Costco Shopping center right off the 22 Freeway. Plenty of parking. Big enough for RV, Motorhomes and/or trailers. Will definitely come back #youruberdriveronbreak

Food was great. Hot & fresh. Customer service was ok, could've been better. No line, plenty of parking available. They asked me to park in the front, it took a bit to get my food but the wait was worth it.

Management need to train staffs at counter in regards of corporate promotion “FREE triples” with purchase. I purchased a jalapeños double cheese and claimed the promotion with QR code. Staff only give me the jalapeño double cheese without the “Triples”. I asked her where is the TRIPLES she just stares at me blankly. Luckily manager just arrived and took care of situation. Turned out staff never entered the promotion order since her English is limited. Please train your staffs better so customers time are not wasted. Thank you

Worst service seen in a bit. I claimed 500 points for a famous star and waited over 15 min. While waiting the attendee has a dismissive attitude the whole time. Then I was given the wrong order, a cheaper burger. I complained and realized that he thought he was wasting my time by assuming I was a Uber eats or door dash worker. This person seemed to be the one in charge who was a bit on the heavier side, wearing a collared shirt, and glasses. This guy doesn't care about the atmosphere or customer service. Sadly he ignores and dismissed the customers.

I was late and I clearly asked for a lettuce wrap and David with all his attitude (the guy in the picture) gave me a regular burger, you guys need to appreciate your customers time better than that!

After shopping at Walmart, it was getting dark and I didn't want to walk to my house, so I stopped in here to buy a soda and call an Uber! So I go to the drink station and it doesn't work --- the whole machine! So I go back to the counter, and my Uber shows up, so I have to leave before my ride does or I have to pay when he leaves me! So I could 🚫 get my soda! These places are worried about people stealing and then paying people get the SHAFT! I WON'T COME BACK HERE FOR ANYTHING!

By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I don’t know the older gentleman’s name he wears glasses but his behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I came by last night around 11 PM with a friend. We were simply talking and laughing while waiting to order, and for some reason he took it personally, as if we were laughing at him. When we approached the speaker, he abruptly yelled, “I’ll be right back,” in an irritated tone. After about two minutes, we began ordering, and from the very start his attitude was hostile. The tone in his voice made it clear he was upset and taking it out on us. When we received our food, something seemed off with the sandwiches. I cannot eat mayo, so we went back and politely asked if they could remake it. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he became defensive and snapped, saying “Next time ask for it,” in a very aggressive manner. I then requested the manager’s contact information and he refused to provide it, telling me to call corporate instead. At that point the interaction felt intentionally dismissive and disrespectful. The entire encounter was uncomfortable enough that I didn’t even eat the food. I left genuinely concerned about the handling of my order and extremely disappointed that an employee would treat customers this way. This level of hostility toward customers is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the establishment. I hope this situation is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I won't be going back he tampers with your food 100% I'll be calling corporate as well I don't know if you'd rather review that clearly other people have issues with this person. I think it's crazy that this establishment be willing to ruin their own reputation and reviews just to keep them employe. I mean absolutely terrible.

First of all, i love Carl's Jr and i always have, that being said the employee named Rogelio handling my order 326439 at store 1100317... has the worst attitude problem and aggressively dismal disposition. Couldn't be more rude if he tried.

Bad service tomatoes are old and lattes is old too . The fries have a bad after tastes, like they don't change there frying oil.
