Love the KFC Famous Bowl, the Chicken Littles, the Chicken Sandwich, the mashed potatoes and the Mac & Cheese! Also I love their Sweet Mango Lightning Mountain Dew. You can only get it here. Service is always good. Never had a complaint here. I usually get my food in the drive-thru.
First visit to this location. Usually, I go to Popeyes for chicken sandwiches, but I saw a deal today so decided to try KFC sandwiches. I don't know if this is the norm but my chicken was HUGE! Typical KFC seasoning and not as crispy as Popeyes but tender and succulent. And for this size of chicken, I have to give 5 Stars. This was probably the largest patty I've had with fast food franchise brands. The other two are Jack In the Box and Popeyes but theirs are slightly smaller. I'll return to try their Zinger Chicken sandwiches which seems to have crispy and spicy batter. Crew in this location seem fast, friendly, accurate, professional, and efficient. Within minutes of ordering, everything was ready to be picked up. Quite impressive. I'll make two more visits to test consistency but so far, I recommend this location.

It was ok, the chicken was falling apart. Kfc makes me nauseous. It's too greasy and the sodium is toooo much for me.

Extra crispy chicken is good as was the mac and cheese! My order had to be redone, cause they didn't get it right. The Strawberry lemonade was room temperature even with the ice. But I love KFC so I'll give them another chance!
I love their chicken! Delicious .If your order takes a bit long they usually will give you an apology and your choice of either a bunt cake or 2 liter of soda for free.

It's good if you don't want to Cook. But if you get a Sierra Mist make sure that it has syrup in it or you will just be drinking seltzer water.

Didn't do a survey at time of visit but I love KFC. There r a few things I get at KFC. Of course chicken, wings abd thighs. There $5 box is excellent. U certainly can't beat the price. As I said, it's been too long ago to remember about the parking or bathroom...etc.

Their Chicken is delicious. They have different options and styles of chicken and deserts. There's Handicapped parking and access and public restrooms.
This place is ok. A little dated but really does that matter. The service is on par with what it is. The food is good for a KFC , those 11 herbs and spices do the trick. 3 stars don't do it justice. I'll keep going back because my son likes the tenders. Improve and the star rating can change up.
Boy these chicken strips were ok but very pricey
I'm a simple person, can I please have some napkins and can I please have some dipping sauces? All the stuff I asked for I got zero. Just those basics enough drove down to a bad rating.

Overall the food was good! However, the place isn't as tidy as one would want at an eating establishment. Moreover, the air conditioning we was NOT working. We brought it to the attention of the manager and he adjusted the thermostat. However, it's NOT working. The thermostat was at 60 but the inside temperature was at 89. Other than that, food was good. I recommend, use the drive thru! ☺

was told that a National Corporate coupon with a unique ID and instructions on how to use it "was not accepted at this location" and before I could then change my order was handed my card my food and no receipt. Then the guy left the window area hiding until I left.
I ordered the chicken sandwich. They make these extra small now! Twice as small as the Popeyes sandwich and it even cost more. It's not worth it. My first choice was the popeyes sandwich, but the drive thru line was too long. Dont make the same mistake that i made.

Already the Kentucky Fried Comeback Campaign, their effort to lure back the customers who lost the hunger pangs for KFC's once proprietary 11 secret chicken ingredients, and for whom lost out to the company being in favor of cutting back on the flavor of original recipe and cutting the sizes of the side orders practically in half. They dont even offer the once basic 2,3,4 pc chicken box with 2 sides plus biscuit. You only get one side unless you order the 3 pc big box, but the one thing they dont do is to reduce the menu prices. I remember the oh so tasty sweet and stringy cole slaw that was served for many years, but was replaced with the current crunchy cube cut basic tasting slaw. The new corporate ideology is already reneging on their comeback tour. They are practically playing a game of click bait with the customer. They started off with good intention and a kickoff campaign by offering a 2 pc + a larger portion of mash and gravy, soft drink, and biscuit called the $7 fill-up box, in California, along with a Tuesday only 8pc, $10 chicken bucket, along with other menu combinations. But now they've already taken down those promotions which only lasted a couple or three months at most. If a company wanted to win back the trust of their customers, wouldn't you think it worth the company's effort to offer these promotion for longer periods of time ?...a year maybe ? It seems like they'd rather go bankrupt instead of going the extra mile in winning back customers. That certainly was a short lived campaign. Back to business as usual, I guess.

Also, the chicken was missing some spices (they might have been washed away from so much grease) you guys really have to get it together.... It's lunch time and this place is empty. I wonder why?! The sad thing is that I passed up the KFC on Whittier (in East LA). That one always has good chicken. I'm done with the chicken, I couldn't even finish the 2 piece, it was so bad.

I've came to this location for a bucket of original recipe 2 out ochicken andf 3 times they never be have it available. Very bad service. Do not go to this location

Worst customer service I’ve seen by far they messed up on my order when i asked to speak to the manager so they could fix it the guy was being so rude! I asked for his name and his supervisors number and he refused to give me his name wasn’t even wearing a name tag. Will never visit this place again. Seriously people if you can avoid this place do so!
How HAS KFC BECOME SO EXPENSIVE!?! Seriously 2 small pieces and 1 side and soda...$7 bucks! How can 2 box meals, 1 box popcorn chicken, 2 pop pies and a bag of fries be $33!!! When you think about it, that is 2 scrawny legs, 1 wing, 1 thigh, some nuggets, fries, 1/4 cup of mashed, 1/4 cup of green beans and 2 4" pot pies and 2 med. cups of flavored bubbly water.... $33! A third of a hundred dollars! Really? Add to the insult the pies were slightly burnt. The Col. Sanders is rolling over in his grave so much, he boring a hole in the ground.

Went through the drive through and ordered two chicken littles today. Guess what? They decided to go ahead and charge me for two, yet only give me one!! Poor service. I will not be returning here, oh and I only had a half hour for lunch and didn't have time to go back and get the rest of my order. Going after work is not an option as home us 10 miles in the opposite direction. They also failed to give a receipt so how could I prove anything? Nope. This girl will not be returning here. I made an order in Uber eats, I made a mistake and tried to call them SEVEN TIMES in a row and nobody answered the phone.
MY SECOND TIME GOING HERE And the both times I’ve been through the drive-through! BAD AND RUDE SERVICE, “The response I got was “what do you want” ? Just straight out like that ! I’m not one to ever complain and ever post reviews! But if you don’t like your job ! Or unhappy then leave simple as that don’t take your rudeness out on your customers!
This place is ridiculous we went in through the drive-thru we got the tender strips didn't even give us our dipping sauces, they didn't even give us napkins, Forks or spoons and they charge us for for an extra drink that they didn't give to us. What made me more mad was that they didn't have ice our drinks were hot and tasted nasty. They should have notify us. Specially druing this hot weather.
I pulled up to the restaurant a few minutes before closing and I asked to place an order the guy on the speaker was extremely rude!! it was 5min until the closing posted time. The guy told me they were closed I told him I still had a few minutes but he refused to help me. I asked why he was closing early and he just ignored me. The worst customer service ever!!!
It's a shame that the night crew isn't trained properly and have NO customer service knowledge. I went there through the drive thru and it took them a good 2 minutes to ask what I wanted, mind you no other customer's were there. The tone of voice was either annoyed or I stopped him from having fun. The order was missing utensils and the biscuit. I had to ask for the condiments and I was told " you want one" I said no I want two. He drags his feet goes and get's two drops one picks it up and gives them to me. But he was more focused on what the other guy's were talking about. I call them up and they don't answer .... hmm again must be having to much fun. It's not important to answer the phone. Very bad service at night. No wonder there are some KFC'S the street going out of business. Unless this guy is very special that he doesn't care about. I'M calling corporate, bottom line even if it is a franchise the name is being used and giving it a bad rep. Never at night again!
Hi I just ordered a $25 meal with two sides. The Cole slaw was frozen. I tried to call but the service is full. Not going back so stay away from this location.
I filled out the feedback form from the receipt when I visited her on Sunday Nov 19th and never received any response so now I'll post this online. There is a young lady at the register who needs more training. She didn't listen carefully, got my order wrong and charged me the wrong amount. She did not have a nice attitude and even rolled her eyes at me. There was no need for attitude, I was only there to feed my kids. I won't be coming back to this location. I won't let one unprofessional worker stop me from going to another KFC. I sure hope the manager or better yet the franchise owner takes a look at this review. You should know the young lady working the cashier on the inside on this date and noon. You might want to talk to her about customer service and having a professional attitude. Also your corporate never responded to me so I doubt anything will happen. I will caution everyone, eat here at your own risk, you've been warned.

I eat here once a week & today was the worse 3 pc chicken strip meal. These were not strips, they were nuggets! Had to complain & was given an extra strip. Then to make things worse, they were dry & old....no more in Whittier!
1.-They charged me for product that they didn't give me. 2.-I literally saw a piece of chicken fall on one employee's shirt, and he just returned it to the chicken box 3.- the chicken is definitely delicious. 4.- she was served the gravy in a container that did not closed, so the cart, the chicken, the bag and my butt ended up covered with gravy and salad and mashed potato
So I’ve been going to the location for the past year or so, I order and eat inside the restaurant. The food is decidedly not as good as other KFC’s particularly Pico Rivera. There is one employee though I’d like to make mention of Omar, an immature, fat high schooler with a bad attitude. Every time I deal with him whether ordering from him and him serving my food he always has a condescending, disrespectful, nonchalant attitude, as if is actually smarter than me, the paying customer. Every time I deal with him the same thing, which I’ve let slide now for the better course of a year. This time he got my order wrong and then when he hands me my fountain drink he puts his fingers inside my drink like the rude immature disrespectful PUNK that he is. I don’t care what restaurant but it’s like show some F’ing respect. I hope the manager Carlos takes this complaint seriously because if he doesn’t I will go to corporate and light him and this clown ‘employee’ of his up. Note to KFC management and this location, conduct yourselves like clowns and I’ll treat you like one. Sincerely, paying KFC customer.

Came here spent $30 on my meal expected agree meal it's KFC who doesn't like KFC it's the colonel I guess I set my standards to high for this place expected not to have hair in my food... Worst part of the whole thing is I come back to tell the manager about it he tells me I can't get a refund they have a no refund policy waste of $30 don't come here I wouldn't recommend this to anybody do a disgrace to KFC itself big hair my freaking food and the guy won't give me a refund and for a manager to try to deescalate the situation dude is aggressive Puffs out his chest like a little chicken no refund policy I'll give you credit for next time like I would come back to anywhere where I got food with hair in it I did not want a hair deep fried piece of chicken!! Worst part of the whole thing is I come back to tell the manager about it he tells me I can't get a refund they have a no refund policy waste of $30 don't come here I wouldn't recommend this to anybody do a disgrace to KFC itself big hair my freaking food and the guy won't give me a refund and for a manager to try to deescalate the situation dude is aggressive Puffs out his chest like a little chicken no refund policy I'll give you credit for next time like I would come back to anywhere where I got food with hair in it I did not want a hair deep fried piece of chicken!! So do yourself a favor don't waste your time or your money here you work too hard for it!!!!!
Terrible customer service, rude people work here unfortunately. Very stingy with the sauces. Waited 30mins in line and they still forgot my drinks and other items. Better management is needed at this location.
Friday 7/25/25 9:00 pm, received a cup with hole in it and the lady was very rude about replacing it, it spilled all over the car and on my phone. Then the lady lied about running out of large cups and was very condescending about the situation, will not come back to this location and feel discouraged from visiting surrounding locations.
I spent a lot of money and came back with cold stale food the fries were as hard as a rock chicken was old I called no one answers the phone not today not any day and I will never return again management needs to change
I cannot believe this restaurant.. ordered through door dash last night .. and found a cockroach in my daughter’s drink … not to mention drinks were carbonated water without syrup .. will never , EVER !!! Be eating here again, had my whole family on the verge of puking .. especially since my daughter had a few sips before noticing .. gonna suggest a health inspection….
Why were we asked cash or credit in the middle of ordering? Why did I have to repeat myself because he didn't listen to what I said when I ordered? When I got to the window and paid with cash the cashier complained that I didn't use a card. I guess she can't count or do math? I no longer like KFC for a variety of reasons, however my partner wanted it.
I ordered a bucket of chicken with couple of side through the KFC mobile app for pickup at the Whittier branch, and my experience was quite disappointing. I was confident that my order is complete but when I arrived home I found out that one side dish is missing, which was frustrating as I had to go back and address the issue. Additionally, the sides were extremely overpriced for what you get, a tiny container that hardly justifies the cost. KFC needs to improve both their order accuracy and value for money when it comes to sides. Not a great experience overall.

I order a famous bowl, I didn't want a drink. It cost the same price a combo or no drink. The portion got really small less mashed potatoes and less popcorn chicken. Not coming back here again. Stay away from this location
I filled out the feedback form from the receipt when I visited her on Sunday Nov 19th and never received any response so now I'll post this online. There is a young lady at the register who needs more training. She didn't listen carefully, got my order wrong and charged me the wrong amount. She did not have a nice attitude and even rolled her eyes at me. There was no need for attitude, I was only there to feed my kids. I won't be coming back to this location. I won't let one unprofessional worker stop me from going to another KFC. I sure hope the manager or better yet the franchise owner takes a look at this review. You should know the young lady working the cashier on the inside on this date and noon. You might want to talk to her about customer service and having a professional attitude. Also your corporate never responded to me so I doubt anything will happen. I will caution everyone, eat here at your own risk, you've been warned.
