Katie ( she has glasses and was on the register dine in ) rung me up this morning she was SO nice and I had a complicated drink she did her best to give it to me in a way where not to over charge me or make it more difficult to make for the baristas. I am also sick and lost my voice she asked me if I wanted a water as well . Just the fact she noticed I could use it was nice and NOTICED. Keep her she’s an asset.

The staff is very friendly and always having a smile and the lady that took my order has help and made sure that everything was done right. They always have the store clean and and make sure when someone leave that the tables are clean for the next costumer to sit and enjoy their time. They are amazing and always welcome people in!!!! 10/10(staff that was schedule FEB.28,2023 1:40pm-3:00pm honestly should get a raise!!! Especially Storm!)

The manager and staff are always friendly when I walk in, the quality is consistent, and the cafe is far cleaner than it used to be. Special kudos to a partner named Troy who is always calm and helpful, regardless of the chaos in the morning!

I love this location! I hate ordering at any other location. I use the app to order ahead and very rarely do I have to wait for it when I get there. The team there always welcomes me in and says thank you when I leave. And as someone in customer service it means far more than it sounds! They always get my drink right. They’re so courteous and always so kind! Thank you Starbies for making my mornings just a touch better ❤️

I love this location, they are always accurate on their process and I've never had to wait long. They're mobile orders are organized and are always efficiently made. They're staff is always helpful and smiling. It's always clean and their bathrooms are exceptional in cleanliness. I had ordered a drink and want able to pick it up at the original time, they said "No problem, we can remake it for a different time". No judgement and no attitude. 5 stars all the way!

Always good and reliable! My usual is a Mocha Latte which they do superbly. Lately, I've been trying their regular brewed coffees and they are excellent! Service is great across the country.

I ordered a Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. I asked for one extra shot of brown sugar syrup because I needed some sugar to get me going for church. What I got was a Venti Iced Coffee Creamer with no coffee flavor of any type. There was also zero espresso NOR was ANYTHING sweet in the cup. I wasted 7 dollars. What upset me most is that I left the Dunkin Drive thru specifically for this coffee (or lack thereof.)

Obviously doesn’t do any good to order a grande if they’re only going to put enough coffee for a large, that’s about an inch of foam on top so basically a half a cup of coffee!!

Today, October 12th, I ordered a cup of coffee at 10:32 am online, but when I got there, I had to wait 20 minutes to get it. And other people who ordered later got it before me. I think this kind of service is not good for people who order online.

I am on a fitness journey, I specifically asked for a grande cold brew with 2pumps of sf vanilla 1 pump of cinnamon dolce and 1 pump or scoop of pumpkin sauce with almond milk. I also asked for pumpkin pie spice on top. And this is what I received. No specifications of what I asked for are one here. The drink was way too sweet and I couldn’t even drink it.
