Tranquilo cómodo, un buen lugar para desayunar comer o cenar, poco concurrido sanitizado, les falta un poco de atención a los baños estaban un poco sucios al momento que fui, por lo demás todo bien.

Vips siempre es un gran lugar para compartir con amigos , familia,pareja o cumpleaños los paquetes de comida son ricos 😋 lo que más me gusta son sus bisquets, pasteles y los chilaquiles !! Me agrada su festejo de cumpleaños 🎂

The food is really good any the playground is nice, but the wait between requesting the check and paying is always very long. Half the time I end up under tipping or overtopping just to leave within a half hour of finishing my meal. I recommend asking for the check when your food arrives.

It's a pleasant place with a unique tropical-style decor, friendly service, and a good location, although access is somewhat confusing as it's on the opposite side (very opposite) of the main avenue. You have to go around the entire restaurant if you arrive on foot, which isn't the case if you arrive by car because the entrance is right in front of the parking lot. I liked the food; the prices are similar to any VIP (expensive) restaurant, where you know you'll spend more than you would if you went elsewhere, although obviously cheaper than other types of restaurants, of course. It's recommended, although the downside is that their air conditioning was on low heat, and that day it felt very hot, and they didn't have it at a good level. Other than that, everything was fine.

They have good service and a large space. You can tell the furniture is old, but overall it's fine. I came back, and it would be nice if if your bill goes over 500, they would give you the promotion without having to request it. In my case, it would have been a nice touch, as I didn't know how to redeem it, since when I requested it upon payment, it was no longer valid, and the amount was way over.

Overall, the service is the best; everyone is very attentive and helpful. The place is clean and they maintain pandemic regulations, although some people carelessly disregard them. The food is average, lacking in spirit or seasoning, but well-prepared. The prices are average, though for the seasoning, they seem high to me, although I understand the franchise's standardization.

La verdad , donde quedó la cadena lider de este tipo de cafeterías dinde quedó la filosofía del buen servicio y atención , creo que el cambio a la compañía ALCEA fue lo peor , veo que ya no existen los chopers que califican de modo incógnito la limpieza , servicio , calidad de alimentos e inmueble, Sucursal Xalapa, sin recepción, los dependientes de comedor comiendo a las 8 de la noche , no conocen ni tiempos ni términos , se pidió primeros tiempos y amontonaron hasta el 3er tiempo , la respuesta de la encargada "que como se preparó todo se entregaba todo de una vez" se regresó el ryb eye por qué se pidió término 3/4 y estaba muy cocida ,se volvió a regresar por qué lo enviaron terminó ingles , las instalaciones desde la entrada a estacionamiento obscuras y abandonadas luces led fundidas , banos de hombres sin mamparas y rejillas de extracción sin limpiar , , la cuenta de 3 personas fue de $1800 mal servicio, el mesero estaba comiendo y no nos traía las bebidas ni postres todavía el mesero pide su propina , LAMENTO EN VRRDAD QUE UN RESTAURANT QUE FUE LIDER HAYA CAIDO EN UN CONCEPTO DE RESTAURANTE DE 3A .

Que tristeza que hayan puesto a cobrar a las meseras y eso hace q se tarden más, llevo muchos años viniendo a Vips y de verdad las chicas se ven agobiadas, ojalá lo tomen en consideración y vuelvan a poner a alguien exprofeso para el cobro ,ellas son unas finísimas personas al igual que las gerentes, pero hoy me voy con esa preocupación 😟
