Food quality was good but service was poor I ordered fiery mozzarella sticks 8 pc got regular 7pc they forgot my drink which was a slushy when they remembered they sloppily made it on purpose it was the nerds one your supposed to mix they sprinkled a tiny amount on just the top overall I’d say it’s just a gamble on who’s working that day food quality was good though

It’s an older place, if you want to go for nice people and a moth ball atmosphere then i highly recommend but if i could rate the food at this location i would rate it negative stars, found a roach in my food when I got it not sure how the workers missed that probably snuck in there. Anyways do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.

Well ppl....I ordered a duo of a chicken sandwich and chicken fries. On the chicken sandwich I had extra mayo then added tomato and onion. Three quarters threw the sandwich i couldn't taste the tangyness of tomato or hint of onion i opened it up and well the pic says it all. This is why I dnt go to this specific Burger King I'll stick to BOGUE RD.

Stopped to have a milkshake but ended up peeing my pants cause management didn't let my wife and I have the code . Twice my wife ask and when I went in they made me wait for the cose so my wife at age 60 couldn't hold it and we'll we had to go ho.e so she could change

The food was alright. I went through the drive thru and I did not appreciate the smell of weed coming off the employees or managers there. My kid was in the car with me how inappropriate!!!

The employees are just next level at this location… I tell them in the drive thru I’m using the mobile app, when I get to the window I show them the numbers the lady really says “are you wanting me to enter those or something ?” And pulls out the card reader. She doesn’t even know how to enter the code from your own app to your own system. The order total was MORE after the “app” was inputted. How can’t you take a chicken fry order correctly? And yall want more money 😂

The food was stale and tasteless. The mozzarella fries were cold and the cheese was hard. I've had these at other BKs and they were hot, crispy and had a nice cheese pull, but not here. The staff completely ignores customers. After standing 2nd in line at the counter for 15 minute watching the girl behind the counter, we decided to use the self serve kiosk. The other customer was picking up an order and was upset that she could see her food sitting there as they ignored her too. Fought off flies as we attempted to eat and even killed 2 small beetle type bugs crawling on the table. I hope they can get it together as I normally love BK.

The food was cold...& zero Napkins...& don't let me get started about the person at the drive through window. .. She was the biggest & laziest person ever...& the WORST demeanor ever 😫 I asked about a Military discount & she said "NO" & turn away as to say.." you're a creep for asking...then while filling our order, she Acted as if WE were there bothering her, when she could have been much happier leaning on a counter or a machine.... Yet these type of people want 15-20 $$ an hour. Absolutely the WORST service at any BK I've ever seen across this country!!!!

This was one of the worst Burger King experiences I ever had. The chocolate shake was not even thick, and it was only 2/3 full. The sandwiches tasted old, and were poorly put together. The employees were rude and treated us like we were stupid. I won't ever go there again, and I will encourage all my friends to do the same.

They don't read the tickets. I ordered 2 whoppers and a medium fry, the one burger I got was cold(heat lamp warm) and didn't get the second burger at all. I know, my fault for not checking my order before leaving but it was so simple. I think I'm about done with bk. You don't get it your way and you don't get it hot and fresh unless you ask for it directly. They still might give it to you the way they want not how you order it😶👎

Always a delay here. Wrong orders have been common . After 3 out of 4 orders being wrong I will no longer patronize this particular Burger King. My advice is to avoid this particular outlet. I don't like to or give bad reviews but no choice with this place. And they are 2 blocks away.
