I've gotten drive through, dine in, and delivery. I have always been happy, except for one time when I got delivery and they were all out of ranch and they gave me "good good sauce" instead. The "good good sauce" is not that good, and certainly not better than ranch or barbecue. My favorites are the jalapeño poppers (with a cheddar-like filling, not a cream cheese-like filling) the spicy chicken sandwich and the spicy chicken poppers. Staff was really friendly and helpful when I was there on a busy Friday recently. Gave me everything I asked for.

The Employees are super nice And they remember what you like if your a regular, which is nice 😊 It’s always a pleasure!

Everytime I go here they are always fast which is great but sometimes I can tell why because my fries are older or my burger is flat. When I get a chocolate shake it looks like it's vanilla. But I like the food when it's made fresh. Just depends on whose working I guess

JACK!! why u go n stop selling the mozzerella sticks. Been a customer for years..moved away for a couple years, comeback home craving ur foods...to find out no more mozz stix!?!?! What happened, man?

The lady forgot one of our drinks and then lied when she said that my drink didn't say no ice (went in the drive through) said she doesn't take the orders but was really nasty and rude about it. Finally got my Dr. Pepper NO ICE after explaining that it was ordered that way and it doesn't matter if she takes the order or not that's the way we ordered it. Then she forgot one of the other drinks all together. We had to remind her that we had in fact ordered 2 root beers and she wanted to argue that it wasn't ordered. She looked at the screen and saw we were right and she just forgot.

I just ordered a Sourdough Jack. It was dry, so I added a couple of ketchup packets. Then it was good!

I haven't eaten at Jack In The Box in months in my area, because the customer service hasn't been good in this area. Tonight I decided to give them another try I was not impressed at all. I was asked if I could pull around front and wait for my order (which is fine). After I got my order and came home I realized my curly fries were burnt and extra crispy. Completely let down. I remember why I don't go to Jack In The Box in this area anymore.

This Jack in the Box is very slow. there’s usually only two people working and the average wait time in the drive-through with no cars ahead of you is about 15 minutes

I went late at night and the guy working named Josh was being creepy tbh when i drove off he said smile and when he gave back my card he was looking at my gf dead in the eyes and now at me , really weird vibes lowkey made us uncomfortable

Such a disappointment going to fast foods these days and getting less and paying more. We spent almost $20 (19.67) for a sourdough jack meal and an order of mozzarella sticks. The person taking the order seemed distracted and forgot to hand us our drink so we had to go in the store to retrieve it. The mozzarella sticks were completely disgusting and hard as a rock to eat. The curly fries had broken small pieces and so oily. We ask for no bacon and no tomatoes on sourdough and it came with both. For $20 we could have went to a sit down restaurant and ordered something better.

So we were just there 30 minutes ago and I asked my husband asked the guy he wanted a good good sauce and ranch put in the bag. Where’s the good good sauce you never put it in there and our fries are cold. You guys are getting just as bad as these other restaurants around here. I’m not too happy.

I went to this location, they had a very large banner that one would think you would be getting this particular meal for $9.49, false advertising. I shared a photo on my social media asking how my friends would interpret this photo and they all agreed Combo = meal and not just the chicken. The way that this manager acted once she seen the post shared by a mutual friend was what discussed me. I will never go back to this location.
