This entire crew is so friendly and welcoming. They provide excellent customer service, and they even acknowledge my toddlers in the backseat. They always get my order right and are so helpful with questions. I think they are the excellent example of what Starbucks is all about.

Best Starbucks I’ve been to by far! Server was polite, plenty of seating and outlets! I bring my laptop everywhere, and with the amount of open outlets it was perfect, and free Wi-Fi! Parking lot is spacious and easy to navigate. Overall best Starbucks I’ve been too! Will definitely come back!

Drive through. Discontinued what I came for kale egg bites. One point away for free food. Wouldn’t let me buy one then order the next one with the points they came in about three minutes later I could’ve easily have waited that long to get 200 points Would’ve saved me $6

The handful of times I have stopped at this location, I have waited longer than advised on the app for my order ahead beverages and have even had to ask about my order. While servers were responsive when asked about orders, my completed beverages were placed on the wrong counter for my pick-up choice. Other drinks were also being moved from the pick-up counter to drive through, suggesting a reigning inefficiency resulting in longer than necessary wait times for both order ahead and in store customers. Make sure you have plenty of time if you are heading to the location as the drive-through is often similarly backed up.

Parking and drive thru is horrible. Inconsiderate people blocking the road in the parking lot. Blocking the exit road to 6th street and the 6th street entrance is a joke . People complain about the price of gas but will sit in line for 10 to 15 minutes with there car running just to get a hot what ever $$$$. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Amazo Coffee. Horrible service. (Accept for two sweethearts) I forgot I don’t like coming to this location because the people here ignore you and take FOREVER to act and assist. I made eye contact with so many people and I saw only TWO concerned about my waiting and the growing line. Those two were fantastic but the whole staff was busy and making no effort to the LEAST tell me “We’ll be right with you!” So me and the LINE can feel our wait isn’t rude. And half the tables were filthy.

Everything is okay but the cashiers don't know what they're doing especially when using a coupon, they definitely need better people working, the guy who took my family's order shouldn't be working there.

I always order the same thing ,cold brew coffee with cold foam. This Starbucks never makes it consistently. The cup is always filled with 3/4 foam and 1/4 coffee like they’re trying to save a buck somewhere. If you are in this area make the drive to the other Starbucks

I just started coming to starbucks again as a depressing treat. I was roasting in my car so I asked if I could please have an ice water. The window server VERRRRYYYY patronizingly in that high pitched voice said "okay, order that at the BOX next time?" - bro, it's water, it took 5 seconds and I get that you're trying to get your customer service rate back after the person in front of me took 5 minutes, but that's a very quick way to get someone from just giving up their overpriced depressing treat. EDIT: Forced to come back here when my wifi is down and they are passive aggressive as hell when closing, really rude and patronizing, and they do not close at 9, they close at 8:30, so bear that in mind if you have something important due and you'd rather not get treated like scum.
