Opiniones de Bobaville San Francisco
I recently visited Bobaville in SFO, and it was such a cool experience! They have a convenient self-service ordering system where you place your order at a screen, and then your drink is ready for pickup at the counter. I tried the Taro (Purée +Milk) , made with fresh taro puree and milk, and it was absolutely delicious. You could really taste the difference—the taro purée was creamy, not overly sweet or artificial. What truly stood out was the quality of their boba. It’s clear they make it from scratch. If you’re in the area and craving some high-quality boba, Bobaville is definitely worth checking out.
One of my favorite Boba Places in SF! They could a bit more tea options, but they have lots of good classics! The boba was a really good texture, but the sweetness was a bit much even though we asked for 50%
Nice local Boba spot with plenty of boba tea offerings! We really enjoyed this spot for its simplicity, how nice the staff was, and how wonderful the drinks were. We were really impressed also with how clean the establishment was. The service was really fast and the drinks were tasty. They use the perfect amount of sugar!
Finally! Boba west of Sunset Blvd! Although it's a brand new boba shop, bobaville has another location in Daly City that is highly reviewed. The space is small, but easy to order and wait outside. Victor the owner was super nice, and he grew up in the neighborhood! I ordered the Taro smoothie since it was later in the day and can't handle caffeine late. It was creamy and delicious, and I was able to add oat milk. Also the boba is handmade on-site! It's a lighter color than I am used to but still good. Definitely check out this spot if you're on the western edge of the City.
Handmade boba is a real gamechanger. I was so glad to find refuge after walking blocks and blocks of boba-less streets. The menu looks almost exactly like the Daly City location which is my top 3. Glad to see this place did not disappoint. I typically order the plain drinks. Nothing overly sweet, like the HK Milk Tea. This time I tried the Matcha Latte. Much yum.
Super fresh and delicious mango and strawberry milk tea with boba. The boba texture was great, and the mango smoothie was very rich and thick. Definitely would come back again- such a wonderful new open!
"Made from the finest of ingredients" tastes pretty good. I had the Thai tea no boba. I will come back and try it with boba. Thay also have milk alternatives for the Thai Tea! 😃
Boba made in house and cooked right! The mango king, ice cream tea, lychee tea latte and strawberry matcha latte are my favorites!

Was expecting standard boba, but was pleasantly surprised at the taste and quality. Tried the classic and jasmine milk tea which had perfect balance of rich tea flavor and creamer. I looove the flavor of non dairy creamer in boba and am so happy this place uses it (also grateful as a lactose-intolerant person). The pearls had perfect texture both times, and I just found out they are handmade which is cool!
Best boba I’ve ever had!! So many yummy flavors
Tied with Boba Guys as my favorite milk tea in the city. The drinks I like the most is the Mango King, Hong Kong Milk Tea, and the Matcha Strawberry. The only downside is they charge for pearls and they don't give that much pearls but they're handmade and tastes amazing!

Slightly watery boba (even with only 50% ice) and a tiny bit undercooked tapioca pearls. This was fine boba, but there’s better options in the area.

Always in search of a great HK milk tea. At Bobaville, I can adjust the milk & sugar level to 25%, and get a stronger tea. Boba is fresh, also really liked the chewy agar boba.

Less sugar in the drink was too much and the boba pearls were too hard

Fast easy service. Great pearls. Weird artificial aftertaste to my jasmine milk tea (maybe their sweetener, maybe the non dairy creamer?? Not sure)

Cute boba spot with a decent amount of street parking in front, but the taste of the fruit tea was very artificial despite being made with real fruit puree. It was also way too sweet even with less sugar. The homemade boba was good at least, but the tea itself was unfortunately underwhelming.
Update12/9/21: I visited Bobaville today and it was bad… The boba turns sour and so the milk tea. Not sure if they were using the old batch or what. Hope they can have better QC. I asked for a new cup and the boba was very mushy. I am so disappointed as I had a great experience there last time. 11/25/21: The jasmine milk tea & boba there are so nice! Love their homemade boba. well definitely come back and try their purée with milk. Very reasonable price point too! Hope you guys can keep up

TLDR: when something tastes watery and leaves a sweet aftertaste in your mouth, that’s a really bad combo I ordered the Hong Kong milk tea with no toppings and it came out within thirty seconds. The first sip tasted like basic black milk tea with evaporated milk added in. After the initial tea taste, it coated my mouth with almost a film on my tongue. I ate my food and tried it a few minutes later and it was watery tasting but still had such a sugary aftertaste that I threw it away after we each had a few sips.

I usually don’t write reviews but the Almond milk tea was the worst drink I have ever had in my life.
