We had a great dinner at this Buffalo Wild Wings! Our server Ashley and all of the other staff were attentive and kind, and also communicated clearly about the kitchen being busy.

Service was very good, but the food was mediocre. The two men in our group had the chicken sandwich that looked like a kids' meal, including a small bun and just a small handful of fries. They both complained about the dry and unremarkable flavor; it did not measure up to the price.

The food was good, the wings were crunchy and tasty. The best was our server Jimmy, he was accommodating, and offered good suggestions and good jokes. Great customer service. I would suggest the management to lower the volume of the screens inside the restaurant, It was way too loud. It would better up the environment and would be enjoyable. Obviously, we eat in the patio where it was calm yet fun.

Come here almost every weekend. Beer selection is great, customer service is superb, wings are amazing. Only downside is, sometimes the food takes too long especially wings, other than that love the place!

This was our first time coming here, my BF and I. I thought it was a Restaurant atmosphere but it's more like a Sports Bar. They have booths though. We were very satisfied with their burgers! It was delicious and finger licking good lol. Their kinda stingy with their fries, a little more would of been nice. Their BBQ sauce was out of this world!!! I was instantly in love😍 For my plate and my bfs plate it came out to $31. We said to ourselves for $3 more we could have gone across the st to Paradise Buffet 😋 It was definitely nice though. Good food, great place to hang out and watch the game.

Good place. It's new, so its nice and clean. Service was great though. Very prompt. Went for a soccer game and it was packed, but yet they were very prompt and courteous. TV's everywhere, good sound. The food is just meh, I wouldn’t recommend anything that isn’t wings and fries. The drinks are always cool however the service can be spotty. I have been there on busy game days and have had excellent service but I’ve also gone on somewhat slow days and have gotten terrible service. That being said, my main beef with Buffalo Wild Wings is the PRICES. It costs so much to drink here you think you were at the actual game itself.

Place was empty but had to wait for a table cause they couldn’t sit us at the 4 people tables and add a chair. Also bathroom was hella dirty and employees acted like they didn’t want to bother with anyone. Food was ok tho.

First off let me say For a place that’s known for wing should probably stick to wings, I didn’t have a huge appetite, but for the ultimate nachos being my main course it came in a really small plate, honestly if I wanted to spend $20 on nachos I’d expect better, jalapeños literally tasted like they came out of an expired jar, cheese wasn’t even melted all the way, brisket was a hard and chewing (tasted as if it was sitting out for a while) and the flavor wasn’t all the way there, however the water tasted great lol Probably wouldn’t recommend the nachos. Other than that service was great but could’ve been a bit punctual when it came to drinks, I noticed I had to wave down a couple waiters till I had to get a refil on my water.

I put in an order to go and the person at the front was very nice and when they gave me my order they forgot to give the sauces and the guy ran out to give it to me. The place inside looks clean and nice. I really wanted to like the wings here, but maybe it wasn't great because it was to go. The service is great, so I might try it again and dine in one day

We went at 11:15 for lunch, service was fairly slow although the waiter was great she had way too many tables to attend to and not enough help. Nobody greeted us or sat us down we just kind of meandered around until they saw us. Food was cold, it had been sitting before being brought out. Everything took longer than normal. I'd return but would want more people to serve tables.

I came here after I saw a commercial saying they brought back the buy one get one 1/2 off traditional wings on Tuesday, and buy one get one free boneless wings on Thursday. It happened to be Thursday so we had the boneless wings first will start with the sauces there all pretty delicious and coat the wings well some of them however were lacking enough sauce and were a little dry. Also the boneless wings were very inconsistent some were very meaty and just perfect while some were mainly breading I think they may need to work on quality control. The potatoes wedges topped with cheese and bacon were surprisingly good and service was good. The end result I don't think I will go back for boneless wings but will come back to try the traditional ones and see how they fare will update when I do .

We had to come back the next day because our initial visit didn't go so well. Placed an order in the bar area, but about 30 minutes later the server says he lost our ticket and we would need to order again. It was already pretty late so we just left, but the manager on duty invited us back the following day to take care of our order for us, so we did. Great service the next day.

We’ve ordered from this location twice now, hoping the second time would be better than the first—but unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. The wings were extremely dry on both occasions, making them tough and unpleasant to eat.

This was unfortunately an annoying experience that I had tonight! Let me be clear, the food, drinks and service was great! My problem is the happy hour! We went to the restaurant after 9 PM on Friday night which based on the official website, is happy hour( Appy hour) We asked our waiter about it and his first answer is:” No, we don’t have happy hour!” And after I showed him the website, he was like oh yeah, it’s happy hour now! So we start ordering food and drink and we got our drinks from happy hour menu on the website, however, when we got the check, we were again told there was no happy hour! I talked to one of the managers and showed him the website and prices on our check did not match. He told us the website is old and they don’t have happy hour on those drinks any more, which is annoying and inconvenient! I wonder which one is right? The official website or the branch! The manager told us we should’ve used the menu QR code on the table. However, that one won’t give you the list of happy hour items at all! Any way, the manager lowered 2 dollars per drinks (which was still not the prices on the website)! Being in that situation and dealing with that was super uncomfortable and I really want to know if the official website is wrong, why is that information is there?! I hope this gets fixed or they are going to lose customers! I will attach my “fixed” receipt just in case. It’s not about the money, it’s about the principle!

Servers and staff were nice but very overwhelmed. Management needs to address this. To go orders were flying out. Our sit down order took 1.5 hours and the wings were cold on arrival. Might have to close this one down.

I knew I should've ordered traditional bone in wings , I wasn't expecting the boneless wings to be the size of bread crumbs. I literally got served salty flour kernels with no chicken whatsoever. The nachos I ordered were really good but left disappointed I spent $60+ on nachos drinks and trash boneless wings. My first time and probably last time I come to this Bww location. Still left a good tip because the waiter was nice , we were told there was an hour wait and got seated pretty quickly around 25 min wait. If the wings were good I'd give it a 5 star rating but 2/5 for good appetizers.

The rules are rules.I understand it but when I called in, it was a phone order to dine in as a truck driver, I am on the road a lot and i'm not able to go eat somewhere else for my thirty minute dot lunch requirement. This place had less the 20 customers out of the 250 chairs, I was not able to dine in because I might take a chair from a potential customer. Unfortunately, i am going hungry for my thirty minute lunch Break with nowhere else to go. 2/28/22 Just went for the first time in a while and the food was horrible. Order a 20 piece boneless with a sample platter. Everything was pretty cold, and it was like the end bits of chicken where there is hardly any chicken just very crunchy skin. Order 2 drinks and the alcohol was really weak. If I could give the customer Service 0- stars I would the worst service in town, they only look at your table but don't bother to see if you need refills. I don’t write reviews especially bad reviews but this is an absolute exemption. This is my first time trying this restaurant and definitely the last. We came in this evening hoping to grab a quick bite and continue on with our night but we came in at waited for approximately 10 minutes with no host to sit us down plus we were told the section is open seating and we waited another 10 minutes to grab drinks and an order. While we waited another 35 minutes to get our food which we ate quickly than were eager to pay and leave but were yet again forced to wait by the staff that seems to have no idea what they’re doing as theres so many people standing around but only a single person seemingly doing everything. If you’re looking for a terrible waiting experience and probably one of the worst dining experiences I have had the displeasure of spending my money on. The staff is also very unpleasant to even interact with If I could rate this any lower I would. The only saving grace is that the food was palatable but the portion sizes are very tiny as well.

This location has the worse Service ever . Employees are just Flirting around not attending customers . Me and my husband older like around 10pm didn’t get our food till like a hour later it was all wrong! Our server keep disappearing to talk to this one customer which it might been her Boyfriend. She hardly came to our table so we just stop asking for anything like refills napkins etc. because we figured it was gonna take her like 20 minutes just to give us one Item . Then the Manager had the decency to tell my husband and his friend they couldn’t use the bathroom to go outside . Just because they where cleaning it .

We went in with a group of close friend Thursday night at 11pm. We got seated right away. They even took our order quickly. Unfortunately it took an hour for us to get our food. When we received our food it was cold. Its was rock solid that the fork could not go through it. Our waiter came to our table 3 times with the hour. When he took our order, dropped off drinks and the food. The manager was kind enough to apologize and take care of some of the bill which was expected due to us not being able to put a fork through the chicken. I personally will not be returning to thos location.

A wild feathery nightmare, served with no heart. Chicken wings dry and stale, hardly a good start. Battered and fried but unfortunately to no avail, The taste was non-existent and for that, is a fail. The wings were so dry like a desert in the sun. Harder than rocks, our stay was not so fun. Having wanted to savor any taste but alas, that was not our fate. Instead, we had to chew and chew like a chore with a never-ending date. The restaurant may have tried but they missed a simple mark. To display themselves with wings so hard, and a dinner oh so dark. (Seriously - dont eat here. The roof of my mouth still hurts from how dry, hard and overcooked their wings are)

Don't ever order from this location or any BuffaloWildWings for that matter. I usually don't go out of my way to write negative reviews but the experience we had last night coupled with the fact that every time my wife and I go to a Buffalo Wild Wings place has really made me want to shed some light on what an average experience will be when u go here. First off if you check online for their mission statement, it says 'we do wings and beer' and that's it. Nothing about customer service, not quality control, nope they only care about beer and wings and their service reflects this. I was looking forward to getting some of my favorite flavors and enjoy a good dinner with my family but that was soon shattered when we got to this place. The person behind the desk said it would be only a few minutes and that lasted over an hour and a half, keep in mind we can see a whole section of tables not being used, but I chalked it up to them being understaffed as I know most places are. We changed our minds and decided to order to go. This was at 7pm mind you and when I placed the order it said it would be ready at 8....again I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I could see their online order section was crowded. We leave thinking we will pick it up later. I walk back in at 8:15 and they tell me the order STILL isn't ready, mind you I look around and see alot of the same people waiting when we first got there for their food too. The kid behind the desk looks like he is literally the only one working in the joint so I take a deep breath and for the third time give them the benefit of the doubt. We get the order and head home and that should be the end of it right? Wrong! We open the containers and discover several mistakes that they made including boneless pieces that are nothing but hard, overcooked breading; ranch cups that are literally 1/4 full; what pieces of edible chicken there were had barely any sauce on them; and quite possibly the worse thing being that I paid for a combo meal that was suppose to come with fries and there were none. The other order that also had fries had barely 6 or 7 individual fries as well, not even enough to be considered a small fry by most restaurant standards. Now again, I am not unreasonable. I can forgive busy nights, lack of staff, and having to wait a little longer then usual. But you tell me at the end of all that, I get stuck with nasty, overcooked food...or not giving me the food I ordered and paid for either...I snap. Needless to say I will never take myself or my family to another BWW's and you all can rest assured I will tell everyone I know about my consecutively poor experiences at these establishments because I haven't even gotten into all the other times at this and other locations have let me down similarly. For those corporate types reading this, I don't want a free hand out, I am done with your establishments and no amount of free promos will change the fact that the only consecutive thing you guys serve up is disappointment.

Extremely irritated with this restaurant. The lady at the front told us to seat ourselves at the bar. No customer service at all. We waited 25 minutes and we weren’t greeted by a server nor did we even know who the server was. We had to flag down a worker at the bar for help who wasn’t even the waiter and he was the only one with great customer service and urgency. Food was also cold but at that point we were so over it we just wanted to leave. Do better!! Better organization and management is needed.

I came to celebrate a friend's birthday and was extremely disappointed with the food. We ordered around 30 wings, and all of them were cold. We had to ask them to reheat them. Super disappointing. I ordered from Grubhub as small mild boneless wings, small Asian zing cauliflower wings, fries, onion wings, & Pepsi. When I received my order my wings had no sauce, we were missing friends, and south western sauce. This is the third time I’ve ordered from BWW through Grubhub and received an incorrect order.

What's the point of advertising endless appetizers when it takes them 45mins to bring the 1st order out, then another hour for the 2nd order and the food is way to salty and cold. Was very disappointed 😞.

Make sure you check your bill before you pay, specially if your drinking. We got charged for extra drinks that we never ordered. My wife tried calling them to see if we could get our money back for the ones we never ordered but they said no that they already took them off which they didn't. This is the second bad experience we had at this spot. First time there was a bug in our food and now they over charged us. Just make sure your bill is correct before paying.

Yesterday 10/18/24 around 7pm-7:15pm while I was waiting for my friend by the entrance after eating in this place, I witnessed the manager telling 4 young teenager guys to leave the restaurant. The excuse he gave them was insane. He told them because they were taking selfies outside the restaurant and that is not allowed. I was very surprised because these kids were waiting to be called very patient and well behaved. When they left my friend came out telling me that she had just witnessed an employee telling the manager to please kick out the teenagers waiting because they didn't get along with one of their family members. Then the manager told the employee "Don't worry I got you. They are probably not even going to give a good tip anyways". Then is when he went to give them the dumbest excuse ever on why they had to leave his restaurant. I hope their mother call cooperate because I will be calling on Monday.

If I could leave NO STARS, I would! This location is absolutely TERRIBLE!! Sunday afternoon 3/19/23 my husband and I ordered 3 meals for ourselves and our daughter. We ordered delivery and the total came out to $80. Not only did it take over an hour to arrive, but they got the order completely WRONG! So, my husband calls to let them know and hopefully find a solution. The manager unapologetic and sounding bothered about it, offers to remake our order and asks if we’re willing to come in and pick it up. This obviously completely defeated the purpose of us intending to NOT leave the comfort of our own home as we initially ordered for delivery. We oblige him and drive in the rain with hopes the order will be corrected. My husband trusts that the order is fulfilled this time and doesn’t check the bag…we return home just to find out???? THEY MESSED UP THE ORDER AGAIN!!!!! My meal was a 10piece of buffalo chicken wings and they gave me the driest chicken ever on top of giving my husband the wrong flavor for his. TRASH service and total waste of money! Save your time and money eat somewhere else!

We waited 15 minutes for our drinks to be taken. Then we waited a while for the server to come back and take our order possibly 20 minutes. Our food was cold and the wings were dry, I could see the dry spots. 2 of the orders were wrong. This place is not good anymore. Go out of business or get better service

I typically do not like eating out at this establishment because its always so busy and the food takes forever to get to your table. So I ordered takeout thinking it would be faster. Long story short the food through take out still took an additional 10min after it said it was ready. Then the manager came out making of rude off comments. Just not a good experience. Wings taste like dry overcooked cosco wings.

The wait time here is absolutely ridiculous. This establishment clearly needs a new management or a complete overhaul of its operations. They will continue to receive negative reviews.

Service is horrible more then 30mins for two burgers is ridiculous when the restaurant isn’t that full. Walked out due to lack of waiter and food within a timely manner

Worst services here. Don’t brother coming here unless you want to wait forever. The employees are just hanging around just chatting not cleaning tables or taking names for people coming in. We waiting over 40 mins when were told to wait 15 mins. As we left, I saw some employees just hanging out in the patio area just chatting away.

No matter if it’s busy or if the parking lot is completely empty and there’s no one, you will have to wait 20 minutes to an hour after your expected pick up time if you order carry out to go. This is like my 5th or 6th time ordering and it’s always this way, it’s always the same. Food is great but i don’t think the pick up service will ever change. Also you have to tell 2-3 workers the name for the order because some leave the pick up counter and never come back. I decided to write a review because I think my order this time was ready in the back the entire time and they just didn’t bring it to the front for some reason ?? I say this because my food was cold today like cold cold and it’s never been like that before.

Arrived for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant wasn't super busy. We stood at the front door for a few minutes, just waiting to be greeted. When we were greeted, we were told it would be a 5-10 minute wait. After a short wait, we were taken to our seat on the patio, which we requested. We were really hungry and quickly decided what we wanted to eat and drink. After sitting there for 17 minutes without even being acknowledged, we got up and left. No one even said anything to us on the way out. This used to be one of my favorite places to get wings and beer...not anymore. The owner should speak to their manager and service team because that is completely unacceptable.

I ordered at 10:45 pm for 20 boneless and 20 traditional wing deal. Waited about 30-45 min just to only get 30 wings and half were barely coated with wing sauce. I tried calling as soon as I got home and they ducked my calls 20 min before closing, couldn’t even get a chance to leave a voicemail because their phone just keeps ringing. I feel scammed but oh well

We were seated right away. We waited 20 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us we ordered drinks a salad and entrees. We received our drinks and about 15 minutes later we saw our waitress grab her bag and purse and leave with no word to her customers and when we finally got our food we were going to ask for something and the waitress said enjoy and walked off. Never received the salad. We lost our appetite, and when we talked to the manager he seemed annoyed at us. Walked away came back said so you don't want your food and took the plates we left and went to Applebee's (way better service)

Food wasn’t that good .. too salty way too pricey!! The service SUCKS!!! They gave me the wrong order.

Worse service ever at this place I do recommend at all. Waited 1hrs for my food and not busy at all waitresses didn't check on us not once at all

My son calls me because he has 2 flat tires.After finishing helping him, we were working on this issue for almost 7 hours.We come to Buffalo wile wings wanting to wash our hands and go to the bathroom before sitting down at a table, looking at the menu and placed an order.Because we weren't filthy , we just had our hands dirty from messing with tires and rims , you know. we were told no, you can't use the bathroom.They're for customers only.I said, well have us get seated to a table and then we will walk on over to the bathrooms.It's not that big of a deal.Sir, we just dealt with 2 flat tires.And i'm here to spend some money and eat. so because I was rejected at this one location.I will never go to a Buffalo Wild Wings again.My son told this to a couple of his coworkers and they now refuse to go to a buffalo wild wings , you know , all it takes is word of mouth and you instantly start losing customers. again, we just finished with some flat tires.We wanna wash our hands and get something to eat.You're open can you feed us. i mean, I guess they didn't notice the $150 Jordan's on my feet.The $75 volkum, workpants on my ass.The $300 smartwatch on my wrist, the $1000 smartphone in my pocket.My four hundred dollar white gold chain around my neck or the eighty five dollar nike sweater , i'm wearing. i don't know what the person at the doors problem was.But for whatever reason , they're the reason why I my son and a few others will no longer spend our money on this brand

Upon arrival Dylan was taking names to seat people. I guess Dylan wasn't trained to multi task he didn't even acknowledge me standing in front of him while he was about to seat a table. He Dylan how about you look at the next customer waiting for a table and say I'll be right with you sir. The waitress was not any better not only did she ghost the table she forgot a entree and had to look at the receipt luckily for her a co worker had brought it out. No refill on any drinks not even water we had to bus our own table to make room for the cake. They could have joined in knowing it was a birthday celebration but why make anyone feel special being their. I also had to raise my hand like a little kid just try and get attention only to have them look and walk away. I work has a store manager in retail and that kind of customer service is not acceptable. I will find another location.

The food is good; however, the service needs improvement. My order was scheduled to be ready at 8:30. I understand delays happen—I work in customer service too—but I didn’t receive my food until 9:00. There was no greeting or acknowledgment for the wait; the only thing said to me was, “What’s your name?” If orders are running behind, the pickup times should be updated.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is horrible. I came here with my cousins I asked for fresh wings with extra sauce when the girl brings out our wings they are shriveled with a sticker that says extra crispy , the wings were dry and hard and had no sauce on top of that the waitress sucked hardly checked on us mind you it was not busy at all, and when we asked her about the wings she stated in order to received fresh wings she has to input “extra crispy” and they deep fry them again. Will never attend this location

If possible, I would recommend avoiding having a meal here. From the few times I’ve visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location, my experience has been consistently negative. I personally witnessed the manager speaking to staff in a way that came across as rude and disrespectful, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. This behavior noticeably affects the overall quality of the restaurant. The food was also below average, and I would recommend eating somewhere else.

Service is absolutely horrible. Lunchtime is a nightmare no matter how busy it is. We stood at the front for 15 minutes before we even saw an employee on the floor and then waited another 5 minutes to be sat. Waitress took our order left to the back and never came out. When we got up to leave, she came out and had no idead the status on our food, we left. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!! This is the third and last time we come here.

Me and my bruddah came outta state on a big account in California, took long enough to order a beer , also later tried to order food waitress at the bar had attitude. We payed for our drinks, took our business else where to enjoy and relax next train your staff I also own a business.

If I could I would give a zero. to be transparent I didn’t eat any of the food so this review is based on service alone. I avoid BWW because every location is the same, the employees see people and are avoidant and act annoyed to see a paying customer. The restaurant is empty but still claim they need to clean a table so we could be seated. Kayla told us to give her two minutes and she never came back, after 15 minutes we just left. Word of advice coming from someone that works in customer service, make the guest feel welcomed, even if you can’t get to them right away just at least say hello and make they feel seen. People are more cautious of where and how they spend money, service like this is unacceptable. After reading several comments I can see that this is an ongoing problem, what is management doing to address the concerns of the guest?

Service sucks here. We sat down but told us to move because we couldn't have a 5th chair so we move. And they told us to move again because they were gonna close soon. But yet no one told us someone will be there to help you to take your order. The services just look and stare and don’t approach. No communication within last calls. Disappointed service

We are so disappointed in our visit to this location. The waitress was impatient and rushed us to order. We ordered the bottomless appetizer and she would put our order in on time to actually enjoy the bottomless appetizer. We got a second appetizer on after we finished our meal. The waitress also didn’t bring us waters as asked in the beginning. She was distracted by her little boy in a table next to us. Didn’t pick up our plates even we asked her

We love this place — we used to eat here 3 to 4 times a month. Most of the time, the service is excellent. However, we’ve had repeated bad experiences with a server named Erinne. Every time she is our waitress, we end up waiting way too long for our food. One time, we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes — and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. When the food finally came, it was cold, and it seemed like she had completely forgotten about our table. This has happened to us the last three times we’ve been served by her. The service is poor — she often brings the wrong drinks for the kids, and this time was no different. We waited 40 minutes for our food, while the table next to us (with a bigger order) was served in just 20 minutes. I left a note for her on our receipt

This location has to do better. I would say the customer service at the take out counter has gotten a lot better. However, I waited an hour for a sandwich and 10 wings ( fried bone-see pic) and the quality of what they provided is disappointing.

I never write review but this was pretty bad…..Ordered food for delivery, Food was dry and cold nothing had enough sauce. We were missing fries and veggies. Definitely not the best we have had, very disappointed.
