Opiniones de Borgne New Orleans
I'm not sure I want to share this place with y'all because it is so amazing. Lunch specials for 10 bucks, Monday-Friday, 11am-3pm. Go on Thursday for the Fried Chicken. It is awesome. Go for HapPy hOuR 3pm-6pm for $5 small plates. Trust me on this one, GET THE TURKEY NECKS!(only available during HapPy hOuR) They have local beer on tap. I've been frequenting this restaurant for years. It is reasonably priced. The food is excellent. Casual attire. Located just off the lobby of the Hyatt Recency, I know. Don't let that fool you. It's legit. Just do it once. You'll be back. A John Besh joint.
Hands down our favorite place in town after eating in NOLA for a week. We slipped in for happy hour (3-6) and got a fantastic sangria pitcher for $7 and discounts on a bunch of other apps. My wife has celiac and they were able to provide us with a gluten free menu that included almost all of the menu. We had the turkey neck (amazing, yeah I know), duck jalapeno poppers, fried chicken and raw oysters.
Excellent menu and decent prices. I expected it to be crazy highly priced but it is ok. Great food variety. Excellent service and the place is inviting. The food flavor and portion size were excellent. There is a nice bar with tv's and there are tables for more of a group experience. All the staff was super friendly and laid back yet professional. I really enjoyed that this place is inside the Hyatt.
I really thought this place was too swanky for me (and maybe it is), but despite its elegance and stunning decor the food and drinks are rather affordable, especially during happy hour. Great selection of beers. Also, every day there is a special entree. Just go for that in addition to whatever else, such as the oysters which are also some of the best I've had. I have made it my life goal to come back here as often as possible.
I'm staying in the hotel for a business conference and venture to Borgene for a bite to eat. I ordered a cocktail (pictured) and shrimp appetizer while waiting for my entree to be prepared. My server, Paul, was very friendly and engaging without being overbearing at all. He sent a portion of my main entree, the gumbo, for me to eat alongside my shrimp appetizer. Everything was so good and filling, when my entree was sat down, I had to ask Paul to box it up. Later in the evening I enjoyed the red beans/rice and fried pork chop (pictured). I hadn't had a chop in YEARS and this didn't disappoint. Even after being reheated, it was great. A must to visit! If you run into Paul, the lady from THE Ohio State said hello.
This was my first experience at Borgne. I'd heard great things about it. Everyone who has been told me how amazing the food was and said the atmosphere was pleasant, relaxing and inviting as well. I would definitely agree. The drink menu is eclectic as well as the food. The prices are definitely not economic. So you will pay for this pleasant experience. It was just the 2 of us bill was and our bill was just under $100 before tip. We each ordered an entree and 3 drinks total. 2 glasses of wine and a bloody mary. I'm not complaining it was worth it. After a few minutes of stimulating conversation you completely forgot this is technically a "hotel" restaurant. The music is magnificent and really contributes to the ambiance. There is nothing fried on the menu which is different from most New Orleans restaurants. So if you're looking for a healthy meal with lots of choices this is a great place for you. You can choose from fresh seafood boiled or raw. Steamed vegetables or salads. There are plenty of options and I would definitely return again.
Great atmosphere. Clean and nice but not too dressy for casual meals. Happy hour specials are very generous (cocktails half price from 12 to 6). Good beer selection too. We went in early evening on weekdays and got seated immediately and food very quickly. The arugula salad was very tasty and the seafood platter was varied and delicious. This place met all our expectations! And great location near the superdome and smoothie King arena. Highly recommended!
Really good lunch special . I know it is seafood but the Thursday lunch special was fried chicken and it was delicious. It came with greens, mashed potatoes, a biscuit and choice of a cup of gumbo or salad. I went with the gumbo. Every thing was awesome. I also had the shrimp toast app. It was great as well. The wine list was interesting and I went with a well priced red. Claudia was my bartender and just like the food she was awesome as well.
Nice New Orleans oyster experience. Great service and atmosphere. Fresh oyster and a service ready to help you out with all your wisher. The worst part of this location could be finding a parking spot, but whatever takes you to get in, its worth. Believe me. I will stop by on my next trip to LA !! Highly recommended
From amazing starters to the delicious main course, the chef did not disappoint. The service was top notch and we never waited long for anything. Will be back.
Beautiful restaurant and amazing service. I had the duck poppers and the angel hair pasta. My husband had the hangar steak and everything was so good. Must go again if we get back to NOLA!
Love this place! It's a smaller menu but personally I appreciate that because it let's them focus on perfecting the dishes. We will be back, the fish is amazing, will be trying the steak next!
The food was fantastic! The decor made the restaurant feel large and clean. The service was prompt and helpful. The only problem is the restaurant is loud when crowded, so it is difficult to meet or have easy conversation.
Wonderful small plates, tender delicious oysters. My husband and I were here for an early dinner after walking all over the French quarter. Small plates were universally tasty, rabbit ragu had just enough kick to be interesting. Baby octopus was tender, tuna was cooked perfectly. Tried the caminapa bay oysters, spectacular!! Will definitely be back!! Jenna our waitress was the greatest!!
Everything was absolutely perfect. Food was so delicious and great portions. Service was friendly, fast wonderful. We will define be going back again many times.
Slightly upscale place price wise but the food is definitely worth it. Seafood is fresh and not something we came across anywhere else. Don't skimp on the bread
Top shelf restaurant for a nice night out, especially for couples on a date. The food is excellent with an emphasis on what is fresh and in season. Price is exactly what is expected for food of this quality, and the service was first class!
Loved the cocktails, and you can never go wrong with the food. Everything is very good on the menu. Love their happy hour.
Absolutely amazing!!!! The service and the food very good. From the appetizers to the meals. We started with the gumbo, calamari and the wedge salad all fantastic. The entree was the fried chicken, some of the best I’ve eaten!!! I will difinitly dine here again!!!
After being seated at a table by the wait station, not a booth, and mind you I was the only person in the restaurant, things looked up. I had a fabulous Reveillon dinner. The food highlight was the shrimp course, spicy and delicious, followed by the main course of roasted gulf fish. Absolutely wonderful. My server was Collette who was funny, knowledgeable, attentive and very sweet. She more than made up for the initial seating error. Food and service exceeded expectations. This was a 4 course meal for $55. Memorable.
Terrific meal. Hotel ambiance was a little odd, but we thoroughly enjoyed the fish of the day cooked in parchment, the amazing local oysters and, holy cats, that frozen Nutella dessert is worth coming to NOLA for. Very close to the Civic Theater. Great service. Thank you!
A wonderful meal with a terrific server Max. Thanks for making me a virgin holiday cocktail that was delish. The food was flavorful and I really enjoyed the black drum with crab entree and fried eggplant app. A pleasant Christmas dinner after working today.
Amazing place atmosphere is very comforting food is outstanding, full of flavors. Best fried chicken in New Orleans better than emeril's. Definitely recommend, and staff are extremely nice and friendly.
Such a good meal! Delicious seafood, expertly prepared. We had a snafu with our gift card and the staff handled it beautifully! Ask for Brad... he was a fantastic server!
Came here to NO for a Seahawks game, which we lost and decided to stop off at this Restaurant because it was convenient for us before off to the airport. So glad we did!! Happy hour on Sunday was excellent with every dish above average to very good on the happy hour menu. The service was amazing considering the post football rush was hectic. Food came out fast and well executed. DO NOT miss the desserts. The peanut whatever was right up my alley. We will be back
Excellent ! The duck poppers were great. But then the duck neck was even better. And then... The fish sliders were amazing! Gumbo was out of this world!! Come in happy hour so you will get excellent deals. So fulfilling even just munching on a starters. Chocolate hazelnut pudding to end the experience. You can't go wrong !
Visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this restaurant in the lobby of the Hyatt. Tried the duck jalapeno poppers, shrimp toast, gumbo to start with. All were great, especially the shrimp toast. The oyster BLT sandwich was something I'd never heard of, and it did NOT disappoint!
Service was good and the raw oysters tasty. Duck and Andouille Gumbo was excellent and the Fried Chicken with corn and butter bean maque choux was rich and full of flavour. Looking to come back to try the recommended Red Beans and Rice with Fried Pork Chop. Good conversation and atmosphere.
I went in today for christmas lunch with my family for the first time. The hostess with a funny sweater made some amazing recomendations. She also took the time to check in on us during our meal and when we left to ensure we had amazing service. The food and service were amazing and highly recommend to other tourists visiting new orleans.
The food and service was wonderful. I was here on a business trip and had lunch every day. I did not Have a single meal that was some par. I would highly recommend this establishment if you're in the area. Plus they are only a few blocks from the French quarter.
I had one of the best restaurant experiences here. We had a party of six ladies and we did not want for ANYTHING. Our waiter had it before we even asked. The food was amazing and came out fast and hot. The turkey necks were yummy. Our server , Hayden, was the best server I probably have ever had. Multiple employees also came up to take plates away and help us. Shout out to them too! Ramone and Vance:) Did I mention it was a home saints game and we still had this kind of service. Highly recommend. It was my friends birthday and they definitely made her feels special. Want to go again soon!
We stayed at the Hyatt for a hair show and decided to give the restaurant downstairs a try the evening of Feb 18, 2019. We were greeted by smiling faces who informed us it was happy hour and showed us to a place in the bar area where they moved some tables together for our group. Our waitress, Antheia, was hands down amazing! She was so sweet, helpful, and treated us as if we were friends. The food was delicious. Cocktails were yummy! We stayed far longer than we had planned to, due to the excellent service and friendly atmosphere. When we left the hostesses were just as adorable and kind as when we arrived. We went back the next day for some drinks before heading to the airport. The host staff was just as wonderful and our bartender/server, Aaron, was fantastic! Thank you Borgne staff for making us feel so at home!!!!
Sat at the bar for dinner. No alcoholic beverages for me, but they sure looked good. Started with the broiled oysters... only issue with that was there wasn't enough. They tasted so good that i wish an appetizer order was like 2 dozen! Maybe I'm just fat. The angel hair pasta with the crab meat, shrimp and oysters was right on point. Amazing. Other than the upscale price tag, this place should be a definite stop for any visitor. Also wish thay they offered a military or law enforcement discount. Still a good call regardless. I might actually go back before i leave.
Great food, nice ambiance, and fantastic service. Jennifer really took care of us with great wine recommendations and the best service of any restaurant we've visited in NOLA. I'm not usually a big fan of brussel sprouts, but they are so delicious here I would come back just for those -- way better than any I've had back in the Bay Area. Both restaurants in this hotel are quite good, but if you have to choose just one, pick this one. The food and especially the service is better.
Delicious food. We had premium oysters from Crimson Bay, Alabama. They were fabulous, sweet and clean. Plus we split a Ceaser salad. Also Cajun BBQ shrimp and grits and a gulf fish dish and they were amazing. The service was excellent and friendly - thank you Amber!
Borgne, attached to the Hyatt Regency, was a great surprise. I am usually skeptical of any restaurant (associated or not) that is attached or in a hotel. But what a treat. The food lived up to the price point, and the service was outstanding. We also went back for drinks another day because the drinks were so good, and the happy hour was worth it. You have to give it a try, or two, while you're in town.
Went to Borgne for dinner with a party of 15 - we started with 10 and as our party grew the staff just lined up more tables! Had a wide variety of appetizers and entrees. All were excellent! Even things I would ordinarily never consider like turkey necks! The staff was outstanding - very friendly and courteous. Our waiter - Max - was phenomenal! It seemed like he was always right there when we needed anything, and usually a step ahead of us for water and drinks! Great atmosphere, great food, great experience! We'll be back!!!
Wonderful hidden gem inside the Hyatt Regency. They had AMAZING GLUTEN FREE FRIED CHICKEN!!! Turkey necks were awesome too!! And the service was impeccable. They even changed our reservation for an hour earlier short notice when my brother's graduation ended quicker than expected.
Love the seafood! It's, like, dressy casualand the interior is really cool. This isn't a "hotel restaurant," it's a nice gourmet restaurant that happens to be in a hotel. Great place to go before/after going to the Dome/Arena. The food is great! I love the crab fingers and the new tuna sandwich. It's seared rare, sushi grade, and just *chefs kiss*. Also super awesome fries... gotta love good fries. Sometimes I stop by for a quick bite and just sit at the bar (which is really long and has lots of TVs), and it almost feels like i'm at a sports bar with a better menu. A much better menu. I'm usually too stuffed after apps and entrees to get dessert, but it looks like they have a good selection. The wait staff is knowledgeable about the menu and attentive to the guests (without being overbearing and too in-your-face). All in all, this is a great place for working lunches, date nights, relaxing dinners before the game, and everything in between. As the menu changes semi-regularly, I tend to go at least once a season. You'll love it!
Was visiting from out of town and a friend recommended we ate here. For starters we got the Turkey Necks and Calamari which were both favorable and tasty. For my main entrée, I got the Black Drum A La Plancha which was amazing. So much flavor and super filling. Our server was extremely nice and friendly. Definitely worth the stop.
This really is a 4.5 I we stayed in this hotel while in NOLA and one night I ordered some form from Borgne. The food was fabulous. The food had flavor and appeal and the taste was outstanding. The staff was not as friendly as I would like, but I did take my food bsck to the room to share with my wife. This is a Must eat here GREAT!!!!!
Awesome seafood and atmosphere! Enjoyed the oysters and seafood gumbo , oysters were fresh and worth every penny but the half price for happy hour helped , it's obvious the chef cares about the food , we were at the bar and the service was slow unfortunately, don't know why though, there was very few people there , would be 5 stars except for waiting, thank you!
Great happy hour place especially in the downtown area... Great option in a sea of Dave and Busters and Walk ons. Even though it's a seafood restaurant, there are delicious non pescatarian options. Extra bonus points for dealing with allergies. I had left a note with open table, and when I arrived there was a special menu for me of the choices I could have from the main menu. Super service.
Great waitress, poboy and burger was delicious! Others in my group we're not as big on their food. And thought it was odd we couldn't split the check. Otherwise good atmosphere.
Nice looking place, lots of bar seating. Came for Christmas dinner, and the friendly staff was accommodating and efficient. They made good recommendations, and we all enjoyed both our food and drinks.
I think the food and service are great, but it's way over priced for the portions. Besh remains my favorite celebrity chef in Nola, despite his antics. Borgne is a great place to stop in for happy hour before an event at the dome or smoothie King center.
Sure the seafood is great but not the best I've ever had and perhaps not worth the prices. Oysters are jand schucked in the corner of the bar. Wait staff are knowledgable and friendly. Worth visiting and convenient if you're staying at the Hyatt.
Awesome happy hour spot! Downtown New Orleans' hottest spot for happy hour cocktails and appetizers. It's on the first floor of the all new downtown Hyatt, less than one block from the Mercedes Benz Superdome.
Used to be fantastic. Not as good anymore. The oysters were amazing but everything else was bland. I had the steak which I have had better at chain steak houses. The dessert was uninspiring. The drinks were good. Ambiance good and service excellent
Great place for a meal. Menu is diverse with options to please any palate. Drink options are great also. Close proximity to the Superdome and Smoothie King Center allows for an awesome pregame place to eat. TV's by the bar are setup in easy viewing angle from many tables
I went to lunch here today with two other women. The waiter was exceptionally articulate and the food was top-notch. It was very casual, but classy, a little noisy but in a good way. I love the decor and the open feeling to the dining room. The duck poppers were delicious. I would not get the grilled oyster starter again because there was an overabundance of bread crumbs that overpowered the oysters. My duck gumbo was the best I have ever tasted. Although duck gumbo is not a common menu item in New Orleans, I have had gumbo in almost every restaurant I frequent - I am a gumbo girl - and it was a standout. There is a good selection of cappacino, espresso, coffee and interesting desserts. The hazelnut chocolate "puddin' is a winner and served in a cute little jar. I will definitely be going here again. Our lunch bill was $130.00 for 3 people with 3 starters, 1 entree, 2 soups, 2 cocktails, 1 iced tea, 2 desserts and we each had coffee/espresso (3). The price was appropriate for the quality and inventiveness of the restaurant experience. Our valet parking at the Hyatt Hotel was $10, very convenient.
Too noisy for me in general. Good service and very tasty food. Excellent selection of oysters (which isn't really that hard in NO), but server was also knowledgeable of different types.
Went to Borgne on a Wednesday night for happy hour drinks and dinner. Drinks and appetizers were 10/10- truly great! But then the main meal was very disappointing. I got the mushroom as my main entree and I cannot place it, but the greens had a funny taste and I simply couldn’t even eat the mushrooms. My friend got the soft shell crab BLT and she had a similar experience. We were not able to finish our meal. We brought up this issue to our waiter, who then let us speak to the manager. She was nice to comp our drinks as well as give us a free dessert. Overall not the best experience, but it was attempted to be made right. I would return again to give it another chance since I feel it was most likely a one time thing.
Happy hours actually the thing to do here. They have a really nice selection of $5 plates which include their catfish sliders which are excellent. my friends really like the smoked turkey necks which I particularly don't care for but everybody seems to Rave about. My only complaint would be sometimes the staff can be a little reserved or like maybe they're doing you a favor by serving you. But on the whole it is definitely a fun place to go between 5 and 7 with their drink specials as well
The food is ok but it's a good atmosphere. Unfortunately they're forcing a no split check rule so not a great place for office lunch.
Not really that great for the price. Decent but nothing special We got the duck poppers, sticky chicken, and redfish dish... all were kind of sad and underwhelming
Decent food, decent atmosphere but not great, thus the 3 stars. It is right in the Hyatt Regency lobby and convenient if staying at the hotel, but IMHO so many more options available that are more worthy of a 4 and 5 star review.
It was OK. I had my first shrimp PO Boy. The fries were undercooked. Need to have some crunch. Tasted like boiled potatoes. The PO Boy was OK. It was a bit too dry for my tastes though. Just too much bread. Plenty of shrimp though and very good shrimp I might add.
1. The food was great, although served in very small quantities. We both left the restaurant hungry. Fortunately we found some beignets at our next stop to satisfy the hunger. 2. Too expensive for the small portions. 3. I expected the restaurant to have a nicer atmosphere. Instead, it felt more like an upscale diner. 4. Waiter was great. 5. This will teach me to always follow my own advice... Never eat at a hotel restaurant (unless you set your expectations accordingly). 6. The wedge salad isn't really a wedge. Rather, it's just some romaine with blue cheese and tomatos. Once again, this $10 'wedge' was a very, very small portion. 7. Why are the servers wearing jeans? Oh yeah, because it really feels like a diner atmosphere.
Very large drink menu and lots of apps, but entrees are surprisingly limited. The catfish sandwich was good, but the bun was kind of bland and looked right out of a bag. The French Fries are lightly cooked and tasty, pass on the mushy potato salad.
My family and I made reservations, four of us in total. Our appetizers were on point. The fried calamari was crisp and delicious. The crab ravigote was very tasty as well. The entrees were a bit disappointing. I had the stuffed flounder. It tasted well, but nothing to get excited about. My wife had the angel hair pasta with shrimp. It was rich, creamy, and overall delicious. I would definitely recommend it. My mom had the fish in a bag, which was off the chain; very tender and delicious. Unfortunately, my dad had the black drum. It was overcooked, dry, overpriced, and very underwhelming. The atmosphere was easy, soft, and casual; very mellow. The staff was attentive and nice. Overall, not bad, but not very memorable either.
The good: bloody mary was fresh and tasty, food came out quickly, bartender was friendly. The bad: raw oysters were kinda sad looking, and my order got a little jumbled up. I will continue to visit while I'm in town, and chalk this up to an 'off night', but it would've been easier to process if I wasn't one of only two groups sitting at the bar, and one of only 12 groups in the restaurant total.
I ordered the hangar steak without bleu cheese, onion or kale...it came smothered in all three. Couldn't even taste the steak (and I HATE) bleu cheese! Noisy place...no acoustic dampening at all.
Was there last night. Expensive and very disappointing. I waited over half an hour for my food. I had to send back the tiny portion of soup twice to be reheated. The shrimp cocktail was not fresh, not quite spoiled, but getting there.
Don't waste your time on the gluten free fried chicken. We just walked a good 45 minutes to come here specially for that. But they no longer serve it. Talk about a huge bummer. Not impressed with the other GF items on the menu. We ate going to eat elsewhere now. Ugh.
Decor is attractive but the tables are too small. We were a party of three and it was very uncomfortable. 30" square tables are cafe size not fine dining. I ordered raw oysters, crawfish bisque and a pasta dish. They brought the bisque and a wire structure for the oyster tray (something you'd see in a pizzeria in the center of the table). I passed the bisque to my brother who also ordered bisque and explained that I wanted the oysters first. They immediately brought another bisque and followed with the large tray of oysters. The oysters overlapped the bowl of bisque so I couldn't get to the bisque. The wire framework held the oyster tray so high I felt I should stand to eat them. Very poor planning. The oysters were too large and mealy. Not very good. The bisque was cold when they finally removed the oyster tray and lacking in flavor. The pasta was good but not enough to overcome the negative effects of the poor service.
People nice, the food with small portions was tasty, ok but, popcorn shrimp served with my wifes redfish meal ineatable. Also every side was extra, ok it was a hotel restaurant. Had a stark atmosphere, overall disappointed we wasted our meal opportunity to eat here. Would not recommend with so much more available
Arrived at hostess desk and waited 10 minutes for a hostess to seat us. After being seated waited another 10 minutes for a wait staffer to ask for order, ordered appetizer and expected someone to take drink order, no such luck. Appetizer was brought by server but wait staff never showed back up to take drink or dinner order. Had to go to hostess desk and request bill for appetizer. Paid bill and left after 45 minutes. Absolutely terrible experience. Facility was not clean and inviting. Was very surprised as this is in a Hyatt hotel facility.
Very disappqointing. Service was terrible. 20 minutes between courses, needed to repeatedly ask for silverware, out of bread. I specifically asked for steak to be pink, not rare. It came out extremely rare. Bread pudding was cold. All in all not a good dining experience
My friend and I both ordered the "best fried chicken in the state". The breast was so dry I had to dip it in ketchup. The breast and thigh were smaller than the small drum leg. Offered french fries at $5 handmade. Wind up being tiny crumbs that are like bag string fries bit like those little over crispy ones that have no substance to them. Horrible experience. We won't be back.(edit) Gets +1 star. Manager came and took off the fries and admitted they were not up to their standard.
Everyone loves a high end meal prepared by an excellent staff. Im going to argue that it was trying to be too stylish. Unless you get a burger and fries (cheap food) your going to leave the table hungry and still pay over 100$ for two people. The appetizer was presented well and looked great, but the only part that was edible two tiny spoonfuls of diced fish. So each bite was 5$ The 30$ steak dinner was one small 8oz steak and a mcDonalds hash-brown. No vegetables no mash potatoes, nothing else. While everything tasted great and was presented well, don’t expect to leave the table full for less than 200$ because my 100$ wasn’t enough for two normal people.
Went for Thanksgiving dinner. Was an overpriced mess. Spent 300 for 3 people, with dishes ranging from average to atrocious. Service was fine (good wine recommendation, oversold gumbo). Worst oysters I've ever had. Desserts were good.
Although we have had a good experience at Borgne before, we had a terrible experience this time. They were under staffed and it took 25 minutes just to get our drinks. We hardly ever saw our server and the food was not good. They didn’t seem to care either. Won’t eat there again!
Menu did not have many options. There are more alcoholic beverages on the menu than food. Waitress made us a bit uncomfortable as well. As if we were waiting her time. Needless to say, we did not eat here.
This is by far the worse NOLA restaurant experience I have had in years! They were in the weeds, but did not serve our food at the same time and did not care. I had to ask them to take something off the bill, and they took one glass of wine off. The service was bad and the food was not great either. This place needs to close!!
Came here and asked for a table with my husband and 2 year old for dinner. Was told they didn't have a table. Looked online and could book one for 10 minutes time. They even called to confirm the reservation. I can only assume they did not approve of our child being with us, however this is a hotel restaurant I don't know what they expect. Decided not to dine there out of principal. Rude.
Hostess was rude and didn't make eye contact. The waitress was great - very hospitable and pleasant. However, the entree was underwhelming and was a very small portion. $27 for fried chicken and 'smashed potatoes'. Fool me once...I won't be spending my time or money here again.
Unsatisfactory. $20 for chicken tenders. I ordered for my 15 year old son and bc he was over 10 years old they first told him NO. Due to age, chicken was not on menu but was on kids menu. $14 for a half of glass of wine. Caesar salad was lettuce only, a few stale croutons and a side of dressing. I had to mix in myself..... only thing positive was the corn bread was moist and warm...... parking was a nightmare.. waited over 20 mins for valet to find my car. My parking was stamped and STILL cost $10. Way too many great restaurants to ever go back here..
Sub par on game day. Out of items at the bar. Basic ingredients for simple drinks on the menu. Any manager would know they need to stock for game day regardless of their farm to table mentality. Oysters were good. Served without a lemon for some reason. You can’t really screw up a raw oyster unless you forget the accoutrements. Which they did. Waiter had no idea what we had ordered. We only ordered drinks and the drink was wrong and somehow we were delivered cauliflower when we wanted a French75 and water. The french75 was horrible. Bitter. Not enough champagne or simple syrup. Served in a plastic cup like I was at A frat party. If you are looking for seafood, go to Peche any day, any time and you will be blown away by the service and attention to detail. This place is not worth the hype or the money. I expect it to be shuttered within a year if they keep this up.
