Regarding the food, it seems the quality is already very low. And they also delivered my order incomplete. They charged me for guacamole and never gave it to me. And that's when there weren't any people around, so they wouldn't forget to eat. Terrible service. They get upset when you ask for ingredients like ketchup and BBQ. Next time, set a price for your ingredients so they don't limit me and I can order whatever I like. The employees have a terrible attitude, it seems they don't like their jobs. And the atmosphere is empty, and the music is awful. I asked for a gift for my son because it's his birthday, and he didn't receive anything. What's happening with your services? They're becoming less acceptable. The bathrooms are very dirty, they smell bad, and the men's restroom is clogged. It seems they don't supervise. But, well, my experience will keep me from returning to the branch.

The food was good as always, although it took a little longer than usual today. The dining room was rather neglected; perhaps because it was Sunday, they didn't have enough staff to clean the tables and empty the overflowing bins, and the restrooms were out of toilet paper. They might consider installing blinds, as it gets very sunny in the afternoons, and only a few tables offer shade where you can comfortably sit and enjoy your meal.

The truth is that Burger's advertising is very misleading, and well, the employees are not to blame, but they are mocking, they are lazy and they really do not serve well or badly. In my case, I ordered the large stacker burger with 3 meats for 189, but it seemed like a child's burger.

The food came out COLD! After waiting 42 minutes. The burgers were cold. The fries were cold and hard. The only thing was the soda because you can serve it to your liking. The products were incredibly expensive. Two burgers, fries, and a soda for 540 was excessive. For them to arrive cold.

The staff are very attentive, but the food is terrible: cold, salty, dry, and the meat is flavorless. To make matters worse, the waitresses let street vendors and children in, selling candy and asking for food or money. Terrible experience at this branch.

The burgers were of very poor quality, as were the fries. The picture shown is nothing like what you actually get. On top of that, the meat didn't taste good. The Stacker King was one of the burgers we ordered, and the photo below is what we received.
