Oh my goodness. This is by far the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. The smokin bagel was absolutely amazing. The hot apple bobbin cider brought me back to my childhood like the scene in ratatouille. The hype from the comments are real. This place is amazing. Thank you guys for starting my morning off great. This place was amazing. Came here on a Sunday morning with a friend. Took some time to get my food (it was very busy) but definitely worth the wait. Ordered a breakfast bacon sandwich on a croissant and it was delicious. All the breads are made fresh from scratch. The staff were very attentive and you could tell they loved their job. As an added bonus, they had live guitar music. Definitely had an OC/LA coffee shop vibe and made me forget I was in Riverside. Loved this place and will definitely be back!

This is one of my favorite breakfast/brunch spots! My latest favorite is the Spicy BLT and the Chilli Pesto eggs with potatoes are second fav....and their breakfast croissant is the best I've had yet 😋

My husband and I tried this spur of the moment since it’s near my work. Our sandwiches were delicious, especially the croissant blt. The breakfast sandwich could use a little more flavor in my opinion but I still enjoyed it. Our coffees were delicious as well! I’d recommend posting the menu somewhere on the wall so you can browse while you wait in line-Or maybe paper menus to look at while you wait? Regardless, the workers were very kind. We’ll be back!

My cappuccino was perfect, hot, with a nice balanced espresso. My sandwich was good too, and loved that hot sauce was available to make it perfect. The croissant really shined, flaky, soft, buttery and rich! The girls that took care of me were nice and patient as I took forever to read the menu and make a decision. The music was a bit loud, but I'll definitely come back!

Stopped in for an Iced Mocha and some quick breakfast items and was blown away! In house fresh made sourdough was done spectacular, fresh tasty croissant all around and hot food made to order in just a few minutes. Coffee was good and was bold enough to shine through without overpowering the drink. Would happily come back again. Overall it's a bit high scale food items for little kids but there is always something to find

The best breakfast sandwich of my life! I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich on an English muffin and it was unbelievably good. I also ordered and iced coffee. They accidentally made an iced latte, but were so nice about it and made me a new drink and let me keep the latte to give to a co-worker. Super friendly staff, amazing coffee, amazing food. I am looking forward to going back and trying their house-made croissants and hope they have plans to expand their food menu soon!

This place is an absolute gem! It was pretty busy walking in which is always a good sign, but the service was so fast. The lady taking our order was super friendly and helped with suggestions! Latte is amazing and the food is to die for! Loved it

Wonderful vibes, amazing staff, AND great coffee!!! Toasted has it all and beats the competition!! Starbucks who?! Get Toasted!! They have classics as well as unique flavor combinations. I tried the Rosemary Orange Iced Latte and was not disappointed at all. Packed with flavor yet so pleasant and smooth. Also there’s nondairy options which is always a huge plus!

Stopped by for breakfast and we were not disappointed. We got the croissant French toast and a breakfast sandwich on a croissant and both were worth the wait in line. Croissants are huge, buttery, flaky - perfection. There’s not much seating, so don’t be in a hurry if you get there during a rush like we did. Food was made quickly and to order though. Always busy because they are always delicious! Be patient, worth the wait; haven't had a bad meal here and I swear the coffee is the best I have had; avocado toast is excellent, pesto eggs delicious and the turkey sandwich can feed two people. Be sure to try the almond croissant or plain, sourdough bread to go, it's amazing.

We had the French toast croissant and the Rise and shine, plus two iced gingerbread lattes. Everything was amazing and the tiny indoor eating area is warm and inviting. Amazing service as well. Maybe go at a less popular time though, they are crazy busy and it gets loud fast. It's not a bad thing to be in demand though! 😋

3rd time having coffee from this cozy lil spot and its been a hit i have yet to try the food maybe next time. Ive tried 3 different flavor they were all a hit this time around my wife and i had the lavender chocolate mint iced latte and the salted caramel latte, they have oatmilk as an option which is great. Service was amazing also. Definitely recommend.

Literally the best breakfast place ever in riverside! 10/10!! The food was delicious, coffee was SO yummy. The brew they have is very smooth and blends so well with the flavors. I was a little sad, I had asked only for no tomato on my bacon breakfast sandwich but they took the avocado off and kept the tomato. But it’s ok, they were pretty busy and it was still so good!!! Even though they were busy, they still managed to have my coffee and food ready within ten minutes. I got the bacon breakfast sandwich on sourdough, and an iced caramel latte. Starbucks has absolutely nothing on this place. Super impressed and will absolutely be coming back. Such a cute atmosphere too.

The owners are creative and they've come up with some unique drinks. Definitely will be back and will recommend to others. Look forward to seeing what they will be adding to their food menu and upcoming holiday drinks.

Whenever I go to new places I always look for local small businesses and this place was an absolute gem! The interior is cozy and inviting. The staff were friendly, service was quick, and prices reasonable. I’m a bit of a coffee brat and the quality of their drinks was muwah *chefs kiss*. Don’t even get me started on their breakfast sandwich. Simple, delicious, made right. The perfect slightly oozing egg, crunchy bacon, and just the right amount of cheese. Highly recommend this place for a great cup of coffee to enjoy with friends.

I’m not an iced latte type so it’s very difficult to find good drip coffee, but Toasted has the best drip around. I had a croissant bacon sandwich it was delicious. They bake everything in house which is great. Highly recommend checking them out.

I'd say that for a small business, these guys definitely gave it their best. Not just a typical coffee house. This place makes you feel at home and their fresh croissants... MY GOODNESS. Koodos to the staff for loving what they do and big bonus points to the owners for the attention to detail. Highly recommend this place.

What a fantastic little coffee shop. Toasted is a new coffee shop that just opened up about two months ago, but honestly you can’t tell with their quality in great customer service. I ordered their campfire latte, which was absolutely fantastic, and ordered a fresh baked cookie warmed up. typical coffee shop pricing. Everything was great and I will be going back. Also a great place to do homework and studying!

The wife and I stopped in for a late breakfast. We were greeted joyfully with big smiles. The coffee was strong and flavorful. I ordered the "campfire" and it was amazing. My lady had the lavender latte with almond milk and loved it. I'll be sure to stop by and try the other flavors in the future. I'm actually surprised I haven't been back already lol. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious. I mean, so so good. We each had our sandwiches on croissants, her eggs were scrambled, mine were over medium (cooked perfectly). The croissant is so light, fluffy and flaky. Probably the best croissant I've ever eaten. This place is the real deal. I believe, with enough exposure, this place has the potential to be one of the top spots in Riverside.

I have been coming to Toasted for ~2 years now. The staff are kind and personable, the coffee and food are EXCELLENT, it truly is a 10/10 place for a bite to eat and coffee. I really love this place and am so happy we found this when we came to Riverside. This is our dedicated coffee spot- we literally don’t consider anyplace else 😅 With such a great place, the line is long (but absolutely worth the wait!!!). Just keep in mind that it is a busy spot so there may not be available seating and a bit of a wait.

Over medium was perfect with the dish. We also got the Garden Toast. I really appreciated the fact that the avocado didn't have that weird unripe taste and texture. My husband couldn't get enough of the rosemary garlic bread that it came on. Other than the balsamic, there wasn't a lot of oomph flavor to it, and I wish it had just a little bit more... something... as it's one of the only veggie-intensive eats. THE LATTES!!! Here me out... the Rosemary Orange Latte was a refreshing flavor combo. Sounds crazy, but mmm nom. My husband enjoyed the Campfire (though at first glance we both thought it might have toasted marshmallow and chocolate). It's lavender and mint. Now I love Lavender in my lattes, but I couldn't get around the combination reminding me of my bath bombs.

Place is super tiny and there's always a long wait. They have very limited seating inside and people aren't respectful of respecting protocol and waiting to sit until after they've ordered which is annoying. But the food is super yummy. Also love their fresh sourdough. If you go early enough they will let you buy a whole loaf.

Delicious breakfast sandwiches and coffee , my only complaint was that my breakfast sandwich only had one egg for a big sandwich, and it definitely needed two eggs.

It was our inaugural visit, and the experience was exceptional. Their coffee selection is extensive, although our primary reason for visiting was their sourdough bread; we purchased a thickly sliced loaf. I was pleasantly surprised to discover their in-house croissant sandwiches. The only drawback is their high volume of customers, reminiscent of Starbucks in its heyday, though significantly superior in quality. While their current location is somewhat limited in size, necessitating a larger space, the overall experience was positive.

Got the breakfast sandwich with bacon and an ice chai to go. Everything is handmade and fresh. Chai was good but a little bit more on the milk side than the chai side, sourdough on the breakfast sandwich was delicious. I think I'll have to try it with chipotle mayo next time.

I had gotten the croissant club and had taken two bites and it was good until I noticed a hair in my sandwich. But they gave me a new sandwich and a jalapeño cheese filled croissant. :)

Unfortunately, the potatoes were undercooked. They tasted like they were half-boiled and then just warmed up. I tried a few pieces and they all had the same hard, slightly raw texture, so I ended up not eating them. I'd rate the whole pesto eggs dish about a 5/10 mainly because of that. The croissant sandwich was delicious—flaky, buttery, and well put together. I also tried their blueberry muffin and chocolate chip cookie, and both were super tasty—fresh and flavorful. Perfect sweet treats. The cafe is located in a small shopping center across from Harvest Church, in the same plaza as Stater Bros. It’s easy to miss since the sign is small, but worth finding. There are only about 5 tables inside, so seating is very limited. We got lucky and grabbed a table just as someone was leaving. A lot of people seemed to order to-go because there’s not much room to sit. Service was quick and efficient, especially with drinks and orders. I’ll definitely be going back, and next time I’ll just ask them to make sure the potatoes are fully cooked. Other than that, everything else was great!

Cute little coffee shop in a surprising location! The French toast on the brunch menu is delicious 10 out of 10, good crunchy bacon too! The iced chai was pretty good and the raspberry matcha was not my hubby’s fav but this was his first time with matcha. Very busy today, Saturday and Valentine’s Day, but the line moved quickly and we got our food very fast! Just need more seating.

I tried a few pieces and they all had the same hard, slightly raw texture, so I ended up not eating them. I'd rate the whole pesto eggs dish about a 5/10 mainly because of that. The croissant sandwich was delicious—flaky, buttery, and well put together. I also tried their blueberry muffin and chocolate chip cookie, and both were super tasty—fresh and flavorful. Perfect sweet treats. The cafe is located in a small shopping center across from Harvest Church, in the same plaza as Stater Bros. It’s easy to miss since the sign is small, but worth finding. There are only about 5 tables inside, so seating is very limited. We got lucky and grabbed a table just as someone was leaving. A lot of people seemed to order to-go because there’s not much room to sit. Service was quick and efficient, especially with drinks and orders. I’ll definitely be going back, and next time I’ll just ask them to make sure the potatoes are fully cooked. Other than that, everything else was great!

Just okay. The avocado toast was underwhelming, lacked any seasoning and not too much avocado either. The bread was delicious and made in house, really big too. My partner got the croissant and it was big but still needed some seasoning. Got a vanilla latte...just okay, nothing special. The service was a mess, our drinks got taken by another person and as we were leaving others had drink mix ups.

I got a breakfast sandwich and latte. Although both tasted good, they skimped heavily on the sandwich and it was poorly constructed. Take an extra second to evenly spread out the ingredients. Rushed job.

On my first visit, I ordered the croissant club sandwich. I requested no mayo or avocado. I requested to add balsamic instead and was informed that it would be a $.25 up charge. I asked the cashier if that was correct even though I removed two items from the sandwich. She assured me it was and I proceeded with the order initial first impression was negative, but when I do it to the sandwich, it was absolutely amazing.

Seating is super limited and there’s usually a long line—especially on weekends—but the coffee is good. Overall, a solid choice for a quick caffeine fix.

I had the pesto egg and potatoes, they were heavily salted so not much to taste and savor. Kids had a everything bagel with bacon egg and cheese, very well balanced and tasty. The iced coffees ok, a little on the bitter side instead of smooth. The iced teas are non sweet but still very balanced on the choice of herbs and flavors.

To be honest, coffee is good and all but they didn’t have many pastries to pick from which I don’t understand since they open at 8 AM. I wanted to order a croissant sandwich, but none were available and they had barely started baking more things at 10 AM. Waited 15 minutes for them to be done since they said it would done which then turned to an additional 30 minutes! Be honest with the customer so they don’t have to wait around and possibly go somewhere else and don’t give them a run around about it. Girl with the green highlight was kinda rude. Came here by recommendation but if you don’t want to wait over an hour for your food, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Pretty disappointed. Drove an hour to come here to try the banana caramel latte that tasted like a regular latte. Nothing special/different. it was really busy with what look like there was only 3 employees, so that's probably why the lady was such in rush to make it she didn't even try. if that's the case then I think they should have more employees.

Love a good coffee shop with amazing food, so I was super excited about this spot opening up near my work. Unfortunately the coffee Is just not all that. It was a giving more of a kuerig experience then anything else. Got my fave lox and was once again disappointed, not an amazing taste and 13 dollars. Overall a let down. I don’t know if it was a bad day since it was pretty swamped in there but…pretty disappointing

Ordered a rise and shine toast on their menu And a Carmel latte with one less pump. this was the toast I ended up with not in fact avocado toast.. not what they advertised but it is what it is.. They charged an extra dollar to take off a pump too I guess.. think this will be my last visit here it just isn’t as good as everyone hypes it up to be.

Today was my second visit to Toasted. The first time, several months ago, I went specifically for my favorite pastry, an almond croissant. Disappointingly, It was raw in the center. I decided to try again today and ordered another favorite, a club croissant. Again, underbaked. The place has been busy both times so clearly a lot of people like it but raw baked goods are not for me. I won’t be going back.

Called to place a order for my office at 9:25 AM. The lady on the phone was very rude, and impatient. First time calling and never ordering here.

The food was great…! However, I ordered two sides of bacon and never received it. I ordered two drip coffees and they were marked up as lattes and I received drip coffees. So I was basically robbed of 8$. I would have tried to rectify this by talking to someone but it was too crowded.

Disappointed. Our order was forgotten, and we had to go up and remind them. When my sandwich came out, it was wrong — I asked for a bagel but got a croissant. I let them know, and the cook rolled his eyes and said the ticket said croissant, even though I clearly told the cashier bagel. He seemed annoyed and mad that I asked for it to be remade, which made the whole situation uncomfortable. When they handed me the corrected order, the staff looked irritated. Not sure why I was met with attitude for simply asking for what I ordered. For how pricey this place is, I expected better service and a more respectful attitude.

Just stopped by for the first time cause I was feeling a breakfast sandwhich but all drive theu places closed after 10:30. The one word i can describe this place is “disappointment” stood in line for almost a half hour for subpar hipster food. The interior decor is like any other trendy coffee joint and it seems like just cause you have a machine to make coffee and all the fancy tools doesnt make you a barista. For $6 the cold brew was watery and flavorless. And for $10 the sandwhich had diner quality bacon like youd get a dennys or ihop and the skinniest overcooked and underseasoned egg. I will say though the sourdough they make was pretty good. Definitely got high hopes going in here based off all the other reviews but I most likely wont be back and just save the $22 next time

This is what they call an avocado Toast. The bread is good but I feel like I can make this at home. Save your money and buy the sandwich croissants

Unfortunately, not good at all. Customer service is very good though. Too bad about the food and coffee. Threw it all away, not edible. But I hope that they improve because the atmosphere is nice and so are the staff. They have a good business concept.
