I rarely have a bad experience at Chipotle. There food is always amazing and delicious. I do try to avoid going towards closing as it seems the food, more so the queso, looks like end of the day food. The staff is always prompt and efficient.

Everyone always shits on chipotle nowadays. Personally, my here portions are alright. I think it has to be a better than average location. It's still too pricey but that's not this specific locations fault. I haven't been screwed over yet.

I love this location, the staff already knows my mobile order & they recognize me when I pick up my food. Best feeling 🥰 plus the food always tastes great. They have a great team. Very friendly and welcoming. Always jamming to good music 🎶 😂🙌

I love Chipotle but sometimes it is hit or miss with them as far as how good the food is. If there is a good crew everything will be on point. From the cleanliness of the place to good portion sizes of the food to how delicious or dried out the meat can be. The last time we went, which was recently the Chipotle on 27th was on point with their food! The carnitas was good; I had rice with my quesadilla and it was so good! The corn salsa was great too! The corn in it was so fresh & sweet. Then their guacamole was so good too!(it can be hit or miss too; sometimes too spicy or just off but not this time!) You ever know when places get so big & they don't have the current management? I am sure you have gone to places like that... Well it seems that may be the case here. Good management=good team😊

They always fill my burrito bowls to the brim ♡. Friendly service and food is good. Doesn't look or taste old. Parking is tight but there is always a spot. Usually out of Togo sauce containers by the hot sauces so you'll probably need to ask. Everything else is stocked pretty good. Pretty sure they use lots of seed oil which messes up my stomach so if you're like me avoid getting heavily greased items..

Chipotle: In the burrito battle of fast casual restaurants two names quickly come to mind, Qdoba and Chipotle. It's honestly been years since I've had either (I tend to gravitate towards Taco Bell if I'm having a cheat meal), but I prefer Chipotle because I had it first. Back in my days at UW my friends and I would hit up the State Street location, so it has a warm spot in my heart. The other reason I have to give the nod to Chipotle is I'm an RN and for National Nurse's Appreciation Week, Chipotle treated us with vouchers for a free burrito. My burrito was comprised of a warm flour tortilla, juicy steak, brown rice, black beans (have to get my fiber), fresh guacamole (looks like barf, but tastes like butter), flavorful fajita veggies, Wisconsin cheese, and creamy queso blanco. I was nervous the queso blanco might be too spicy for my taste, but it added just the right amount of heat as well as extra cheesiness (and we all know how much the Doughboy likes his cheese). First time eating at a Chipotle. I payed for and placed my order online. Large parking lot to pull into. Went inside, went to shelf my order wasn't there yet, waited 5 minutes. Excellent salad bowl. Everything was so fresh and delish. Seasoned perfectly. I'll be back.

Better than average Chipotle experience. Proportions were generous and the food was hot which doesn't always seem to be the case anymore. My food had to be remade due to wrong toppings but was caught before wrapped. I would visit this location again.

Overall, not bad. Food and service were great! However, the tables to eat at were filthy and nothing cleaned. So wr decided to pick the cleanest one and wipe it down with napkins! Makes sense that most people eating at this location order the food and leave.

This location really does pay attention to your order to try and make sure it's right. That being said, there could be more attention being paid to the customers that walk in for online orders. But overall, a good Chipotle to go to.

Normally great service, however today after waiting in line for a while and having half my food served, we were at the toppings section when I asked for sour cream and got told they were out. It would have been fine but it is not the first time they "run out" of things 30-40 minutes prior to closing. If they do not have what I want, I should not be expected to pay full price if my food was incomplete (which is what happened the previous times they've been "out".) Seems to be a pattern, and its only decent to at least discount the ingredients they don't have without needing to say something about it. I will leave my order and walk out every time this happens, because I rather waste my time in line than financially support this type of ethic.

Walked in at 7:30, they are cleaning their grill, scrubbing the floors in the bathroom and my tortillas had to be warmed up on the back because they were cleaning the tortilla press already. Music in the back so loud that it feels more like a club then a restaurant. Customer service not the best , they just rush you to get you out of there.

My daughter went in to order her food to go to be told they are only taking online orders. Once she came back to the car, we placed the order online. So many people were being turned away and going back to their cars to place orders. The nearest Chipotle is 9 mins away driving distance. We decided to wait, which the online order would be ready in 15mins. Once my daughter went back in they were taking in person orders again. They need to get a better system because the parking lot was filled to capacity with people placing orders online. Time was wasted here-30 mins to be exact. Not a great experience today with Chipotle. The parking lot is super small and tight, very unsafe.

Chipotle has DECENT flavor and fresh ingredients, but the portion sizes have been pretty small lately, especially for the price. It can feel inconsistent depending on who’s serving you, which is frustrating when you’re expecting a filling meal. The food itself is still decent, but the smaller servings make it harder to justify going as often. Overall, it’s okay, just not as satisfying as it used to be.

I just realized what I ordered when I bought a bowl. It's a vegetable bowl with 5 slice of beef steak. Lmao. 2 bowls and 2 side burrito wraps 36 dollars. Don't think I'll be visiting again any time soon. Actually, it's gonna be hard to convince me to come back.

Love coming to this location, however was just informed that there is an extra charge for rice…… since when??? The meat I completely understand, but charging for extra rice? That’s ridiculous. If this is true, you all need to put a sign to make customers aware of the news…..

I could have carried out a full term pregnancy during the time that I waited in line. Oh and I was the only one in line. Instead of being helped, I watched the lady replace not one, not two, but at least 6 of the containers that did NOT need to be refilled. After completely dissociating, I was finally helped. The lady made my bowls, asked me if I wanted anything else, then immediately walked away. The rice was crunchier than an in season honey crisp apple. The texture itself snapped me out of my dissociative state. Overall, pretty good food. The root beer was fuego.

Yea, not good. I’ve been living in the area for over 10 years and it was a great place back but it just progressively gets worse and worse. I always order online and show up 10+ minutes after it’s supposed to be ready and they still haven’t even started it. Today we ordered about 30-40 min before they closed and after showing up “late”, not only was the food not ready but they were also out of many items we had ordered. No discount or anything was given. The rice wasn’t cooked all the way and even the beans tasted a little tough. Still just amazed that they “ran out of” fajita veggies, and corn salsa, and who knows what else. I’m over it. Literally only been going there cuz it’s super close but they honestly suck.

Ordered a chicken and steak bowl. Their meat used to be packed with so much flavor and now it’s dang near bland tasting. I also noticed that the steak pieces were even smaller than the chicken pieces. They used to be the same size? (Sometimes they can be so stingy on the meat portions like it’s coming out of their paychecks or something. They will scoop out some meat and give you 10/20 pieces on the spoon and if you dare ask for a little more, you can be threatened to pay for extra protein.) I was a little frustrated with them because I got all the way down to check out just for them to tell me that their rewards system is down so that they couldn’t honor my free meal that I was going to get with my points. I told them they should have a sign for that at the beginning of the line or even on the door and there was a lady working who was going to try to argue with me about that, but another guy working there agreed with me and spoke over her. Getting to be too expensive for the lack of flavor and quantity.

Had to go back to get my food corrected. My daughter told them brisket and light tomatoes I went back and the lady said we asked her which one there is no labels on the meat and some people don’t know but they have people that don’t speak English on the line that don’t understand what a person is saying this is why I don’t usually come to this location even though it is near my house

I came through tonight and ordered a vegetarian bowl. As someone who works in the service industry, I know accidents happen, and I'm not looking for any compensation. I just want your kitchen staff to be more careful. I found a piece of steak and a piece of plastic in my bowl as I was eating it. I know the texture of steak as I haven't always been a vegetarian, and I looked past it, but soon after that bite I found the plastic. Please be more careful for the next customer!

Employees are extremely rude, rolling their eyes at me, and just giving me attitude while I was orfering my food. They filled my entire bowl with sour cream and barely anything else. They give barely any meat at all unless you ask for extra and the meat itself was very bad.

every time I order from here, something is wrong or missing, and after literally every order i have to talk to customer service after ordering from this location. that’s not what I want to do every time I get food. unfortunately this is the closest location to me. the service here sucks so bad too the burritos this location serves are often very small as well. definitely not worth your money, and they keep increasing the prices edit: i’ve already talked to customer service at least ten times about my bad experiences Alex. you do nothing about it

This particular chipotle has not lived up to expectations. When ordering ahead the food is often wrong. The freshness is not there with any of the ingredients. And the portion sizes leave much to be desired. I would find an alternative option if looking for a burrito.

This location is usually really good. During my last visit, I went to the restroom and TWO, SEPARATE employees walked in on me. I spoked with the manager about putting a sign up to knock first. She was dismissive and tried to explain "what a lock was/how it worked to me"

Ordered with promotion code but my credit card was rejected, which never happened before. So when it said just pay when you get there I thought ok. My order said it will be ready for pickup at 7:00. Go there at 7:10 and no order. They said just get in line and we’ll make the order. 20 minutes later I go to pay and they say the promotion was for online orders only, but that’s ok, just we do the oder for which mysteriously my original order done at 6:30 accepted my credit card this time… but instead of just giving me my prepared order which was already bagged and ready to go, they said the order had to be remade, so I wait till 8:00 pm and they give me my order 90 minutes later or 1 hour late. Oh, one more thing the $6.00 Boorito promotion didn’t work and still paid full price.

Stopped at 6 pm on a Friday to pick up food for my family at St. Luke's. Workers were rude, food was gross. There was literally no other customers in there. I ordered 4 different entrees and they scrapped the bottom of the bowls for each one. The chicken was rubbery and gross. I spent $45 on food that we ended up throwing out. Thank goodness the Chipotle I normally go to isn't like this. PS. I NEVER give bad reviews EVER.

I have been here several times and the management is awful. They don't know how to cook the meat right, it's overcooked or burnt even at times. The chips are either stale or too salty. And if I order online they screw up my order every time, so if i want a CORRECT order i have to go in person to tell them step by step how to make a simple burrito. I would give negative stars if i could. I refuse to eat here again until they get an actual decent manager to run the store.

Of all the times I have been here there is always the same outcome. The employees are always super rude, when we walk in the door they never greet us, half the time they never get my order right or I have to repeat it because they are too busy talking to one another instead of paying attention to the customer. The portions vary depending on who is working. Most of the time it seems like they are you ting the grains of rice they give. Having to pay 11 dollars for a burrito bowl should guarantee a good sized bowl full of food and that never seems to be the case. Personally this place is always at the bottom of list due to the poor customer service. I rather drive 30 minutes to another location instead of coming here.

Worse chipotle ever I went in there today one guy ahead of me shoulda been in and out but no the girl making the food down the line was okay but definitely not good and we waited about 5-10 minutes just for somebody to come and ring me up. Then don’t get me started on the steak LITERALLY DOG FOOD way over cooked, dry, and not even edible. Very upset and will definitely never be going to this one again!

Employees have made this one of the worst chipotle’s in town. None of them have any clue how to act or speak to customers. When you go up to order they either say nothing or annoyingly ask what do you want. No hello, welcome, or any greetings. You’ll likely need to repeat yourself several times and even still they’ll do it wrong. The portions they give you are hilariously small. The shift lead or manager told me it’s extra charge when I asked for some more cheese which isn’t a thing. He did it because he was very visibly annoyed that I asked for more on nearly everything because if you don’t you’ll be getting a tiny Street burrito instead of what chipotle claims to serve. I’ve not seen anyone there wrap a burrito correctly. They usually unevenly roll it so it’s barely holding together or they fold it and press hard which unravels before they even put the tin wrapper on it which they don’t care at all when it happens even as you watch them do it. If you ask them to wrap it they’ll look at you like you asked them to solve gravity. Rude staff that’s bad at their job doesn’t care.

Ordered food online. Next day charge to bank came up a cryptic mess, even bank could not tell me who it was from and said was for clothing. No where does is say Chipotle. Had to cancel my card. So I am permanently done with Chipotle I am going to give my money to Qdoba instead.

Drove 16 minutes to get there by 10:45 (15 minutes before close) and they had already shut it down. I'm a trucker and I was depending on them to adhere to the hours they have posted.

Food was cold and flavorless. Customer service was average. They charged me to put certain things on the side (cheese and sour cream). But the person I was with got theirs on and she wasn’t charged. So weird. Pricing is over the top for the portions you get. I’ll stick QDOBA the food is hot and has favor, and menu has a diverse selection.

The food is fine. Just as good as any other chipotle. Do not use their app to order. It’s quicker to order in person. They don’t check the online orders. Moving this to one star because it happened again.

Came in to get two bowls to go. Started with the rice, tell the girl white rice. She then starts to put three of the smallest scoops of rice on the bow equaling maybe a third of a normal scoop. Then moves on to the second one. I got annoyed, told her I am good and walked out. If they are going to skimp me on the cheapest part of the bowl does that mean I’m only getting 4 cubes of beef? One of my bowls gets close to $18 with chips. I’m good not coming back do not recommend.

This is the closest location to my house and it sucks. They always have a long line so I resort to ordering online to get in an out quickly. Well I showed up 15 minutes after the time the app gave me, and there were no orders on their pick up shelf. They had a ton people waiting around the shelves, I assume also waiting for their order. They didn’t acknowledge any of us at all, we had to interrupt who ever they were helping in line for our order after standing around for 10 minutes. This happens every time. I also ordered guac on my burrito and it came with half of the normal serving which is annoying when your paying over $2 for guac. The employees are usually rude. They have rung up my food incorrectly in the past. This store needs some serious help and new management.

Don't order from chipotle better off going to a Mexican restaurant or making your own. $15 on a bowl that was not even enough to feed a child. Not enough meat or other ingredients. Do not order here if you want quality and quantity. Luckily I picked up with door dash and got a refund.

The only reason for 1 star is the fact that they short you on meat every time. No other Chipotle I've been to is as skimpy as this place. I remember when they used to give people 2 big scoops of meat now it's a small 1 scoop

worst experience i’ve had at a chipotle. for context, the store closes at 10pm. we arrived at 8:45. i asked for a bowl with brown rice. rice that was obviously old and the bottom of the barrel was used. barely got a whole scoop. the amount of chicken he put on the bowl was for a child, and then loaded my bowl up with sour cream to cover for the mistake. it made the entire (what little bit of rice, beans, and meat i had). the whole line get very rushed, didn’t get a chance to speak or ask for anything else. to top it off the bathroom was “closed for cleaning from 8-10p”. what in the heck chipotle. get your %*!# together.

My first chipotle visit was very expensive. I was charged for the chips in the bag ( I thought came with) sour cream, guacamole and queso ( not extra) my lil bowl added up to $20 . Never again

This location supposedly closes at 11pm, but we got there at 10:30pm and were rudely told the doors are only open from 10:30pm-11pm for people to pick up orders that were placed before 10:30pm. Based on plenty of other reviews, this has been an ongoing issue for years with clearly no resolution in sight. Management must have lost their balls in the alley.

Workers, both women, spent more time chatting with each other than taking my order. Packed up my bag, and forgot my bags of chips from their distraction. Drove 25 minutes one way, back to get the chips once I realized. Kindly asked what the restaurant does for customers who are sitting in their car for almost an extra hour because of their oversight. She just shook her head. Got on here and I see they struggle in many ways. Needless to say, I'll not be coming back.

We were really annoyed with this location last night. There were 4 of us, 3 of us ordered salad bowls and 1 ordered a burrito. Once we paid and we were informed that there were no spoons or forks. They had been out for at least 2 hours. This information would have been helpful before we ordered our salads. We asked for water and were charged $2.75 each. Pretty expensive water. There were 4 or 5 employees behind the counter, but all the tables were all dirty and we were the only customers in the place. Food was okay, but after my husband went across the street to Burger King to buy forks, it was cold. We had 3 gift cards, only one went through but there was no willingness to enter the numbers on the back of the cards to check for validity. Really, really disappointed. I will try again at a different Chipotles', as I have 2 more gift cards, but . . . . I am hopeful my next visit will be better than this. Although, it won't take much to improve this disastrous experience.

This is by far the worst Chipotle store I’ve visited. I placed an order at 9:30PM via online. My order was marked ready at 9:37PM. I arrived at the store and the door was locked. I knocked several times after seeing the employees inside dancing around & eating. They acted liked they did not see me and they finally opened after I insisted. I was told that they had no orders and could not fulfill any orders. After standing out in the rain they told me to wait to figure something out. After 20 mins I was given a burrito with no chicken, cold and with none of the ingredients I requested. I was not even given the opportunity to stand inside the lobby. The employees laughed and made racial comments and continued with the doors locked. I am extremely frustrated at the lack of professionalism from this store, employees and management.

Ordered a steak bowl and it was mostly rice. Had to tell the worker to stop putting rice in it. Very few toppings, especially meat. Taste wise was subpar. Restaurant was clean from what I saw. None of the staff except for the manager spoke English. Prices are out of control. I worked at this specific restaurant in 2004 and can't believe prices have more than doubled within 20 years and basically paid $12 for a bowl of rice. I won't be visiting this specific store anymore due to everything listed.

Ledis Jesus was rude to me as soon as I approached the register to pay ! He Showed a great amount of irritation with me and rudeness because I asked him the total before I swiped my card because he said nothing to me when I got right there . He made me uncomfortable and sadly hurt my feelings and I went to the car to express to my partner how I was just treated . Being that I’m from a different state this was my first encounter like this and I will never be going back to chipotle here . I spend a great amount with chipotle to be treated like I did something wrong . Also a customer came out to check on me because he witnessed it and said he won’t be returning to that location either .

This is the most bland food I have ever tasted nothing has flavor & the amount of sour cream & salsa they add is insane it's like eating soggy rice. They don't even put a decent amount of meat I got like 5 pieces of steak for a $14 bowl I will never go back here. That's the price or less and/or for a real authentic Mexican plate with flavor at a Mexican restaurant or even a taco stand.

I came to this Chipotle about 2 hours before close and instead of giving me lettuce they plopped a bunch of spinach, cilantro and mint on top of my burrito bowl 🤦🏽

I used to order chipotle all the time and now I remember why I stopped. I paid over $7 extra for double protein and received the tiniest, most pathetic little burrito I’ve ever seen. A $2 tacobell burrito is bigger for god’s sake! This is highway robbery and the last time I get chipotle. EDIT: I see your response, owner. How about you take responsibility and actually try to help me instead of referring me to an AI chatbot that refuses to help? This is pathetic.

Today I went and got a bowel from here. As we were checking out the manager came up and push the nice young lady checking us out of the way. We kept trying to ask the manager if we were good to go. She ignored us and never even looked up. She was very rude. I recommend going to a different Chipotle. The Hales Corner one is much nicer.

After my very long and exhausting day at work I found myself craving a delicious bowl from chipotle. As I started to order my bowl of brown rice, black beans, and chicken. The young woman serving my plate must’ve heard “light rice” because she proceeded to give me barely any. I let it slide but then she must’ve heard “light chicken” as well because she also proceeded to barley give me any. I then asked if i could please get some more which is when she proceeds to grab more with the spoon and shake the spoon so that only 3 extra prices of chicken were left on the spoon and the dumped on my plate. I’m not sure if the chicken and rice is coming out of her paycheck but if so PLEASE pay her more. I gave 1 ★ but if I could I’d give zero stars. If you’re thinking of going to this chipotle please proceed to go on google maps and go to your next nearest one.

Line person could not get my order correct for single Burrito Bowl despite me standing in front of them- asked for pinto beans, started scooping back beans until I said hey, asked for steak and started scooping chicken until I asked them to confirm. Went to get sodas and syrup was empty, asked them to change syrup and they did not seem to be able to grasp concept. This was not during lunch rush, this was 2:30 in the afternoon. Don't put people on the line if they can't handle it. These were both easy wins to generate customer satisfaction but failed. I've put up with other errors from this location but this was enough to do it- will not be back.

I’d give zero stars if I could. After ordering food for my family through Uber eats, I paid for not only the entire order but tipped the driver over the app AND added more in cash for coming in the down pouring rain. Come to find out when we opened up our bag with our food from chipotle, not only was the order completely wrong- it said on the receipt that this food had been sitting there since 3:30pm and we ordered at 7:00pm. That is absolutely unacceptable. That is exactly how you get people sick. Thank god I didn’t give this food to my two year old. The food even LOOKED old.

Sent my order with Uber Eats without 3 bags of chips. Burrito was tiny and barely contained any ingredients and wife’s tacos were well, I don’t even know how to describe what we found when opened (see picture). Received half a quesadilla and small rather than large queso. Will be contacting corporate for full refund and explanation on why no single part of my order was correct even after waiting twice as long as expected.

Will not answer the phone. Called 5 times. Needed to contact for an allergy issue. Ontop of this, my dasher asked them to remake it for me since I could not contact and they refused to remake it initially until my dasher stood in line and got it made for me. Finally, they sent my dasher out with the wrong bag of food, except for the remade burrito (that they wanted to charge her for. It's an allergy!).they had taped my order sticker ontop of someone else's. Sorry Rob, we got your burrito bowl and chips with guac.

The worst chipotle ever. I asked for fresh salsa, they put the red spicy salsa on and it was inedible. The proportions were off so instead of a burrito bowl it was just a sloppy mess. I asked for queso on the side, didn’t get it. My family got burritos which were also terrible. We spent $50 on our entire order and it was so disappointing all around.

The food is really good, but those workers really have to mess something up in my order every time. I ask for chips they don't give me chips, or I ask for a salsa and they forget to put it in the bag. It's really annoying considering I am paying for it.

They were really rude and disrespectful I had points for the whole entree and they didn’t redeem it, I showed them it got redeemed but won’t honor it. So now my points are gone the full points for an entree and I had to pay full price for my food.

The worst restaurant in terms of customer service. If you want to see how not to treat your customers visit this location of Chipotle. So they close at 11PM but apparently the workers like to start closing everything at 9:30. No refilling of the food items that are out, no refilling of the utensils, cashier and server will chat and take their sweet time chatting with each other, cracking jokes, and making sure to make the customer realize that they are the least of their priority. Different treatment if you are a Spanish speaker, but anyone who’s a non Spanish speaker, be ready to get rushed through your order and subpar treatment. Not to mention, they’ll never even care to let you scan your rewards card, let alone remind you about it. On multiple occasions, they are out of corn, queso, chips, or something else, and almost every time you have to remind them that there are no utensils in their utensil section. Sometimes they may refill it if they feel like it, and sometimes tough luck, we are out when they really are not, they just don’t care enough to refill it. What a pathetic management for a Chipotle location. Will never recommend this location to anyone.

Beef barbacoa had grisle, fat in it, couldn't eat it. Missing guacamole from my takeout order. Called 3 times, no answer. Chatted on their website, chat ended no satisfaction. 2nd chat, I asked for a refund, seemed like an automated chat bot, Chipotle offered BOGO for my next visit. So I Drove back to the store for my refund, it was given with no apology. A simple "I'm sorry for your experience" goes a long way.

A bug was literally crawling in my food. Worst place ever worst thing ever experience during lunch at work. I ordered it due to me being at work and not being able to go out on time and get it. very bad experience I regretted trust me. I have ate at this place before it was way better years ago.

Poor experience in terms of customer service. They did all of the following: 1) Left out the second bag of chips when we ordered two 2) Gave half of the quantity of meat, especially for the one that was a a double-order of meat 3) After noticing how subpar nature of the order, we drove back to the store in-person in hopes of their interest in fixing the problem only to receive a confused reaction from the manager/shift-lead person. When mistakes happen, good customer service demands that you should try to fix the problem to redeem the mistake in any way you can within reason. They weren't busy when we got there, so they definitely had time to handle the situation better than they did. I straightforwardly, but not rudely stated to the manager that as a customer that has worked in several customer service positions before and with me having management experience, I wanted to notify them of the poor experience from us as customers and not allow them to believe the myth of everything being good. I have my doubts that this online review will fix anything, but if quality customer service is a high-priority value in this establishment then I'd recommend the whole staff learn from this experience. Get your orders right the first time, and if a customer politely states their dissatisfaction then maybe try "Dang! I am sorry we let that one slip. Let us remake that order for you right now and we will hook you up with a recovery meal for a next visit on us. We got you!" Problem solved. It ain't that hard, y'all.

I ordered the barbacoa burrito. Pay ,go home to eat. Cause tables are usually not very clean there. I m home and unwrap my burrito . Take a bite and its a big chunk of pure fat. It's terrible . I open my burrito and there is like more chunks of fat. Totally suckening

If they screw up your order, you cannot call and have them address your concerns. Calling gets you trapped in a chatbot menu that insists it’s faster to get your problems addressed through their website. In reality, the fastest thing to do is go back in person and have them fix the problem. This abject failure of customer service is enough to keep me from ever coming back again.

Environment was good & the food too, but once I got to the guacamole (While ordering) it was so brown, I thought it was maybe the glass making it look brown, so I asked for guac & when it was time to pay, I saw that it was actually brown. It's pretty hard to miss me with Chipotle. I've been a fan from where I am from for years on end. It only requires a customer who knows what they want, a prep person willing to listen and execute right in front you and a decent attitude. Both my wife and I were unpleasantly disappointed by the food, the lack of instructions to be followed per the paying client, the slick upcharge as the higher dish in full on a half and half bowl, down to the inability to even provide salt or pepper to help stomach the taste of poorly marinated meats and vegetable toppings. Luckily, I'm just visiting this location and don't live close, as I wouldn't even be a Chipotle fan had this been my experience. The only pleasant part was the sound track playing which helped me to thumb text this inspired review.

Should have read the reviews. Ordered a steak bowl with NO rice, black beans, and both kinds of salsa for delivery. I got a bowl that's 75% white rice, no black beans, barely any salsa, and something (I think the sour cream) tastes rotten. Great job, guys. $30 for a bowl of rice and a drink. Won't be ordering from here again.

Look I’m not the type of person to leave bad reviews (ever really), but I hate to say the other bad reviews are sadly true. Portion sizing was off, especially seeing as a person after me got a fair amount more guacamole and the person ahead of me got more meat. Any other chipotle location I’ve been too they give a moderate amount, I’m by no means asking for a large portion but guys either make it consistent or give us a fair portion, especially when you’re paying for a good meal. Edit- changed to one star after getting home and seeing the amount of chicken, or lack there of (even less than I imagined) on the bowl. Pathetic performance for guacamole and chicken i’ll guess I’ll have to find the Qdoba 👎

Chicken burrito bowl, chips and guacamole. No chips delivered, but a container of dark brown guacamole, and only about 25% of a bowl showed up with no rice. Solid $17 purchase on doordash. But that's okay, doordash gave me a "partial return" for not receiving chips. Got $5. So I paid $12 for this image.

Made me wait outside for 10 minutes in FREEZING temperatures for my food. Completely ignored me and multiple other guests standing outside the door in the cold. And then they messed up my order and continued to ignore me so I had to stand outside in the cold AGAIN and wait for someone to come to the door. After ignoring me and 5 other people waiting outside, they finally came to the door. Absolutely ridiculous service and cold food. Don’t come to this chipotle, it’s not worth your time or money.

Buyer beware! When ordering pickup from this location, prepare to be robbed. They must be trying to cut costs by ripping off pickup customers while you are not watching them prepare your food. Tiny portions, poorly prepared. Have complained about this in the past and will be done supporting this location entirely. Used to be one of my favorites now taking business to qdoba or somewhere with better practices. Suggesting you do the same before wasting your money.
