Tacos Los Cuates is a win! I ordered the Al Pastor Fries and they were fire — loaded, flavorful, and the perfect mix of crispy + saucy. The street tacos were solid with juicy meat and great seasoning. The service was friendly and fast, and even though it’s a taco truck, everything felt clean and well-run. Already excited to come back and try more!

Tacos Los Cuates is a win! I ordered the Al Pastor Fries and they were fire — loaded, flavorful, and the perfect mix of crispy + saucy. The street tacos were solid with juicy meat and great seasoning. The service was friendly and fast, and even though it’s a taco truck, everything felt clean and well-run. Already excited to come back and try more!

My kids wanted cabeza tacos but I know cabeza meat has a lot of fat. I figured I get the kids carne asada tacos, you can’t go wrong with carne asada since every time I’ve eating carne asada it has always meat and not chewy (nerves) HUGE MISTAKE ordering carne asada tacos they had so much chewy meat (nerves) we all know that you had to clean out your carne asada cut the nervios off. I’m really disappointed that the quality of the carne asada meat was definitely the most cheapest quality they must’ve found. Another thing I didn’t see any prices on the menu or anywhere else. We got ONE quesadilla and TWO of the small tortilla carne asada tacos and it was $18 total. I can see why they don’t have prices posted. I wish Buena Park would get a good tasty quality Taco Spot like El Toro Market in Santa Ana.
