Opiniones de Sana'a Cafe Sacramento
This place is so tasty! We had the best hospitality from the server Sama! She recommended the Adenin Chai and Pistachio latte. It was so tasty we returned before our flight home to NC. This local gem was always packed when we went and I see why. The desserts are just as delicious as the drinks. We loved the baklava and the biscoff milk cake. If you’re a local or just visiting like us, please check out this cafe! 💕
Sana’a Cafe was a wonderful discovery. We came across it by chance and were pleasantly impressed by the quality of the food and drinks, as well as the inviting atmosphere and overall ambiance. Everything we tried was excellent, from the pistachio latte and pomegranate tea to the hot chocolate and several appetizers. Each item was flavorful and well prepared. The only aspect I personally did not like was the prayer corner located at the front of the café, it felt like it was right in your face. Overall, it is a lovely place, and we will certainly look forward to visiting again the next time we are in the area.
Visited this place recently with my family and it was amazing. The service was great: staff is very friendly, attentive, and we didn’t wait for long at all. We have ordered hot chocolate, milk cakes, and coffee, and it was all very delicious. Especially Yemeni latte that absolutely has my heart now — seriously, that was amazing. I cannot wait to go back and try more coffee and sweets! The atmosphere is also really nice — they offer a great deal of fun stuff to do, including chess and jenga, and I would like to add some bonus points for Assala's song on the radio! It was a very happy experience for all of us. حلو اوي ما شاء الله 😍 May I ask, is rose milk cake pink inside? I wanted to try it but was hesitant because I am not a fan of food coloring. Thank you!
We randomly stopped by to grab some dessert after seeing this place’s high ratings, and I’m glad we did! It’s a clean and vibrant Yemeni café. My husband got the Biscoff Latte (so good!) and I had the Pumpkin Spice Yemeni Latte. We also tried the small Dubai cheesecake and Pistachio cheesecake. Both were delicious and not too sweet. Loved the décor and design, and the staff were super friendly. No wonder they have a 4.8 rating. We’ll definitely be back!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful cafe, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The drinks were outstanding, especially their Yemeni specialty coffee, which is a must-try for any coffee enthusiast. The atmosphere is both cozy and sophisticated, perfect for professionals looking to unwind, meet a colleague, or simply enjoy a quiet moment. The design and decorations beautifully reflect Yemeni culture, adding a unique and warm touch to the space. And don’t miss out on their Honeycomb pastry (it’s one of the best I’ve ever had!) it’s filled with a generous amount of cheese, crispy on top, warm, and just the right level of sweetness. Unlike other thick pastries, this one is perfectly balanced and done right.! Overall, this cafe is a true gem, and I highly recommend it. Plus, they’ve just opened a new location in Elk Grove! Five stars all the way! 🌟 Sorry about the photo, we couldn’t wait, so we dived right in ! Haha
A friend and I checked out this place on January 7th around lunch time. We had both seen this on our Instagram reels and through the Yelp Sacramento Instagram page and decided we needed to give it a try. When you walked in the cafe was not super busy but it did have a good amount of people. People were both outside and inside the cafe. As you walked in there was some nice music playing in the background. It was not too loud just enough volume to hear it while still being able to have a conversation with the person in front of you or maybe even a table over. The counter that had all the food and snacks and pastries was definitely the showstopper because everything just looks so vibrant and delicious. When we got to the register the person behind asked us to be at any questions especially since we had told her it was our first time there. She gave us a rundown of the most popular drinks and food based on what she told us we got the following: Yemeni latte, Pistachio Latte, meat and Chicken fatayer, beef sujuk, and rose water cake We really enjoyed the food items we got specifically the fatayers. They had such amazing spices. It was nothing but flavor bomb in your mouth. The beef sujuk was also delicious and I want to make sure this is clear it was amplified more with the sauce that it came with. Without the sauce it was still very good but it helped to enhance the flavors and give it a little bit of citrus goodness that it needed. Are two lattes were phenomenal both had the essence of the ingredients come through and nothing was fighting each other. I would hands down come back to try the other lattes that they have there. Also to finish with the rose water cake was phenomenal. It was not overly sweet or overpowered by the rose water. It was simply divine. If you're in the area please come check this place out cuz again we had nothing there that was not delicious.
S-A-N-A-A Cafe is a true hidden gem in Midtown Sacramento. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between modern and cozy plush couches, warm lighting, and a layout that welcomes both intimate conversations and family gatherings. It’s refreshing to find a café that feels inclusive to all age groups. The menu highlights authentic Turkish offerings alongside familiar favorites. Their teas and coffees are expertly prepared, lattes are smooth and flavorful, and the pastries are beautifully crafted. The standout for me is the milk cake light, moist, and delicately sweet. Customer service is impeccable. Staff members are consistently attentive, warm, and genuinely passionate about creating a welcoming environment. From the quality of the food to the inviting ambience, S-A-N-A-A Cafe earns a solid 10 out of 10.
Every time I walk in, the place feels welcoming, clean, and full of good energy. The staff here are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and they actually take their time with you, remember your order, and make you feel like family. The drinks are amazing (seriously, everything slaps), the vibes are calm, and the attention to detail is what makes this place stand out from every other café. You can tell they really care about quality and about the community. Whether you’re coming to study, chill, or just grab something good! Sana Cafe never misses. Highly recommend. This spot deserves all the love.
Great place to come with friends, the adani tea pot is a perfect shareable item! The honey comb bread was so soft and delicious 🤤 Highly recommend Sanaa cafe to everyone I know! Plus it’s open late which is nice for a family friendly late night adventure. (Plus they have a little musalah area for muslimeen to do Salah which is so convenient!)
1st time trying this place finally. And their iced brown sugar is my favorite coffee drink. The potato pastry was very good and for the biscoff cheesecake was soooooo good. I need to try their Dubai one soon.
Their milk cake is phenomenal. I loved the pistachio milk cake and I tried a Yemeni latte for the first time and loved it.
Very nice Yemeni cafe in downtown Sacramento; next to other halal places; we had the baklava slices and cheese cake; both were yummy 😋 Very clean and you can sit inside or out; nice cushions as well
What a gem of a cafe! The drinks and pastries are so flavorful and the cafe has a lovely vibe. We came here two days in a row during a weekend Sacramento trip. Highly recommend checking it out! Try the Yemeni latte.
Lovely spot! We have never tried Yemen coffee before but we enjoyed the experience and authentic taste. We ordered the Honeycomb cake, Iced Pistachio latte- a must!, Iced Yemeni Latte. Would love to come back again!
Very good spot to relax and do some work on laptop with Sanaa adani Chai. The strawberry smoothie or the Turkish coffee. Atmosphere and ambience is very nice Great service and clean
Nothing beats my best coffee place Sana'a Cafe. Bold flavor, perfect aroma, and pure satisfaction ☕✨

I always have a great experience at Sana Café. The Adni Chai is perfectly spiced and comforting, and the Rose Milk Cake is soft, fragrant, and delicious — a must-try combination! The vibe is relaxing, and the service is excellent every time
Hands down one of the best hidden gems in the city. The Yemeni coffee is top tier — rich, smooth, and full of flavor. You can tell they really care about quality and presentation. The vibes are cozy and welcoming, perfect for studying, catching up with friends, or just relaxing. Staff is always kind and professional. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out. 10/10 recommend!
Beautiful cafe! My friend and I stopped in late last night and were delighted. The interior is beautifully decorated and even though they were really busy, service was excellent and quick. My friend got the spinach and feta pastry and an Americano, and I got the coffee cake and a cinnamon dolce latte. Everything was delicious and really reasonably priced. Loved this place and can't wait to return!

I came on a Wednesday afternoon around 2 PM by myself to get a drink and a bite to eat. I got the Sanaa latte and the honeycomb. I would very much recommend the honeycomb, it has cheese like a halloumi or feta type, and honey on top served warm. Definitely not something you can hold in your hand and eat, best with a knife and fork. Drink was good but a little too much cinnamon for my taste. They have games to play. I believe they also have Wi-Fi.
A pretty good cafe. I had the Yemin Latte (cinnamon + cardmom). Lots of foods I wasn’t familiar with although the honeycomb bread was nice.
I recently visited this Yemen coffee spot for the first time, and I have to say—it truly exceeded my expectations. The coffee was absolutely delicious, rich in flavor, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. It was definitely worth the money, even though it is a bit on the pricey side. What really stood out to me was the friendly and welcoming environment. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like I was their only customer, even though the place was full—which says a lot about how popular it is. The customer service is top-notch, and their attention to detail and kindness made my first-time experience memorable. The café itself is also extremely clean and well-kept, which added to the overall great atmosphere. I can see why this place stays busy—it’s not just about the coffee (which is amazing), but also about the way they treat their customers. If you’re looking for a quality coffee experience and a team that genuinely cares, this place is it. I will definitely be coming back. I’ll be giving it four stars only because of the high prices, but everything else was outstanding!

The cafe is located in a corner, and they have two entrances: one on 9th street, which is the main entrance and has a nice brass mural, the second entrance was through K street where the RT tracks are. We had free parking in the street right across the entrance. We were a group of two. We arrived in mid afternoon. Bring a first timer to this cafe, we didn’t know what to expect, but we thought maybe sandwiches would do it. They had meat, chicken, spinach, Zattar, and falafel wraps. We got one of each. They were $5.99 each. We also ordered Yemeni coffee, which they individually brew and sift per order. The wraps tasted very good. I would ask them to toast them more. The inside was cold… as refrigerator cold. Aster we finished that, we ordered dessert: three pieces of different baklava and pistachio milk cake piece. I didn’t like the dessert! It was too sweet and soggy. It also looked old as in cracked top. The service was really good. The guys behind the counter were very polite and professional. The place was very clean and inviting.
This place is beautiful! We ordered the mocha milk and the pistachio coffee — both were perfect. The hazelnut cheesecake was a little too sweet. We also tried the cheese fatayer; it wasn’t bad, but they could add more cheese to it.
Got the pistachio milk cake, it was delicious until we got to the middle which was frozen. We think our error might have been requesting it To go as it seems that it is prepackaged and put in a fridge. We got a dirty chai and cortado as well, the total was 22 and some change. The coffee was okay. Lots of outlets and quiet music, could be good place to study.
