I noticed if I don't hit the busy hours in the morning I don't get what I asked for. If I go in the early morning hours or later in the day my drink order is messed up. For example, today I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate, was charged for a peppermint hot chocolate and received a regular hot chocolate. I'm just going to stop going here because being consistently over charged for drinks adds up over time.

Second time I was ignored by the same young man with black hair and glasses. He eventually said "I'll be right with you" in a condescending tone, and when he returned from whatever he was doing he continued to ignore me, so I walked out and went to Starbucks. I never receive rude attitudes from the local Starbucks. This store always seems like the people working there are frustrated, and mind you I was the only customer in the store.

My husband and I encountered our first Tim Horton's on vacation in Canada, and we absolutely LOVED their donuts. Seeing one and wanting to treat ourselves on vacation, we stopped at this one in the afternoon to pick up something for the next day's breakfast. We were flat out ignored at the counter. The drive thru folks looked like they were doing their thing, but there was no one working the counter. No one even acknowledged we were standing there. I finally had to ask one of the drive thru workers for help, and she walked away from me without saying a word. The male employee did help us, and was somewhat friendly, but by then there was a line forming behind us. I can understand if you hate your job; we've all been there. But, don't take it out on unassuming customers who just want muffins and donuts. Food was good. Service was not.

I always come here right before I go into work and Everytime my food always gets burnt or it’s given to me solid as a rock you shouldn’t burn something and still give it too a customer it takes 2 minutes too re make a bagel

Ordered a decaf coffee and was served it ice cold, went back through to return and was handed back the same cold coffee. I returned it again and the cashier stuck it in the microwave for two minutes and handed me back the same coffee that had been sitting out cold for who knows how many hours. Very gross, went straight in the garbage.

I wouldn’t of gave no stars but didn’t have that option this is the worse store around really sucks cuz I live right down the road from this store so I go all the way across town to get friendly fast service and hot coffee when I did go to Lakewood it’s always cold coffee and very rude workers that roll there eyes like your bothering them

just drove through. rudest women over the intercom taking our order. not sure what her problem was but that’ll customer service is for sure not her calling.

We came to get 2 steak and cheddar paninis and the first time, there was no steak on them except a couple of pieces on each. then we had them fixed, the second ones were barely cooked along with some not so good customer service from the person on the S&S station. the girl that gave us our sandwiches was very kind though. (not sure of the names of either of them)

This location is horrible. I stood in line this morning for over 15 minutes and watched two out of five employees stand there and ignore the customers who were at the counter. I finally made it to the front of the line only to be ignored longer. I became so frustrated at this point because I was never waited on and I left. The donut case was empty and the manager was one of the employees standing there with her thumb up her butt. Customers, join the Panera sip club instead. They actually care about their customers. Worst customer service ever. This location sucks, very poor management. 👎👎👎👎👎

They say they cut tomatoes, fresh every day got the most nastiest tomatoes, and lettuce Paid 10$ dollars for the Turkey bacon sub disappointing disgusting it’s not the only time this has happened. I call never get anything in the mail. Donuts are poop

They have this new breakfast box. DO NOT BUY it is not worth the money for the amount the give you. Its almost 7 bucks and you barley get any. It just cover the bottom of the box. Atleast throw in some potato's or something. This is crazy. I order from here daily and this is upsetting how much I paid for this for the amount I got.
