I recently went into this location to discuss a larger order to be delivered late night at a charity cocktail party I was planning. I met with Alejandro, the manager. He was kind, helpful, and was able to deliver exactly what we wanted on time and exactly how we wanted. They worked with us to ensure our order was perfect! Thank you, Alejandro!

Had a big order Christmas morning & it was fast & accurate

McDonald's with drive thru. Very quick and consistent, food is always warm and not dry. Fries and nuggets are crispy. Burgers are juicey and sodas are not flat. Best McDonald's I've been to in a long time and it is so consistently.

Best Mc Donald I've ever been too. Seriously, went I first went in I see big self ordering screens with employees helping customers, I see employess bring out the food to customers tables just like an actual restaurant, make your own soda machines. I used the screens to order "Signature crafted chicken sandwich, which I've never heard or seen before and it was actually very good. I rarely ever go to Mc Donald's, but if more of them were like this one, I surely would visit more frequently.

I like this place bc they serve you their meals at the table when you orden through the app unlike the otherwise McDonald's in Woodside.

Came here to get some nostalgic happy meal toys. Cashiers and staff were super nice and pretty efficient too, which is pretty rare in fast food places in NYC.

For the most part, this McDonald's is very good, the customer service is great the food is always hot and tasty and value for what you get and the rewards program is great. Where are those times when customer service isn't that great which is typically in the evening late evening and overnight it's very slow sometimes your order is inaccurate but other than that this location is pretty much on point.

Food was great, but I saw a black haired kid in an aviators jacket stealing Happy Meals. When they tried to stop him, he screamed about summoning his dead sister. All in all, a great experience.

One of the most consistently pleasant experiences I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in NYC. When I walked in someone instantly greeted me and asked if I needed help, and someone came to our table twice. Someone was actively cleaning while we ate in the restaurant and it showed. It was clean, food was great, and I’ve also never had a mess up with my order.

This McDonald's serves some of the freshest fries. I have never had to wait a long time for my drive-thru order. They have two lanes in the drive thru to place your order which then merge into one to reach the windows. Due to dietary restrictions, we often have a hard time getting our orders correct, but that is not the case here. They are very good at following the instructions, which is a breath of fresh air for our family. Customer service is good. Sometimes the staff appears to be overwhelmed, which causes them to forget to include utensils needed for breakfast But they are always pleasant and attentive. One of my favorite McDonald's locations.

I had my 7th birthday party at this location. That was 40 years . I've been going to this location for a long time. The food has varied over the years in terms of how fresh it is. My gauge for Mickey D's is always how hot and fresh the fries are. Now the fries are pretty decent. Definitely a five-star review for me taking into consideration all the locations in Western Queens.

Located in the most beautiful area in Queens NY called SunnySide, which displays the best Sunset's in the area, close to the 7 train station and 1 block away from the bus station. (Check out my Instagram account @nyctme for more pictures) This is one of the most impressive McDonald's I've been to in a while. The service is spectacular, McDonald's have really stepped up from a fast food to an actual real restaurant feeling and me and my wife Sév enjoyed it very much. You can order through their app, website, kiosk stand or you can do old school and order your meals face to face at the counter which ever one you choose their service is always on point. After ordering and selecting a table, they bring you your meal right to your table with smooth relaxing music and colorful location and clean restrooms I gotta say this McDonald's is in my top 3 in the USA. My #1 McDonald's is still the Will Rogers Turnpike in Vinita, Oklahoma man that place is incredible, but this one in Queens NY is definitely awesome! Incredible work guy's and looking forward to visiting again someday.

I think most people complain about getting their orders wrong but honestly compare to the ones in manhattan this place is so much cleaner the employee even actually talk to me asking about my order I could definitely tell they were understaffed or smth but then the food was so good! the nuggets were bigger and the chicken in the burger was actually juicy thank you for the worker who was so willing to communicate which isn't that common in other mcdonals

Only use this location for drive-thru. They have made improvements but still get orders wrong on occasion. Update: More often than not, whenever I visit the drive-thru and pay it at the first window I'm told at the second that I need to go wait in one of those parking spaces because they can't get the food ready in time. And what really annoyed me is when I placed a pickup order through the drive-thru from the app 10 minutes before I got there, and when I got to the second window they still made me wait at one of those parking spots.

Update! Everything is new, they added more seating, no more waiting in line with the restaurant getting all stuffy and hot! The kitchen is mostly closed off now, they added a nice new area for the completed orders. Cashier space is smaller, but fear not, use the kiosk! You can pay in cash at the kiosk, simply use the big random machine between the kiosk to pay. With this the food quality has improved significantly, good service, good janitor, no complaints everyone seems to be in their own space. All nice people! ---- Olld review: I go here every few days during my lunch break. Good service, especially the janitor, you won't lose a thing and they help you in case you missed something. Usually full of people, good music new and old. Food is good however sometimes it is a little burnt, I don't blame them though there's over 20 people every hour. Very busy but fast with the food, seats are comfortable, even the high chairs. When it comes to happy meals you should expect most of them to have the same toys, because so many people are getting them I'm sure they run out fast. There's 4 self-serve machines, 2 cashiers, 2 new driveway cashiers. Definatley recommend the app, it comes in handy if your feeling extra hungry, you can only scan it one at a time though..

This Location has some of the friendliest Staff compared to other locations. Easy to Order with self order available. NOW the main reason i gave it a four star review is, they have LOCKED the restrooms 🚻. This was never the case until recently. Its absurd because this was always a clean and pleasant location but because of this new ban i went across the street to Burger King for my morning breakfast and Walaa no lock on restrooms to wash your hands and use the quickie..... Huge problem around the city. Employee's dont want to clean restrooms so they decided to limit access 😤 in many locations and sad to see this one follow suite as well 😢

Had the munchies 420. I Bought a few Apple pies 🥧 cause that’s like the only vegan thing that they have to snack on besides water and the apple pies are always cold lol. You might as sell them to customers frozen at a discount. Overall customer service is good, friendly staff

Tried the double quarter pounder with cheese. Wanted somthing different. Other than that what more can I say. Mac Donalds is Mac Donalds. Drive thru staff were pleasant. Order was correct. Didnt wait too long from order to take out. 12/2 - Late night got the McRib. Its back!

Dine in open. It seems to be clean. The service was extremely slow but they got my order right. More expensive than other McDonalds.

This is one of the cleanest McDonald's I have eaten at. The food is fast food, so you can only say so much about it, but it is clean and dependable fast food. The service is competent and adequate, though I would have liked to see more smiles on the faces of the staff.

It's a really good McDonald's, the workers and staff are great. The security guards are kinda off though, and the locks on the bathroom, and having to constantly ask to open the bathroom when the staff is always busy. McDonald's gets pretty full, but this one gets PACKED.

The food at this location is excellent, the Big Mac is always well dressed and hot. My only issue is that every time you pull up to the location and use the drive through, they never have your food ready so they make you pull up to the curbside spots which are always taken by the fleet of mopeds and that they never bring you the sauce you requested.

The place is slow and the workers are either rude, cold, or completely ignore you. The drive thru is half a star better. I never see anyone cleaning the tables. I'd give them 3.5 stars, only because the food is decent and they're probably stressed everyday, being across the street from like 2 high schools lol

We ordered from the drive thru... speaker was very loud as in very loud... and the I think on their end they can't hear the other person ordering coz the staff keeps on repeating and trying to checked what my husband was saying... after we ordered our ears were ringing.. twas annoying but we were laughing about it... we told the staff by the window as we were paying and I think she didn't took it well coz I saw her eyes rolling.. we'll we just told her the truth so she can adjust it for the betterment of their service..

Food, service and atmosphere are great. The reason I gave 3 stars is because when I order custom additions, they never add them and also never give ketchup for fries. For example, me and my kids like extra pickles on our burgers and every time we ask it's never added. I can't fully blame the staff because this location serves a ton of people and a high school so it's always busy. Maybe if they hire more staff I will give them 5 stars.

Was a nice place up until 3 years ago. The place began to fill up with rude and loud people. The parking lot used to be safe but now it fills up with loud music from drivers as well as motorcycles. These people drink beer in the parking lot and sorround the area around mcdonalds with lawn chairs and even sofas and have their kids ride their bicycles and scooters in and out of the parking lot as well as cross the street unsupervised, children that look as young as 5 years old. Its terrible now. I would recommend drive thru, the employees are really nice at least the ones I've encountered.

Once you've had McDonald's in Europe there's no going back. I tried this McDonald's but sadly the food doesn't compare, the nuggets overseas taste much fresher and don't make your stomach hurt after you eat them. The service in this location was good as was the atmosphere, it just sucks that the quality of the food was subpar. It's also mind boggling as to why these rain restaurants prepare things in a healthier cleaner manner overseas but for some reason stateside it's absolutely unhealthy and drenched in oil.

They gave me more ice then soda. Yep that's what annoyed me as soda is one of the cheapest items you can buy as a restaurant.

They cant seem to get anything right here. I order every saturday morning. and every order i made this month had somew type of error. either i was missing food or some some type of essential condiment. like how you forget the dipping sauce and nuggets? I had to leave my job and go to the location and explain the deal and math behind it step by step to the self proclaimed manager that does not speak English. looks like a case of nepotism. How on earth are you managing an establishment and dont speak English? let alone dont understand the deals you are providing to the public. very poor service. ill just save my money from now on.

Very bad service. Drive thru not Drive thru since I had to wait in a parking area for 10 mins. I went inside and my order was sitting there ready. No one speaks English and no one seems to know what to do.

Disappointed in the food quantity. This is the second time in three weeks that we have gotten food from this location. DO NOT ORDER TGE LARGE FRIES. They fill the container up only half way. When we got home we realized they forgot the pies too. Staff is kind and helpful but they need to give customers what they paid for.

No one was able to give me service at the counter so you can only order on the kiosk. 1st they gave me the wrong drink then they gave me an orange soda when I had asked for a Hi-c drink. Then the fries where oily and soggy, horrible I threw them out. I wanted to go back but it wasn't worth it. I won't be going back to this McDonald's.

We were upset with the service at this location, the staff was super rude and reluctant. We placed an order via McDonald’s app for 1 latte and 1 mocha and the order was ignored when we got there. I pressed the “I am here” button when we were in their parking lot and the order was ready on the screen but actually not available when I entered. I told the staff and the staff was really impatient telling me that I missed our orders. The way they packed the order as shown was not proper. I didn’t know how I can take my 2 cups of coffee in a plastic bag.

Worse experience, had ordered just to be told that I can’t pay at the counter. Then we couldn’t pay at the kiosk and told us to go back to the counter to which they ordered us to ONCE go back to the kiosk was really tiring.

Went to this establish and there was no one at the register taking orders. After asking for assistance I was told they don’t take orders at the counter and I needed to use the kiosk. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager also told me they don’t take orders and customers needed to use the kiosk to put their orders in and if I needed assistance he would send someone to assist me. I stated if I don’t work there why am I being forced to pay money and take my own orders. I expressed I am not an employee there and I wish to have some customer service as a paying customer. He motioned for me to use the kiosk. So I stated you guys are willing to lose out on a paying customer because you choose to not provide customer service. Meanwhile, there was quite a few workers in the back on the grills and bagging bags that they can’t spare at least one cashier. So I informed him I will head across the street to Sonics where they provide customer service. I am not understanding how these establishments are making people take their own orders and doing a job as their cashier. If I don’t work there using the kiosk should be OPTIONAL. If I was in my vehicle there is someone at the drive thru taking orders so why can’t customers who walk into the facility get the same customer courtesy?

Ordered a kids meal chicken nuggets, the box where the nuggets should have been in was empty, the FF were half a box I asked for ketchup & sauce and received neither This is what I saw when iopened the meal.

Only ordered one thing from McDonald's, because I didn't want anything else. So when you tell me the "machine is broken" and I can't get my milkshake I guess I'm SOL. But I want my refund, and they don't want to give me one. Desperately urging me to get something, anything else. But I don't want anything else, I want my refund. I paid through the app, I don't have the physical card I used to pay on my person. Not an issue for Dunkin Donuts or Wendy's, who've given refunds without the physical card before (one straight to the card through the app and the other in cash). So they're telling me I can't get a refund, so if I don't want anything else I'll have to come back later - either to see if the machine is no longer "broken" or with the physical card. Well, that's not gonna fly bc I'm from out of state and won't be around later. Hopefully corporate gets back to me about a refund and why this allegedly policy is so outdated.

Went there to go in and order and they had a huge semi truck blocking the driveway. And he left his door wide open making it impossible to get around. Then got an attitude with us. A McDonald’s worker came out and started cussing in Spanish. Very hostile and rude. Ended up leaving because of how we were met with such hostility

The cleaning staff is a very rude person. I ate my food and threw it away. I am a clean person. Meanwhile, it was raining outside and I wanted to wait a bit. He told me that if you don't buy food again, you can't sit here :)) I said are you kidding? There are a lot of people sitting inside without buying food and I bought food and threw away my garbage before getting up. So even if it's empty, should my package wait in front of me for me to sit down???

I would like to give this more stars however I cannot. They let you pull into the drive-through while you place your order and then they tell you oh we don’t have it no apologies no sorryfor the inconvenience. You have to then wait for everybody in front of you to get your orders before you can get out of the line. It would’ve been nice if they could at least offer an apology but they couldn’t do that much. Better yet put a sign outside the drive-through before the people enter that you’re out of stock. Common sense never heard anybody.

I always come here and I’ve never been so disrespected!! They hired some security guard that got quite the attitude, will try to belittle you, and has no hesitation in curing at the younger crowd that walks in. He must’ve took me for a kid when I walked in with my hoodie when trying to use the bathroom- because his attitude was unstoppable, I barely got a word and he treated me like I was an unworthy costumer. I don’t bother going back and forth with someone this inept. I had purchased a meal an hour before going back in for the restroom that was so highly restricted. But that didn’t matter nor gained me any respect. Definitely turns me away!!

I went in both food for me my wife and kids. The employee who took my order at the register. Didn't even tell me not one but both soda machines in the lobby were not working. And when they called my number instead of expecting to get drinks from the soda machine. A different employee hands me 3 cokes. None of drink soda. We were going to get lemonade and hi c drinks. I'm telling the employee whose handing me the drinks I didn't order coke. I didn't order any kind of drink for that matter. The employee said well it says it goes with your order so I have to follow it. I asked to speak to the manager. The employee said she's busy right now. Just take it and go. At this point I was really upset. And shouted. No I'm not going to take what I didn't order. And don't like. The employee turns around and said who you think you're yelling at? I turned around and said obviously someone who doesn't understand English. Then miraculously not more then a second later the manager comes over. And asks what's going on what's the problem. I told the manager everything. The manager turned and gave me the drinks I wanted. After getting through all that. As Im walking away I over hear the same employee doing the same thing to another customer. I told the customer you better order your drinks. Otherwise your going to get whatever they give you. The employee failing to do his job and tell you the machines in the lobby aren't working. The employee got mad at that and said. The machines are fine there's nothing wrong with them. Nobody wants to put in new cartridges. Like what is that??? Now you have employees not even wanting to do there job!!! Where's Dario Montoya the store manager? Where's the district manager? They need to clean house and get employees who want to work there's so many ppl seeking asylum now that these current garbage emlployees can be replaced very easily.!!! Dario or the district manager need to do something.

RACIST employee works there. I used to come to the place for a long time. Everything was pretty good, people pretty nice etc. So overall I have been satisfied but today I have got DISGUSTING experience. I was waiting in a line to make an order. There was two cashiers: young lady and young african american guy. The girl was servicing customers but the guy just stayed behind a desk and was jerking some thing in his hands. So when I looked at him he just ignored me and continued jerking the thing. I suggested that he is not working and just taking his "sweet time". Suddenly he asked some lady behind me to come and be serviced. I told him - there is a line and you should take me first. He ignored me again...(GUESS WHY!) I didn't start to fight over my turn in line and came to him next after. By the way I didn't notice him his fault which I probably should do. When I made an order and paid for it I got my food, get a seat and discovered that he didn't put in a system my preferences of coffee!!! The coffee was just black, no milk , no sugar!!! So I left my seat , went to the register again and asked to put some milk and sugar in it. So I don't believe he is doing such things all the time (or if he does so it's just waist of time and money to keep such USELESS workers). I think he made that exception for me because I am white. Please explain him if he HATES WHITE PEOPLE he shouldn't show it to them. Also he doesn't look smart and his CLOTHES WERE DIRTY which is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! He works with food!!! I would recommend STAY AWAY!!! I attach the receipt so you could figure out who the guy is. Also why he had no badge with the name on it???

Been here a few times, never been a good experience. Half-empty fries, hair in my McNuggets, and even worse when you order delivery - expect 1/2 of your order to not make it. Going here is equivalent to taking your money & throwing it directly down the drain. They somehow make a relatively easy job seem difficult. Sunnyside has tons of good food, I’d highly recommend going somewhere else.

I’m a regular customer, mostly using the drive-thru. On March 11th, around 9:10 AM, I picked up my order from the counter. The young girl at the counter was unfriendly and asked for my order number as if she had already asked me five times. I felt like she was a little rude for no reason.

Never order delivery from this restaurant—they’ve messed up my order twice already. Avoid ordering from this restaurant on Uber Eats as well. The customer service provides no real solution other than offering a refund and won’t cover the delivery fee if you have to reorder. Their attitude is terrible, and they take no responsibility for their mistakes.

Becareful when you order online for the Big breakfast. The app is not guiding properly. I ordered big breakfast hoping to with hot pancakes. I picked up the order left the place on the to my home I didn't see the pancakes inside. I went back to Mc D they said that I need to order again. Big sorry be careful. They didn't have courtesy.

I swear every time I come here, they mess up my order. I ordered inside on the kiosk, got my receipt with an order number, then I waited for them to call my number. And every time, they put the wrong sandwich in my bag and it’s seriously annoying. Even when it’s not busy. I put in my order myself and I have the receipt so I know what it was supposed to be, but in my bag it’s always the wrong sandwich and the sandwich ticket doesn’t match what’s on my receipt. So I guess they’re swapping someone else’s burger with mine. Why does that keep happening? There’s a Sonic in the next building over that’s way better than this McDonalds. They never messed up my order before.

AVOID, terrible customer service. Took 15 minutes for fast food order, noting special. When I went in, to inquire about the order, I could not find a manager to speak to. Instead every employee spoke Spanish. Finally When Manager Juan came to me, he told me that they had to cook one item. I asked for a refund. After an additional 10 minutes finally he came back to me with my refund. 1) No Communication 2) Everyone spoke Spanish and Ha Ha I understand Spanish and they were talking nasty about me 3) Terrible Customer service 4) should not have this insulting experience and wait 25 minutes for a FAST FOOD ORDER Does Corporate McDonald's condone this business practice? Please go elsewhere!!!

So basically i went in during my 30 minute umpaid break and basically i ordered on the kiosk 4 things. and basically i didnt get it. i didnt get a recipet and the number flashed for a seond. so basically i waited 40-55 minutes for an order they didnt even have ready. i saw drinks spilling and the boss yelling. basically very bad experience but then they got my food after asking what i got 3 times. basically i wanted 10 nuggets and i got 9. i expected better and basically im really disappointed

We ordered from the drive thru at around 9:00 AM Saturday July 5. We ordered two Big Breakfast with Hotcakes and a coffee and chocolate milk. The order was correct on screen, but when we received it, it was wrong. The coffee had no sugar even though it's clearly added on our receipt. Their were no napkins or utensils in our bag, so we ate without them (you need a fork to eat pancakes duh?). Whomever did our order really didn't feel like working that day.

Since I've gone through the proper channels to express my grievances without any attempt on McD's part to make things right, I'll now resort to leaving a negative review here. Basically, service here is a mixed bag. Sometimes it's a good experience, with service being very efficient. And other times food is disappointing and food can take forever to make. Recently, I came here for breakfast (dine-in) and it took over 30 minutes for the food to get to me. Another bad experience i had was when i ordered a large fry (drive thru)...and i received the equivalent volume of a small fry. It's really annoying. I'll need to check next time before i leave, but i just wish i'm given what i ordered. To whoever manages this location, please do better.

Horrible!! Got my order wrong I ordered large Diet Coke, fries and nuggets. Got back a medium CHERRY drink and got NO sauces for my food Terrible service, employees are very stingy with fries. The quality of this Sunnyside McDonalds has gone considerably down. The prices used to be cheap. Now it is so high and the food quality is so bad. At least they upgraded their restaurant to look more modern. The food and staff are still terrible. I stopped coming here after the quality took a huge nosedive.

15.48 for a deluxe chicken ranch sandwhich with a large soggy fries and a large mostly ice watered down lemonade. Dont do it to yourself. You are in the food industry to serve food. If corporate wanted you to dole out less fries, they would have made the containers smaller.

My recent experience at McDonald's fell far below the standard I have come to expect over two decades of patronage. I ordered my food via the drive-thru, and upon arriving at the pickup window, requested a cup of water. The employee informed me that I would have to purchase it, a policy I have never encountered before. When I tried to understand the reasoning behind this, the employee turned and spoke to a co-worker in Spanish, which I found to be unprofessional and rude. The supervisor later upheld the charge, stating that a small cup of fountain water would cost $1.09. After I agreed to pay, I was told they could only accept cash for the water since I was at the pick up window, this further complicated the transaction. While the cost is minor, the inflexible and unhelpful attitude of both the employee and the manager was disappointing. It left me with the impression that staff lacked proper training on how to handle customer inquiries and de-escalate a simple request.

Hey McDonald’s — remember the magic of the moment someone says, “That’ll be $5.62, please,” with a friendly tone and a nod? That’s the soul that built your brand. Kiosks might be efficient, but don’t let efficiency become the new normal at the expense of the soul. Bring back the charm. Offer choices. We’d love to see more cashiers—people who talk, laugh, and yes, upsell—but with heart, not just at the end of a touchscreen. Give us convenience and connection. Because sometimes what people really want with their fries is a friendly smile—not just a faster tap.

1st. Couldn't understand what the order receiver was saying and he understood me less. 2nd. Waited 40 mins just to find out my order was giving to someone else. 3rd. My soda was flat. 4thmy fries were soggy and drenched with oil. And hard to move around with all the scooters hanging around taking up waiting stations...

I ordered 3 filets of fish, 1 medium fries and 20 pieces nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. I was told to park at number 1 spot and shell bring the food. She gave me tangy bbq sauce. I hate this sauce with the nuggets. I ordered drive through about an hour ago. Simple order but can't get the order right??? And where's the cheese in the fish filet?? What happened to the cheese?

I have ordered food from this location many times before on Uber Eats, but this will be my last time. I ordered not too long ago; but due to neglect toward quality concern, the drink I ordered narrowly sullied the rest of the meal. I'm unsure of how this happened, but the cup containing my drink was slit down almost the entire length of the cup. I'm happy to order from a McDonald's again, but never this one.
