My daughter and son in law have been wanting to try this place. We went for her birthday yesterday. I really enjoyed the old car vibe of the place. There is only good things to say. The service, food, drinks, music, all were excellent. Scores of 5 all around. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did. There was some reviews against the 20% service charge. I have seen this at other places as well. It's not a big issue, just a more fair way to share the tips. We visited again on 6/20 for lunch and it was another great food experience. Our server Alexia was really helpful and did a great job.
This is a very fun place to eat, from the cars outside, to the one in the ceiling, and the bathroom decor, the appetizers are delish we had the shrimp, the buffalo chicken dip, and pork nachos. The food is awesome I think mine was the best the Henry chicken , but my kids loved the burgers and truffle fries. The tag team service makes sure everything goes smoothly, your cup will never run dry. If your lucky enough to get Gaby hour night will be set!! Thank you Gaby and team we enjoyed everything!!!
We had a great experience at Ford’s Garage in Plantation. For an appetizer, we tried the Firestone shrimp and chicken nachos—the shrimp were cooked perfectly with a crispy batter that wasn’t overdone, and the sauce paired really well. The nachos also had a nice, even layer of toppings, making every bite delicious. For the meal, the brisket burnt end melt was packed with flavor, with tender and juicy meat, and the tater tots on the side were perfectly crunchy. The Chipotle chicken sandwich was also a hit—just the right amount of chipotle sauce, moist chicken, and a pretzel bun that held up without getting soggy. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right without being overly salty. To top it off, I had a frozen mango margarita with a tajín rim—refreshing and full of flavor. Definitely a place I’d recommend and will be visiting again!
Initially found this chain in orlando on vacation and thought it was great. Heard this one opened up near my house and let me tell you the food, the atmosphere and especially the service out beats the others. Garrett was our server and from the inital interaction to the end was beyond anything we've received especially at a Fords garage location. Kudos to the manager for having such a amazingly ran place !
The place is amazing! Everything feels original and the atmosphere is truly unique. The service is excellent, as you’d expect with the included 20% service charge (which is known up front and doesn’t come as a surprise). We all had burgers, and while they were flavorful and among the best we’ve had, we felt they could use a few more toppings. One of my friend’s burgers was also slightly overcooked. Other than that, everything was fantastic. We’ll definitely keep coming back!
I recently dined at Ford’s Garage, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. If you’re into classic Americana, great eats, and a lively atmosphere, this place checks all the boxes. Bianca, our server, was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and quick with recommendations. Her upbeat energy added a personal touch to an already enjoyable afternoon. The food was excellent — hearty, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Whether you’re into gourmet burgers or comfort food favorites, the menu offers something for everyone. The cold beers on tap paired perfectly with the meal, and the bar has a solid selection for all tastes. Great music played ! The atmosphere is casual yet thoughtfully themed — full of vintage car memorabilia that makes it stand out. Parking was easy with plenty of space, and the restaurant is part of a nice plaza that’s perfect for a post-dinner stroll. It’s a great spot for a casual night out, family dinner, or drinks with friends. Verdict: Highly recommend Ford’s Garage. Excellent food, cold drinks, awesome service, and a vibe that feels both fun and nostalgic. Ask for Bianca if you go — she’ll take good care of you!
I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was creative and inviting, with just the right balance of casual comfort and upscale charm. The menu featured a fantastic selection of classic American dishes with a creative twist. I ordered the burger, and it was cooked to perfection—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The portions were generous, and every bite was bursting with rich, satisfying flavors. The service was outstanding as well! Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations. Despite the restaurant being busy, everything arrived promptly, and we never felt rushed. If you’re looking for a place with delicious food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere, is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!
The atmosphere and service was great, as well as the friendly staff! 😌. I’m a big fan of cheese curds, so I ordered the “Cheese Curbs” (they were great). For the entree, I ordered the “Green & Clean” veggie burger, which was quite a heavy burger, paired with a side of a fries and topped it off with a “No Octane Margarita” (No-Alcohol).
Anna at Ford’s Garage Plantation was AMAZING! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed. She checked on us at all the right times, had great energy, and made sure everything was perfect. Her service truly elevated our entire experience. If you’re dining here, ask for Anna — she’s a gem and an absolute asset to the team!
Stumbled across this place while traveling and thought it was a cool idea for a restaurant so we stopped in to eat and it was actually pretty good. Food was really good and came out fresh and hot. The burgers were flavorful and the fries were seasoned perfectly. Our waitress was very nice, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely come back. My ribs were good and the shrimps I got for my appetizer was also good. If I’m ever back in Ft. Lauderdale I will come back.
I stopped into Ford’s Garage in Plantation tonight and ordered the Asian-style chicken salad — and WOW. It was fresh, perfectly balanced, and packed with flavor. The chicken was tender and seasoned just right, the greens were crisp, and the Asian-inspired dressing had the ideal mix of savory and slightly sweet without being overpowering. You can tell the kitchen actually cares about execution. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is such a vibe. Clean, energetic, and well-run — even when busy, everything feels seamless. The team is friendly, attentive, and on top of it without hovering. If you’re looking for a place that delivers quality food, great energy, and consistently solid service, this location absolutely delivers. I’ll definitely be back.
We had a great experience here. Anna was one of our servers and she was fantastic - she stood out from the rest. We had a very large group of about 40 soccer players and parents and she and the staff did an amazing job of taking orders, tracking everything by jersey number and having patience when the food and drinks came out to keep everything going smoothly for a distracted group of middle schoolers. I can’t say enough about her service and how accurate things were at the end of the lunch when it came time to getting all the checks straightened out. Fantastic job!
I had an amazing experience at Forge Garage! The food was absolutely delicious and came out incredibly fast—everything was fresh, hot, and clearly made with care. I was beyond impressed with how efficient the kitchen was without sacrificing quality. What truly made the experience exceptional was our waitress, Casey. Her service was beyond amazing—attentive, friendly, and genuinely top-notch. She made sure everything was perfect from start to finish and made us feel so well taken care of. Between the impeccable service and the outstanding food, Forge Garage truly delivers a five-star experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and even better service!
First time visiting this place and we had an amazing experience! I’d like to mention that Anna, our server, went above and beyond. The restaurant was out of crayons, and she kindly offered her own pen so our little one could draw. We ordered drinks and my stepdaughter wanted cherries — Anna even brought extra just for her! Service, food, and location were all outstanding. 20/10!
We really enjoyed our time at The garage! What made the experience even better was our server Casey! Hands down best service we’ve received in a long time. She was very personable and knowledgeable on the menu with great recommendations. The food was good as well. Go ask for Casey… you won’t regret it
Everything was soo good and fresh. We ordered the firecracker shrimp that was so juicy and fried to perfection. All the burgers were delicious and our waiter Vincent was very tentative to all our needs. He was very polite and we never had to ask for any refills! The manager was very kind and welcomed us at our table. Would highly recommend and will be back again. Be sure to the dirty soda..!!! -K
Garrett was an amazing server. Very cool and chill personality. Offered us some great recommendations on drinks, food and dessert. Our order came out perfect and he checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. We were a pretty quiet table and he definitely respected that energy. I love that. Great guy!
I enjoyed my first time eating at Ford’s Garage in Plantation. My husband and I went for dinner on a Tuesday night. Garrett was our server, he greeted us immediately for our drink order and recommended appetizers, took our orders and made sure to check on us - he provided excellent service! We ordered the burnt ends melt and patty melt for our meals, and had milkshakes for dessert. We enjoyed everything and we will come back to try other menu items.
Had the pulled pork Mac and cheese and it was delicious. Very creamy and fresh. Then we moved on to the brookie and it was out of this world. The brownie was warm and rich while the ice cream gave it a great cut of temperature. Our server Garrett was phenomenal. He was attentive and informative. He knew the menu and was very personable. I will definitely come back and recommend to my friends.
Awesome experience at Ford’s Garage Burgers were cooked exactly as ordered, good crust on the meat, juicy inside, and well seasoned without being salty. The bun was fresh and held together. Fries came out hot, crispy, and evenly cooked, not greasy. Appetizers were served hot, portions were right, and nothing tasted rushed or reheated. Drinks were well made and served cold, with refills coming on time. Service was organized and attentive. Orders were taken correctly, no mistakes, and all plates arrived at the table together. Timing was smooth from start to finish, without long waits. The décor is very well executed. It feels like a garage, but done with fine details and a clean, polished look, not cheap or overdone. Everything was clean and well maintained. Overall, good food, solid service, and an atmosphere that’s clearly thought through. I would return.
Ford's Garage is a burger and craft beer restaurant that opened its first location in Fort Meyers in 2012 near the Edison and Ford Winter Estates. When they opened they hadn't secured the rights to use the Ford name. When contacted by Ford Motor Company they expected a cease and desist letter and instead were surprised to learn the car company liked their concept and wanted to work with them. A deal was struck in 2014 that allowed the restaurant to use the iconic logo, archival images, and even have actual Model T's. They have now expanded to more than 20 restaurants in four states including this one in Plantation Walk that opened in 2023. . Ford's Garage is known for their cocktails and burgers. I love all the attention to detail like the gas pump door handles, tire sinks and gas pump handle faucets in the restroom, a craftsman tool cart used as a buffet, oil rag napkins with hose clamp napkin rings, old photos on the wall, Model T horn blaring, and actual car suspended over the bar. If you are a gearhead or Ford history fan like me you will love their decor. The gastropub style menu features wings, hot pretzels, nachos, soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, and comfort food plates. Dessert is lava cake, key lime pie, turtle brownie, caramel apple cookie skillet, and milkshakes. They also offer a weekend brunch. We arrived in time to enjoy the weekday lunch menu which includes the signature Chicken Henry and a soup and salad which I enjoyed with the French onion soup. Service was prompt and attentive. Note that they automatically include the tip but they were upfront about it. I have been to several Ford's garages around the state and it is nice that they opened one closer to home.
This is the first time we have come here and it’s exactly what you’d expect. The atmosphere here is amazing and is 100% Ford themed. From the old cars out front, the gas handle door handles to the motors inside, it’s all about Ford. They are also very pet friendly. The drove was spectacular and they get you everything ASAP. They are extremely nice and responsive and have no issues answering all your questions. For the food, the pictures speak for themselves. I had the Brisket burnt ends sandwich, my wife had the Avocado Salad and our friend had the American burger which had a Ford stamp burned into the bun which was pretty cool. Everything was full of flavor and was great to the last bite. Overall, I would 100% recommend you come and check it out. You will not regret it.
This review is overdue. I frequent this establishment with my best friend it is our absolute go to. Why? Three words. Pulled pork nachos. OMG! Fantastic portion for the price and what can I say they are absolutely delicious. We also go because the establishment is very clean always well staffed - the staff is always very friendly and on point. We love sitting at the bar grabbing a beer (which stays cold by the way due to their fantastic iced bar) and listening to some tunes. The decor is amazing for a Ford restaurant. They did a great job bringing back old-school items. If you’re in the area you definitely want to check this place out.
I’d like to start off by saying Daniella was an outstanding server! She went above and beyond to accommodate us no matter the request. Food was a home run and happy hour drinks did their job (I need em cuz wifey is dragging me to a Cirque De Soleil show). Thanks again Daniella!
We had an amazing experience at this location. Casey & Javier provided excellent service. The food was really good. We had the onion rings, nachos and crispy chicken sandwich. The attention to detail was great! Hose clamps as napkin rings, shop rags as the napkin, buns seared with the company logo. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and can't wait for locations to open in NJ.
First time coming to this location and it was very welcoming. We were satted as soon as we arrived and were greeted instantly by the hostess. Our waitress was Daniella and she was extremely welcoming and informative of what was on special and answered our questions. We love when our waitresses/waiters are interactive and she was it. Would love to have her when we go back
Service was really good. The hostess was really nice and Garrett the server is amazing. Service was excellent and food was delicious! Nikki the waitress was my server and she was on point, very sweet and pleasant ! Thank you!
The menu offers a myriad of selections. The Old Fashioned that I ordered was magnificent. I enjoyed the Lemon Herb Shrimp Bowl and it was delicious. I am really happy when a meal is enough for me to eat without feeling glutinous. Service was excellent!
I was recommended to come here by Grant ( who usually runs the bar here at Fords) and let me just say, the atmosphere and vibes here are amazing. The whole interior of the restaurant looks fantastic. Food was spot on. Was able to even enjoy some local craft brewery beers. Our server Gaby was on top of it, took care of my family and I tremendously while still being able to take care of a really large party table nearby. Thank you everyone
Our waitress was Anna. She was amazing. On top of refills and checked in frequently. Food was amazing and the brookie was my favorite 😍. In my opinion this is not a big deal, but they do have a 20 percent service charge (which they did warn us about before seating us).
First time visitor and loved it! Burger was delicious! Atmosphere amazing - staff super folks - Hope they expand across the country!
Garrett did a fantastic job. The food came out prepared to order, cooked to temp, and tasted great. Garrett made sure the drinks stayed full and everyone was happy.
Garrett was amazing the recommendations he told me about were to die for not literally but everything was so good!!! I loved everything! Definitely will be back again soon🫶🔥✨
This was my first time at Ford's Garage for a party of 7. We had a great time, the food was delicious. I had the High Octane Burger and a few appetizers, wings, onion rings, and the pretzels. Our server Anna was amazing. She was polite, attentive, and even took a group photo for us.
One of my favorite BURGER spots! This place has it all FOOD, SCENERY, and GREAT HOSPITALITY. Everyone is efficient and nice, especially GRANT. Every time I show up he remembers my order and suggests something new to pair with my food and drink. Thanks to everyone for an amazing time and the food.
This was my very first visit! The place was extraordinary and quite eccentric! Even down to the restrooms…that sink! Anna was very attentive and knew her menu very well! She was able to take my visit to the next level with her service. I’ll definitely be back!

Great service. Our server made sure our drinks stayed full. So glad their ice tea is freshly made. They offer sweet and unsweetened.

Dropped by Ford's Garage in Plantation for a casual dinner, and overall it was a good experience. The place has that cool 1920s service station theme going on—vintage cars, old pumps, and garage decor—which makes it feel unique and fun without being over-the-top. It's a nice change from standard chain spots in the area. I started with the Blue Margarita (Blue Oval Margarita on their menu), and it was pretty tasty—refreshing, not too sweet, with a nice tequila kick. It hit the spot on a warm evening and was a solid choice if you're in the mood for something colorful and frozen/rocks style. For my main, I went with the Blackened Salmon. It was cooked decently—flaky and flavorful with good seasoning from the blackening—but nothing mind-blowing. The portion was fair, and it came with sides that were okay (nothing stood out as exceptional). It was satisfying without being exceptional; I'd call it reliably good for pub-style dining. Service was friendly and attentive, and the place wasn't too loud even when busy. Prices felt reasonable for the area, especially with their happy hour options if you time it right. Not a must-return-every-week kind of place for me, but definitely worth stopping in if you're craving American comfort food, a craft beer, or just a themed burger joint. I'd go back for drinks or to try one of their famous burgers next time. Solid 4 stars—fun atmosphere, decent eats, no major complaints.
Best fish and chips I’ve had. My bf had dirty utensils so we didn’t like that, but other than that is a very cool place. I would definitely come again.
Great food (Chipotle Chicken Sandwich), great service at the bar, (Thank you Grant!), and the atmosphere is cool. So glad we came here.

Environment is fun & inviting. Food is ok. The quality is decent. My daughter did not like her chicken sandwich, too greasy for her. Beer mugs did not feel clean. There were crumbs on the seats. Service could’ve been better. Wonder if she forgot to ring something in at one point, but you never really know whose fault it is, the back of the house or server’s. We were told by the server, that the service fee of 20% is not the gratuity, it goes to the hosts & bussers. We left an additional tip for her but it’s confusing since usually the servers are the ones to tip their hosts & bussers. No desire to go back.
First time coming here, and although I did enjoy it, there were a few things I didn't relly like. Firstly the location in the ever so popular Plantation walk, with lots of entertainment, shops and few other places to eat as well. The area is lively and often times hosting family events. A group of us decided to meet up, and this was here the majority decided on. Tyler our server was amazing! Such friendly individual. Restaurant was clean, and seems well organized and heavily staffed. When we visited, it was not too busy, only a few other tables were occupied. We were seated right away. After reviewing the menu, normal everyday items seemed a bit over priced. Again, I know this might be due to its location. I ordered a wings appetizer, along with a mango margarita. Wings were $19.00, and the marg rounded up to $14.00 The margarita was delicious, more like a fruit drink almost, didn't really felt like there was alcohol in it. It definitely lacked the smell or even taste of tequila. Wings were good, fresh and steamy when they arrived. Their Nashville hot is not that hot, if you like a little hint of spice, you'll be OK with these. Don't let the name intimidate you and get them. Key thing to note, if or when you visit, the restaurant will automatically tack on a 20% gratuity to your bill, regardless of group size. A group of 10, or just a single person the charge will be on the bill. Which in some instances that might be fine, but for a person coming here to grab just an appetizer and a soda, or a beer, 20% seems a bit much. I'm not sure that I will be back anytime soon. We shall see.
I had not heard of Ford’s Garage before so at a friend’s suggestion we met here for lunch. It wasn’t busy so we were seated promptly. As the name suggests, the whimsical decor is an ode to Ford with merchandise available for purchase. I decided on the “Mushroom Swiss”burger with a veggie patty on a brioche bun and the “Truffle fries”, along with the “No Octane Guava Fizz.” When my order arrived, it was presented beautifully and I looked forward to biting into it; however, my meal was underwhelming as it lacked flavor overall. As for the drink, half of the glass was filled with ice and I did not taste that specific guava flavor that I was expecting. *Also note that there is a 20% mandatory service charge that is added to the check.* Although the food wasn’t to my liking, my companion enjoyed her “BBQ Brisket” burger so go ahead and try it out for yourself. Be certain to check out the bathroom too as is very unique!

This time food was average. But what really upset me was the attached mandatory tip (for any size group) and the extra fee they charged for being in that geographical area. So I won't be going b…

This place has a great location (other than parking) and a great atmosphere and after going several times and hoping it will get better, it hasn't. Food overall is pretty good. But the service …
Burgers were so salty couldn't finish them. Told the waiter and he acknowledged he's heard that from customers before.Tater tots were served cold, waiter quickly replaced them. Temperature in restaurant was freezing, almost bought a sweatshirt. Ok menu pretty much a burger place. Service was great and fast. They add 20% to check automatically and the hostess told us ahead of time which we appreciated.Overall the decor is fun but not worth it. Won't be back.
This was my second attempt at Ford's Garage. I had hopes that it would be an amazing experience. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The bartender raved about it, and she made me an amazing cockta…
