This small restaurant is lovely and cosy with shaded and sunny outdoor eating areas, the staff are incredibly friendly and if you are English and looking for a small taste of home whilst you are away, you cannot find better locally. Great value for money, great service. Really enjoyed my food.

I am really surprised by some of the comments other pepple wrote. I visited Napoli Pizzeria on my recent (31 July) holiday to Arca in Majorca. My friend and I have walked past several places looking for a nice place and a nice meal, and we were not disappointed. Quite the opposite, we were both very impressed by the quality of the meal prepared for us, and the service, too. I'd highly recommend visiting, and ordering what we did (see picture).

Vi spiste der 13 personer. Personalet rykkede hurtigt borde sammen så vi kunne sidde sammen. Der er ikke mange madsteder som har åbent til frokost men det havde de. Vores mad var rigtig god. Bl.a. pasta carbonara som GODT KUNNE VÆLGES UDEN SVAMPE 😁

Muy buen servicio de comida para llevar, en menos de 15 minutos me hicieron las pizzas, 30 minutos más tarde la pizza seguía caliente y en condiciones.

Buenas, En este caso(hemos venido ya varias veces), nosotros no pedimos entrante pero la gran mayoría son bastante recomendables. Para comer pedimos 2 pizzas una hawaiana y una pepperoni; las dos en su punto y muy muy ricas. El servicio fue super atento, en especial Alberto el gerente. No nos faltó de nada y estuvimos muy bien acogidos. La verdad que fuimos sin reserva y justamente había una mesa, pero recomiendo llamar para reservar puesto que esta bien ubicado y suele estar concurrido el local. Sin duda alguna volveremos.

Hemos ido a cenar y nos han atendido con cariño, pedimos para cenar un entrecot y un solomillo, perfectamente hechos y acompañados de verduras a la brasa y patatas, una carne deliciosa y que te deja sin habla. Fuimos a cenar mi mujer y yo, pq nos apetecía pasta ,y dimos con este restaurante y lo primero q nos sorprendió es q además de pasta tiene una carta muy variada de todo tipo de comida.Pero desde luego lo q nosotros pedimos,q era pasta, estaba exquisita, tanto la Pizza como los raviolis cuatro quesos. Y de postre pedimos una bolitas de helado y nos sorprendieron con una copa de helado maravillosa con nata , caramelo y sus tres bolitas q estaban buenísimas.Un placer haber encontrado este sitio y a Alberto por su atención y profesionalidad.

Restaurante muy acogedor! Comimos una paella de Marisco muy buena y los niños unas pizzas y lo disfrutamos mucho. Los camareros muy amables en todo momento. Volveremos el año que viene sin duda!

El ambiente y el servicio estuvo muy bien. Fuimos en un día de mucho calor pero hacía un airecito debajo del techado que estaba divino. La comida, sin más, rica pero nada de otro mundo.

Arrived for food at about 8.30pm. Staff were really accommodating to fit us in to a busy restaurant. Quick service to order drinks and then food. Waited 40 minutes for the food to arrive but it was worth the wait. Piping hot and delicious. Prices are great. Would highly recommend.

Cuando me senté vi que tenia un 3 en las reseñas y me asusté un poco, pero nada que temer. Hemos sido 8, 6 pizzas buenísimas y 2 pastas muy buenas. El servicio algo demorado pero atento y dentro de lo razonable, es cierto que con más clientela la espera podría ser elevada, pero no fue el caso. Nos comento la camarera que a esa hora estaban con una sola cocinera. Lo recomiendo pero para comer italiano y siempre que no esté lleno.

food lovely , maybe the best blt me and my friend had ever had although the service was lacking , was greated by an english woman which we liked as always makes it easier , however everything came out slow and it felt like she was the only person in the restaurant serving multiple people , one dish came 10-15 minutes after everything else and was meant to be served on the side , although the service is not excellent the food we had was really nice and would recommend if your in the area and fancy a bite to eat for lunch although allow more than 1+1.5 hour for service as we were there for far longer than we anticipated !

Tried this restaurant and, I'm afraid, was not particularly impressed. We waited to be served, only to find out that others around us were getting served first. we called the waitress over and she apologised, took our drinks order and disappeared. We watched as waiters buzzed around with food and then I realised that they were sending the food to the wrong tables, then later being called back as they had delivered to the wrong table. This happened several times whilst waiting. Eventually, we called the waiter over and asked where our drinks were then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to arrive. In the meantime I noticed that the food, wrongly delivered, was suddenly re-appearing at the right tables. We finally received our drinks and ordered our food. When it arrived, the food was not very good at all. Complaints all round. It was a pizzeria so you would think the pizzas would be pretty good. Wrong. My pizza tasted about the same quality as a frozen pizza from Sainsbury's would and that's not good for a pizzeria. Not very happy.

Des pizzas basiques de fast food qui n’ont rien à voir avec celles servies dans une véritable pizzeria, des burgers servis avec des frites molles, c’est ce que je retiens de ma visite dans cet établissement. En résumé c’est mangeable mais pas savoureux. On y vient une fois mais qu’une fois.

The full English breakfast arrived quite fast after we ordered and had a good variety but the taste was disappointing. Same with the coffee, tasted strange. The host was nice though. We found better options within the same price range in the area.

Food was ok. But the service was terrible two tables of 4 sat down after us ordered after us and got there food before us then was rudely told it’s on its way. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but nearly two hours to have lunch.

Sehr netter Service, katastrophales Essen. Burger bestehen aus Bun, Käse, Fleisch und etwas Grünzeug. Keine Soße kein Geschmack. Lieblos angerichtet. Burger auf Teller, Pommes drum rum, fertig. Pizza gleiche Katastrophe. Geschmacklose Pampe auf geschmacklosem Teig. Nie wieder.

Service war ok. Getränke kamen sehr spät, das Essen noch später. Die Nudeln waren nicht besonders gut, teilweise geschmacklos. Die Pizza war auch unterdurchschnittlich.

We came here for dinner at six pm, so it wasn’t busy. Despite the lack of other patrons it still took the staff about 45 minutes to take our drinks order and then serve us them. The seafood spaghetti tasted like “spaghetti hoops” sauce, so if you like that you’ll like this. If you like overcooked spaghetti you’re really going to love it. The prawn spaghetti is just spaghetti, mushrooms, and enough olive oil to fill a pool. Not a grain of salt was put in it. The Iberian burger had been on the grill for the last fortnight, but the goat cheese was nice. My dad absolutely loved his lasagna, and he’s the type to get lasagna wherever he goes out for dinner. That’s a massive compliment to the restaurant. The lasagna was also the only item on the menu that said “homemade”. Makes me a bit worried about the other dishes. The pizza was nothing special. I will not go again. My dad probably will though - to get the lasagna.

Cocktails gab es nicht, die Bedienung konnte allerdings nicht gut erklären wieso nicht. Es war ebenfalls nicht möglich die Cabonara ohne Pilze zu bestellen, was auf Fertigsauce schließen lässt, andernfalls lässt sich für uns nicht erklären, warum man die auf Wunsch nicht weglassen kann. Essen war okay, aber wir würden nicht nochmal da essen. Man konnte es essen, aber es war nicht wirklich gut.

A bit disappointed of the pizza. With the name "Napoli Pizzeria" one is to expect an Italian style pizza. What we got with our standard margarita was nothing short of prepackaged "cheese topping" if you may, with an unseasoned tomato sauce. The dough reminded a bit of the one you get with frozen pizza, which was dry on the crust, and soggy in the middle. Would not eat again.

J’y suis allée manger une pizza et je n’ai pas aimé. C’était très généreux c’est vrai, mais la qualité laisse à désirer. On aurait dit une pizza surgelée réchauffer suite à ma commande. Après pour le prix c’était prévisible. je n’y retournerai pas.

Bedauerlicherweise kann ich keine 0 Sterne geben, also muss ich 1 geben. Leider war der Besuch grauenhaft…, dass Restaurant war leer ( 2 weitere Tische waren da). Wir haben 45 Minuten auf eine Portion Ravioli (Mini Portion und auf eine Calzone). Die Ravioli Portion war so klein, dass mein Freund sich danach aus einem anderen Restaurant noch etwas zu essen geholt hat. Ich hatte eine Calzone.., die war „gut“, allerdings hatte die Calzone keinen Geschmack… Am Ende sollten wir für 2 Person 38€ zahlen, wo wir am Tag davor bei anderen Restaurants die Hälfte bezahlt haben und definitiv mehr und auch leckeres Essen hatten. Selbst ein Kind wäre von den 3 Raviolis auf dem Teller niemals satt geworden. Nicht zu Empfehlen.

Cheap quality, not tasty pizza, like frozen (which probably was). When pizza was ready, they told me they don’t have the card terminal (which I wasn’t informed when placing the order) so I had to go to the cash machine and pay 3,95€ fee for taking money out. Not worth the money 👎

Very poor coffee. I bought a latte with oat milk to go here. It tastes like a very cheap coffee and I am not sure at all that it was oat milk inside. Very bad consumer experience.

Leider kann ich hier keine Sterne vergeben da wir nach knapp einer Viertelstunde wieder gehen mussten weil wir ja außer den Speisekarten nichts mehr weiter bekamen. Gäste, welche nach uns kamen hatten schon ihre Getränke und wir noch nicht mal die Getränkebestellung. Sehr schade.

Leider kann ich das Restaurant "Napoli Pizzeria" nicht empfehlen. Wir mussten ganze 30 Minuten auf eine Pizza warten, die dann auch noch vor Fett triefte (eine Schinkenpizza). Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen wurden wir immer wieder vertröstet und es hieß, es würde nur eine Minute dauern – das wurde jedoch schon vor 10 Minuten gesagt. Das Personal spricht leider nur sehr gebrochen Englisch und ansonsten ausschließlich Spanisch. Wer die Möglichkeit hat, sollte einen Besuch vermeiden. Update: Nachdem Napoli auf meine Rezession reagiert hat ergänze ich folgendes. Das Restaurant war mit nur 2 Personen und uns (3 Personen) besetzt gewesen. Es handelte sich hier um 12 Uhr Mittags auf einen Donnerstag.

Die Bedienung war sehr sehr unfreundlich das geht garnicht gegenüber den Gästen. Das Essen war total schlecht serviert und mega fettig. Was die Rechnung angeht konnten sie nicht splitten und sind uns aus dem Weg gegangen!! Ameisen waren auch im Essen, total unhygienisch. Kann ich keinem empfehlen!!! -♾️/10

Een uur wachten voordat je wat krijgt, terwijl er maar 3 tafels zijn. Dit wordt niet van tevoren aangegeven. Als ik dit wist was ik hier niet gaan eten Loop verder en zoek een beter restaurant. Ik had een bacon cheese baguette genomen wat droog smaakte en het eten was afgeraffeld. Ga hier niet eten

Die Getränke waren das einzig Gute an dem Abend. Das Essen ist nicht zumutbar. Die Pizzateig war ein Gemisch aus Mehl und Wasser und absolut hart… vom Belag ganz abgesehen der keinen Geschmack hatte und in Fett geschwommen ist. Dazu sind die Preise absolut überteuert für so ein „Essen“. Der bestellte BBQ Burger, kam ohne Saucen und die frittierten Zwiebelringe entpuppten sich als einfache Zwiebeln. Zum krönenden Abschluss waren selbst die Pommes fast Roh serviert worden. Also eine einzige Katastrophe, absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Je moet een uur wachten tot je je stokbroodje krijgt. Ik had met bacon en kaas. De bacon was niet goed gebakken. Het stokbroodje was oud. Personeel is chagrijnig.

Leider sind wir zu gutgläubig in dieses Restaurant gegangen und wurden maßlos enttäuscht. Die lieblose Pizza schmeckte katastrophal und der Burger war extrem trocken und versalzen. Das ist der Beweis, sollte man vorher doch mal die Rezensionen anschauen bzw. TripAdvisor etc... Wieder was gelernt.

My visit to Napoli Pizzeria in Mallorca left me profoundly disappointed. The Iberian burger I ordered was shockingly bad, with incredibly dry and unpalatable meat. It was a dish that could be described as nothing short of a culinary crime. The only saving grace was the cheese and the somewhat passable fries, but they hardly compensated for the abysmal burger. Adding to the frustration, the food took an excruciatingly long time to arrive at our table. Waiting for a whole hour for such mediocre dishes was simply unacceptable. A restaurant that cannot deliver its food in a timely manner raises serious questions about its competence and dedication to customer satisfaction. The disappointments did not end with the burger, unfortunately. The other dishes ordered by my companions, particularly the pasta, were equally lackluster. The complete lack of flavor and unappetizing appearance made it clear that little effort had been put into their preparation. It was a sad display of culinary expertise that you wouldn't expect from a place that prides itself on Italian cuisine. Among the dismal selection, the only dish that seemed to have some redeeming qualities was the homemade lasagne ordered by my father-in-law. Though not exceptional, it was a rare glimmer of hope in an otherwise dismal array of dishes. On top of the unimpressive food, the service was merely passable. The staff did their best to attend to our needs, but it was evident that they were working in an environment that was struggling to uphold its standards. And who could blame them? Serving substandard food would surely take its toll on anyone's morale. In conclusion, Napoli Pizzeria's culinary offerings are far from acceptable. The dreadful Iberian burger, coupled with an unbearably long wait time, renders this dining experience one that I cannot recommend to anyone. With flavorless dishes and an atmosphere that lacks passion and dedication, there are undoubtedly better choices for a satisfying meal in Mallorca.

I have just had a cheese burger and chips to go from here. Don't bother. I asked for a double cheese burger but got only one. I also said no lettuce but there was lettuce in the burger. The burger was warn not hot and wad under cooked. The chips and the bun were fine. Some mayo would ha been nice. For 14.50 not worth the money. The chap who served me was pleasant enough.

Os empregados de mesa são simpáticos, mas a comida estava PÉSSIMA, um prato tão simples que estava com um sabor horrível. Isto numa hora que estava pouco mais de 10 pessoas no restaurante por isso tinham tempo de fazer algo melhor. Pior massa que comida na vida, algo tão simples de fazer e com péssimo sabor.

Absolutely horrible do not come at any time! I was there for the breakfast and banana chocolate pancakes were tastelessness, and I thought maybe it’s one time mistake. Coffee isn’t really bad tbf(usually we were going there just for a small breakfast or coffee) So one day I thought that it would be nice to have some pizza in the fridge(just in case) So I’ve ordered 3 pizzas from them to take away, and it’s was around 50£ So when I came back home I wanted to try, as soon as I tried 1 piece, I almost puked, I don’t how, but those guys really tried to make worst pizza ever and they succeeded in it!!!! 3 pizzas, absolutely horrible! DO NOT COME AT ANY TIME!
