Visited Tim Hortons while in the area visiting family.The food was fresh, very delicious and hot. Prices are very affordable for the customers and the customer service from employees were phenomenal! My family and I enjoyed our food.

Ello there! The service here was exquisite.. More specifically Brandon and Marissa were absolutly saints, in fact they deserve a raise. You couldnt pay them enough. Never before have i felt so welcome at this fine establishment. I will be back!!

This is my very fav Tim’s to go to in the early morning. No matter how long the line is I never worry I will be late for work. They are always right on top of things and never get my order wrong. The staff is always super friendly and courteous! I go out of my way to go to thisTims on my way into work! Good job guys! Keep up the good work!

The men and women here protecting our border do a fine job. If you have to cross, the Lewiston Queenston is the one to go through and it is currently getting a complete rebuild with modern architecture. We're happy to see the upgrades taking place.

Went through the drive-thru on Friday morning 10/11/19. It was very busy! Such a popular place. All 3 of our orders were perfect! Friendly and fast service. Food & coffee were hot & fresh! Will be back on our next trip!

Love there 2 for 4.00 sandwiches. Plus Im a iced coffee or frapachino kind of person. There baked goods are also good. There service is always professional and they are quick. Never have I had bad service, bad food or waited to long to get anything.

Even with a huge line at the drive thru they still took my order inside and the service was fast and perfect. Usually if the drive thru is busy and you go inside it takes longer than sitting in the druve thru. It's clean inside and quiet.

Usually go to the Negra Falls Tim Hortons on Hyde Park the people at the Grand Island one were much friendlier than the workers at the high part 1 food was the same but the atmosphere was much nicer

I'm really not tooooo sure about this location.. location wise their right off the Thruway so I'm sure their super busy. I've always came to this location at night and was super confused if their inside was open or not. Drive thru as well, hours are not specified especially on here.. I'm still not sure. I avoid at all costs due to the confusion.

Used points for free coffee but had to pay for flavor shot and they way over charge... I was charged .40 cents yet from her to PA it's .26 cents as I travel back and forth every day and visit multiple locations weekly... Just because your on the island doesn't change how much a flavor shot should be especially close to double the cost

Food and drinks are pretty much standard but they recently had another price increase for many items...not much the consumer can do about that...but what really irritated me was the discontinuation of a senior discount... they claim they cant afford to offer a small discount to seniors anymore and at the same time they raise their prices... not good for business in my opinion

Food is good but they are sooooo slow here.....I was in the line for over 20 minutes.....maybe more I know they are busy but maybe they should work on their times.......esp considering another Tim Horton's just opened up right down the road owned by the same owner......maybe its just better to open another store than to work on making the drive through more efficient.......I now go to the new store and it is run a lot faster and a lot better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The flies were bad. And our order wasn't fully taken. Once I noticed we didn't get everything we ordered, they were quick to correct the food situation. I think they were short staffed and training someone new, so I can't fault them. The food was what I expected, and since it's a chain that's just what I wanted.

The service at this location was just horrible. We asked in to order and they got the order wrong and our toll forever to fill the order. We stopped on our way home from vacation and thought that a 10 minute stop for coffee would be nice. 45 minutes later we are back on the road. Coffee and snacks are good however

Was there at 1pm on a Sunday. Not too busy. Food was good. Workers did not seem over eager to work. Restaurant was absolutely disgusting. Straw wrappers, napkins, pieces of food all over the floor. Not ONE clean table. Women's restroom had no paper towels, floor had toilet paper all over, toilets were grossly in need of cleaning. When leaving, the front glass doors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Definitely not a place the owners take pride in...

The food was good but the staff (a blond woman, I think) was incredibly rude. She gave us some of our food and told us to have a good night. We told her we didn't get our drinks. She hesitantly got them and walked away. We waited a moment for her to come back and told her we also didn't get our muffins. She looked annoyed, but got them. We said thank you, but she just walked away. There was a guy who asked to help us at the beginning, but we told him we needed a minute and he helped people in the drive through. He seemed nice enough though.

I go to this specific location because it’s right down the street. The lady who is there, sorry I don’t know her name but she’s great. The rest of the staff however, CANNOT seem to understand what the donut is that you ordered. This is day 3 and again, wrong donut. Seriously, that’s not cool. Check your order before leaving. But to the lady who always gives me straws, you’re awesome!!

Got to tell you, This Grand Island Timmy's service has gone down big time. This was the 3rd time that my order was wrong at the drive through and the 3rd time that they didn't repeat the order back. Coincidence? I think not. Also the older woman who works the counter inside is a bit cantankerous and should not be dealing with customers. I Blame the changing of management ! Duncan isn't looking that bad for my morning stop anymore.

The drive thru line was very slow today - as it is most times I go to this Tim Hortons. This is also the third time they did not get my order correct. Fortunately (and unfortunately), I was able to correct it on my own due to the food not being that hot. The drive thru worker did apologize for the wait and the staff is typically nice though.

I am so done with Tim hortons , so I ordered yet again medium Oreo ice cap with extra whipped toppings ( in which they charge extra for ). Get up to the window to pay and the lady opens the window and asked me if I wanted whipped toppings and I said “ well of course I do and extra since I paid for it” then she says “ i know” well if you know why the hell are you asking me . And then I get the drink and there is literally a drop of it ( will have picture below ). Tim hortons what are you doing charging this 50 cents after to rip the customer off. 50 cents may not be a lot to you but if I go to Tim hortons everyday and the same location that is 3.50 cents a week , so this is the last straw , and this is not my first complaint and do you think Tim hortons even had the balls to reach out to me and make this right(nope not once) so I hope this gets the word out because I work to hard for my money to throw it out the window , and to top it off I almost forgot I ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter and I go and bite into it and it’s not even close to a plain bagel it’s a breakfast sandwich , so this was a total of 8 dollars wasted on this bullshit..

Tried to go through the drive thru at 9:23 pm when it was supposed to be open until 10:00 pm but they were closed. Lights were on and people were sitting in cars in the parking lot but no one working.

I specifically asked for my drink unstirred and they made eye contact with me as they stirred it. Laughing and giggling as they did so. Timbits are great though. Wait time was okay, I was the only car there at the time.

I went there on 4/27 around 1005 am, the girl working the window was so incredibly rude. She had the worst attitude the entire transaction. I don’t think i’d go back if i had to talk to her at the window again.

I went today and we ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 hot chocolates. They gave us 1 sandwich and 1 got chocolate. We kindly brought it to their attention and they fought back saying that they put us down for 1. So they gave us another sandwich and not hot chocolate and they gave us the wrong meat on it. I go here for lunch almost every day because its quick and right by my work. And every time I either get a breakfast sandwich or a bagel. I ask for them to toast my food twice, and every single time, without fail... I get my food, and it's not even toasted. By the time I get my food I have to go back to work so I cant even complain. I used to work at Tim hortons and it's not rocket science to toast a freaking bagel or biscuit.... it's honestly extreamly irritating that this just keeps happening. They need to hire people who actually listen to what the customer is asking for...

Just got advised their dining room is no longer 24 hours, after I walked through unlocked doors. Rudely was told to go through the drive through if I must have something. I hope they just close the whole place on grand island. Trash.

I've gone here a few times for but tend to avoid the location as its abysmally slow and they can't seem to get orders correctly. I ordered a turkey bacon club from them the week prior and asked.for no may, I received no bacon, this week I tried them again and asked for the same, I got no cheese and extra mayo. This place is the worst. I swore off Tim Hortons months ago because I had such a better experience at Dunkin (walt times, order accuracy, and friendliness). Well, other people must feel the same way because the line at Dunkin was 15 cars long and there was almost no one at Tim's. I figured mediocre coffee was better than no coffee. The girl taking my order was so rude. She seemed annoyed that I was even there. Today definitely solidified the reason I no longer go here.

Coffee was terrible 😪 and the service was very slow. Two people behind the counter just wondering around. As I stood at the counter waiting for service I noticed the screen with drivethru times of four and a half minutes ! For a coffee and a doughnut, my local Tim's would have served at least 3 cars in that given time and they weren't even busy. Won't go there again.

Arrived when lobby was supposed to open at 6 a.m. Waited 10 minutes. Went back to car and phoned the TH. Was told by the manager the lobby was closed until 6:30 or 7:00 because she had no personnel to work the front counter. Why wasn't a sign posted on the door to let customers know the lobby was temporarily closed? God forbid these places take a worker off of the drive-thru crew to work the front. Why do coffee houses like Tim Horton's and Starbucks prioritize their drive-thru customers over people that want to come in and sit down? Of course I know the answer. Ka-ching, Ka-ching.

After waiting in the drive thru for over 20 min. Our order was incorrectly made. The bagel sandwiches ordered were remade, the remade sandwiches were again made incorrectly. Parked the car and went in to ask that our sandwiches be made again as ordered. One was made correct, the other sandwich which should have been exactly the same was not made as ordered. My order was for two bagels, double toasted with butter, steak and cheddar cheese. Out of the 6 bagel sandwiches made in the course of the 40 min only one was made as ordered. That was the worst and most frustrating experience I have ever had. I work in the food industry and would be so embarrassed if any of my customer had to experience such horrible service. The cost of Operations would put me out of business. I know it’s difficult to find good staff but all that was required was for the person making the sandwich was to read the order and do it correctly. I am sorry to have to give you such terrible feedback but it was so necessary under the circumstances.

I seem to consistently get my orders wrong whenever I go to this location specifically. On many occasions any donut I order is stale and hard to chew. Any time I order a mocha iced capp, the mocha is consistently forgotten or just not enough even when asking for extra and emphasizing it. The quality of Tim Hortons overall has gone down significantly and the rewards program is not enough incentive to keep coming back. I'll be going to the DD on the island from now on.

The worst customer service on the island (which says alot if you know our fast food places here) we live right around the corner so this is our morning stop.. every. Single. Morning. The manager marnie (I think is her name) is EXTREMELY rude. Our orders are consistently wrong. Some mornings you'll wait a half hour in the drive through and going inside isn't much better. The older woman with a back brace at the window is absolutely bitter. When you tell them your order is wrong all they do is argue with you instead of trying to fix it . We will be going off the island from now on for our tim Hortons.

Worst experience of my life! Getting my Oder the guy employee was super rude. I ordered a Tea and Timbits. Upon tasting my tea in the drive thru it was colder then lukewarm. I also was shorted 2 timbits but upon good faith I only asked if he could possibly warm up the tea since it’s freezing. He told me well you got 4 shots of milk & this is my usual order I know it was not warmed. So I’m good faith again I said it’s okay I will just warm it up. The employee proceeded to slam the window and burst out laughing with the other employee to the point I could hear it. Come on people where is the Christmas spirt?

Saturdays are the worst! Over 40 minutes in drive thru lane! Who owns this place! Do they even care about how this place operates? Very sad! Employee just came out and put a notice on the drive thru speaker box stating they would be closing at noon!! Short on staff….. I will not be coming here on Saturdays anymore, Totally ridiculous.

Our order was incorrect and instead of apologizing and offering to fix it, the young man in the drive through decided to argue and insist it was right. Then wanted to have us pay the difference between what we ordered and what they gave us. When we asked for a manager, they closed the window on us.

Terrible place. While standing there they made my order. Bagged it then threw it on the floor and left it there. Stood waiting like 15 min. Waiting for an acknowledgement. And with attitude asking me what I wanted. Told then been waiting for my order that they threw on the floor. Note fully ran by teens that would rather talk blab out how there job sucked, and there boyfriends/ facebook instagram. As I asked for my order they rolled there eyes with snooty attitudes. And said can you please wait. There were no other customers. Never go to a Tim Hortons again.

The only reason I gave a star is because I wanted to do a review. This is a horrible place to order from they take a half an hour every time to service the customer. They have no patience and try to rush you to place the order after we waited on them. This place has awful customer service.

Grand Island Tim Hortons, the bathrooms are so disgusting and the restaurant itself is gross I can only imagine what the kitchen would look like. Stuff all over the floor, both urinals out of order the toilets were disgusting the floor was disgusting I don't think they've cleaned in forever. Corporate should do something about it.

I was literally the only customer and they completely messed up my order. Ordered an Oreo ice Capp and they gave me vanilla also filled it up to the top and didn’t put the lid on so it spilled everywhere in my car. Also ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and got a bagel with nothing. Thanks guys. Never going there again. -5/10 would not recommend going here as they can’t even get the simplest of orders correct.

Ordered a hot chai latte and it was just a cup of hot milk. The meal I got was shoved into a bag that was too small, so my hash browns were mangled. They are not pleasant at the drive through at all, they walk by and stare at you without offering any service, to include paying. The food is dried out from sitting under a warmer since 5 am. The donut I got was smashed. Just moved to the island, and I am so disappointed at the food quality and lack of good customer service.

Placed an order for food at 850 PM, got there a few minutes after to be told they didn't have food and I could come back tomorrow. I obviously didn't want my dinner tonight to be picked up tomorrow and asked for a refund. Was told they "don't do anything with the app I need to contact them." Okay, fine. Well now the online service is telling me they definitely can't give me my money back, it's up to the owner/managers discretion. So now I am out $11 and am extremely unhappy.

Although I have eaten here many times I never go inside. Today I did to use the bathroom. There is no way this floor had been mopped in weeks. If that is how dirty the bathroom is imagine how bad the kitchen is. I went with the intention of getting lunch and absolutely will never eat there again. Is a matter of fact I’d like to see a inspector come and say hello to them.

Omg! STOP if you headed to this location. One of the worst service. Dont throw your hard earn money and spoil your mood if you on holiday with your family. we order donuts, lemonade,coffee, egg sandwhich with croissant. We waited for half an hour and still no sign of sandwich so i went to check on at the counter and she like I don't know the waiting time I am not making sandwich. WTH. Don't be the face of the big company if you don't want to work. After that I ask for refund and she did but reason" he doesnt want to wait.

We just went through the drive thu and ordered 3 plain bagels. But got 3 everything bagels the other 2 were fine, but I needed to bring 1 in. And when I asked for a plain one instead the woman working the bagel station had an attitude and said that we ordered 3 everything bagels.

If you truly like burnt food, this time Hortons' location would be great for you. Worst food ever could not believe they gave me this food. You would think with so many one-star rating lately Tim Hortons would step in and pull their franchise agreement or send one of their reps to this location unannounced. Don't tell me you want to hear from me. don't need to hear lies. Actions speak louder than words. Just fix it.

It’s hard to flag a person down here, since the drive thru is always very busy. I ordered my usual (large iced caramel coffee, double double). The lady deadass handed me this. I avoid this Tim’s but whenever I’m on Grand Island, it’s usually this or the other location up the street. It doesn’t help that the interior smells and it looks like 2007 (old TH logos, chairs and tables that haven’t seen a wet wipe in a WHILE). At least the bathroom is decent, but usually someone is in there blowing up the toilet. Please demolish this location, do an exorcism or something, and start from scratch.

I paid $6 for this chicken panini today. Limp wet bread, unmelted cheese, and a huge pile of Mayo, drowning out any tiny hint of chicken. Tried to eat it because I was very hungry, but I couldn’t. I am from out of town and have tried several things from TH during visits to Grand Island, and I have been disappointed every time. This sandwich was the grossest though, and it was definitely my last visit.
