Used to go to this Dunkin a lot in highschool, now I frequent it after work. Only real complaint is that some guy who came to Saratoga to bet money on those damned horses called me stupid one time by the Dunkin and it hurt my feelings. I hate tourists :(
My favorite Dunkin out of the 3 locations around town. Just all around better managed. Always keep donuts fully stocked. Big dining room. Fast friendly service.
This is the nicest, cleanest, and friendliest DD we have ever been to! My husband and I have hit many DDs all over NJ and NY, and we were both thoroughly impressed. We will be making this one of our official stops each year on our trip to upstate NY. For those complaining about unmixed drinks...that's how they make it at all DDs, you just have to do the shake, lol. Any regular DD drinker knows this.
Great Dunkin'. They are efficient here. No surprises. If they get the order wrong they will correct it without any attitude. I wish every Dunkin' ran like this one.
Dunkin donuts have a large variety of very delicious donuts. You can go into the store an sit to enjoy your food, or just order what you would like an take it home or just go thru the drive up window.
Haven't been to DD in awhile. Good coffee, donuts, and the server was excellent. He even help my wife when she changed her mind. Clean store.
They always make my coffee correctly, I am there every day before work and the employees are always smiling. I have never had a bad experience at this particular Dunkin Donuts. On the rare occasion that there is a new staff member working and my coffee gets made incorrectly they are quick to fix the problem.
Was there first thing in the morning when they had just opened. Ordered in the drive thru. They were quick, and accurate with my order. The snackin bacon is way to good. I could eat 3 orders of that with no problem.
Everytime I hit the dunkin in the evening I’m greeted warmly by some of the most awesome workers out there! Drinks are always perfect, the atmosphere is always fun! And when I pop by when my day hasn’t been then best I know it’s not just the coffee drinks giving me a pick me up, it’s the amazing service of the people who work there! It’s why this the only dunkin or place I hit!!!! So stop by get ur drinks right evefydime and say thank you to the hardworking staff there!

Two days in a row i ordered a hot cappuccino and both days it was absolutely amazing,the young person who made it nailed it spot on both times and it was the same young person who made it!!! You are a rock star don't ever not make coffee the way you do!!!!!

Went near closing and they did not have the donut I wanted. He was very very nice and accommodated that. This location is very clean and friendly.
The 2 servers were busy, but I didn't wait long as a walk-in. I haven't been to this location in a couple of years. Nicely remodeled inside. Huge glass case to display muffins, donuts, and other offerings.
The staff is new and improved. They went out of their way to make sure my order was correct and their coffee is always fresh. If I had one bit of advice I'd keep the hours open until like 10pm. Other than that, it's a very nice change from what's been happening in the area.

Great iced coffee!! Hardly any have a grill to make eggs tho for sandwiches. Micro them. But croissants are awesome too.
Visited on free donut day...(buy any drink and get free donut) --- but unless you get there early (I didn't), then the donuts are severely limited to flavors like vanilla frosted or cauliflower or asparagus. .. still a nice promo tho'
I have yet to eat a hot and fresh donut from this place but it's on par whit what you'd expect from Dunkins
Stopped here on my way to work got bagels, coffee and hot chocolate got my drink, but Lady that made the bagels Threw them on the counter that’s disrespectful
Good break while driving. The donuts were amazing and the rest rooms were clean. As expected the quality of the donuts were good. Would love to visit again
Friendly staff, usually, though they do tend to seem impatient when you're ordering. Drinks came quickly, and the server was willing to answer my questions about various menu items with no real problem. Find it best to go in to order, as there's really no chance for them to mess up. Much better than Greenwich store.

Honestly I don't want to be mean but it's been a lot better not having the old guy that has worked here. Always yelled/ scolded me for getting my receipts while someone even himself made my drink. Everyone else has seemed to be nice at this location.
My wife did a mobile drive-thru order for an iced-caramel coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. I got some hash browns and a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon.
I like Dunkin's coffee, but the doughnuts taste like cardboard compared to Bella Napoli or Gambles Bakery. The doughnuts used to taste great 20 years ago, but they have cheapened them up or something. Find a local bakery if you are in the mood for doughnuts, it's worth the extra effort.
Sat for a bit as I was waiting for my car at a nearby garage. Heard teenage crew swearing, and the cushioned seats were absolutely disgusting. Was not happy.
Pleasant greeting, But then the service went South. Price of order was quoted, I replied with a thank you but there was no You are welcome. Drove up to The window, granted the employee was busy, handed me my order when I was trying to pay First leaving my hands full. Handed him my credit card, still with no recognition,. Handed it back with no response. This is not how retail Is done. A simple " I'LL be Right with you" Is All that It takes to let you that you are Appreciated. Employees should Stop And think what they are doing. Training Is all that It takes.
This location is incredibly busy. The parking lot is a mad house. The drive through line wrapped around the building. The selection of donuts was ok. They had what we wanted but there were some out because it was so busy. Maybe it was because it was Sunday morning on a holiday weekend. We did get good coffee and service after the long wait in line. Donuts were delicious!
3 stars because the staff was friendly and professional. The sandwich was fine. I ordered a small iced coffee with cream. Got cream and ice. What a waste of money. I love Dunkies coffee. Been drinking it for decades since I grew up in Boston. I don't know what this was but it wasn't coffee.
I stopped here to do paperwork and link up to their Wi-Fi. What do you want me to say, it’s Dunkin’ Donuts. Generally watery coffee, sugary treats, and everything‘s overpriced. The bathrooms are clean. I accidentally dumped a homeless man’s coffee that he was resting on the edge of the garbage can while smoking outside and went into buy him a replacement and they gave it to me for free so I’m gonna have to say some really nice folks work here and I appreciate them.
Best to order ahead for pick or go through drive thru. One man inside at 8:30 AM, older man making up express orders and taking care of the front. No help from the other 5-6 employees taking care of drive thru, most just standing around and not even recognizing we were standing there. Joe was great, stopped making there precious money making express order and got my order quickly.
Ordered 3 donuts; 2 of the ones I received were incorrect. The person on the intercom seemed pretty disinterested, but the person at the window was very nice.

The staff here, needs to go through training again. If I'm here leaving a bad review, it's well deserved. When you order a caramel macchiato, you would normally expect coffe, milk and caramel. Well no caramel, and hardly and coffee so Both the drinks I got were cold coffee flavored milk.
going through the drive through I ordered a LG iced coffee, simple enough. I get up to the window and the woman hands me a medium iced coffee I bring to her attention that I asked for a large and her response was well you were charged for a medium and hands me back my card. It’s not whether or not I was charged for the right size it’s the simple fact that I’m gonna drink a medium iced coffee in 2 seconds (reason I get a large) and I asked for a large. She didn’t offer any suggestions to make it right, didn’t ask if I wanted her to charge me correctly and make me the right size. I get it it’s something little but it’s still terrible customer service.
The coffee is never made right and by that I mean you ask for one thing and you get a completely different thing or your order backwards. Charging for hazelnut but not giving you any. You ask for a bagel they'll give you one giant glob of cream cheese on on half of the half. Force you to use your finger to smear the cream cheese around cause they didn't give you a knife for their screw up/lack of common Sense and laziness. Mean while charging you for extra cream cheese but only giving you one then refusing to refund the extra 1.75 you spent for something you didn't get. I'll also get into how rude they are. NO drive through personnel should ever ask that's it? And then suck their teeth. Point is, this Dunkin is terrible and the management don't seem to keep their employees in check. Pure laziness. Point blank plain and simple.
Drove through This Morning for my coffee. And there is no sugar and the coffee is very dark. Not what I ordered should be more lighter with half an half. Have been disappointed for quite a while with this Dunkin.
I order from this place frequently as it is right by where I work, and 9 times out of 10 there's something wrong with the order. Today, I ordered a frozen coffee with mocha, which I figure is an easy order. I'm not sure how they made it, but they definitely used a different flavor than mocha and I can't drink it. I just dont understand how you can make such a simple mistake. It's not the first time, either.
Love Dunkin, here at least once a day but there seems to be an issue with keeping dark hair out of their food and properly giving customers the correct items. It seems to be 50/50 with competent and non staff members. The early morning crew is fantastic, as well as the afternoon. But mid day is just lost and miserable. I get being busy absolutely, but you should at least ensure that the quality of food and service is still upheld
I specifically asked for crispy hashbrowns and for my sandwich to be toasted, but what I received was lukewarm and far from what I ordered. I don't like lukewarm food, and with no line inside or outside, they had plenty of time to get it right. It was clear they didn’t care to put any effort into my order. Disappointing experience at this location.
We dropped in for coffee for the first time at this location. Big fan of Dunkin' overall. Service was slow (which is normal), but I didn't realize it would be slow due to the staff requiring time to socialize and gossip. That was the priority to them as three customers just stood there and no one even addressed them. A customer shouldn't feel bad or rude asking the employees to stop talking and help them. Sad times....the level of work being done continues to drop as managers have to be in fear of entitled kids who know nothing of the real world. Some have valid arguments, but this group doesn't in this case.
The chai tea that my wife ordered tasted like crap, do not go here. Certainly if you ask for a chai without it being too sweet, it is going to taste gross. I almost wonder if they spited her for taking a minute to order and made the drink incorrectly on purpose. Don't be afraid to talk it up if they sell you a gross drink. My coffee was perfect. Skip this location.
I just went IN TO the store and ordered the 6 dollar meal, ordered the English muffin instead of the bagel.... Got down the road and found I got THE BAGEL .....COME ON
Sad to say South Broadway DD in downtown Saratoga Spring's was not a good experience, I & a freind of mine order Frozen French Vanilla Coffee Colada & her drink was a Frozen Caramel Coffe Drink and in our drink's there was broken plastic peice's with a rubber glove that was all chewed up & broke up throughout our drink's. It literally made us sick to know that was in our drink's. Somehow a plastic lid & rubber glove was found in the top of the machine were assuming that got ground up with the ice that get's crushed for the frozen drink's. Hopfully we do not get sick from it not knowing it was all through our drink's, luckily we notice it after a few swallow's from our drink's. My freind went back there to DD and notified the work staff that was on and showed them the plastic peice's that was in our drink's & at that time that when they the work staff opened up the machine the top of it and found inside a plastic lid & rubber glove what was left of them that wasn't ground up yet and hopfully what should of been done is shut the machine down and tore apart completely to clean out the machine & sanitized it and get rid of anything that was left in the machine. Nobody want's to swallow plastic peice's or chewed up rubber glove in their drink's. It has certainally discouraged us both of going back there ever again and it's sad we loved going there getting their coffee drink's & food. So be aware of what ya get at DD. This definately need's to be address to all DD Shop's and is also a Health Risk to their Customer's as well as work staff. We visited that DD Shop on 7/8/2024. Do want to say the work staff was very polite and was very accommodating to refund our money back too us and was glad we let them know about what was found in our drink's. And my freind took a picture of the plastic that was found in our drink's as well. Hopfully this will never happen again there ever at DD. ☹️☹️ it was such a let down looking for a cold refreshing drink on a hot day too.

I always order on the app to this Dunkin, and usually it isn't too bad. However, I really wanted some loaded hashbrowns. If I wanted plain hashbrowns, I would've just ordered that. I barely got any cheese and maybe like a couple little pieces of bacon. Worst loaded hashbrowns I've ever had. How disappointing, especially when it's almost $5. I will never order loaded hashbrowns from this location again because I'm disappointed, I love them when they are made right. But this is crazy, waste of money.
Stopped in to use my free donut coupon because why not! Upon walking in, I went to use the restroom first prior to ordering. The sign on the door said customers only and to ask for a key so I was given a key attached to a piece of blue plastic piping that was over a foot long? little weird but alrighty. I didn't read the fine print but was informed by what seemed like the manager that I needed to purchase a drink to getthe freebie. No problem with me so I went ahead and ordered a small hot chocolate to go with my Boston cream donut. The donut was pretty good, didn't seem very fresh to be honest and I had to eat most all of it to find the cream. The beverage was good I got it with extra milk as I remember from previously working at DD that it's very chocolatey. I've gotta admit that the vibe was just off-putting at this place- I counted six employees behind the counter with what looked like 2 working drive-thru. I waited behind another patron while watching the employees chat and pace around. When I did get to order from one employee another one made my drink so my order was prompt. I just found it interesting that no one stepped up to take my order although the manager seemed a little intense. Honestly surprised with this location being right in the heart of Saratoga.
I walked in the lobby in for a simple order pick up. and there was an older thin bleach blonde woman working at the drive through. I asked the other employee close to the “to-go” orders if my order was ready for pick up, and I pointed to the bag on the counter asking if it was mine. and the older woman interrupted me and said I can’t have that order. Only to find it was my order for pick up, she has a real attitude problem and I hope that gets rectified, the other employees seemed incredibly uncomfortable with her attitude as well
I was in the Drive-Thru and I asked for the bacon roll-ups and the girl that I talked to said that it's 2 for 2. 2 bacon and cheese roll ups for $2. And this was at the Saratoga branch near Barnes & Noble.
When asking for a refill in a personal cup, Dunkin' fills up a non-reusable one and uses it to fill the personal cup. Afterwards they throw out the plastic cup. All would be avoided if the filled up with the personal cup to begin with!
Staff should focus more on their customers than trying to impress themselves! Hearing staff swear isn’t great either.
I stopped by today to try and enjoy a cup of coffee and went thru the drive thru. I ordered a medium coffee no sugar. Pull up to the window and I get a cold coffee with tons of sugar. I hand it back and ask for a hot cup now I get a warm cup and still sugar. I go inside and I'm told the cold is neither cold or warm like I'm going to lie about a coffee. They give me a another coffee and it still cool. Out of all the D&D's I've been to this one stinks. I threw the coffee away and walked out. Time to switch to Starbucks.
My coffee is never consistently the same, which it should be since I order the same thing. Today was the final straw, I ordered a large caramel iced latte with a turkey cheddar bacon flatbread. I got an unmixed latte, no caramel, and a sausage and egg flatbread. I will not be back, and am calling management I'm sick of my money being wasted because of bad employees
Went through the drive through and they got my order completely wrong, leaving one thing completely out. Had to come back around to go inside. Wasn’t a big deal and I wasn’t upset until the woman that works there then gave me an attitude about it and laughed with one of her employees as I walked away. Very unprofessional.
I absolutely loved the attitude I got from the lady at the drive through window when she tried to hand me a medium when I was charged for a large! And oh, hun, I can see you talking about me through the clear window!

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and a normal iced coffee. They gave me a soggy burnt bagel with next to no cream cheese on it, and they gave me cold brew instead of normal iced coffee.
This is the WORST DD drive through I have ever been to! I only ever come sometimes to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich before work and they Always manage to mess it up to the point where I have to call them and get them to remake it. What a waste of time and money!
I ordered my coffee with cream and sugar and I got it black. The service was terrible! It's ok to tell a customer thank you and have a great day. Especially when it's said to you. No response at all from the guy at the window.
Employee was *miserable* which okay I get it working sucks but like Relax a little. We could hear the young guy slamming things through the window like maybe the fridge door and stuff. Was not very nice on the speaker either. But maybe he was having a really bad day. More importantly we ordered those new tiger lattes and it was just milk and no flavor. We had to dump them they were terrible.
We take our 2 year old every morning because dunkin is our favorite, and most times we go there is a woman working the drive through that is just down right awful and rude. It’s gotten so blatant and today when my husband was ordering saying “I’ll have a large -“ and paused to double check with me on my order - she mockingly in a frustrated voice says “a larrrrrrgeeee?!” We usually just put up with her rudeness but this time I almost lost it. There’s just no reason to be so awful. Not to mention she constantly rushes us, to the point where we’re so flustered we don’t even take the time or order what we want or forget things. Oh! And to top it off, our order was wrong again today 😂
DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION! IT'S A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! My iced coffee tasted like water flavored coffee yesterday, I asked for vanilla but there was absolutely no flavor. I've complained about this location before but it obviously doesn't matter because they haven't changed. I've contacted Dunkin about this location numerous times, the 1st time they told me that the next time I went there I would get a free coffee but that never happened. I never got it because I have pretty bad anxiety and try to minimize my contact with strangers, plus the employees at this location usually have an attitude so I'm literally too nervous to even ask about it. I contacted Dunkin again yesterday but I'm still waiting for a response. This location doesn't care at all about providing what a customer orders. They just throw together whatever is easiest and rush you out of the drive thru. They don't care if you ordered coffee with extra sugar or flavor or a specific amount of cream, they just dump liquids together and pass it out. When I went yesterday there were four cars in the drive thru already and one more pulled in behind me. I'm 99% sure that the staff literally watered down the coffee so they wouldn't have to make more and they could get rid of the customers. I'm so disappointed with this location. It's the closest one to my house and I love Dunkin, I go at least once a week (I drive out of my way on a regular basis just so I can go to other Dunkin locations) and I have the app, but this location sucks and they don't care. I shouldn't have to taste my iced coffee immediately after they hand it to me just so I can park my car and bring it inside to have it replaced because it tastes gross. I go through the drive thru for a reason, I don't want to go inside. I didn't taste my coffee immediately yesterday and when I did I was already more than halfway home. I didn't want to (and I shouldn't have to) turn around and go all the way back to ask again to have my order made correctly. If you have the ability/choice to go to a different location you should avoid this one, you'll leave disappointed with disgusting coffee flavored water.

Used to love Dunkin Donuts. They used to have a bunch of varieties, now just a few, and they all taste like they're three days old. This store has the handicap parking across the parking lot. When you get out of your car, you have to cross the lane where the delivery trucks are coming in and out, then across the drive thru lane where people are dashing out to go to work, then up the ramp and around to the side of the building where there are 5 regular parking spaces RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR!
For some reason, the afternoon crew doesn't know how to make anything. I told the person at the window that my drink was wrong. As it is always wrong, in the afternoon, at the rt 50 location. I ordered a cold brew with a little extra milk, an espresso shot, and extra extra mocha. What I got was a 32oz cup of milk with a shot of espresso. She added a shot of espress
Had a terrible experience here today at the drive thru. my order was incorrect I also paid for my partner in another vehicle and they messed that up and instead of apologizing yelled at my partner told them that I was incorrect even after giving them 3 pieces of information to verify the order to apply the money and then squished my partners order in the bag and tossed it at her. very unprofessional, very rude, uncourteous and lacking customer service skills. The people were working the window at 9:30 this morning should be retrained on how to deal with a issue without escalating and being rude.
Kayla took my friends order, he ordered a dunkin wrap, in hopes he would get a dunkin wrap. But instead this 47 chromosome Kayla put down wake up wrap. So after 10 minutes of wondering where his dunkin wrap was he asked, like any customer wondering where their order is would, he was met with a gargantuan of a manager, Im talking 7 feet tall only a mother could love that face, she started giving him attitude even though they were at fault. I am not mad just extremely disappointed with my experience. Please do something about these 2 anomalies of the human race.
arrived here after leaving route 9 Dunkin donuts because they had no donuts, but this location also has nothing left. Ask why they don't make more donuts and the lady at register laughed at me. Great service. Guess I will look for a Krispy creams for now on or go with out.
A blind little person could randomly select items on the menu better than the workers did for my online order.
It’s 8:20am on a Wednesday and the front doors are inexplicably locked. The line for the drive-thru is wrapped around the building and no one is even coming to the door. Customers who ordered online for pick up are forced to sit in the drive -thru line with everyone else. Called the store directly and was told they decided to lock the door and only offer drive-thru service today. There isn’t any signage or message posted online to indicate this change. 0/5 for customer service.
Went to get a coffee tonight with my wife and daughter. Order three coffees order comes out on a tray. I hand the tray to my wife and drive away as to not hold up the drive thru, grab my coffee which was a large and I was lucky to have enough to fill a small in the large cup. Take a sip and it isn’t even hot. Wife’s coffee was full but again cold. The only thing they got right was the daughters iced coffee. What a joke
As I was ordering my coffee, I noticed ants crawling on the rolls on the display shelf, I quietly mention something to the young gentleman at the counter about it. I visit the shop almost daily and he usually doesn't very good job. But I persisted to sit in the lobby for over 10 minutes while they never removed the product from the shelf! I observed 8-12 ants on the product. Shocking.
Horrible service. Rude older woman cashier that wouldn’t accommodate an order without bread. Wanted me to pay more for less food. Every other Dunkin’ in the capital region accommodates this except this one apparently because there is “no button” for that. Will drive farther to go to a different location next time.
It was terrible. I ordered a turkey sausage,egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin with a large ice mocha latte. What I got was a very small English muffin with and I think turkey sausage with spinach egg patty on it with some kind of nasty melted cream cheese. It was disgusting and made me sick. I NEVER said ANYHING about spinach in my egg or cream cheese. Very poor service. Will never go back to the Saratoga Dunkin again.
Dirty inside, and very rude people. If you want Dunkin, Please go to another one!!
I got omelet egg bites that were still cold and barley cooked. Honestly super disappointed.
We were served by Cara. No smile, one order placed between two customers. She doesn't want to work. Extremely unpleasant staff. She even asked us to take out our receipt because she no longer knew what we had ordered two minutes before. Un grand bravo !
There times are listed that they are open till 9 pm!But they lock the doors before 5 pm!While seeing im trying to come inside! Worst service ever!
Usually I have a great experience going here but today your employee tall man middle aged and miserable (making mobile orders) was down right rude. I ordered a mobile order 10 mins prior to picking it up. My coffee came out and was sitting on the counter. He made it a point to say “ can you wait” wait for what my coffee was made and on the counter it’s not like I went behind the counter to make it myself. I was floored that he spoke to me that way. I still needed to wait for my donuts which was fine but since my coffee was done I wanted to drink it while I waited. When my donuts came out the girl who gave them to me was so sweet(mind you they were placed in the same spot as my coffee) I grabbed them and she apologized for not realizing they were mine. I said it’s okay I should have to wait anyways. The miserable middle aged man said something snarky back to me about next time(I didn’t catch the actual sentence) if your working with the public maybe leave your attitude at the door or don’t work there. It’s your job and you chose to do it. I was never rude until your employee made the rude remark which he probably would have been better keeping to himself.
The rude and grumpy old man that works the front counter deserves to be fired! I’ve never had a pleasant experience with him, and walking up to the counter greeting customers, with “what do you want” is hardly good customer service and food/drinks! This location used to have the best customer service. Not sure what happened or if there was a change in management over the last year or two, but they need to do better!
The slowest dunkin drive thru I have ever been to. Trust me. I spend 100 a week on dunkin coffee all over upstate NY and then some. Check your receipt to. I got a large coffee and got charged for the guy behind me in line, then I got the attitude because I said complained they charged me. Gave them my card to put it back on my account. Don't think they did. So watch this place
The attitude u get from the employees is awful and the management needs to step up there game.
No one notices you wainting in the lobby...so go somewhere else...
I went to order a coffee and a grill cheese. And they asked me how I wanted my sandwich. I don't think there's much science in making a grill cheese. I went to the window to see if they understood me because apparently they didn't understand me and they told me they couldn't serve me at the window. The biggest piece of garbage I've ever seen. Thank you very much for your crappy attention.
The kid completely messed up my ordered and instead of fixing it slapped a new label on a screwed up drink. I didnt order a frozen hot chocolate i ordered a frozen mocha coffee. None of this wouldnt be so bad if he wasnt a completely rude ah.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced so the young man at the window didn’t even tell me my total then I proceeded to hand him money, and he took the money and then handed me back my change and dropped my change all over the ground and didn’t even say sorry just closed the window, then went to hand me my drinks and said Yep Yep as he’s handing me my drinks They really need to know how to be nice and have customer service. Otherwise put him somewhere else where he doesn’t have to be so rude to customers I’ve never seen somebody with worst customer services then this guy
I've been a regular customer for a while now and I'm just getting tired of the non professional service both at the register and cook bringing my food to the counter..usually it is a grouchy older man at the register always appears that he doesn't like his job so he makes the customers feel like they shouldn't order anything..then with a certain female cook will throw the bag of food on the counter while voicing in disdain of what you ordered as the bag of you food flops and just about spills onto the floor..I've watched this happen to some customers but not all ..are they just mean to some people and not others why do I get treated this way been a regular for years. Maybe I should goto management or corporate..
This place used to be spot-on, not any more. The last three times I have been they get the order wrong and they argue it's not their fault. Customer service has gone way down.
Woman stared at us but refused to take our orders and then when food arrived, everything was wrong. We walked back up to get it fixed and she ignored us again.
I was at this location this morning which is 2/3/26, I am a DoorDasher and I was there to pick up orders for two customers! I went in there and there were just pink tickets all over the counter and I understand that they were busy The drive-thru was very long! But on the other hand there is no excuse for the store associate to be so extremely rude! I believe her name is Carrie, her customer service skills are terrible! When I entered the store all I was doing was trying to show her what orders I was there to pick up, she snapped at me several times and that was completely uncalled for! She also Snapchat other customers when they came in! She should not be working in customer service if she can't handle the pressure!
If you are open until 8pm you can’t close at 7:50. Just basic how to run a business.
Worst behavior with customer. Hope the owner tell the worker to treat customers with smile. The lady Joleen at the order counter with very worst attitude and yelling at customers. Don’t want to visit this store never. Hope the owner can replace with best serving staff. I Hope her frustration doesn’t spoil a customer’s day.
I wanted to like Dunkin since it was my first time ever having them. I ordered via Uber Eats, and I got a large iced coffee and the sourdough breakfast sandwich. My coffee was about two inches below the top of the cup, and the sandwich tasted moldy, as well as barely having any cheese and having one tiny sausage patty for the whole sandwich (the bread is way bigger than what they put on it). I tried to get a refund from uber eats, they told me to call the store for the refund. Called the store, and they told me call uber eats for the refund. The lady I spoke with had a bad attitude to start off, and I was very polite saying please and thank you. I told the manager that I was being sent in circles, and she said maybe I should have tried solving the problem yesterday. Just great customer service all around. I asked her if I was just out of luck, to which she said yeah I guess so. Soooooooo… beware of ordering off uber eats. If it’s bad, you won’t get your money back.
They refuse to melt the cheese on my sandwich anytime I ask..I am a daily customer usually and sick of fighting to have something I'm paying for not made the way I'd like. I usually leave a good tip every time I'm in as well.
Because of all of these terrible reviews I will not be going here, today. I live here during the summer and I just arrived. I had a 12 hour drive and am so hungry. All I want is a juicy breakfast sandwich and this location is .3 miles away. Because of the community of reviews, I'll just hop on over to Stewart's. How disappointing. But many thank yous to the people who took the time to tell the rest of Saratoga not to spend our money here until something changes.
Absolutely terrible customer seevice. Online order was completely wrong and they didn’t do anything about it when I told them. They actually said “well you have no proof.” Get better employees or this dunkin will go under fast. I’ve been going here for the last year and they never can get an order right, I think they have no requirements on who they hire.
I arrived here at 5 o’clock in the morning. The door was not unlocked for customers to walk in until 5:08am. I understand people run behind a bit, but when I walked in and ordered my food, there was dirty counters, the drive-through counter was never even used, and it looked like it was not cleaned from the night before. When I said that that’s OK I’ll eat somewhere else. This is disgusting. The lady behind the counter started yelling at me telling me she was the manager saying that’s powder from the donuts that I just pulled out as I question the drive-through area that looked disgusting she said well I’m the manager, mind you I was the first customer in this restaurant. I don’t eat food that comes from a slob type restaurant so I left.
Waited in line for an hr ordered sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant, hashbrowns and two of the taco with bacon there to taco Bacons where is hard as a rock, we didn’t get a a croissant that’s just this order I don’t know what’s going on with this place, but it has gone to hell Horrible staff is rude
The girl who took my order was unbelievably rude. It was so chaotic in there. The service was slow, but I was told later on that a bunch of people were training, so I understand that completely. I will say that the manager was really nice, he’s the one who brought out my last drink. I was really nice the whole time, I didn’t ask for the manager, he just happened to be the one. I’ve worked my fair share in the public, and I truly understand how stressful if can be. But there are things that even I find unacceptable. Being rude to people for literally no reason is one of them.
