KFC in Salina, Ks. is recently remodeled and very clean and nice new looking inside and out. It also has its famous great tasting chicken. The service was great, fast and friendly. The employees were very nice and helpful. One of my all-time favorites. I recommend KFC over most steak houses. Wondering inside dining room also.

Allen rang us up. He was incredible. Wonderful service. The food was good. The spicy wings i got tasted like maybe the oil they were fried in was a little dark and broke. Down, but they were still delicious. Dont remember the last time i was this satisfied at any fast food establishment.

Went thru drive got the amazing KFC chicken, they had to mix my order crispy and original which was fine to get all dark meat. Friendly and great service...the only KFC left in the area that's any good!

I came into Salina from Wichita and I went through the drive. I had the best customer service from Misti. She's the sweetest and the kindest and takes care of all your needs at the window. I would recommend her service to any and everybody I know.

I'm from Denver, and the KFC's are horrorable, so it's been years since I've eaten KFC. I was very hesitant to try the local KFC, but I decided what's the worst that could happen. Well! We were pleasantly surprised. The experience was outstanding. I couldn't have been more surprised and happier, plus the meals were hot and fresh. They were delicious.

Whoever was sorking tonight 9/26 atound 545pm did a awesome job. There was a line when we pulled up to the drive thru but it moved fast! Wait time was none. Got home and the food was fresh and tasty!! To the co workers thank you!! 😊 not easy in the food industry these days so wanted to write a review. Very good we will be back for sure.

Really good food. Very friendly lady who served us. And very clean in the restaurant and restroom. 1/10/22 I am giving this KFC only 1 star today. Including today, the last 3 times I've been here the order has been messed up. Today I ordered 2 chicken legs along with other food. Received 2 chicken breasts instead. And the biscuits were hard as a rock.

Fast friendly staff, clean. Restaurant, and great tasting chicken. Their biscuits are nice and fresh, the potatoes melt in your mouth, the soda is always good, the fry things are really good, and don't even get me started on the cookies. They are 100% delisios!!! Always fresh and ready to go.

Tried their new seasoned fries and chicken strips. Super delicious! KFC sauce was pretty good. The 3 piece strip meal with fries, biscuit, cookie, and drink was $6. Best KFC meal I have ever had and great service too.

I had quit ordering from this KFC a while back because of the decline in the food and the service. Recently I decided I was craving their seasoned chicken and potatoes, and I really wanted some of the wedges they brought back. I’m pleased to say that I’ve ordered a few times on DoorDash and also picked up a few times from the drive thru and they have made a comeback. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. Juicy chicken tenders, fresh mashed potatoes with perfect gravy. Crispy and hot potatoes wedges. And always a smile at the window. I know it’s got to be an improvement by how the food has also shown up via DoorDash. 10/10 and happy to see that the KFC in Salina is back to the way it’s supposed to be 🙌🏼

I went in the late afternoon. I assume it was an "off" time for them because they didn't have any chicken fillets to make a sandwich. No big deal. I love the new Nashville Hot seasoning for the tenders, so I just got that and it was just as good. I love that they carry Pepsi products and have a good sweet tea.

Chicken was greasy and fries were like rubber. Good customer service at the window not too much of a wait considering they were busy

Food was good, however when I got home I realized they had forgotten one of my sides and had to drive back to the location to get it.

Pleasant, clean, prompt. In today's market with no one willing to work, short supplies they're doing a good job.

The $5 meals are great. The chicken doesn't taste as good S when it was cooked in the old grease. The interior needs remodeling.

I've done a few KFC takeouts across the country, but this place really has it down. Every order has been very speedy, fresh, and accurate. I didn't know those three were possible at the same drive thru window. Impressive!

We waited almost a hour for a 16 piece and the employees were very patient. They gave us a free chocolate chip cake for waiting so long. The whole order was correct and warm when we got home.

I always call ahead so they have a potpie ready when I get there. The staff are nice. My only problem is the staff are doing everything not to wear a mask during the pandemic! The last time the window staff didn't even have a mask. I also saw some one putting chicken in a box without gloves or a mask! I wear a mask when I come to the drive up window. I told myself that I would wait until I have a vaccination before I will get food from this KFC.

This was really good! Only thing that wasn't 5 stars was the obviously irritated guy working the drive thru, he was kinda short and curt, tried to rush us off without giving us our drinks...you know...the harried worker move...hands you your food and than shuts the window so fast you don't even have time to say 'hey I had a Dr pepper too!' but the order was correct and the food was very good and hot

I've never had a problem with this KFC. Chicken and everything is always good. Service isn't always with a smile but they're fast. Just don't eat out to often, to darn expensive anymore.

Don't let the potholes gate keep you from this delicious chicken! Biscuits and coleslaw are my go to sides. Fresh and served so timely!

I went in yesterday afternoon and had a 5 piece combo meal for the first time in the last 2ish years it was hot and fresh and the counter help was helpful. it seems like day crews on point. I did bring up most of the time I came at night and they were out of stuff or it was cold, incorrect and then when you ask about it they were inconsiderate. But the manager told me that they made changes and so far its better.. The only draw back was the dirty table i ate at but other than that delicious.

My spicy bowl was heavy on the liquid and did not look eatable until I added some more dry ingredients, received Mac and cheese when we ordered fries and what happened to the corn on the cob, not the best, you should have chicken by the price piece cuz all we really needed was some drumsticks.

Standard KFC restraunt definitely follows company policies. Staff is friendly and the service is fast! Only gripe I've had is several times if not more have messed up my order constantly when it's just a 5 dollar lunch box.

It was a very busy evening. They were quick and friendly. Personal hygiene could use some work for employees. We used drive-thru, so I'm not sure of the lobby area.

Not as good as it used to be, the staff seem to try really hard and they try to deliver a good experience but there has been several times where orders get mixed up, food or drinks are missing or wrong. The food hasn't got any better, prices seem to go up and for some reason they only have white gravy on Wednesdays? That's a little wild but it fits with the quirkiness of eventing else this location has to offer. My attendance here dropped after they axed the nashville hot strips but even the classic chicken has taken a dive. It's Salina, there's about 500 other places to eat but for chicken, options are low.

I don't really like to eat there much, but my mom enjoys it occasionally. Sometimes, she'll have me walk to go get her a couple breakfast bowls for her and I. I'm privileged to say, if I'm hungry she feeds me. BLESS YOU FATHER, SON, AND HOLY SPIRIT! Thank you for the Loving family you gave me!!!

5 stars on cleanliness. However, the pieces of chicken were "extremely" small and they don't have the awesome flavor that they once had to keep you coming back. It'll probably.be 2-5 years before I'll go back to try them again.

The service at this location has gone down hill. Today's order was very disappointing, drive thru intercome wasn't working so could not order from menu. Had to order at window, I wasn't sure on item numbers. I just knew I wanted my orders to be all white meat, I think I said it at least 3 times even after he had the order I repeated it again all white then repeated it to another employee as I had some items mixed up with another fast food establishment repeating the order and added all white meat. I get home and only have one order white meat the other order all dark meat. Food was soggy and greasy, we ate what we could but was so disgusted with quality that I threw the thighs out to the feral cats in my neighborhood.

Was not pleased at all!! Took grandson there for lunch I ordered chicken sandwich it was terrible,looked like it was heated up in fryer and was dry and burnt!! Was very disappointed!! Sure won't be going there again!!

I really enjoy chicken pot pie. But the one I just ate was not good. I am use to peas carrots potatoes chicken that are done not mush. Sure am disappointed.

I love the original hotwings but getting them fresh is a different story. I been sitting in their parking lot on Broadway for o er 30 minutes watching them run around the restaurant and easantly sit at tables and ignore the phone for call ins or to check when they open. Online it states 1030. Its 1115 and still not answering or open. Disappointed with this experience and i want hotwings so bad imma keep watching and waiting and surely let them know of their professional onbligation to the public to provide their food as advertised and open at the time designated. Last experience they burried 13 cold stail hotwings under 7 fresh ones. And cost me over $20 for food i just threw out. Disappointed.

Doors were locked at 6pm and drive thru was super slow. Showed up at 6pm when the online app said my order was ready and didn’t get my order from the drive thru window until 6:24pm.

I placed an order through the KFC app, and it told me my order was ready. But, when I got there, it was not, and in fact, not even made yet. This location has always had an "iffy" reputation (used to be for bad health code violations), and I have to say this did not change my thinking as I hoped it would. The chicken sandwich was not even as good as I had been hearing about.

Ordered all white dinner....after driving across town noticed it was dark meat. Called store to ask what came with dinner and he had to ask someone else. Person at drive through just held bag out and looked the other way so all in all not great.

Normally the chicken is cooked all the way through but this time two pieces out of twenty was only 3/4 cooked (blood was seen) the order was accurately taken and filled

Ordered wings got a couple in and see that it's still very red the fries were so old once I got home I had to go back to get fresh ones

Food was warm not hot and the chicken tasted like they boiled it not fried kinda doughy they forgot our deserts and biscuits. So we parked and went in and explained missing stuff. I will say the manager was very polite but the staff was a little rude.

When a restaurant is not busy and the person in the drive-through taking your order has nothing but attitude and is literally not doing anything besides stocking or cleaning and wants to be rude. That’s bad and poor customer service right there people stop eating at KFC because of the service people didn’t stop eating because of the food they stopped eating because of the service

I ordered a 5pc tender box with Mac & Cheese, and Mashed Potatoes. Didn’t get my Mac & cheese nor did I even receive any of the sauces that I asked for either. I’ve never had problems with our KFC until now. Very upset as I was looking forward to the Mac & Cheese.

Took 16 minutes for food, employees were busy on cell phones instead of helping with orders, then had to wait for them to fill a 1/2 gal of tea since they were too busy on their phones to do so while my order was being prepared. Didn't even get to eat lunch because of this. I had to go back to work where I actually work.

The service is horrible!! I have been there 3 times since I move to Salina, Ks and they always forget my food and so I have to drive back!! Last time I went back and got a cake for the mistake, it was great till I got home, my gravy was half way and so was my mash potatoes!!. I was so mad next day I went back to the store and spoke to the manager and I ask for a number to complain since he would do nothing. He said WE ARE FRANCHISE SO IF U HAVE ANY COMMENTS OR PROBLEMS TELL ME!!. Did do nothing to resolve the problem. I do not want free food I pay for my food and so I deserve to get exactly what I paid!!!!

Saddest place in town. The store is perpetually covered in a greasy film. The staff is clearly one bad day away from an intentional overdose or a noose. The chicken is what it is. Chicken. Drive thru takes a day and a half to get through, and that parking lot is cratered worse than the moon. Someone e should raze this place, and if the town must have a KFC, put it somewhere else and staff it appropriately. Nobody wants to eat in someone else's misery...

Extremely small and barely breaded chicken cashier was very rude. And as if that wasn't enough, there short stiff black hair on the drumstick. KFC is my favorite chain, but the salina location is a poor excuse for a restaurant.

Went through the drive thru cuz lobby was locked even though hours stated that it closes at 9pm. Got there at 850pm. I order and get to the window to pay and had to wait 5 minutes before someone came to the window and was told they couldn't do what I had ordered as the kitchen was shutdown. Shouldn't post closing time as 10pm if you shutdown before 9pm.

My husband bought chicken here today after 5pm and I must say the worst I ever tasted and the this is my 4th time eating there, the chicken had no taste under season skin all falling off , fries dried out and crispy and the rest was also bad.... to be honest I want back my money.

Ordered through the app. A little after 8:30pm. It stated they close at 10pm. Showed up a few minutes after 9pm. The manager said we're closed. I said I had an online order that's paid for and it stated they were open until 10pm. He said pull around front and I'll see if we have it. Pulled around and he said we have it but you took to long and we closed early because we need to train them. I said then how do I get my money. He said I don't know call who you ordered it from were closed. I said I ordered from KFC. He said he don't know and he don't care pretty much. He was rude. I had to sit on hold and talk to 2 different people to get my money refunded. Wouldn't go here if I was you

The person who took my order was not as friendly as she could have been. She wasn't very nice to the person in front of me either. Now let's talk about the chicken. I got the 2 piece white and it was like eating a tablespoon of salt with every bite.. I will NEVER NEVER go back to that place. Not everyone likes to eat salt. Dillons has better chicken.

Every time we have gone there the last six months we are asked to pull up and wait. I don't mind that. But then they give us the wrong sides and leave out things like sauce that we asked for when ordering. I should not have to check my bag before I pull away and drive home. So frustrating. Then when trying to call the number is always busy. Guess I'll leave my grievance here since I am unable to get in touch with a manager.

We were really looking forward to fresh, crisp, KFC Chicken after a long day. That is the opposite of what we received. They were limited on Chicken, and completely out of most of their side orders. The fries were clearly old and stale, and the chicken was very damp, slimy, and stale. Worst fast food experience we’ve had in years. The least they could do is reimburse us for a $60 meal that I wouldn’t even feed to our dogs 🤢. We threw away the entire order and went elsewhere.

The "manager" asked me to pull forward to wait on food( more forward than I already was) with 0 cars behind me. I replied that there were no cars behind me and for the 5 minutes I was in the current forward position, he was blocking traffic talking to a person in a car, in the middle of the parking lot smoking. He replied, I will make sure service is slower for you. I then followed him inside to ask for my money back, which he denied me. He then tried to engage me in a " awhat is wrong with you" rant and stated that here at KFC the customer is not always right. I told him several times I did not want to speak with him.

Worst experience at a KFC I've ever had. I went in to grab an order for one of my deliveries and the girl that worked there just slams the food down, ripping the bag. The whole order was suppose to be ready to go, but there were no drinks. I asked politely for the drinks, she grabs two cups, slams them down and says "there ya go!" I won't be delivering from this store again, which is unfortunate for my customers. I love KFC, too! I could tell by the reactions of the other workers that this little girl has created a very toxic work environment.

The back line has no communication skills with the front. I've now been sitting here 30 minutes waiting on a simple order. Unfortunately there are still people that are in front of me that are still waiting. If I hadn't already paid I'd walk out

Don't order delivery from here. The order is always wrong and you'll have to get out anyway to get the missing items. Then, the manager gives you attitude! So I paid almost 10 dollars in delivery and they did not want to make up for it. Horrible customer service at this location!

Ordered 8 piece dinner all white meat, first you have to pay more to get all white meat, and I'm ok with that, what I'm not ok with is that you get 2 pieces that are normal size and then 6 others that are about the size of a chicken wing... better off going somewhere else for your chicken , it's the first time either , I've ordered all white and I continue to get this. Seems like they are unhappy you ordered it as well... they respond with it's going to cost alot more if you order all white , I'm aware , I just prefer it.. what I don't prefer is paying more for basically a 2 piece dinner with a side of wings ...
