Wat is dit een geweldig culinaire restaurant..... alle smaak pupillen slaan op hol..... nee eerlijk waar hier moet je gegeten hebben..... en wat betreft de prijs voor 2 personen 3 gangen genomen voor 30 euro en fles wijn voor 12,50 ...... als je dit eet in Nederland moet je naar een heel duur culinair restaurant om deze belevenis in je mond voor elkaar te krijgen!!! Ik zeg gaan ze hebben ook 3 gangen voor 22,50 geloof ik en gewoon eten van de kaart!!!

A fabulous meal last night-this place never fails to impress! We've been several times now over the last couple of years and the food has always been delicious-quality food and well presented. The 22 euro 3 course menu is a real bargain! We'll be back soon!

Total quality meal last night in Truffel Restaurant ,small but perfectly formed hidden gem in La Fuente centre . Attentively looked after by Paul and waitress. Met the chef too extra bonus. Sorry no pictures but excellent muse bouche of leak and truffle foam, home made bread. Starters home made ,pate , tasty apple and walnut salad dressing was sublime, then main courses delicious seafood risotto, tender beef cheeks, coq au vin and duck and cranberry sauce. Grand finale Caramel and vanilla cheesecake with very crunchy biscuit base and a honeycomb biscuit Mamma Mia 😋. Highly recommended.

Me and my wife came to this restaruant again this time for my wife's birthday and from entering the restaurant to leaving our experience was exceptional the food was sublime and service was very attentive the value for money is unbelievable for this little gem of a place and we definitely recommend it.

The beef cheek dumplings were amazing in depth, the ponzu gel added the perfect amount of sting. The duckbreast with cranberry sauce was out of this world. The service from our waiter was impeccable. Definitely not my last visit to Trüffel.

The dining experience @Truffel restaurant was absolutely exquisite. The atmosphere was elegant, the service was impeccable, and the food was a divine symphony of flavours. From the first bite to the last, each dish was a masterpiece. I highly recommend Truffel to anyone seeking a truly outstanding culinary adventure.

We went here last Saturday, 8th November 2020 around 7pm and it was very quiet, with only one other table being served. This is a massive shame as it deserves to be rammed full every night ! We was welcomed well and promptly asked for drinks and menus given to us. As we had met the owner, Pascal previously when he came to view our Day Care facility, we was offered some off the menu options (ie. smaller sample sized portions of more dishes to try before and after our mains), and we took him up on the offer, naturally :). The food, is to die for, seriously. They love to play with your taste buds here, and you will not be disappointed visiting here over the other places nearby (its a mini complex of restaurants). I cannot fault the food, the service, the friendly atmosphere, staff and overall quality of dining. I have been to many many places over the years and some top class hotels in various locations and this ranks right up there with the best. I will be back, and will be recommending you to everyone. Defo needs visiting. A+++

Didn't have a great experience the last time we visited but promised we'd go again and delighted we did as we knew something wasn't right the last time , food tonight was excellent and service was top notch , you have to try this hidden gem in La Fuente but book in advance as they are highly sought after especially with their new €30 3 course menu , had the Pate and Duck and beef cheeks , amazing flavours enjoy .

Difficult to find this exceptional level of hospitality and food anywhere. We didn't need lots of wine so we chose a glass of house red and white and was so pleased that they were really good, so flavoursome. The waiter ( owner probably) was very gracious and attentive, not at all bothersome! Quality of food was superb. My wife and I spent just over 70€ for a three course meal including coffees and consider it very good value.

An excellent experience overall. We hadn't booked, yet were made welcome with kind staff, headed by Paul. High standards of service, though not overbearing. Simple menu choices of quality food that didn't disappoint in any way. Good selection of well priced wine to accompany our fabulous meal. A clearly well run, privately owned restaurant that we will recommend 👌

Lovely place to eat, it was a pretty busy night but (what I assume was the owner) never lost a beat. Really impressed with the service and tenacity! The food was really good as well, we went for the three course meal and everything was oozing with flavor! A bit of a tiny place which could create a cozy intimate atmosphere but could also be quite loud at times. Definitely going to come back here. Don’t forget to book a table!

2nd time here in as many days. The food is absolutely fabulous - and incredibly reasonable. Had the beef shin last night & the lamb should tonight. Both were wonderful in taste and presentation. We hebben hier vanavond heerlijk gegeten. Steak tartaar, fois gras en risotto met gamba's. Super smaken, vriendelijke bediening, alles top. We komen zeker terug! Sfeer een ster minder omdat er slechts 2 tafels bezet waren incl onszelf.

Excellent food with a few surprises for first time guests perhaps. My steak was terrific. Now twice dining there and only one minor comment from 2nd visit when 2 of my fellow guests experienced slowly chilling legs and knees. So much so we didn't linger for coffees. Book. I doubt you would be disappointed.

(almost) fine dining in Villamartín. Who knew.... Apparently it's been there for years but we've never tired it before. Bit of a last min Google search delivered up this gem and I'm glad we tried it rather than our usual haunts. The beef cheeks were soft and delicious the duck was cooked perfectly and the recommended wine went down a treat. Our family group were made to feel very welcome and I know we'll be back next time we visit. Five stars.

Just had a beautiful meal in Truffel restaurant La Fuente. I can only say everything was over and above our expectations! Paul and Esther, front of house were so professional and friendly. We're looking forward to our next visit very soon!!

We sold up last year and came back for a short holiday. Trûffel was our first choice for a good dinner. Pleased to see that the standard is as high as ever and the price still great value. Quite a few empty tables last night, Friday. This place should be packed out! I know the location is not perfect but the food, service and ambiance is superb. Fine dining at low prices. Get yourself along here for a great dining experience. 30th September 23 This is our favourite restaurant in Fuente. When it opened the food was great but the place was a bit basic. Pascal has brightened up the look now and added a tapas menu which is what we wanted to try. However the set menu and a la carte was so good well have to go back for the tapas another time. Linda's chicken morrocan was fabulous and my pork iberico secreto was great. If you like Spanish pork then this is the best you will find. OK the service is not quick. It's not McDonald's! Oh, and the price is right. Update on Trüffel. Post Covid we don't go out much. When we do this is top of the list. The usual great food in an open terrace. Go there it's amazing value. This place deserves to survive the pandemic, many won't.

We have been in Spain for 2 months, a week in Madrid and this little place was the best dinner we have had. Pro and friendly service and the food was great. What i look for is not huge portions but great food. The starter was a Tuna tartar with an Wasabi icecram. Exeptional. Beef steak and a Duck breast for mains. Just great. The deserts were prepered with care. Everything better than all the places we tried in Madrid and way better than all the places in the Aria.

Update 2025: Nach langer Zeit mal wieder dort gewesen. Entweder war geschlossen wenn wir da waren, alles belegt, oder beim letzten Mal im März 2025 trotz Reservierung das neue Menü noch nicht fertig kreiert. Das neue Probiermenü 2025 ist wie immer aufwändig zubereitet und geschmacklich sehr gut. Im Gegensatz zu früher muss man nicht mehr den Hauptgang aussuchen und bekommt gleich zwei zum Probieren serviert. Es gibt jetzt auch einen weiteren Raum und somit mehr Tische. Zumindest haben wir diesen Raum vorher noch nie gesehen. Wir werden es beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder versuchen! 2023: Mal was positives Anderes. Schon lange waren wir nicht mehr auf der Rückseite vom La Fuente und wüssten gar nicht das es dort unten seit Jahren das Trüffel gibt. Wir hatten Glück und haben ohne Reservierung noch einen Tisch für 2 bekommen. Freundliche Bewirtung, nettes Ambiente und ein hochwertiges leckeres Menü zu fairen Preisen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend! Leider sind die nächsten Tage schon ausgebucht. Also unbedingt rechtzeitig reservieren.

Na al enkele keren de wens te hebben om hier te eten, is het dit keer gelukt. Wel van te voren reserveren, want zit altijd vol tijdens de openingstijden. Op zaterdag een vraag gesteld via WhatsApp of wij konden reserveren voor de dinsdag. Er werd keurig aangegeven, dat er een groep van 15 personen zou zijn. Of wij hier problemen mee hadden. Gelukkig hadden wij dit niet en konden hierdoor dinsdag bij Trüffel eten. Wat hebben wij geweldig gegeten. Van de chef kregen wij een groen soepje, onbekend wat dit ook alweer was. 🙄🤔🤭 Als voorgerecht hadden wij geitenkaas en steaktartaar. Leuk dat de chef eerst een klein hapje had gemaakt van de steaktartaar met de vraag of de smaak goed was. Na dit ene hapje wilde ik gelijk meer. Als hoofdgerecht een steak en lamsvlees. Allebei prima maaltijden. Goed vlees. 😃 Als nagerecht een kaasplankje. Er kon gekozen worden tussen port en een ander drankje. Gekozen voor het andere drankje en was een zoetige soort wijn, naam ben ik vergeten. (geen wijnkenner, sorry) Het andere nagerecht was een chocolade texture. Heerlijk al die verschillende chocolade smaken. Daarna om af te sluiten nog een heerlijk kopje cappuccino. Een zeer geslaagde avond en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Het is niet het goedkoopste restaurant, ook niet het duurste, maar zeer zeker de moeite waard om er een keer te gaten eten.

There are some hot contenders for the best fine dining restaurant in Orihuela Costa, but Truffel is the one place I just can’t stop visiting. Delicate dishes served with balanced flavours and exquisite touches, created from the heart by Pascal and his very talented chef. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed and service is exceptional, with Paul, Ester and Fruzsi looking after your every need with warmth and attentiveness, but without being obtrusive. Every friend who visits asks me to book a table at Truffel - I advise you to do the same! Perfection from start to finish, keep up the good work!

Mijn bezoek aan Trüffel was een ware smaaksensatie. Ik heb genoten van de hemelse combinatie van Foie Gras en Tataki Tonijn. De Foie Gras smolt op mijn tong en de delicate smaak van de tonijn was perfect geaccentueerd door de zorgvuldig gekozen marinade. De presentatie was prachtig en de smaken waren subliem. Trüffel weet echt hoe ze je smaakpapillen kunnen verwennen. Een culinaire ervaring om nooit te vergeten!

The chef here is a true artist. Each dish is carved to perfection giving a dining experience like no other. The staff are very friendly, and there is a great atmosphere throughout the restaurant. You would be a foul to miss this.

Een culinair bezoek gebracht aan restaurant “Trüffel”.... de ontvangst was van harte en heel erg vriendelijk. Het restaurant is klein maar gezellig. De gerechten waren enorm lekker. De porties waren ok en wanneer je de 3-gangen menu bestelt heb je voldoende gegeten. De menu kost 22 eur en je kan uit verschillende voor- hoofd- en nagerechtjes kiezen. De bediening was zeer attent en kwam regelmatig vragen of alles naar wens was. Kortom prijs/kwaliteit TOP! Echt een aanrader!

Magnificent food at a very decent price level. We had the set menu for 22EUR each. You can pick from various starters, main courses and deserts. The food was of very good quality. I had the duck salad as starter, the beef cheeks as main course and the cheesecake as desert. The restaurant is a little bit hard to find, since it is at the back side of La Fuente, on the street level. But you will be rewarded for the search.

Fantastic restaurant. Fine dining at its purest. Great tastes and very friendly staff. Price quality is great. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in for quality dishes.

First time here and we will definitely come back! We live in the area and thought we'd give it a try and we were not disappointed! First off we were welcomed very nicely by the staff which was really great to see. The decor is very nice and inviting. We ordered the Tuna and Steak Tartare to start with. We both got a small sample to try, to ensure the spices were to our liking and they were both absolutely amazing dishes, two of the best tartares we have had. The wasabi sorbet really adds to the dish and gives it an amazing touch! Between dishes we got some lovely palate cleansers! For mains we had the 250g fillet steak with truffle mashed potato which was cooked perfectly with the most amazing sear. The truffle in the mashed potato tasted really good and is a great combination. We also had the fish of the day which was red snapper and it too was perfectly cooked and flaked very nicely! Dessert was the chocolate texture which was nice and rich and sweet, followed by the mandatory Irish coffee which was a nice touch to finish off a fantastic meal! The staff were so nice and friendly, they did an amazing job at giving us a really nice experience! You can tell by the taste and presentation that the chef and the staff take great pride in their work! 5 (and more) stars 100%

Wir waren gestern mit einer größeren Gruppe im Trüffel und das Essen konnte alle überzeugen. Dieses Restaurant ist das Juwel im Fuente Center und Pascal überrascht uns immer wieder mit neuen köstlichen Kreationen. Für 35 Euro bekommt man ein 3-Gänge-Menü mit kleinen Zwischengängen, die geschmacklich wunderbar harmonieren. Sein Essen ist nicht nur ein kulinarischer sondern auch ein optischer Genuss. Es gilt Qualität vor Quantität.

El menú de tapas es excelente. Totalmente recomendable. Además tomamos una ensalada de pato, y secreto ibérico... Todo delicioso. Incluidos los postres, aunque estos un poco más dulces de lo que nos gusta a nosotros. El servicio excelente, aunque eso sí, en inglés.. Ningún problema en nuestro caso, pues mi hija lo habla perfectamente, pero quizás nos podrían haber respondido en español. Es sólo un detalle, pero si vais sin saber inglés... Tenedlo en cuenta.

Estuvimos el jueves mi pareja y yo para probar el nuevo menú de tapas y fue fantástico, lo recomiendo porque hay 7 tapas y un postre por 22€ a cuál mejor,sobre todo el pulpo con helado de paprika, el bacalao y el allioli con albaca ( o basilico ). En estas fechas hay que reservar.

Estilo interesante de comida, el redondo de cerdo estaba delicioso, hasta la guarnición de verdura, entrantes variados, foie, pato y postres diferentes, recomiendo probar experiencia y tener propia opinion, dentro por tema Covid son pocos comensales pero tienen terraza calentita! Wir waren gestern mit einer größeren Gruppe im Trüffel und das Essen konnte alle überzeugen. Dieses Restaurant ist das Juwel im Fuente Center und Pascal überrascht uns immer wieder mit neuen köstlichen Kreationen. Für 35 Euro bekommt man ein 3-Gänge-Menü mit kleinen Zwischengängen, die geschmacklich wunderbar harmonieren. Sein Essen ist nicht nur ein kulinarischer sondern auch ein optischer Genuss. Es gilt Qualität vor Quantität.

El menú de tapas es excelente. Totalmente recomendable. Además tomamos una ensalada de pato, y secreto ibérico... Todo delicioso. Incluidos los postres, aunque estos un poco más dulces de lo que nos gusta a nosotros. El servicio excelente, aunque eso sí, en inglés.. Ningún problema en nuestro caso, pues mi hija lo habla perfectamente, pero quizás nos podrían haber respondido en español. Es sólo un detalle, pero si vais sin saber inglés... Tenedlo en cuenta.

Estuvimos el jueves mi pareja y yo para probar el nuevo menú de tapas y fue fantástico, lo recomiendo porque hay 7 tapas y un postre por 22€ a cuál mejor,sobre todo el pulpo con helado de paprika, el bacalao y el allioli con albaca ( o basilico ). En estas fechas hay que reservar.

Food is always lovely .....4 stars because portions are small and menu is small and quite often not everything is available. but always quality.

Perhaps, three stars is not really fair, I admit. Food and service was lovely. Except maybe, for the mushroom risotto, it was not so tasty, on the other hand rack of lamb was fantastic. But I was more upset of ambience, since it was hot and muggy air in, we decided to move to the terrace. Which I honestly didn't like at all, ascetic and quite dusty as well as an annoying company of mosquitos

Bon petit restaurant, les plats sont goûteux et pas trop copieux, juste comme on les aime. Le service est attentionné et très aimable.

Excellente cuisine, raffinée, portions adaptées, service avenant mais uniquement en anglais (pas même en espagnol, dommage pour les non anglophones) Le cadre mériterait d'être plus en accord avec la classe des plats... Mais il reste très agréable.

Excellent meal I had pork dumplings as starter they were excellent followed by the lamb hock superb feel off the bone. Service was very fast.

I was very pleased.. in the begining of the diner. We choose the menu of €35. For the main course I choose rabit. What a disapointement! The plate was very nicely dressed but the rabit was very small, only two bits( and I am a small eater). The dessert was also to little. Also last year we were in Spain for 2 months. We went 4 times to eat there , but the menu was still the same. So good food but too small portions... and more variété on the menus

Not expecting to find such refined cuisine at this location, it was truly a high-end sophisticated culinary experience. The ravioli with sweet potato and ricotta combined with the sauce was perfect,the lamb with the Potato lasagne finished with a classic gravy showed great talent.Dessert of mango with white chocolate bavarois completed the meal. BUT........the portions were really to small which is a shame for such a high quality experience. Will I come back? Yes definitely but hopefully the portions will be a bit bigger in the future.

Fantastisk personal, they get 5 stars, but expected more from the lamb I ordered, think my baby dog got most of it, so she was happy... 🤗 I don't go out very often, so possible my expectations was to high, especially since Truffle got the best recommendations from a friend.

Food and wine were good but at €130 for two it was disappointing. My steak was cooked well but the quality of the meat was much to be desired. On the other hand, the service and the appetisers offered between courses were very good. Would I go again? Not really sure….. the quality of steak was the big disappointment so unless they improve on an expensive part of the menu, I doubt it!

Waiter very friendly and nice, however, poorly trained. For a high end restaurant you expect white wine chilled when poored not warm. Also the waiter and waitresses really didn't know much about the menue (just 5 or 6 options). We were on a table of six and two on our table were not allowed to order the taster menue because the rest went with the main menu. Very disappointing for an expensive high end meal. Sadly, we will not be returning.

Sorry - can’t understand were the 4.7 rating comes from - we had very high expectations, clearly way too high. We, 4 people, had the menu. The food was cold - the dumplings cold and tasteless - the mushed potatoes watery and without any tast and at the end the cheesecake was in our opinion a failure of experiment with sour cream - glad I had the panacea - this was the only thing that came close to what we expected. Clearly disappointed and question the high rating.

Made a booking with friends and added another person 3 days before. arrived to be told no seating inside, owner did not show any remorse or care

The restaurant is so bad, I'm so disappointed, I went there with my family and thought it's a good one as they said but no, let me be honest, the waiter who work there, that with orange hair is not good, nothing else, but everytime she came, she smile at our faces, and more, when she gave me my plate her whole finger were all in it, okey I understand you have to hold the plate to bring it to me but NOT PUTTING YOUR WHOLE FINGER IN MY FOOD, even the wine, she doesn't know much about it, don't know how to put it well, the good was also bad, I took a lump , and trust me...I was about to throw up, the meat wasn't cooked well inside, when I told the waiter she just smiled at my face then goes..., maybe she didn't even understand me, beside...I cannot lie, but the place is very beautiful from inside yeah, and quite, but still....so disappointed from Trüffel restaurant...

Verschillende keren goed gegeten. Laatste keer: prijs gestegen, het meeste eten was smaakloos, toebehoren vergeten en veel te weinig. Met honger naar huis gegaan. Was zelf kok in België. Dit is geen aanrader meer.

No hablan castellano, abren a las 19h, la cocina cierra a las 20h. Edito por el comentario: jamás he ido a su restaurante ha si que de la comida no opino, simplemente no atendéis en castellano ni ofrecéis la opción que a mí eso ni fu ni fa porque hemos hablado en inglés por WhatsApp. Por otro lado simplemente quería aportar el horario de cocina y así nadie tiene que molestarle. Los comentarios son anónimos así que usted determine que cliente es y le contesté de esa forma, en fin cocine que las relaciones públicas no son lo suyo.
