This is a treat for me when I allow myself to go and it is always worth it. Burgers always have that old fashioned flavor, fries are always fresh; never over salted and service is quick and friendly. You also get fresh crisp vegetables on your burger. Definitely a must try if you’ve never been. They have a small outdoor picnic area that is nice to enjoy on good weather days.

Yummy! The food takes a minute to cook but it's always fresh. Been going here for years and never a problem so far. I will comment on the fact they changed their curly fries. They used to be like normal fries, but curly. Now, they're pretty much like any other curly fries(you know, the typical seasoned kind). I really liked their old curly fries and I want to take a star away because of the change but they were still pretty good and the burgers are better than most other fast food.

Every time I eat at Burger Street always great food and service. Ordered the jr. cheeseburger deluxe and the sweet potato fries are an absolute must! Everything is always fresh made to order and seasoned to perfection!

My favorite burgers, good customer service, and never mess up my order. Had never seen one with a little indoors dining area; the ones I've been to are only drive-thrus. We ate in here and the employees brought our food to the table intead of calling us to go get it. Something to note is that their Large size drink might be more like a jumbo size to some.

I decided to try this place after reading the reviews. So I ordered through DoorDash today and am now a fan! Everything about it was great! The double cheese burger, Delish, the curly fries, Tasty, the shake, so thick and rich I ate it with a spoon. There is a lot of food so bring your appetite. I can’t wait to go back and try their hot dog and chili cheese fries. I definitely recommend this place! Side note: I don’t have any dietary restrictions so I ordered as is.

First time going. Drive thru took a bit longer than other places but I imagine that's because the food is cooked fresh. I got a double cheeseburger, French fries and a chili cheese dog. They were all hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. Will go back again!

Food is very very good but it is very expensive for me plus two it was $49.84 thats borderline robbery thats for one double cheeseburger meal, One bacon cheeseburger meal, and small chicken strip meal that's crazy 😧

Didn’t know you can order outside the place until I seen people order 👍🏾 these people know how to serve and keep their promises on their foods also how prep the food for you is just reliable. I’ve passed this place for months and never really thought about trying it until that day but I did not think twice about it after I took that bite of the burger😂 this place is pricy but the quality of the food you get is undoubt the most over rated food there is that is worth it! Like I said you can dine outside because I believe the entire place is a whole kitchen so preety to see something like that. This place has ton accessibility for handicapped wheelchair individuals aslong with ramps. Please come by and bring your people’s!

Stopped here for lunch on a Sunday. Establishment was clean. I will say that there are only two booth tables and 4 stools for indoor seating. There is plenty of seating outdoor however. The food was delicious! Burgers are huge and super filling. I had a single and my husband had a double.

Love Burger Street. Server asked if I wanted condiments. I thought he meant ketchup for my fries. When I got home, I had a dry burger. No mayo. No mustard. No ketchup. Just dry. Disappointed.

We did order through Doordash delivery. I ordered the chili cheese Burger combo with a cherry limeade my only disappointment was the onions in the chili. I did get past that. my girlfriend ordered the Olive Burger and was very impressed and said it was very good

I ordered a BLT , the Bread is very fresh, they had plenty of bacon. I prefer cheddar cheese, they used American and I should have added mustard, I was pleased with my sandwich

I really like coming here for their Onion Rings!! Those are the best and of course a good classic burger with bacon, would recommend, and I like the outdoor seating for good evenings. Staff is pretty good.

Burger Street is one of two places that I go to for a burger. Their burgers are excellent. I love that they use romaine lettuce and fresh sliced vegetables. Not all chopped up like a salad. They're nice and hot too.

The burger 🍔 to be honest was an average burger nothing super exciting about it. I love burgers 🍔 though and I can't remember a time when I didn't like what I ate. The French 🍟's though were fresh and were super good. The guy taking the order was friendly though and we didn't have to wait long.

Went to burger street for the first time today, I got a number one with cheese no onions large fries and large drink. The drink was definitely a large but the fries didn't seem that large, burger was really good. Asked for ketchup for my large fries and only got three packets but who cares, the fries were good by themselves, just didn't seem like enough, especially for $10 dollars and 20 somethin cents for that meal. Anyway regardless of those few things, the food was really good. Will recommend.

Always a great burger but the fries are h pi t or miss. Sometimes they're fresh and sometimes they're pieces of fries. For the price, which is high, I should receive fresh cooked and whole fries. I love Burger Street and will return. They just need to be aware of what they're serving for the price.

The food here has always been good. The meat is seasoned really well, the fries are always crispy. The service is kind of slow and seating is pretty limited, but it's definitely a good place to go for a delicious burger.

Food was hot. Drink was cold. However the last two times I went here I ordered apple pies. First time not in bag. Second time old and too hard to eat. I tried calling the phone number but I didn't get a answer just that mailbox was full. No one ever called back. I give up.

When I first moved here 7 years ago it was satisfactory. But, now the burgers are average amd the chili pies afr salty ans taste all processed from cans.

Do not get me wrong, I love Burger Street, but yesterday's experience makes me reconsider my love. Anyway, I ordered two number seven combos (chili-cheese dog with fries (excuse me, but I ment to say curly fries, because if you just say fries or french fries, expect to be corrected if Yvonne is taking your order) and drinks) and two large order of curly fries and a medium drink. I received my order after paying over twenty dollars, which is quite expensive for what I ordered. The chili- cheese dog is quite small and you do not get a full scoop of chili or cheese, unless you are receiving a tablespoon of chili and cheese and lastly there was hardly any onions on the dog. They have changed the fries, oops I ment curly fries, from smaller curlys to thicker curlys, which I do not like. Because they are too thick to enjoy and they are not seasoned properly. I asked for light ice on all my drinks, which I did not receive and when I said something Yvonne told me that it was light ice. Needless to say, I will not be ordering the chili- cheese combo again and doubt I will order from this Burger Street location if Yvonne is in the window again.

Burgers are good but the process are higher than other burger places. Despite there being no one else in line ahead of us and the restaurant not being busy it was 20 minutes after we ordered before our good was ready.

Good food for a good price. Will happily choose here over other fast food. (UPDATE) went today 1/20 and they forgot my fries. No prob. Went back and they gave me a smaller order. Love the food but the service hurt me today. Bumped to 3 stars.

The food is always amazing, but the service is horrible. The food is pricey. I recently went a couple of times, and both times I had a problem with the customer service. The last time the guy at the window told me they were completely out of ketchup when I asked for more. Mind you he only gave me 2 packages for 3 order of fries. Not knowing that I knew the person in the car behind me, I asked if they received ketchup, and they said "sure did 4 packs." Why lie to me and say you're out? The last time a server, which I later found out is a manager by the name of Darius laughed in MY FACE once I made it all the way home IN THE RAIN, to find out my order was completely wrong. I tried calling numerous times with no answer. Finally I make it back IN THE RAIN to the store, and they had no customers inside or out. They were just literally watching the phone ring. I will never go to THIS LOCATION again.

They are OK I have been here twice the first time the burger was good I asked for jalapenos and they didn't give them to me. I went today ask for jalapenos paid for them and I didn't get them again in my order my burger was sloppy it was not like the first time.

The burgers are awesome here. I changed my 3 star for being over priced to 5 star due to inflation. All fast food restaurants are expensive now. Good luck finding a burger combo under $10. The food at burger street is always fresh and good although still expensive compared to usual burger chains.

$15 for a combo is ridiculous. Well, you up sized it. That's why... Look. It's $12.99 regular and has the nerve to have a Best Value sticker of the sign. This place used to be delicious and relatively affordable. Not so much anymore. I swear the fries were cooked in fish grease. And the burger was slightly undercooked.

The food is fine. My problem here is that the staff went out of their way to let me know they were closing soon. I was a district manager in the restaurant industry and my staff was always trained to provide top level customer service no matter what time they were coming through. I understand these guys want to get home. It was my first time there I didn't know they were close to closing and it's irrelevant. If someone comes through the drive thru at any point during the operational hours of the business they should get good service.

Me and my friends have consensus on poor quality of food. No drinks refill. No Menu. So bad. only good was we had good friends in bad times. burned out. Bad restroom. No inside Sitting.

They've lately been out of different size cups and haven't restocked in weeks. I asked about it and they had no idea when they would restock. Oddity and not worth it since their sweet tea was my favorite.

I haven't eaten the burger yet but the line to 20 minutes to get to the drive-through it's only two cars in front of me. I have tried my Sprite and it's missing either the syrup or the other stuff. But it tastes gross.

I came through on my way over to ft worth. Wife got olive burger. I got #2. Asked for extra mayo, extra onion, no pickles, no cheese, add jalapenos. Well. After repeating correctly back to us the specialized burger. I come to find out my burger has NO mayo. A regular amount of onion. Has cheese , *no pickles thank u* and NO JALAPENOS despite them charging it to the receipt. Usually i understand mistakes happen. But we were literally the ONLY PEOPLE in the line from the moment we seen the location to the moment we left. Im too far to turn around now. The burger is good, but the service is very poor. Thanks for taking our extra money and giving us nothing for it. Also the sign says special for the #2 comes with 20z drink. These def are not 20z.

I wish 0 stars was an option because I have tried to order food here several times and they have canceled the order everytime. 🙃 Whenever I call to ask why before I re-order, they do not answer the phone. They picked up twice, said nothing and hung up, the rest rang until voicemail came on. If they have the customers phone number why not inform the customer directly 🙄 #OneJob

The curly fries was so oily and lack any good taste. The burger isn't as big as they promote it to be. The burger is compacted with large slices onions, tomatoes and lettuces to give it the large illusions. Waste of 18bucks.

Buns were soggy and gross.... I just live around the block from this location. Hamburger patty was in pieces. Tomato was way passed ripe. Just gross food. Don't waste your money. For these prices you may as well go to a sit down restaurant.

Decided to give this place a try tonight. Pulled into the parking lot around 7:45pm, noticed the drive thru was blocked off by a traffic cone. Ended up trying to dine in, and the door was locked. I could clearly see the employees and a customer hanging out inside the dining area. Soooo not really sure what was going on in there... Hours say they close at 10pm and their open sign was on, so yeah..... I guess this was a sign to steer clear of this place.

I paid 20 and waited 10 min just to be handed an incomplete order. Im missing one fries and they act like they dont believe me so i had to unpack everything and show them. Then they say the fries still cookin and ask me to pull forward and they bring it out to me. I wait another 5 min and then go inside and they look at me like they forgot and go scoop some fries and say sorry bout that. Meanwhile the rest of my food gettin cold. Not worth gettin frustrated over these incompetent employees.

The worst customer service from Brandon on 6/25/17. He pretended to not speak English. I heard him take orders in the drive thru in perfect English. Very rude and kept telling customers they were out of stuff. I wouldn't doubt the staff plays with food before giving to customers. Very rude and disrespectful. On the plus side, The restaurant is very clean.

It’s 9:09p as I write this review. Definitely one star because we drove up to this location for some food and sat at the intercom for a minute only for an employee to tell us that they were closed a whole hour before closing time. They close at 10pm 😑

I know food is good, was there earlier in week. Went back for lunch today, Saturday, just before noon. Front door locked, as we walked away someone opened drive thru window and said we would have to use drive thru. As we were leaving to go somewhere else, two more customers walked up to locked door. This time no one from inside indicated to use drive thru. Only gave a one because we were disappointed we couldn't find in.

Don't plan on dining in. The ALL METAL chairs (that's not a misprint) are designed for minimal dining comfort. Apparently this restaurant prefers to do only drive-thru business and apparently the hard metal chairs and tiny counters are intended to make sure you don't dine here any longer than necessary. The food is great, but the dining area is designed to not accomodate diners.

Ordered a double double and it tasted pretty bad. The meat had no flavor and full of grease. I'd recommend seasoning your meat. I don't mean to be harsh but it is a step below Burger King. Wendy's is a better option or In and Out burger.

Shouldn’t even give a 1 star but it’s the only way you can leave a review. We went there yesterday and they totally messed up our order went back today and tried to get the manager to fix it it no she down right refused to do it then when my husband got upset she all of a sudden could not speak English.. So they remade our food we had to pay full price again no bacon was on it and I swear it looked like someone picked their nose and put it on one of the burgers I had to stop my husband from going back up there.. I will be contacting as many people as I have to to get this managers attention

Used to love this place precious. Been twice in last 30 days and both were bad. 1st my hot dog bun was greasy because to tap dog on paper towel and they evidently changed suppliers or down graded the wiener in o a subpar one. 2nd wanted some curly fries to snack on, what I got were old fries they had retried and only 1 was curly the rest were dregs. Not going back for at least 6 months.

I typically like this chain but this particular location was terrible. So to preface this review please keep in mind there are better spots around the area. We chose to dine in the very very small, cramped interior. I think most of their business is based on driveup orders rather than people hanging out to eat. This isn't a dine-in establishment. They don't have enough room for a wheelchair. I took a bite of my burger and tasted burned meat. The bread was hard as a rock. After looking at it, it was also burned and dry. It was hard to chew. I didn't finish it. The fries and milkshake were decent. The cook in the kitchen was really hustling to get orders out in a decent time and we didn't have to wait long, to her credit. The customer that walked in after us had to repeat his order 4 times. Choose a different location if you're wanting to try this food out.

Took 15 minutes to get a small order in the drive thru. Unacceptab get stuck in the drive thru so you can't leave when they take forever even though there's a empty parking lot.

Asked for no cheese due to allergies and they put cheese. No condiments for three orders also. Called corporate for assistance and they said not their responsibility because it was a door dash issue. They contract them so i was thinking some responsibility should be taken. Very convenient too make money off them but not to pay on the other end lol. Very expensive for such poor service and 0 accountability.

I never got my food. I went through the drive thru and was rushed by the lady on the intercom to place the order. After that I drove up to the window expecting to pay but I was greeted by no one at the window. The lady at the window was on her cell phone! The place was dead and yet I waited at that window for a good five minutes before driving off. No one greeted me or at least apologized for the wait.

We picked up dinner Saturday evening from the drive through at this location. I ate half my chicken sandwich (always very good). Halfway through my sandwich I found a clump of hair. I am disgusted and disappointed.

I don't know where all of the good reviews came from but maybe they came to this location on a different day. There was one other person in line and I was asked to wait a few minutes after a minute or so of complete silence when pulling up to the drive thru. I ordered a double meat double cheese with only cheese and mayo with a side of mayo. After about a 10 minute wait between myself and the one car in front of me, I recieved my food and went home. Opened the bag to find no mayo on the side and a burger with everything on it. Wasted over $8 for a burger I cant eat. Location was 3401 North Beltline Road.

Seems to have gone downhill. Went inside to eat. Not very clean, surly service, barely warm burgers. Took 5 minutes to get some mustard. Drink was so thin it was tasteless. Worst restaurant in Irving so far. Won't return.

I grade hard. But it takes a lot not to be in the 16 out of twenty that are a 3. 1 out of 20 on a bad day make it to less than a 3. Zeros are not possible so ones across the board. Nothing in a Doble bacon cheeses burger and cheese burger and tenders should be $40. Second. Of the thee items all were wrong. Maybe ordering in spanish may have helped but I doubt it. They next person after us they screwed his order up. Then came the disappointment in the quality of the food. There was none

The toilet is outside, and there's no toilet paper, paper towels or soap, and dead roaches everywhere. Idk if this is the toilet the workers use, but I will not be eating here.

I have eaten at this location several times over the years and recently visited noticing new management! The service was super fast, but the burgers aren't as good of quality as they once were. They are now comparable to the fast food franchises and less like the homemade style burgers of the past! I asked for a large order of FRESH HOT curly fries with cheese and got undercooked squishy fries with cold cheese. I don't live but a block away so the food couldn't have cooled down that fast. Everyone that ate the burgers ended up sick that night. That was the first time in a year that I have eaten there and also the last! Think I will stick to Griff's until the quality of the food is switched back to the original homestyle ingredients. For the price I paid vs the food I received, I expected better but would take my chances with McDonald's before dining there again. Also, after they messed up my order, I went inside to fix it only to be met with a dirty and run down establishment. Use some of the money that you have overcharged people and clean/update this location.

One of the worst burgers my kids and I have ever had. The buns were giant and thick and the patties were tiny, thin, tasteless and old. The lettuce was old and wilted. It was disgusting. The fries were good, tho, but not worth it. We will not be going back.

I grabbed food from there not long ago, normally always top notch food. Drink tasted like carbonated sprite unfortunately and I got a large, burger had a few chunks of fat in it. It didn’t taste like it normally does, however fries were good though!!

Used to go every month for years, but no longer. A few months back they completely screwed up (5 meals) an $80+ order; I think it was someone else's order it was so messed up. Went back and they took forever to remake it. Spent over an hour from the first order we placed until we got the right food. Offered us 2 free meals next time. Tried to reach the owner, he never called back. Called corporate and they didn't even care. 2 people promised to call back and never did. Se la vi.

I’ve decided that I won’t return. I had been coming a couple times a week. Everytime I come and Yonathan world, i feel like i’m begging for service i’m paying for. He gets annoyed by me asking for more ice and less sweet tea. I will never understand why people get jobs in service when it’s clear they don’t want to be there. He asked me if there was anything else that I wanted and cut me off before I could even finish what I was saying. I get to the window, he gives me my tea and walks off. I waited a couple minutes only to realize he never put the order and the rest of my order wasn’t on the ticket. If you see Yonathan at the window, Drive off! Because he doesn’t want to be there and will treat you as so.

Last couple times I've been in it has not gone well. On 6-5-25 about 4:00 pm I walked in the employee said hello I said hello back started place my order then the drive-thru bell rang she said hang on a second and went over and instead of telling that person to wait she proceeded to take their order start they started their order so I guess they don't need my money. Whataburgers right down the street I know they'll take my money. What happened to first come first serve???

I can tell you, I hope the owner reads this.. the NEWER EMPLOYEES please let them go.. they are not made for fast food restaurants.. the staff they had before was great.. I use to go daily (4 times a day on the weekends) Now even pulling up to the drive-thru and hearing that ladies voice I know my order will be wrong.. please change your Newer employees.. I promise I won't order nothing if I hear there voice... So please do something promptly.
