Super cute diner. Luckily got the last table when we walked in. Food didn't take too long even though the place was packed. The home fries were delicious. I got breakfast but did see several people getting burgers and they were gigantic. I would definitely recommend this place. If I lived here I would frequent it.
Always a great meal! Employees are friendly and pleasant. Service is very good.
Delicious home made meatloaf, with gravy, in a sandwich served with a crispy hard roll. Yum!
Stopped in for breakfast with the wife on the way to Greenport on a late Tuesday morning.Thought it might be a bit before we received our meal as the place was hopping. Boy was I wrong. The wait wasn’t long at all! Great service & Good food! If you are headed out to the end on the NOFO,and are looking for a place to stop and grab a bite to eat,This is the place. A+
Great original style diner. It is the all in one, aluminum diners you mostly see in film. The food is solid. The staff is very nice. You will be amongst many local people, local business and trades people. I suggest you check it out. This place is historic from a Cutchogue point of view.
What a truly special place :) I hope it never changes. I adored it. The food and coffee were perfect, especially the blueberry pancakes. I can’t want to come back!
Classic no-frills diner with a great breakfast. I love their home fries which are soft and crispy at the same time. Great eggs over easy and they do a nice poached egg as well. I haven't been for dinner, but it's a staple in the breakfast rotation. Can be chilly when the doors open, so dress warmly in case seated by the door in the winter
A step back in time to the 1940’s in a diner car, that’s what I remember them being called, and have a delightful breakfast or lunch. Really friendly staff. Food is very good. This place has a simple menu and do offer specials. Unlike the Greek diners of today with a menu that list over a hundred choices, this place has a small menu. Try their pancakes, omelettes and great tasting coffee. A historic site on the Nort Fork.
I stopped in for breakfast randomly because I had to wait for a customer down the block. The staff were very friendly , mostly locals in the old school diner . The food was good , just got some eggs, bacon and home fries. I tried the chocolate chip pancakes and they were very good. Would recommend and definitely go back if In the area.
This was a nice small town diner with a traditional menu, and possibly short staffed. I was taking a few days out of town and wanted to grab a quick breakfast at the diner. I'll just say it was good food and a reasonable price, the service was decent, and the bathroom was clean. While I was eating I was joined by a ant or two on my creamer, wasn't a big deal, but still it was ants.
If your looking for that old diner from the 50s this is it, great for the experience but once is enough, food is basic almost poor prices are ok though if ya want good food try something else sorry it not that hard to up your game and product felt like I was getting ripped off not so much for the price but the fact that it could be so much better with a liitle bit of effort and work
It's got a great historical vibe to it but I waited 30 minutes for flavorless food, when the place was only half full. None of my food tasted like anything and I needed to douse it in salt and pepper. Also, the stools are hard as a rock with no padding, so sitting for longer than 10 minutes gets very uncomfortable.
We asked for table for 4 and waitress told us to wait outside while she cleaned up the table. It was nice table near the window. After 5 minutes two other women came in and just grabbed our table, waitress did not tell them a word and she just put us at the back table near the restroom with explanations: Oh, sorry, they just grabbed your table. We ordered coffee and we waited 10 minutes before someone came again to take our order so I could ask for milk for my coffee. Besides that the ants were on our table. Food was good. But I would not go again. They don’t respect their customers.
