Used to love Wendy's tea, now it tastes like stuff fake tea out of a fountain. Drinks matter more than the food. Won't be coming back unless they are willing to fresh brew their tea again.

I've been trying to put this particular Wendy's in my regular rotation for seven years now and I just can't do it anymore. The service and the food are so inconsistent; I just never know what I'm going to get each time. My last meal came with bacteria-ridden pieces of lettuce that were actually pink in color and they forgot to put in the salad dressing. I won't be back anytime soon. Please get a consistently good manager that can clean this store up once and for all 🙏

We pulled up to the drive thru, it takes 5 minutes for anyone to answer. When she does answer she is rude and says it's gong to be a while before she can take our order. Mind you, there are no customers in front of us, behind us or inside, and we had a mobile order to pick up. We pull up, she is still rude, says there is only 2 people working in the store, it will be 10+ minutes wait. For two burgers and some chicken nuggets. Meanwhile, instead of helping the line cook make our order she is working on trying to close the store early.

Terrible on every level. First, was the lady at the register. No greeting, then I said thank you after placing my order and she just looked at me and walked away. Wife ordered her daves double with no cheese, it had cheese. When they remade it with no cheese, they gave her a single. I ordered a baconator and received a thin dry single patty thing with a few slices of hard bacon. Told them the baconator is a double patty and was told no its a single, and I have to pay more for double. Uh, no... I've been eating baconators for 30 years and have never received one with a single patty. Even the baconator Jr. has 2 patties. Showed them the website which states it's a double and manager still said no. They eventually did give it to me with 2, but it wasn't good. Fries had zero salt and were not fresh. Every fast food place across the highway was packed and we were the only ones at Wendy's... now I know why.

We went to this Wendy’s at 2pm on Saturday Oct 4th. There was not one guest eating and we were greeted by the cook and then ignored. So we went to Braums. This has happened to us repeatedly

Waited 14 minutes for my food which would have been ok but when I got home 2 min away nothing was hot .Every buzzer and timer was going off ,but no one was there to turn off both cooks showed up at the same time.

Getting a baked potato here is ridiculous. Any time I've been it takes forever to the point I end up substituting for fries, which end up being overly salty 🤢 if you don't have any baked potatoes on hand then say so. If you have to use the microwave, fine, but generally nuking one at home takes 4-6 minutes depending on the size. It shouldn't ever take anymore than that so I have to wonder if I'm getting cheated out of spending more on a baked potato for someone else to eat it by overwriting the order and getting dibs on thrown out food while I get stuck with something that can be a health hazard when they are over salted, and not at all what I ordered. It's happened more than once, so now I'm calling it out. Be leery ordering baked potatoes if they're not on their game cause you might be getting cheated out of good food at the expense and excuse of poor service.

Poorly run location. No service to customers. Just stood at counter in an empty restaurant and workers just ignored me. Its always empty and now i know why. Will Never return to this location. It will be out of business soon and maybe something better will be put in its place.

Worst experience ever! At 9:45 PM, we arrived. Before taking my elderly parents, Handicapped brother in law, my children, husband, and sister in law out of the vehicle, I came into the dining area and asked if dining was open. The gentleman in the back, who I can only assume was the cook, told me dinning was open. With this information, I proceed to let my family know and bring everyone off the van. We have been traveling for 18+hrs traveling back home. This is why we preferred to dine if possible. After I placed my order and paid, and while my sister in law placed her order, whom I can only assume is the night shift manager, tells us that the lobby closes at 10. I inform her the gentleman in the back tells me dining is open, we were in before 10 and orders placed before then, if we can still dine in. Once again, I was told YES. While waiting on our food to be prepared, after we have sat down with our drinks, the manager starts turning off the dining area lights. I asked her why she was turning off the lights if we were allowed to eat in the dining area. She tells me they close at 10. I explain to her again, the gentleman in the back said dinning was open and she approved for us to eat in area. Why was she turning off the lights, that it was rude. She said we'll dining closes at 10. I am locking the doors and I left these running lights on. These running lights were DIM lights. I explained to her again, I asked, I was told, I went through this at another location but their location it was 730 PM, and in another state, she approved us to dine in. If they all would have been up front, I could of not taken my elderly parents, Handicapped brother and children out of the van, would of took it togo or chose to dine else where. I let her no there is no sign of hours. She then proceeds to tell me "Well the online hours are incorrect as well, I can't do anything about that". She then tells me she will turn back on the light but "We are not staying long". I went to check online and it says dining closes at 11 PM. At the end, we sat, we ate, and even with them "cleaning" the kitchen, I told my family to eat and enjoy, do not rush, they have plenty of time.

Got home after waiting 15 minutes in drive through and 3 minutes after paying for food. Had to pull up and wait for food. Got home and my whole order was not there. I was missing my medium fries and food was a little warm. Order#3276 10/22/2024 8:53pm. SULPHUR SPRINGS TX 75482

Went to the restroom. paper towels everywhere.The urinal looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Get to the counter and asked for sweet tea. The young lady said we are out. I said that's fine I will wait. She said oh no making tea is for the morning shift. we don't do that...so no sweet tea after breakfast. No one in the place had a care in the world.

Mediocre. $3.00 for an empty wrap. Service is okay, they are however stingy with their sauces. You'll never get ketchup unless you ask for it. To which they will but only two packs, which ain't enough for their dry, oversalted fries.
